Maral: Independence Day

Nation’s 71st Independence Day was celebrated at Maral Sarovar with patriotic fervor.  The program started with hoisting of national flag by the Managing Director Shri Shekhar Agarwal.  March-past by the security guards was eye catching.  As a tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their life fighting for freedom, lighting of “Amar Jyoti Amar Jawan” lamp also held from the hands of Shri Shekhar Agarwal. A good gathering of staff members and workers attended the function.

RSWM, Mandpam: Independence Day

The 71st Independence Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in RSWM, Mandpam. The flag was hoisted by Shri H M Vashisth (COO) and he addressed the team and motivated them to contribute towards the progress of the company, society and the country. He also highlighted the sacrifices of our freedom-fighters. Later, sweets were distributed among all the staff and workers.

RSWM, Mandpam: Vishwakarma Puja

Lord Vishwakarma is widely regarded as the God of architecture and engineering. He is the official builder of all the gods’ palaces, and the designer of all celestial vehicles and weapons.

The members of RSWM, Mandpam, paid their obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma by organising Puja on the shop floor on September 17, 2017. Later “prasad” was distributed among all the members of the plant.

RSWM, Mandpam: Anniversary of “Melangeshwar Mahadev”

On the auspicious occasion of  the fourteenth anniversary of “Melangeshwar Mahadev” (July 21, 2017), special puja was performed in Melangeshwar temple and  bhajans were sung by the staff embers. The programme was organized by Melange Staff Club under the guidance of Shri Y DTiwari, President, Melange Staff Club. 

RSWM, Mandpam: Navratri Garba Festival

Navratra festival was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm for 10 days at RSWM, Mandpam. On this occasion of Shardiya Navratra, dandiya dance was organized from September 21-29, 2017, at Mélange Officers’ Colony premises by Melange Staff Club.

Rishabhdev: Mills Foundation Day

RSWM, Rishabhdev, celebrated  its  28th Foundation Day on  July 12, 2017.   Shri K. B. Khatod, COO, hoisted the  group flag and addressed  the gathering comprising Officers, Staff and Workers.  He congratulated the employees and union members for their contribution to the growth of the unit.   Thereafter,  all attended the special Pooja which was performed at Ganeshji Mandir.  

Rishabhdev: Hariyali Amavasya

On the auspicious occasion of Hariyali Amavasya, on July 23, 2017, RSWM, Rishabhdev Staff Club organized a plantation drive in the campus.  On this occasion, a variety of saplings were planted in the mill campus. Staff and their families in large numbers participated which ended with snacks and tea.                

Rishabhdev: Independence Day

Independence day, 15th August, 2017, was celebrated at Rishabhdev. The Indian flag was hoisted by Shri K B Khatod, COO.  He addressed a large gathering and wished happy independency day to all. Eighteen employees were felicitated with certificates on completion of their ten years of service. 

Rishabhdev: Janmashtami

Sree Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great joy and spirituality at  Rishabhev. The main attractions were colourful Jhankis  and the bhajan sandhya which lasted till midnight. Young children came dressed up as Radhas & Krishnas. Staff along with their family members were present to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna. 

Rishabhdev: Ganesh Chaturthi

On the auspicious occasion of  Ganesh Chaturthi, August 25, 2017, puja, hawan and maha aarti were performed at the Ganesh Mandir, Rishabhdev. Shri K B Khatod, COO, along with the staff and their families performed  the hawankriya.  At the end prasad was distributed to all. 

Rishabhdev: Viswakarma Pooja

On the occasion of Viswakarma Jayanti, September 17, 2017, Pooja and Hawan were performed at the Power House of Mill No. 2.  Officers, staff and tradesmen from Engineering & Maintenance Departments attended the Pooja ceremony,  which ended with prasad distribution to all.  

Rishabhdev: Navratri Celebrations & Dussehra Mela

In line with the tradition of RSWM Staff Club, Rishabhdev, Navratri was celebrated at Rishabhdev with much fervour and joy. Staff with their families participated in the daily aarti at Maa Durga Temple and enjoyed the Garba dance on all the nine days. Daily attendance prize for staff was the main attraction. 

Dussehra was celebrated with Ravan dahan, delicious food stalls of Ladies Club and lucky draw with attractive prizes. Prizes were given to  the participants of Garba dance  for best dance and best dressed.

LNJ Denim, Independence Day Celebrations

India’s Independence Day is a day of great significance for the people of India. It reignites the feeling of patriotism in the heart of every Indian. The flag hoisting ceremony was led by Shri Prabir Bandyopadhyay, CEO and followed by the “ Guard of Honour ” by the Security Staff team. The tricolour national flag could be seen flying in the air proudly.

On this special occasion, Shri Prabir Bandyopadhyay extended his warmest greetings to all employees and urged everyone for a greater individual contribution in the growth of the Nation. He mentioned demonetisation, implementation of GST system in India etc. and their impact on the business. He emphasized on National integrity and prosperity and also for the need of a cohesive work force to meet the challenges ahead. He also motivated the staff and workers to do their best with loyalty and sincerity. 

On this occasion, Shri Prabir Bandyopadhyay distributed Children's Talent Award to children of Denim employees who had scored 60% and above marks. The function was also addressed by the senior dignitaries present on the occassion. It concluded with distribution of sweets to all staff and workers. 

LNJ Denim, Celebration of Ganpati Festival

Ganesha Chaturthi is a traditional Hindu festival celebrated in the honour of Lord Ganesha, the elephant-headed god. The festival is also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi. It was celebrated in LNJ Nagar Staff colony with full joy and enthusiasm for five days. People bring idols of Lord Ganesh to their homes and offer prayers and diffrent foods to the deity. On the first day, August  24, 2017, the staff and family members of Denim & Fabric welcomed Lord Ganpati home and prayed for better health, wealth and prosperity for their families as well as work place. Second day saw Ganesh Sthapana with aarti and prasad distribution. Throughout the four days, there were several activities like drawing competition, mehendi competition, food mania fest, etc., were held in which many staff members participated with their family members.

On the final day, a small prize distribution ceremony was organized. The last day was Ganesh Visarjan. Everyone danced with the dhols and shouted “Ganpati Bappa Moraya”. The Visarjan was done in Mahi River near Chidiyavasa village.  The function was concluded with lunch for all staff of Denim & Fabric division. 

On this occasion, a garment sale was also organized by Denim & Fabric marketing team at LNJ Nagar Staff Colony.

LNJ Denim, Competitions – Drawing, Mehendi & Food Mania

During the Ganpati festival, LNJ Nagar, Gamdi Colony, hosted three competitions.  A drawing competition on August 25, 2017, was organized, in which Denim & Fabric division staff member’s children participated with enthusiasm. The participants were split into two groups, 5 to 8 years and 9 to 12 years. There was a tough competition among children. Children's inner potential and creativity was clearly visible in their drawings. A new dimension in the skill set among  children could be seen. Mehendi competition was also organized on the same day. Each participant tried to draw their best mehendi on her partner's hand. A team of selectors chose the winner according to their creativity and innovation and precision (accuracy).  

A food competition was organized on August 26, 2017. A lot of enthusiasm was seen among the ladies because everyone was eager to make delicious food and win the competition. In fact, many women made delicious food and presented teh cooked food very creatively. The selectors were indeed confused about how to select the winner. On the final day, during Ganpati festival, the winners of the three competitions were felicitated.

LNJ Denim, Celebration of Navratra Festival

Navratra festival was celebrated with great excitement and religious fervour by placing the deity of Maa Amba on September 21, 2017, by LNJ Denim & Fabric Unit, Staff Club, Mordi. Dandiya by all members was the main attraction of the programme. Navratri celebration was not only celebrated by the staff and their families residing in the colony, but people at Banswara also participated and enjoyed the event with great enthusiasm.

Food Mania - A Food Festival at LNJ Denim

Food Mania - A food festival was organized by LNJ Denim & Fabric Unit at LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on September 23, 2017 during Navratras. CEO, Shri Prabir Bandyopadhyay was also present to grace the occassion. Staff and their family members enthusiastically participated and presented delicious and different varities of food items like  samosas, fruit chaat, mitha pan, pani puri, burf ka gola, chana chaat, sabudana tikki etc. Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. Groups that participated in the event gave a unique name to their stall like Spicy Corner, Saheli, We Are The best, South Corner, "N" Square, Dilkhush Pan Center, Sakhi Saheli, East India Corner, Bang Bang etc. The stalls were a major centre of attracion for everyone.

ADHPL: Independence Day

Independence Day was celebrated with high spirit and fervour at ADHPL on August 15, 2017. The event started with the flag hoisting ceremony by Shri Arvind Sharma. Sweets were distributed among the employees and children.

ADHPL: Annual Day

7th anniversary of power generation at AD Hydro Power Plant was celebrated as the annual day on July 17, 2017. Hawan and lunch thereafter was organized at Power House for all the employees on this occasion.

ADHPL: Vishwakarma Day

Vishwakarma Day was celebrated at ADHPL on September 17, 2017, with fervour and gaiety. The pooja was performed in different departments and hawan was organized at Power House. The prasada was distributed after the purana-ahooti.

Kharigram: Independence Day

Kharigram unit celebrated Independence Day on August 15, 2017. Shri Rajeev Jain BH-O (YB) hoisted the national flag followed by a parade by the Security Staff. A folk dance was performed by female staff members which was much appreciated by all. Prizes were also  given to the best performers in the category of security, production, attendance, etc. Shri Brijesh Joshi, GM-P & IR, appreciated all workers for their performance. Addressing the staff and workers, Shri V R Joshi, COO, emphasized on consistent quality and productivity. Shri Rajeev Jain wished everyone good luck and asked the team to be cost conscious at each stage of the production process. The programme concluded with distribution of sweets and refreshment to all.

Kharigram: Vishwakarma Pooja

Vishwakarma Pooja was celebrated on September 17, 2017, at Kharigram. Shri V. R. Joshi, COO, performed the special pooja for Lord Vishwakarma. Managers, staff and workers participated in the havan and aarti.  Also  prasad was distributed to all.

Kharigram: Navratra Celebrations

RSWM, Kharigram Pariwar celebrated the Navratra Mahotsav organized by RSWM Staff Club in the Mill premises. The Navratra Mahotsav started with "Murti Sthapana" on September 21, 2017, with great zeal and enthusiasm in the presence of Shri Rajeev Jain, BH-O(YB), Shri V. R. Joshi, COO, Shri Naresh Sharma, President, Staff Club, Senior Officers and a large gathering.

Staff members along with family participated in the Durga Shaptshati Path, havan and aarti. The celebrations saw active participation of members of Ladies Club and children in the dandiya, folk dances, rangoli etc. The celebrations concluded on September 29, 2017. Special performances were presented by the ladies and children which were the highlights of the event and also highly appreciated. Every day,  the programme ended with aarti and distribution of prasad and milk. 

Kharigram: Vijay Dashmi

Staff Club celebrated Dussehra on September 30, 2017, by burning the effigy of Ravana in "Ravan Dahan". This was followed by tilak, puja and aarti of Lord Ram, Laxman, Sugreev and Hanuman. All enjoyed the firecrackers and lights. The programme ended with refreshments to all RSWM, Kharigram family. After Ravan Dahan,            Shri  Rajeev Jain, Business Head (Operation), Yarn Business, greeted all Kharigram Pariwar on this auspicious occasion of Vijay Dashmi.

Kharigram: Janmashtmi

RSWM, Kharigram Pariwar celebrated " Shri Krishna Janmashtmi "  on August 15, 2017, in colony's temple. Staff and their family members Sang Bhajans. Children dressed up as Radhas - Krishnas. The  abhishek of Bal Gopal and Pooja was performed amidst large gathering and the programme ended with the Aarti and distribution of Prasad.

Kharigram: Ganesh Chaturthi

Ganesha Chaturthi, also known as ' Vinayak Chaturthi ' or ' Vinayaka Chavithi ' was celebrated by the RSWM, Kharigram family on August 25, 2017, at  the Colony Temple. Staff and their family members chanted bhajans on this occassion. The celebration ended with the aarti and distribution of prasad.

Everyone enjoyed and were very happy on this occasion.

Bagalur: Independence Day

71st Independence Day was observed at Bhilwara Infotechnology Limited, Bengaluru. It has been a tradition to celebrate this day with the same enthusiasm and energy as on other festivals. All employees gathered for a flag hoisting ceremony organised by the infrastructure team. There was no better way to begin the Independence Day celebration than to remember the freedom fighters, their sacrifices and the sovereignty of the country. 

BIL: Ganesh Chaturthi

BIL, Bengaluru celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi, in August, 2017, with a Rangoli competition. This was an ideal opportunity to bring out the hidden talents of the employees. This also helped in strengthening the team spirit and increased collaboration among the employees, thus creating synergy. The auspicious day was wrapped up after Ganesh Pooja and sweet distribution.  

HEG: Independence Day

Independence Day celebration started with the flag hosting by Shri Raju Rustogi, Chief Operating Officer at 8:30 a.m. followed by the National Anthem and the Guard of Honour. In his speech, Shri Raju Rustogi emphasised on our daily efforts that contributes to the prosperity of the Unit, LNJ Bhilwara Group and subsequently of our nation. He motivated the employees to put in their best efforts day in and day out for achieving the same.

HEG: Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebrations

In line with the tradition of HEG, Mandideep, this year also on September 17, 2017, our employees made offerings and prayers to " Lord Vishwakarma ", the divine God of architecture and machines. Employees participated in Pooja and Hawans conducted in all the shops and prayed for the blessings from "Lord Vishwakarma " for the prosperity of the organization, employees, associates and well-wishers. Plant was kept open for visitors. Employees visited the plant with their families to show their work areas.

Bagalur: Gurupoornima

On the occasion of Gurupoornima on July 8, 2017, a pooja was performed at the Staff Colony, Bagalur. Staff members along with their families attended the pooja, which ended with prasad distribution to all.

 

Bagalur: Ganesh Chaturthi

Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated at Staff Club Colony, Bagalur, from August 25-27, 2017.  Staff members along with their families participated in the celebrations. On the last day of the festival, Ganapati procession started from the colony and visarjan was performed on the ghat.

Bagalur: Independence Day

71st Independence Day was celebrated at Bagalur Unit on August 15, 2017. The National Flag was hoisted by Shri C Narayanan, General Manager (Production) in the presence of a large number of workers and staff. Prizes were also distributed for the competition held at girls dormitory for housekeeping, best worker, etc.

Bagalur: Navaratri Celebrations

Navaratri festival was celebrated at Bagalur Unit starting with Navaratri Sthapna on September 21, 2017. A daily aarti was held during the period. All the staff and their family members participated and enjoyed the colourful garbha dance on all the nine days. During the programme a special Garbha dance was presented by the ladies group. The best dancers and the best dressed females, males and children in different age groups were rewarded with attractive prizes.

Ringas: Teej Celebration

As usual, this year also Teej was celebrated as Regional Manson Festival by all the members of Ladies Club at Ringas. On July 262017,  the members of Ladies Club applied Mehandi in their hands in various designs to honor the devotion of Parvati, who is also known as ‘Teej Mata’ by those who observe this auspicious day when married women seek her blessings for a happy married life and a good husband.

Ringas: Independence Day

The Nation’s 71st Independence Day was celebrated at Ringas with patriotic fervor. The programme started with hoisting of National Flag by Shri Avinash Bhargava, Dy. Chief Operating Officer. The National Anthem sung by all staff members, workers and Union delegates presented in the programme and followed by the Guard of Honour a group of security personnel. In his speech, he emphasized on national integrity and prosperity.

On this occasion, Shri Avinash Bhargava, Dy.COO had distributed awards to workers for best performance on their duties.

On this occasion, Ringas Unit had given a Cheque of Rs.5.00 Lac to Smt. Santosh Devi W/o. Shri Manna Ram towards Insurance Claim passed by National Insurance Co. Ltd. towards sudden death of her husband Shri Manna Ram on December 13, 2016 at his home, who had worked in Speed Frame Department at Ringas Unit.

The event concluded with the distribution of sweets to all staff, workers & Union delegates.

Ringas: Nav Durga Dandia Mahotsav

As usual the Navratri Parva was celebrated from 21st September to 29th September 2017 with great devotion & zeal with Gujrati Holistic Dandia, Pooja, Aarti, Bhajan, Hawan, performed every day. First Pooja of Navaratri was performed by Shri Anurag Tiwari & on other days it was performed by all other senior staff members with their families.

On the last day of Navratri, Shri Jhabar Singh Kharra, MLA, Sri Madhopur witnessed with other dignitaries of the Town, News Paper Correspondents, Business Associates and Friends. On the occasion Shri Avinash Bhargava presented Bouquet to Shri Jhabar Singh Kharra.

During Navratri, on every day selected Best Couple with the mark of good dandia dance & best dressing. The prize was distributed to the Best Couples on the 9th day of Navratri.

 

At the end of the programme Shri Jhabar Singh Kharra and all dignitaries had participated in the Maha Aarti.

Shri Avinash Bhargava, Dy. Chief Operating Officer conveyed his best wishes of Navratri & coming festival season to family members of staff, workers.

Ringas: Durga Mata Idol Visarjan

The Mata Idol visarjan was also conducted on 30th September 2017. The auspicious day of Navami or Dashami marks the idol immersion of Maa Durga carried out with zestful flair and verve, and seeped in the traditional practice of a procession-led immersion, it brings a beautiful and cathartic end to the festival, immensely gratifying the soul.

Ringas: Dusshera

RSWM, Ringas Parivar celebrated the Dussehra on September 30, 2017.  In the evening Ravan Dahan was arranged. On the occasion, all participants were conveyed wishes to each other.

At the end of the programme, Dinner was arranged for all staff members and their families.

BMD: Independence Day

Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotism at BMD on August 15, 2017. The National Flag was hoisted by Sh S.N. Goyal President at 9.00 AM with National Anthem& Guard of honor by security guards. Cultural performance was given by Workmen and staff with much enthusiasm. On the occasion Shri Goyal emphasized on the importance of national integrity and highlighted the need for more cohesive working so as to meet future challenges ahead.

Awards and certificates were given to a meritorious child of workman securing81% marks in 12th class examination and attaining first position at District level.

Shri Goyal also thanked staff & workmen for good working environment, work culture & discipline in the Company. 

BMD: Janmashtami Celebrations

Shri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great joy and spirituality at BMD, Banswara on August 15, 2017 in  colony club House.

 Pooja was carried out by Sh. S. N. Goyal President of company along with all the families of BMD staff members. The main attractions were colourful Shri Krishna Jhanki, Bhajan Sandhya and Matki Phod Programme. Children dressed up as Radha – Krishan and the best dressed child was rewarded. The programme ended with the Aarti  followed by Prasad.

 

BMD: Naagpanchami Pooja

Naagpanchami pooja ceremony has been organized at BMD Khatrapal Devta Temple in factory premises on August 12, 2017.

During pooja Rudrabhishek was performed by a team of renowned pandits from Saredi under the leadership of Pt. Harish Upadhyay.

The Prasad was distributed to staff members after the pooja ceremony.

 

BMD: Vishwakarma Jayanti

On September 17, 2017, VishwakarmaJayanti was celebrated in presence of all workers and staff members. Lord Vishwakarma is regarded as God of architecture and engineering and builder of all Gods’ palaces and designer of all celestial vehicles and weapons.

Members of BMD unit paid their obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma by organizing puja &Hawan in maintenance department for prosperity of the company and prayed Lord Viswa Karma for continuous improvement and accomplishment. At the end Prasad was distributed to all the employees. 

BMD: Navratri Celebrations

Navratri Pooja was organized in BMD Plant from  21st September  to 29th September, 2017.  Dandia & Garba was organised in colony from 26th to 29th September. Garba and Dandia dances were performed by all the staff members and their families.These  days witnessed great devotion and zeal with Dandiya Nritya, Pooja, aarti, bhajan & hawan being performed every day. During good health, wealth & prosperity was wished from Maa Durga in personal and professional life.

Maral: Janmashtami

“Janmashtami” the birth festival of Lord Krishna was celebrated with full of joy and fervor at Maral Sarovar on 14th August 2017. On this occasion a Bhajan Sandhya was organized at Sriram temple which was attended by large number of devotees. At 12.00 midnight, Shree Krishna Janmotsav celebrated with special pooja and maha aarti at the temple, in which Sh. & Smt. Suresh Maheshwari and devotees took part.  After the pooja and aarti, prasadi distribution took place. 

Maral: Vishwakarma Pooja

On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, Vishwakarma Pooja organized at Engineering Workshop, Maral Sarovar on 17th September 2017.  The workshop and pandal was exquisitely decorated with flowers.  The main pooja and hawan was performed by Shri Ramesh Mishra, Sr. GM (Engg.), Shri Rajkumar Gite, Sr. GM (HR&Admn) and Shri Ashok Akade, Vice President (Tech.).  After the pooja and hawan, Prasad distributed among all the staff and workers who attended the pooja.

Maral: Ganesh Utsav

The Ganesh Utsav celebrated at Maral Sarovar from 25th August to 5th September 2017.   Shree Ganesh Sthapana was done on 25th August in the Club Dome and everyday special pooja was performed by the colony residents.  From 26th August, different competitions like Dance, Drawing, Rangoli, One minute games and Fancy Dress, Karaoke Night, GK Quiz etc. were conducted.  On 5th September 2017, a large number of staff members and their families attended the Ganesh Visarjan procession.  

Maral: Teej Utsav

Maral Ladies Club, Maral Sarovar organized a special event in connection with Teej Utsav.  Members of the ladies club presented various dances, skits and songs.  Ladies club members with their families attended the function which followed by delicious dinner.  Club President Mrs. Nirmala Maheshwari gave vote of thanks to all.
