RSWM Ringas - Long Term Service Award Ceremony
As per the RSWM Limited HR Policy, long-term service rewards (also known as "years-of-service" awards) were given to the eligible employees in the HRD Center on October 29, 2025.
The objective of the Reward and Recognition policy is to acknowledge the efforts put in by an employee and reward him appropriately to keep him motivated at work. Efforts can be in terms of extraordinary performance and achievements.
RSWM RPSF: Unit Marks 10 Years of Service with Recognition and Gratitude
On October 29, 2025, the RPSF Unit proudly celebrated the completion of 10 years of dedicated service by its employees. On this occasion, Sh. M. K. Yogi Ji, Chief Executive & Business Head (CE & BH), extended his heartfelt congratulations to all the employees for their commitment, perseverance, and contribution to the organization’s journey.
As a mark of recognition and appreciation, employees were honoured with a 10-Year Service Certificate along with a Gratitude Cheque, acknowledging their loyalty and consistent efforts over the years.
The initiative reflected the organization’s core values of respect, recognition, trust, and long-term association, reinforcing the belief that employees are the cornerstone of sustainable growth and collective success.
RSWM RPSF: Mr. Devendra Yadav Conferred with Idea Ikon Award
Mr. Devendra Yadav from the Maintenance Department at RPSF RSWM was honored with the prestigious Idea Ikon Award in recognition of his innovative contributions and commitment to excellence. He was felicitated by Mr. Rajeev Gupta Ji, Joint Managing Director (JMD), RSWM, during the award ceremony.

RSWM - Employee's Daughter Ms. Chhavi Poplani Secures 47th All India Rank in CLAT 2026

Maral Overseas - Shri Mohit Maheshwari has been elected as Dy. Chairman of MPTMA
Shri Mohit Maheshwari, President & Business Head (Yarn & Fabric) has been unanimously elected as the Dy. Chairman of Madhya Pradesh Textile Mills Association for the period 2026-27. RSWM Mandapam - Received IGMC Silver Award 2025
The Mandpam Unit has been felicitated with the Silver Award at the 11th edition of the “India Green Manufacturing Challenge” (IGMC) Assessment 2025 conducted by the International Research Institute for Manufacturing, India received the Silver trophy for green manufacturing practices by International Research Institute for Manufacturing (IRIM) at ITC Maratha, Mumbai.
This recognition is especially significant as RSWM was the only organization form the textile fraternity among the awardees. The award was received by Mr. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari - BH & CE (MYB) on Behalf of RSWM L td.
