Ringas: Superannuation of Shri Nirmal Kumar Jain & Shri Mohan Verma.
A felicitation programme organized by Staff Club of RSWM, Ringas unit on 28.02.2018 in HRD Centre in the honour of Shri Avinash Bhargava, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Shri Nirmal Kumar Jain has retired after continuous servicing in the organization as Deputy Manager (Accounts) for more than 34 years & Shri Mohan Verma, Executive (Sales) for more than three decades and both were very sincere, loyal and dedicated.
On this occasion, Shri Avinash Bharagava, Deputy Chief Operating Officer appreciated their contribution in the growth of the organization. In HRD Centre, a farewell was given by RSWM, Ringas. All the staff members expressed best wishes for their peace, prosperity, happiness and sound health of post retirement.
Shri Anurag Tiwari, Senior Vice President, Technical (RPSF) had conveyed best wishes to both of them for their new innings.
Bagalur: Superannuation of Shri PVS Murthy
On 31st January, 2018, Shri. P V S Murthy was superannuated from the services of Bagalur Unit. During his 13 years of working as General Manager (Finance), Shri P. V. S. Murthy made his sincere and dedicated contribution to the company. All the staff expressed and appreciated about his cooperative and positive working nature.
All the participants extended their best wishes to him for a happy, healthy and peaceful life ahead.
BSL : Adieu
Shri M.C.Maheshwari has worked with BSL Limited for 39 years in Export Marketing as Vice President (Exports) and reached his Superannuation on 01/01/2018 and Shri Devendra Singh Bisht, Manager (Admn), Shri RC Kabra ,Yarn Godown Incharge, Shri PC Jain ,Sr.Executive (Preparatory) and Shri Santosh Mishra, Asstt.Manager (Finishing) has also superannuated on 01/01/2018. The organization is thankful to their dedication, Loyalty and services rendered by them to our organization. We wish them success and adieu with a heavy heart. Best wishes from the BSL family.
BSL : Joining of Shri Paramjeet Singh Phogat
Shri Paramjeet Singh Phogat has joined in BSL Limited as Vice President (Spg) .He has done in B.Text. & has more than 23 Years experience in Textile Industries. Prior to joining he was working as Head Spg. Division with Grasim Bhiwani Textile Limited ,Bhiwani .He has also worked with Indorama, Deepak Spinners, Birla Textile Mills. We welcome Shri Phogat to BSL and wish him a successful association.
Kanyakheri: Joining of Sh Randhir Rana
Randhir Rana has joined RSWM, Kanyakheri plant as General Manager (Technical). He is B .Tech in textile from Tilka Majhi Bhagalpur University(Bihar) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from PTU. With 22 years of vast experience in the field of spinning, he has started his career with GSL India Limited (Gujarat) and had worked with renowned companies of India like STI India Limited(Indore), Welspun India Limited(Kutch), Nahar Spinning Mills Limited, Lalru (Punjab) and Wearit Global Limited (Kasrawad) M.P as Operation Head. In his last organization, with his tireless efforts,in the view of making the organization more profitable, the unit successfully introduced pc blend ,Melange yarn, slub and siro yarn for value addition. His vast experience and understanding of production, planning, operations, Manpower Management and training turns to be an asset for the organization. He has worked in East Africa (Uganda) for two years where he proved his technical as well manpower management skill to renovate the plant and brought the plant utilization at optimum level.
Maral Sarovar: Joining of Shri Sanjay Bolya
Shri Sanjay Bolya has joined as Vice President (Commercial) at Maral Overseas Ltd, Maral Sarovar on 25th January 2018.
Shri Sanjay Bolya, Chartered Accountant of 2003 batch brings with him 17 years of rich experience in his field of expertise and worked with reputed organizations like Gupta Textile & Industries Limited, Sutlej Textiles & Industries Limited etc. We extend hearty welcome to Shri Bolya to Maral Parivar and wish him all the best for a long association with us.
HO: Joining of Shri Kamal Jain
Shri Kamal Jain joined as Vice President - Internal Audit at Corporate Office. He is FCA with more than 26 years of experience. He shall be responsible for Internal Audit function for all the Group Companies. This is his second stint with LNJ Bhilwara Group. Prior to Joining HEG, he was working as Head - Internal Audit with Amar Ujala Publications Ltd. We are glad to have him onboard again as part of the LNJ Bhilwara family. We wish him all the very best in his new assignment.
Mumbai: Joining of Shri Rishabh Kumar Gupta
Shri.Rishabh Kumar Gupta joined Mumbai Office as General Manager (Exports Yarn Business), on 3rd February, 2018. He is BE Text.and have done MBA in marketing. He has versatile experience of over 17 Years with reputed organisations like winsome Yarns Ltd, Jayashree Textiles, Shri Ram Textile Mills Ltd and Modern Wollens Ltd. His previous organisation was Banswara Syntex Ltd.where he was working as DGM (Exports).
