RPSF PLANT : Visit of Mr. Carlo Boselli

The RPSF fibre plant was visited by Mr Carlo Boselli. Mr Carlo Boselli was given a tour of the plant by the COO of the plant, who also gave him an explanation of its machinery. 

RSWM Ringas : Visit of Rajasthan Pollution control board (RPCB) chairman

Rajasthan State Pollution control board (RPCB) chairman Shri Sudhanshu Pant (Senior IAS Officer) visited the RSWM Ringas premises and had a detailed round of the RPSF Fiber Unit. The complete process of recycling post-consumer PET bottles was explained to him and he was very impressed to see such an Eco-Friendly process converting PET scrap into textile products. COOs Sh MK Yogi & Anurag Mathur requested Sh Sudhanshu to plant a sapling which he did with great enthusiasm.

RPSF Plant : Contribution to staff for medical emergency

A relief fund worth Rs 1.00 Lacs was arranged by contributions from our staff  & workers for Shri Rajeev Kumar (Ex Engineer Draw Line RPSF Plant)  Mr. Kumar had left the organization in  2019 due to severe kidney infection followed with Kidney failure. Eventually, he had been hospitalized in Gujarat for Kidney transplant.

RPSF Ringas : One day Picnic Tour at Apano Rajasthan Resort

One day picnic and outing Program was organized for all staff families at Apano  Rajasthan Resort in Jaipur proximity in two batches. To make this event memorable,  COO Sh MK Yogi and ladies club president  Smt Jaya Yogi organized various cultural activities viz balloon couple game, children dance, couple dance and group dances. All staff families enjoyed swimming, sliding, rain dancing, riding swings, horse riding and puppet show and Rajasthani folk dance.

Ringas : Blood donation camp

A Blood donation camp had been organized in RSWM Ringas premises on 17^Th October “ on the auspicious birthday of Syt LNJ Babu” in association with Mittal Blood Bank – Sikar. All staff and workers participated wholeheartedly and donated 108 Units of blood. Both the COOs  Sh M.K. Yogi & Sh Anurag Mathur inaugurated the event along with All HODs and their families. Blood donation certificates had also been awarded to all donors.

Ringas : Visit by Students of Spring Dales Public School, Jaipur

The Student of spring Dale's Public School, Jaipur visited the RPSF unit for gaining technical and industrial knowledge and understanding of the process of production of Recycle Polyester Fiber from post-consumer PET bottles.

RPSF Plant : Visit of students of Mandawa Sr Sec School

A team of students and faculty of Mandawa Sr Sec School visited RPSF Plant in coordination and guidance of Shri PK Deora. The faculty and students visited the plant to gain technical and industrial knowledge about the recycling process. They were amazed to learn that a solid plastic waste bottle could be converted into a fancy textile-grade Fiber. 

RPSF : Celebration of Energy conservation week

Energy conservation week was celebrated from  08th Dec '22 to 12th Dec'22

The program was inaugurated by the business head of RSWM, Sh Sukesh Sharma & COO Sh MK Yogi.

During the celebration, various events were conducted like Poster competitions, Speech completion, slogan competitions, etc for energy conservation. Special energy conservation awareness drill programs were performed by RPSF Team in Ringas, renowned schools Like Government School, Mehla public School, Excellence School, etc to spread awareness amongst students for energy conservation. This initiation was appreciated a lot by local residents. Prizes were distributed to winning contestants on the last day of energy conservation.

RPSF : Fire Drill Sessions

To spread awareness among staff and workmen, fire drills were conducted on 25^th Oct 2022, 25th Nov. 2022 & 25^th Dec. 2022 on Dry Drill and Wet Drill.

During the drill, the safety officer explained the process of safety to control emergency situations and mitigate fire in the event of an emergency.

Ringas : Visit of PR Agency

Shri Tilak Chowdhary, Shri Soham Ray (PR Agency) along with Shri Varun Shukla (Corp. Comm. HO) Visited the Ringas Spinning unit on 15th July 2022 for an overall understanding of the plant process.

Ringas: Visit of Chairperson, RPCB, Jaipur

RSWM Ltd, Ringas was privileged to host Mrs & Mr Sudhanshu Pant, Chairperson-Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board on 28th July-22. They visited both the Spinning and RSPF plants.

RSWM lIMITED : EPFO “Prayaas” Function

Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Jaipur organized a function on 29.07.2022 at Jaipur and distributed pension payment orders to our employees at P.F. Office, who were superannuated. Our team with Shri R.N. Meera - Asstt. P.F.Commissioner (Pension), Sh Shailendra Jain RPFC-II (Accounts) & Sh Ravi Yadav - RPFC-II (Compliance), Shri G.N.Chawla - RPFC -II (Pension) were also present at this function.

Ringas : IMS Recertification

A team of BIS Auditors visited Ringas Plant on 03.08.2022 for IMS Audit for recertification which was successfully renewed. 

Ringas: Employee excursion "Grand Masti Tour"

The Ringas Staff club organized a one-day picnic for the staff at Apno Rajasthan Holiday Resort, Jaipur in two batches on 28th August 2022 & 4th September 2022.

The staff along with their family members enjoyed the slides, swimming and wave pool, and rain dance. Shri Anurag Mathur - Chief Operating Officer,  and Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit - General Manager of HR& IR  also participated in the events and enjoyed themselves. There were delicious food and cultural activities. Everyone was happy with this “Grand Masti Tour”. 

Ringas : Bankers Consortium Meeting

The Bankers’ Consortium Meeting was held at the Ringas unit on 13th September 2022. The senior officials from lead banks, viz. SBI, UBI, BOB, PNB, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and Yes bank attended the meeting along with representatives of RSWM Ltd. i.e. CFO, COO of Spinning division, COO of RPSF division, GM & Sr. Manager (CFD) and Commercial Heads. A brief presentation of Ringus Spinning & RPSF division was presented sharing and explaining the financial performance for Q1 with the bankers which was followed by a Q&A session.

Ringas : Indtex Audit

On 19th September 2022, the Indtex audit was conducted at the Ringas unit. A team of two persons conducted the audit led by Shir Rajeev & Shri Jitender. They took the round of the plant and checked various documents for the same. During the audit, they verified the Indtex process being followed at the shop floor level and got satisfied to see the implementation status.

Ringas: Movie Show

A Movie show was organized under the Staff Club of the Ringas unit. Movie Dasvi was shown to staff club members on 26.11.2022. All the colony residents and staff members of the Ringas unit enjoyed the movie shows with their family members and were really happy with this kind of initiative. It was great to see the gathering of people and the love they have for each other.

Ringas : Visit by Sangmitra sriji, Amijara sriji, Merushila sriji Maharasa

Sangmitra sriji, Amijara sriji, Merushila sriji Maharasa visited the plant on 08.12.2022.  Ringas team and family members benefitted from their spiritual speech and guidance and felt that the surroundings had filled up with a lot of positivity. They also visited our plant for seeing the yarn manufacturing process.

Ringas : Visit of Statutory Auditor

 A Statutory Audit was conducted on 31st December'2022 at the Ringas unit. A team of two persons conducted the audit led by Mr Shri Vijay Gupta and  Shri Jugraj Singh  Senior Statutory Auditors of M/s SSKM & Co., New Delhi with Shri Rakesh Jain (CFD). They went around of the plant and checked and verified various documents and were satisfied with the implementation status.

Ringas : India ITME  Exhibition

RSWM Limited participated in the India ITME-2022 exhibition held in Noida from 8th to 13th December 2022.  A delegation of eight members participated from Ringas Unit in this exhibition. The exhibition garnered participation avenues for exploring new customers, products, and new technical innovations. 

Kharigram : One Day Picnic

RSWM Staff Club-Kharigram organized a One Day Picnic at Swadridhani & Khoda Ganesh Ji, Ajmer on the 4^th, 11^th  & 18^th of September 2022. All the staff members along with their families put their worship at Khoda Ganesh ji Temple, Kishangardh, and thereafter enjoyed the Magic show, Puppet show, Folk dance, Horse riding, and various culture activities organized at Swadridhani. The picnic ended with late lunch and everyone was happy with this “Grand Frolic Tour”. 

Kharigram : Visit of ED (Bank of Baroda)

Shri SL Jain, Executive Director, and Shri Rajesh Malhotra Chief General Manager of Bank of Baroda visited at Kharigram plant on 20th July along with the team who were welcomed by the CFO, Sh Avinash Bhargav. They discussed the Company’s business and new expansion plans and expressed their willingness as business partners in RSWM Limited. Sh Jain and Sh Malhotra were delighted to see the plant capacity and the cleanliness is of International levels.

Kharigram : Visit of Shree Pragya college students

A group of 42 students of Shree Pragya college visited Kharigram Unit on 23-12-2022. HR team welcomed them and Training Incharge Mr Ratibhan Patil explained the manufacturing process. The students learned about various processes of Yarn Manufacturing in the Sj-11 unit and felt extremely delighted. The school principal gave a vote of thanks to our Management that this visit will help them with their enhancement of knowledge. 

Kharigram : Visit of Francis Verstraete and Annelies Gevaert

Mr. Francis Verstraete and Ms. Annelies Gevaert (Belgium customer) visited Kharigram Unit on 28-11-2022. Mr. N K Bahedia, COO welcomed him. They visited our NPD setup of dyed and grey units, which was concluded, by the visit of the SJ-11 unit. They felt very happy with our warm welcome and to see the latest technology.

Kharigram : Vaccination Camp

In line with the government's mission to vaccinate all our countrymen, vaccination camps for booster doses were organised in the month of August, 22 at Kharigram Unit. A total of 215 staff and workmen and their families were vaccinated in the camp.

LNJ Bhilwara Kings : Legends League Cricket Tournament

LNJ Bhilwara Kings Cricket team participated in LLCT20: Legends League Cricket 2022. During the league matches, staff club kharigram arranged a screening of live matches on the big screen in the club ground for viewing to staff and family members Senior management and kharigram staff members also reached jodhpur Barkatullah Khan Stadium to cheer and support our cricket team and the in-house crowd enjoyed all matches with a buzz of loud cheers iconic songs, etc.

RSWM LIMITED : GRS AUDIT

The GRS audit was conducted by Mr. Nitesh Dubey from Control Union on 25.07.2022 and was completed successfully.

RSWM LIMITED : INDITEX AUDIT

A renewal audit of Inditex was held on the 26^th & 27^th of September 2022.  Mr. Rjiv Singh, Mr. Shivendra Kumar Dubey, and Mr. Anand Verma from M/s.Intertek conducted the Audit.  In the concluding meeting, they appreciated the high-quality housekeeping of the plant and campus.

Rishabhdev : Vaccination Camp

The Covid-19 booster dose vaccination camp was held at Rishabhdev on 14^th September, 22 and more than 50 employees including staff and workers were benefitted from this camp. 

RSWM Rishabhdev : Health & Wellness camp

RSWM Rishabhdev in association with Aditya Birla Health organized a Health and Wellness camp at the mill’s training hall from 5^th to 8^th September 2022 In this camp; Bone Density Check was done for the employees. Five medical staff from Aditya Birla Health with the help of Personnel staff conducted the camp.  Approximately 81 employees took benefit of this camp.

Rishabhdev : Blood Donation Camp

On 17^th October,  on the birthday of the Chairman Emeritus, a  Blood Donation camp was organized at Rishabhdev.  A team from Saral Blood Bank, Udaipur conducted the camp.  A total of 62 units of blood was collected during the camp.  The COO along with senior officers was present in the camp and motivated the donors.

Rishabhdev : Volleyball match

The Staff Club, RSWM  Rishabhdev organised a  Volley Ball match for staff on  23^rd November 2022  in which four teams - Team A, B & C  played the match.  In the final,  Team C won the match. All officers and staff members witnessed the match every day and encouraged the team members. 

Shri K B Khatod, COO of the unit and other senior officers who were present in the final match, congratulated the winners and encouraged the other teams who performed well in the match. The rolling trophy was handed over to the winning team by the COO. 

Rishabhdev : Energy Conservation week

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated World Energy Conservation Day as a one-week programme starting on 8^th December 2022.  The COO and Chief Coordinator of GECC, Shri KB Khatod, in the inaugural session, attended by Officers and staff, made people aware of the importance and value of  Energy and how to reduce unnecessary or unwanted use of energy.  

The purpose of the celebration of Energy conservation week is to make people aware of the importance and value of  Energy and how to reduce unnecessary or unwanted use of energy.

Posters and banners were displayed at various places on campus. Pamphlets were distributed to all employees, residential quarters, and students of VKV School, briefing the importance of energy, and energy saving tips for domestic appliances viz. Refrigerator, AC, Washing machine, Microwave, use of natural Sun lights, etc.  Through a documentary film, the importance of energy saving was explained by Shri Anil Dalawat, GM-Engineering to the staff and workers who attended in various groups.   The seven days programme ended on 14^th December, 22 on World Energy Conservation Day. The Engineering team with the cooperation of all made a full effort to make the programme memorable.  

A drawing competition for children was held on 14^th December 2022 on Energy Conservation, on World Energy Conservation day.  The drawings prepared by children were sent for judgment and selection of the winners.  Prize money to the winners and consolation prize to all participants were distributed.  

Rishabhdev : Consortium meeting of Banks

A consortium meeting of Banks was held at Rishabhdev on 2^nd December 2022 in which senior officials from various banks participated. Shri Avinash Bhargava, CFO, Shri Rakesh Jain and Shri Shubham Agarwal from the Kharigram unit were there in the meeting. Shri K B Khatod, COO, Rishabhdev,  Shri Ashok Sodani, DGM (Comml)  and Shri Ashok Choudhary, Manager (Accts) attended the meeting. The COO welcomed the delegates and Shri Ashok Sodani and briefed them about the Unit’s performance and financial position through power point presentation. The presentation was also given by Shri Rakesh Jain. A plant visit was done after the meeting.

Rishabhdev : Vivekanand Sandesh Yatra

Vivekanand Sandesh Yatra began from Vivekanand Kendra, Kanyakumari and reached Rishabhdev unit’s Main Gate on 6th December 2022. There were approximately30 people in the yatra. Unit’s COO Shri K B Khatod and staff, VKV school’s Principal, and teachers assembled at the main gate to welcome them. Students from VKV arranged some cultural activities including a small play related to Swamiji’s life and teachings. A Quiz competition on the life and teachings of Swami Vivekananda was also held on this occasion.

The chief guest of the Yatra Shri Bhagwan Singh briefed about the purpose of the Yatra. The Yatra was held on the occasion of the Silver Jubilee celebration of Vivekananda Kendra, Kanyakumari.  The 50 days long Yatra covered all 33 Districts of Rajasthan and was culminated on 7^th January 2023. 

The National Joint General Secretary Smt.Rekha and Shri Raj Nair from the Kendra were also part of the Yatra.The main objective of the yatra was to spread the message of Swami Vivekananda to the masses.

LNJ Denim : Participation in “GARTEX EXHIBITION" Delhi

Gartex is a comprehensive exhibition on garment and textile machinery conducted bi-annually in Delhi and Mumbai. From the 4th to the 6th of August, 2022, LNJ Denim participated in the Denim Zone of "GARTEX 2022" in New Delhi. Customers were shown our newest AW-23 collection, "Denimic."

100+ potential Brands / Customers stopped by our exhibit to see the Collection. The customer response was outstanding. It is a forum where the bulk of the important companies in the Indian denim industry gets together to draw the attention of the global denim community.

LNJ Denim : SLCP verification audit

LNJ Denim Unit went through SLCP verification audit from 8th to10th September 2022. The Eurofins India auditor Shri Swapnil Savadi & Shri Natarajan V had audited the systems and processes of the entire unit for three days. Some minor NCs and few suggestions/observations were raised as there are no major NCs observed. It was supported by HODs and their respective teams for successful conduct of the audit. 

LNJ Denim : Levis social and environmental audit

LNJ Denim Unit went through Levis Social & environmental audit from 14^th to 15^th September 2022. Shri Anil Chaudhary audited the systems and processes of the entire unit for two days and certification continues after the successful completion of the audit. It was supported by HODs and their respective teams for the successful conduct of the audit. Shri Rohit Basu from Levis audited the Environmental and Chemical management system from 15^th to 16^th September 2022.

LNJ Denim : Customer visit from Guatemala

Mr. Jose Herrera from Guatemala paid a visit on September 13th 2022. Marketing Head, Shri Ashish Bhatnagar greeted him and guided him around the Denim facility so that he could comprehend the full denim process.

He toured our Denim facility and expressed his appreciation for the facility and Denim products. He was quite amazed by the variety of new developments and hospitality of the Denim staff.

LNJ Denim : Participation in Denims and Jeans show - Tokyo, Japan

“DenimsandJeans show” is a platform where key mills from across the world exhibit their latest collections. This was the first edition in Japan and attracted a great response from various brands, importers and trading houses. LNJ Denim participated in DenimsandJeans exhibition held at Tokyo, Japan on 1st and 2nd November 2022

Shri Suketu Shah – Business Head & Shri Ashish Bhatnagar – Marketing Head had meetings with some important customers with respect to business growth and existence for future market at global level. Various customers visited at our stall and appreciated our product range, design & fast progress in sustainability concept.

The footfall was very much encouraging, considering this was a first independent denim show in Japan, 15-20 potential Brands / Customers visited our stand and witnessed the Collection. The customer response was superb and every team member was so cherished with this kind of footfall.

LNJ Denim : Participation in Denim Première Vision Milan, Italy

LNJ Denim participated in Denim Première Vision exhibition held in Milan, Italy on 23rd and 24th November 2022. They presented their newest SS-24 collection "Switch" in the show, with a focus on denim versatility, sustainability, and clean manufacturing. The collection comprised 4 themes – Urbanite, Epicurean, Preserver, and Vagabond each showcasing a group of products apt to the theme. The overall response was positive and encouraging.

LNJ Denim : CMD Visit

Shri Riju Jhunjhunuwala, Chairman & Managing Director, RSWM Ltd., visited the LNJ Denim plant on 27th November 2022. Shri Arbind Mishra & Team welcomed him and were taken through the Denim & Knits facility to get him to understand the entire Denim & Knit process.

CMD met the HODs and had an interaction with the team. He asserted the new upcoming expansion in our group.

BSL : Labour Sports Competition

One day Labour Sports Competition was organized at BSL premises on 22.12.2022 by the HR Department among the workers of all divisions/units. And various types of motivational and enjoyable games were planned/played between the workers. Beside of this,  prizes were given to winners by Shri Praveen Jain, Director (Operations),   Shri PS Phogat, VP (Spg.) Shri  PS Brar, GM (Wvg.)  and Shri Sanjay Tripathi, GM (HR & IR) as appreciation and motivation of workers.

Shri Sanjay Tripathi & Shri Ramayal Jat have taken active initiatives to organise this motivational programme for workers at the site.
