MPCL: Bid Adieu - Shri Rajinder Pal Goel
Mr. Rajinder Pal Goel, Director of Malana Power Company Limited & AD Hydro Power Limited resigned from the Board of both the companies w.e.f. 29th November 2019. He expressed his gratitude to the Group Chairman for given the opportunity and assistance to discharge his duties during his tenure as Director of the Company. Mr. Goel was associated with the company since 1998 and was involved in construction & operation of Malana 86 MW HEP and Allain Duhangan 192 MW HEP. MPCL & ADHPL Board placed its sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution of Mr. Rajinder Pal Goel, as Director of both the companies.
Fabric Division: Retirement of Shri Satish Chand
Shri Satish Chand Jain retired on December 31, 2019, after serving as DGM (Mayur Marketing – Domestic) for thirty eight year and Shri Shitla Prasad Pandey (Packing Incaharge – Shirting) retired on the same day after eleven year services. Their farewell was attended by Shri Suketu Shah (Business Head – Fabric Business), Shri Bikash Ghosh (COO-Fabric Division), Shri Piyush Chandrana (COO-Denim Division) and Shri M K Jha (GM – HR/IR), who spoke about their loyalty, hard work and contribution to the growth of the organisation. HODs and staff members expressed the best wishes for their good health and work for social and social activities after their retirement.
Maral: Joining of Shri S.N. Goyal
Shri S.N. Goyal, C.A. of Batch 1983 has taken the charge of Maral Overseas Ltd, Maral Sarovar as its President w.e.f. 9th December 2019. Shri Goyal, who possesses 37 years of vast experience and knowledge in textile industry, has been working with LNJ Bhilwara Group since 1985. Prior to this assignment, he was heading Group’s technical textiles business under the banner M/s. BMD Pvt. Ltd, since its inception.
