HEG: Vishwakarma Jayanti

In line with the tradition of HEG Mandideep, this year also on 17th September 2019, our employees made offerings and prayers to Lord Vishwakarma, the divine god of architecture and machines. Employees participated in puja & hawans conducted in all the shops, and prayed for the blessings from Lord Vishwakarma for the prosperity of the organization, employees, associates and well-wishers. The plant was kept open for visitors and our employees visited with their families to show their work areas.

HEG: Independence Day

In India, Independence Day is celebrated every year on 15th August that marks the end of British rule in 1947 and the establishment of a free and independent Indian nation. The Independenceday celebration started with flag hosting by Shri Vinod Mehta at 8:30 AM followed by the National Anthem & the Guard of Honor. In his speech he emphasized on our daily efforts which leads to prosperity of our plant, LNJ Bhilwara Group and subsequently of our nation. He motivated the employees to put in their best efforts day-in & day-out for achieving the same.

BMD: Krishna Janmashtami

Krishna Janmashtami festival was celebrated on 24th August, 2019 at BMD Club. The bhajan sandhya was organized at the club where team of professional singers alongwith active participation of staff members & their family made the ambience very lively and enjoyable. 

BMD: Naag Panchami

On the occasion of Naag Panchami, Pooja & Hawan was organized on 5th August, 2019 at Naag Devta temple situated inside the factory premises. All staff members participated in the puja and sought blessing of Naag Devta for safety & growth of the organization & its people.

Maral: Vishwakarma Pooja

Vishwakarma Day was celebrated on 17th September-2019. All the staff and Workers celebrated the day together very happily. Vishwakarma Pooja is also known as Vishwakarma Jayanti. The day marks the Birth of Hindu God Vishwakarma, The “Architect of the Gods”. It is believed that Lord Vishwakarma built Palaces, weapons and buildings of the Gods.

Ringas: Teej Festival

The Teej festival is an important festival for married women, and much anticipated monsoon festival. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. This occasion holds even more speciality because of the time of its celebration. It is celebrated in the arrival of Monsoon.

Following the rituals RSWM – Ringas Ladies Club has celebrated Teej Festival on 3rd August 2019. They got mehndi on their hands and sung the folk/  devotional songs. Women took part in the procession playing musical instruments and dancing to the traditional beats wearing vivid attires.

Ringas: Independence Day

Likely every year, this year also Independence Day was celebrated on 15th August 2019 at Ringas Unit with variety of programmes. The programme began with the unfurling of National Flag by Shri Avinash Bhargava, Chief Operating Officer & Shri M.K. Yogi - Chief Operating Officer (RPSF) followed by National Anthem sung with patriotic fervour.

On the occasion Shri Avinash Bhargava in his message to all members emphasized on national integrity and prosperity and also the need for a more cohesive working within the plant to meet the global and national industrial challenges ahead. The event was concluded with note to Staff Members Male & Female workers about delivering their 100% to the organisation and society at large.

Ringas: Ganesh Chaturthi Mahotsav

On the eve of Ganesh Chaturthi on 6th September, 2019, rituals consisting of Pooja, Hawan & Maha Aarti were performed at Khata Gate of Ringas Unit. This rituals were performed with gaiety and fervor admist the staff members, Workers, Union Office bearers, by COO Shri Avinash Bhargava of the Mill.

This idol of Lord Ganesha was laid in the year 2006 and since then every day each and every worker goes to the workplace after paying devotion to the idol.  The event was concluded with Prasad Vitran which was enjoyed by all devotees present in the celebration.

Ringas: Vishwakarma Jayanti

On 17th September 2019, Vishwa Karma Jayanti was celebrated amidst all workers and staff members. On this occasion, a Pooja and Hawan was performed at Plant by COO, Shri Avinash Bhargava along with all officers, staff members & workers. The pooja ceremony was followed by Prasad distribution to all the employees.

LNJ Denim: Independence Day

India’s Independence Day is a day of great significance for the people of India. It evokes the feeling of patriotism in the heart of every Indian. It is the day when we have got our own identity. Here the celebration started on 15th August, 2019 with Flag Hosting Ceremony by our COO Shri Piyush Chandarana & followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. The tricolor national flag was flying in the air proudly.

On this special Occasion, Shri Piyush Chandarana had extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected for a greater individual contribution in growth of nation. Shri Manoj Kumar – Head HR & IR Denim & Fabric division had also spoken about the changes in our country by time to time. He asserted the current market scenario & he emphasized on national integrity & prosperity and also to the need for more cohesive working to meet the challenges ahead, also he motivated the staff & workers to do best with Loyalty & Sincerity.

On this occasion, Shri Piyush Chandarana had distributed Children's Talent award to Denim Employees’ Children who had scored 60 % above marks. The function was also addressed by the other senior dignitaries of our plant. It was concluded with distribution of sweets to all staff & workers.

LNJ Denim: Ganesha Chaturthi

Ganesha Chaturthi, a traditional Hindu festival is celebrated in honour of the lord Ganesha, The festival, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi, Ganpati festival was celebrated in LNJ Nagar Staff colony  with full joy & enthusiasm for Seven days by Denim, Fabric & TPP Staff Member. People bring idols of Lord Ganesh to their homes and worship it.

It was celebrated in LNJ Nagar Staff colony with full joy & enthusiasm for seven days. On First Day i.e. on 01st September, 2019 Staff & family members of Denim, fabric & TPP welcomed lord Ganpati and worshiped for better health, wealth & prosperity for their families as well as work place. On 2nd Day, Ganesh Stapana was done with Pooja & Aarti.

After this everyone with full enthusiasm got involved in the Ganesh Visarjan. Everyone was dancing with the dhols & shouting “Ganpati bappa Moraya” all the way at colony, even in bus. The Visarjanwas done at Chanduji ka Gardha village.  The function was concluded with lunch for all staff of Denim, Fabric & TPP division.

On this occasion a garment sale was also organized by denim & Fabric Marketing Team at LNJ Nagar Staff Colony. It has received a tremendous response.

LNJ Denim: Various Competitions

Owing to the Ganpati Festival, LNJ Nagar Gamdi Colony hosted six different competitions. On 3rd September, 2019 a Drawing competition was organized. In which Denim, Fabric & TPP staff member’s children had participated. Broadly we bifurcated it into two groups, one was 5 to 8 years age & second one was 9 to 12 years age. There was a tough competition among children. Participants had presented their inner potential & creativity by drawing on chart. It created a lot of enthusiasm & discovered a new dimension in the skill set among the children’s.

On 4th Sept, 2019 Mehendi competition was organized. It was celebrated with full enthusiasm. Every participant tried to draw best mehendi on her partners hand & win the best awards. A team of selectors had chosen the candidates according to their creativity & innovation and precision (accuracy).

In Food competition there was a lot of enthusiasm was seen among the ladies because everyone was eager to make delicious food to win the competition. In fact many of them had made delicious food & presented in very good manner. The selectors were very much confused about to whom the best award would be given.

On 6th & 7th a Fancy dress competition for children, Antakshari & Pooja Thali Decoration competition were also organized and there was a tie in the competition.

On 8th September, 2019 during final day of Ganesh Visarjan, all the winners of above six competitions had been awarded 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize.

LNJ Denim: Vishwakarma Jayanti

On Dated 17th September, 2019 Vishwakarma Pooja was held in LNJ Denim unit.  On this occasion all employees of denim prayed for the smooth functioning of plant & various machines. Vishwakarma Pooja is a festival dedicated to Lord Vishwakarma, who according to the Hindu mythology is the Lord of Creation and the Principal Universal Architect who designed the divine architecture of the entire universe -the heaven and the earth.

Many staff members come together to be a part of the Pooja. All were gathered together under the pandal (Process Maintenance workshop) to perform the Pooja and thereafter Prasad were distributed among all.

Apart from this, each professional's respective tools were also worshipped in Vishwakarma's name and blessings were sought for a better future, safe working environment, and success in their respective fields.

ADHPL: 9th Anniversary Day

The 9th Anniversary day of ADHPL was celebrated on July 17, 2019 with great enthusiasm and passion. On this occasion Pooja with havan was organized in the Power House cavern. All ADHPL staff and their family members attended the Pooja. Later traditional lunch – the Himachali Dham was served to all employees and their families in the guest house. 

ADHPL: Independence Day

Independence Day was celebrated with great spirit and fervour at ADHPL on 15th August, 2019. The event started with welcome of the Chief Guest Shri Pankaj Kapoor (Project in-charge) followed by flag hoisting ceremony. Sweets were distributed and tea was served to all the employees, their family members and children present during the event.

ADHPL: Vishwakarma Day

The ''Vishwakarma Day'' celebration was observed at ADHPL unit on September 17th, 2019 with great spirit and gaiety. The Havan was organized in the power house and pooja was performed under the guidance of learned pandit ji. The prasada was distributed after the puran-aahooti among the staff and their family members.

ADHPL: Van Mahotsav

ADHPL observed “Van Mahotsav, 2019” by plantation of 1000 saplings of different plant species including broad leaf species near Allain Barrage on 23rd July, 2019 in coordination with State Forest Department. Approximately 60 employees of ADHPL participated in the plantation drive. The Van Mahotsav is observed by State Forest Department every year. After plantation drive, lunch was also served to all the participants and State Forest Department officials.

MPCL: Malana Day Celebration

The 18th Anniversary of Malana Power Company Limited was celebrated on 5th July 2019 with great zeal. On the occasion of Malana Day celebration, five days sports event was organised, in which employees of MPCL, their family members and children participated.  On 5th July a “Hawan” was organized in power house followed by Sweets distribution to all employees as well as to the children. After that a “DHAM”(Lunch) was organized in which all Employees & their families and all the staff of nearest govt. institution were invited.

MPCL: Independence Day

The 73rd Independence Day was celebrated with Great Spirit at MPCL unit on 15th August, 2019. The event started with the flag hosting ceremony by the Chief Guest Shri T.K. Trehan (Vice President – O & M). 

MPCL: Vishwakarma Pooja

The Vishwakarma day was celebrated at Malana Power Company Limited on September 17th, 2019 with great fervour. A havanand poojawas performed in the power house. Prasad was distributed after the puran-aahooti among the staff and their family members. All the staff members and workers prayed for yearlong blessings on MPCL family from Lord Vishwakarma.

Mandapam: Independence Day

The 73rd Independence Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Mandapam unit. The flag was hoisted by Shri Ashwani Mittal (COO) and members were addressed by him. The staff members were exhorted to contribute towards the progress of the company, society and the country and highlighted the sacrifices of our freedom-fighters. Later, sweets were distributed among all the staff and workers.

Mandapam: Vishwakarma Puja

Lord Vishwakarma is widely regarded as the God of all architecture and engineering. He is the official builder of all the gods’ palaces, and the designer of all celestial vehicles and weapons.

Therefore, the members of RSWM Mandapam unit paid their obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma by organising Puja at shop floor on 17th September, 2019. Later “Prasad” was distributed among all the members of the plant.

Banswara: Independence Day

The Independence Day celebration started with flag hoisting by Shri Sukesh Sharma – (COO) at 8.30 A.M. In his speech, he emphasized on national integrity and prosperity. He also motivated the staff & workers do their best through new and good practices under operational excellence and clean India.  

The wards of the workmen who secured more than 60% marks in class V & above were rewarded by cash prize. Also those staff members who completed 10 years of services during last financial year were also rewarded by Shri Sukesh Sharma. 

Lodha: Janmashtami

On the eve of ‘Janmashtami’ RSWM Staff Club, Lodha organised a Bhajan Sandhya for all. Shri Sukesh Sharma performed pooja on the occasion and all staff & their family members enjoyed the Bhajans. The best dressed up children as Radha & Shree Krishna were rewarded by Shri Sukesh Sharma. Prizes were distributed to all the children participated in the programme. The programme ended with the Aarti & Distribution of Prasad. 

Lodha: Ganesh Utsav

The festival of Ganesh Utsav was celebrated at Vishwakarma colony, Lodha unit. The celebration started with Ganpati Sthapna and poojan of lord Ganesh. All the staff members with their families participated in it. During all the 10 days, various cultural activities were performed by boys & girls of the colony. On last day of the festival, procession of the Ganpati started from Vishkarma colony to Lodha pond. After the pooja and worship the Ganpati Visarjan was performed in Lodha pond. A special thanks to Shri Suresh Chand Mishra, Shri Vipin Kumawat & team for all the arrangments.

Lodha: Vishwakarma Jayanti

On 17th September 2019, RSWM Mayur Nagar Pariwar celebrated Viswakarma Jayanti with full devotion, fondness & enthusiasm. All the staff members and workmen were present during the celebration. The Poojan & Hawan were performed by a team of four Pandits/Gurujan under the leadership of Shri Nikunj Mohan Pandya. Hundreds of staff members and workmen offered ‘Aahuty’ for the prosperity of the group & prayed to Lord Viswakarma for continuous improvement and accomplishment. The pooja concluded with prasad distribution.

Lodha: Kawad Yatra

Kavad yatra was held on 11th and 12th August, 2019. The yatra takes place every year and it is organized by the Personnel Department and the COO Shri Sukesh Sharma Ji, Shri SK Mittal ji, Shri R.K Dixit Ji, Shri Aditya Kumar Sharma ji. The union representatives were there to encourage the local people who are completing this yatra. They had organized tents wherein the food, water, fruits etc were provided. This is a social service which is done by the RSWM Lodha family every year as they believe in doing social causes, and helping the local people complete their yatra very smoothly.

Rishabhdev: Sundarkand Path

On completion of 7th year of uninterrupted Sunderkant Path on every Tuesday at Rishabhdev, the programme was organized in a grand manner on 16th July, 2019 on Guru Purnima day. Bhajan Mandali from Bhilwara was called for making the occasion more spiritual and attractive. The Path started at 10.30 AM and ended at 1.30 PM with Aarti and Mahaprasad. All staff with family members attended the programme.

Rishabhdev: Mills Foundation Day

Foundation day of Rishabhdev unit was celebrated on 12th July, 2019 by hoisting the Group Flag by the COO. He addressed the employees and union members and congratulated them for their contribution for the growth & development of the unit. A special puja was also held in the Ganeshji mandir.

Rishabhdev: Hariyali Amavasya

On the auspicious occasion of Hariyali Amavasya on 1st August, 2019, RSWM Rishabhdev Staff Club organized plantation programme in the campus. On this occasion, variety of saplings were planted in the mill campus. Staff & their families in large numbers took part in the plantation drive which ended with high tea.                

Rishabhdev: Independence Day

Independence Day was celebrated on 15th August, 2019 by unfurling the National Flag by the COO, Shri K B Khatod in the presence of large number of employees including staff and workers. He conveyed Independency Day wishes and congratulations to all.

On this occasion, employees were felicitated with ten years’ meritorious service certificate. The prizes were also awarded to the wards of employees (non-staff), who stood first in their respective classes.

Rishabhdev: Krishna Janmashtami

Shree Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated in a joyful and spiritual atmosphere at Rishabhev unit. The main attractions were the colourful Jhanki and the Bhajan Sandhya which lasted till midnight. Small children came dressed up as Radha & Krishna attracted the attention of all. The staff members along with family were present to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna at midnight.

Rishabhdev: Ganesh Chaturthi

On 2nd September, 2019 RSWM Rishabhdev unit celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with special Puja and Hawan in the Ganesh temple. Shri K B Khatod, COO and all staff with their families participated in the Hawan and Purnahuti. Towards the end, COO in his address wished that Lord Ganeshji’s blessings may showered on the unit for its prosperity and the well being of its employees. The Prasad was also distributed to all after the Pujan & Hawan.

Rishabhdev: Vishwakarma Pooja

On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti on 17th September, 2019, pooja and hawan was held at the Power House of Mill No.2. All the staff and workers of Engineering & Maintenance departments along with other staff performed the puja and prayed to Lord Vishwakarma’s blessings of a safe and peaceful working environment and prosperity of the unit. Tools and equipments were also kept for puja. The programme ended with prasad distribution to all.   

Kharigram: Haryali Amavasya

RSWM Staff Club celebrated the “Haryali Amavasya” with full of enthusiasm. This day is celebrated as plantation day also. As per LNJ Group Policy we are dedicated to maintain our campus environment friendly. Therefore, on this day more than 100 trees were planted in our mill campus. The plantation program was graced by Shri Sukesh Sharma ji, Shri R P Mundra and all Sr. Officers. During the program all staff members, their family members and children participated in tree plantation drive. A slogan competition was also organized during the day and best slogan was awarded by Smt. & Shri Sukesh Sharma.

Kharigram: Independence Day

Kharigram unit with a feel of patriotism, celebrated 72nd Independence Day on 15th August 2019 in a large presence of staff and workers with their families. Shri V R Joshi, COO hosted the national flag, followed by Parade from Security Staff.

Folk dances and patriotic songs were performed by workers which was appreciated by all. Prizes were also given to best performers in the category of security, production, attendance, etc. Shri Dinesh Bhojak GM-P & IR motivated all workers for their performance. Addressing to the staff and workers, Shri V R Joshi emphasized on consistent quality and productivity and also focused on cost consciousness at each stage of production process. He has given best wishes to all and the program was concluded by distribution of sweets and refreshment.

Kharigram: Krishna Janmashtmi

RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated "Shri Krishna Janmashtmi” on 3rd September, 2019 in the colony temple. A "Bhajan Sandhya" was performed by professional coterie and all staff and their family members chanted Bhajan-Kirtan and engrossed in devoutness of "Shri Krishna”. Children dressed up and came in the character of Radha & Krishan. The Abhishek of Bal Gopal & Puja performed amidst presence of large gathering followed by “Dahi-Handi competition Shri Ashish Kumar Pandey, club president along with other seniors distributed gifts to all dressed up Radha & Krishan and programme ended with the Aarti and distribution of prasad. The whole environment of the temple was observed enraptured on this occasion.

Kharigram: Ganesh Chaturthi

Ganesha Chaturthi, the great Ganesha festival, also known as 'Vinayak Chaturthi' celebrated by RSWM Kharigram family on 13th September, 2019 at Colony temple in a spiritual atmosphere. The staff and their family members chanted Bhajans and the celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Prasad. Everyone enjoyed a lot in this  religious atmosphere & were really happy on this occasion.

Kharigram: Vishwakarma Pooja

The Vishwakarma Pooja was celebrated on 17th September, 2019 at Kharigram unit. Shri V R Joshi, COO performed the special pooja of first ever Engineer/Technocrat Lord Vishwakarma. All the HODs, staff members and workers were participated in the Havan and Aarti, further prasad was distributed to all.

Kharigram: Teej Festival

The RSWM, Kharigram Ladies Club celebrated Hariyali Teej festival on 3rd August, 2019. All the ladies came in traditional dress and the function started with lightining of the lamp and Ganesh Vandana. After that, Ladies performed Dances on Folk Songs, Teej Special Tambola, Surprise Question round etc. All the ladies enjoyed a lot during very special programme which was organised in Staff Club and the programme ended with high tea. 

Kharigram: Ladies Club Picnic

RSWM Kharigram Ladies Club enjoyed one day picnic on 28th July, 2019 at Padmani Resort & Water Park, Ajmer. They had a great amusing and excitement there by Dancing, Swimming, Fun Water Games etc at Water Park. In the evening all club ladies gathered at one place and played Antakshari with full of energy and the day ends with delicious Dinner.

TPP: Hariyali Amavasya

Hariyali Amawasya was celebrated at TPP, Mordi, Banswara on August 1st 2019. On this occasion both Staff members with their families and sub-staff planted saplings at central park area of power plant staff colony. Shri N.K.Bahedia (COO) TPP was the Chief Guest on this occasion. Shri N.K.Bahedia (COO), Shri Sanjay Shah (Dy. COO) and Shri Mamtesh Jain (DGM) commercial addressed all the employees explaining the importance of healthy environment and urged the employees to undertake more plantations near your surroundings. The highlight of the celebration was plantation of saplings by children of TPP families.

TPP: Independence Day

Independence Day is celebrated every year on August,15th to honour the Freedom and Democracy of India as it came after many of our legends lost their lives in fight for freedom against British rulers. After struggle of about 200 years we got Freedom in the year 1947,15th August.

The celebration started with flag hosting ceremony by Shri N.K. Bahedia – COO (TPP) at 09:30 am followed with “Guard of Honour” by group of Security Staff. On this special occasion Shri N.K. Bahedia extended his warm greetings to all employees. The function was also addressed by Shri A. Pathak (Head Operation) and Shri Sanjay Shah – Dy. COO. On the occasion, the workers were awarded for their good performance and at the end Shri N.K. Bahedia addressed the gathering, he spoke about importance of Independence and responsibilities of young generation towards the development of the Society and Nation.

TPP: Janmashtami

Janmashtami, the Commemoration of the birth of lord Krishna was celebrated with full of joy and fervor at TPP Mordi, Banswara. On this Occasion Shri Sanjay Shah, Dy. COO carried out the pooja amidst presence of all staff and their family members. A Special attraction of the celebration was dahi-handi event. The Programme ended with the Aarti and distribution of prasad. The Janmashtami program was conducted by the club committee of TPP Mordi.

TPP: Vishwakarma Jayanti

Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated on 17th September, 2019 with full devotion & enthusiasm at workshop. All the staff members and workers participated in the celebration. Pooja and Havan were performed by Shri Sanjay Kumar (Dy. COO) under the guidance of 2 learned pandits from Mordi. All the employees offered ‘Poorna-Aahuty’ for the prosperity of our group and prayed to lord Vishwakarmaji for continuous accomplishment. 

BIL: Independence Day

The 73rd Independence Day at Bhilwara Infotechnology was celebrated with the same enthusiasm and energy as we do for other festivals. Employees were all dressed in tri-colour and gathered for a flag hoisting ceremony organised by the BIL Club. There was no better way to begin the Independence Day celebration than to remember the freedom fighters, their sacrifices and the sovereignty of the country. It was really astonishing to see all the employees in a tri-colour.

BIL: Ganesh Chaturthi

BIL, Bengaluru celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi in the month of September, 2019 with an exciting event. The BIL Club had organised for “Make your own Ganesha” Competition, which was an ideal opportunity to bring out the hidden talents of employees. This festive also helped in building team spirit and collaboration among the employees, thus creating synergy. The auspicious day was wrapped after Ganesh Puja & Sweet distribution.  

Krishna Janmashtami at Bhilwara

On the occasion of Janmashtami, a cultural night was organised at Khumba Trust School ground in association with Kanha events to celebrate festive season along with residents of Bhilwara. Thousands of residents were witness in the grand program in which artists performed from Brindavan and Delhi. On this occasion, 100 people were felicitated for social service along with 60 meritorious students were provided with mementos and certificates. Among those present were; Shri Azad Singh Councillor, Dr Ashok Singh President PJCS Bhilwara, Smt Indira Soni President Happy Club, Smt Manju Pokharna Councillor, Shri Jitender Maru Upbhokta Samiti, Shri Advocate Kunal Ojha, Shri Ram Jagetiya (Lions Club), Shri Surender jain (Sangam University) and Shri Rajnish Kumar, OSD, LNJ Bhilwara Group.

Teacher's Day at Bhilwara

A musical show of eminent artist, Sitar Maestro Shri Shakir Khan & Tabla artist Umesh Banerjee was organised at Rajender Nagar School in Bhilwara on the occasion of teacher’s day in association with SPICMACAY organisation. During this event 612 teachers were felicitated by LNJ group on being adjudged as no 1 school in Bhilwara district by Rajasthan Education Department. Hundreds of school students were overwhelmed by the performance of artists. Among those present were; Shri Prakash Chabra RCM, Shri Mahaveer Sharma Principal, Artist Manju Mishra and Shri Rajnish Kuamr, OSD, LNJ Bhilwara Group.
