Maral Sarovar : Independence Day Celebration

Nation’s 76^th Independence Day was celebrated at Maral Sarovar amidst patriotic fervor.  The program started with hoisting of national flag by the President Shri S.N. Goyal.  March-past by the security guards was major attraction.  As a tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives fighting for freedom “Amar Jyoti Amar Jawan” lamp lit by Shri S.N. Goyal. On this occasion children of associates who exhibited excellence in the board/university examination results were honored with cash award and certificates. A good gathering of staff members and workers attended the function.

Maral Sarovar : Bhoomi Pooja Celebration

“Bhoomi Pooja” of a new unit of Melange yarn and Fibre Dyeing was held at Maral Overseas Ltd, Maral Sarovar on 1st September 2022 from the hands of CMD Shri Shekhar Agarwal. On this occasion a large number of officers, staff members, and associates were present. It is expected that the erection and commissioning of this plant will be completed by May/June 2023.

Maral Sarovar : Akhand Ramayan Path Celebration

In the holy Shravan month, Akhand Ramayan Path was conducted at Shri Ram Mandir, Maral Sarovar on 4^th August 2022.  24 hours long nonstop Ramayan Path was started at 10 AM on 4^th August 2022 and ended on 5^th August at 10 AM followed by Hawan and distribution of Prasad. 

Ringas : Hariyali Teej celebration at RPSF Staff club

Hariyali Teej festival was celebrated in RPSF Staff Club. All families including women and children participated in this event with great exultation.

The event was organized by lady club president Smt Jaya Yogi. Prayed to god for the good health and prosperity of all RSWM families.

Ringas : Celebration of Independence Day at RPSF Fiber Plant

Independence Day was celebrated in RPSF Plant with patriotic spirit and conducting various cultural programs

Sh. M.K. Yogi - COO hoisted the flag and everyone sang the National anthem. The COO addressed staff and workers in his speech regarding the importance of the Indian Constitution and remembered the sacrifices of Freedom Fighters he inspired the team giving a message that every person should deliver his fullest contribution in the highest afflux of the group

Prizes were distributed to the best performers and achievers.

Ringas : Shree Krishna Janmashtami Celebration at RPSF Fiber Colony

Birth occasion of Lord Krishna – The Krishna Janmashtami which is a major annual Holley festival was celebrated at RSWM premises with great enthusiasm. To make this event memorable a devotional concert was organized.

The worship was completed followed with Aarti Poojan after witnessing the birth event of Bal Krishana at 12:00 AM. Prasad was taken considering the utmost blessing of Lord Krishna.

Ringas : Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration at RPSF Fiber Plant

Ganapati Bappa was duly worshipped in Fiber plant on Ganesh Chaturthi and received his blessing for happiness, peace and prosperity of all RSWM families. Pooja was performed followed with Prasad distribution. Together, in RPSF staff club Ganesh sthapana followed with Pooja was conducted, taking lead by Ladies club president Smt. Jaya Yogi.

Ringas : Vishwakarma Pooja Celebration at RPSF Fiber plant

Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated in the Fiber plant with great pomp and enthusiasm. Lord Vishwakarma was worshipped by performing Pooja and Hawan.

COO Sh MK Yogi extended many warm greetings to team members.

Ringas : Celebration of Navratri and Vijay Dashami at RPSF Fiber Plant

Navratri dandiya and Vijay Dashami festivals had been celebrated with great enthusiasm. The special presence and active participation of BH sh Sukhesh Sharma ji turned this program into a very special event. In addition to daily worshiping of Devi and Rangoli demonstrations, many religious cultural programs were performed including solo & couple dandiya raas programs. Subsequently the Vijay Dashami was also celebrated with great pomp.

Ringas : Celebration of Deepawali at RPSF Fiber Plant

The auspicious holly festival Deepawali was celebrated enthusiastically in RPSF Fiber plant

Blessings of Lord Ganesha & Maa Laxmi were taken by worshiping performing Poojan.

COO Sh MK Yogi expressed many warm greetings to RPSF families and prayed god to bless us with

with prosperity and happiness.

HEG: Independance Day Celebration

This year Independence day was celebrated in a different way. The campaign of “azadi ka amrit mahotvasav” was initiated by the Government Of India which implied five different themes namely - Freedom , Ideas ,Resolve ,Action and Achievements .The flag was hosted by our honorable VP ( production) Shri Virendra Shrivastava Ji.

In HEG, all the employees on this day celebrated the joy of freedom and participated in the Amrit Mahotsav to make this day more cherishing and can show their Patriotism towards the Nation.

HEG: Diwali Celebration

Diwali is the festival of lights, joy and giving . This festival is full of enjoyment, hope, and the goodness around us. The surroundings are cheerful and everybody is filled up with the vibes that makes the day special.

Like every year , This year too , On this auspicious occasion , Gifts were distributed among the employees from the HEG  by our ED Shri Manish Gulati Ji  with  HOD’s.

We hope that may god lightens the life of everyone with full of achievements and happiness.

HEG: International Clean Air Day

Air pollution doesn’t know national borders and it is all-pervasive. The third International day of clean air was held on 7^th September 2022 and our VP (Project) Shri. J S Khosla ji with team members planted the plants to create awareness amongst people about clean air.

It is the prime responsibility of everyone to take care of mother nature as it is a precious resource and a source of our living.

On this day, Multiple plants were planted on the HEG campus to deliver the message of clean air to our future generation.

Ringas : Independence Day Celebration

The 75th Anniversary of the Independence of India ‘’Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’’ was celebrated on 15th August’22 at Ringas with patriotic fervour. The programme started with hoisting of the National Flag by Shri Anurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer. The National Anthem sung by all staff members, workers and Union delegates presented in the programme and followed by the Guard of Honour a group of security personnel. In his speech, he emphasized national integrity and prosperity.

On this occasion, Shri Anurag Mathur - COO distributed awards to workers for best performance on their duties.

The event concluded with the distribution of sweets to all staff, workers & Union delegates.

Ringas: Krishna Janmashtami Celebration.

RSWM -Ringas pariwar celebrated "Shri Krishna Janmashtami” on 19th August’22 in colony temple. A "Bhajan Sandhya" was performed by professional coterie and all Staff and their family members chanted Bhajan-Kirtan and engrossed in devoutness of "Shri Krishna”. Small children came dressed up as Shee Krishna which attracted the attention of all. Staff members along with family members were present to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna.

Ringas : Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration.

On the eve of Ganesh Chaturthi on 30.08.2022, rituals consisting of Pooja, Hawan & Maha Aarti were performed at ADM Block ,Plant and  Staff Colony Mandir. This ritual was performed with gaiety and fervor admit the staff members, Workers, Union Office   bearers, by COO Shri Anurag Mathur of the Mill. This idol of Lord Ganesha was laid in the year 2006 and since then every day each and every worker goes to the workplace after paying devotion to the idol.

The event was concluded with Prasad Vitran which was enjoyed by all devotees present in the celebration.

Ringas : Vishwa Karma Jayanti Celebration

On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, Vishwakarma pooja was organized at Engineering Workshop, RSWM Ltd- Ringas on 17th September, 2022. The workshop and pandal were decorated with flowers. The main pooja and hawan was performed by Shri Anurag Mathur - Chief Operating Officer, Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit - General Manager (H&IR), and Shri Rajendra Kumar Arya - DGM (Engineering). After the pooja and hawan, prasad was distributed among all the staff and workers who attended the pooja.

Ringas : Nav Durga Dandiya Mahotasav Celebrations

Nav Durga Dandiya Mahotasav 2022 was organized on the auspicious occasion of Nine Days of Nav Ratra Parva at Ringas Unit.  Durga Pooja, the most acclaimed festival of Hindu the religion that marks the triumph of good over evil, it was celebrated with high spirits and sacredness. For Ringas Unit the festival is a carnival that blends worship with gaiety, dance and above all unity. The nine-nine daybed great devotion and zeal with Dandiya Nritya, pooja, aarti, bhajan, hawan,Dhawanormed every day. Throughout this nine-dnine-dayration, apart from employees, the anxiouanxiouscipation of all outsiders also was seen in the rituals and at the end of the activities, Prasad was served to all present in the function.

On the concluding day of the special celebrations and Pooja, besides the active participation of employee’s families, Shri Sukesh Sharma -Business Head,  Shri Anurag Mathur, COO (Spinning Division) and Shri M.K.Yogi  COO (RPSF Division)  warmly welcomed the dignitaries, Staff Members & their families from local city & surrounding villages including outside and local dignitaries. Shri M.K. Yogi, COO - RPSF conveyed best wishes and vote of thanks for this grand celebration.

Ringas: Staff Birthday Celebrations

The Staff Birthday (July to Dec’’22 Month) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Ringas.

The COO - Shri Anurag Mathur have wished to the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving the sweets and gift in the presence of all other Officers.

Ringas: Deepawali Celebration

On the eve of Deepawali on 24th October 2022, Pooja of Goddess of Wealth was held at ADM Block, Ringas in presence of large number of Staff and families and got the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi. Office was decked up with bright and colorful lanterns, Diyas and Rangoli to add to the festive mood. Shri Anurag Mathur – Chief Operating Officer conveyed best wishes to the Staff Members and their family and expressed expectation from all to contribute their best for growth of the business and welfare of the society at large. Sweets were distributed to all on this occasion.

Ringas : Annual National Energy Conservation Day - 2022

We have celebrated National Energy Conservation Day from 8th to 14th December, 2022 to aware people about the importance of energy as well as saving or conserving the more energy by using less energy. It is celebrated to send the message of importance of conserving energy in the every walk of life among people.

Followed by Energy conservation week, Ringas Spinning has conducted Energy Conservation Cell meeting on 14.12.2022.During the meeting various energy conservation measures like use of compressed air, minimization of idle spindles, use of condensate water, various measures for conservation of water were discussed.

Ringas :New Year Celebration

New Year 2023 celebration was thoroughly enjoyed with great zeal and fun in the presence of Sh Anurag Mathur, COO (SPG), Sh M.K.Yogi, COO (RPSF), and a large gathering of staff and their family members both Spinning and RCPF Plant. Starting with the delicious range of foods, the gala celebration involving Cultural Event began with Deep Prajwalan. Special performances, Skits & Funny Dances, etc were performed by Staff, families & Kids. Everyone enjoyed all the programs and greeted each other with a happy and prosperous New Year. Sh Anurag Mathur, COO (SPG), and Sh M.K.Yogi, COO (RPSF) conveyed best wishes to all staff and their family members, a very bright and successful year ahead

Mandapam : Vishwakarma Puja Celebration

Lord Vishwakarma is widely regarded as the God of all architecture and engineering. He is the official builder of all the gods’ palaces and the designer of all celestial vehicles and weapons.

The members of the RSWM Mandpam unit paid their obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma by organizing Puja on the shop floor on 17^th September 2022. Later “Prasad” was distributed among all the members of the plant.

Independence Day celebration: Kharigram

Kharigram unit with a feel of patriotism, celebrated 75^th Independence Day on 15^th August 2022 . Shri N.K. Bahedia, COO unfurled the national flag in gracious presence of Sh Sukesh Sharma, BH, Sh Avinash Bhargava, CFO, Sh Vinod Mehta(Sr. VP-CCD). Parade from Security Staff and patriotic songs and dances were performed by female workers which was appreciated by all. Prizes were also distributed to best performers in the category of security, production, attendance, etc. Shri Dinesh Bhojak GM-P & IR motivated all workers for their performance.

Kharigram : Navratra Parv Celebration

RSWM Kharigram celebrated the Navratra Mahotsav organized by Staff Club. The Navratra Mahotsav started with "Murti & Ghat Sthapana" on 26^th Sept, 22 with full of worship and in devout environment Senior officers along with families participated in Durga Shaptshati Path & Aarti at morning & evening time. Hawan-Pujan was performed on Ashtami and a grand Pooja followed in presence of Sh NK Bahedia, COO, Sh Sukesh Sharma, BH, and Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD.

In the evening during Navratri, Staff , ladies and kids performed dandia followed by arti, milk and prasad distribution at the end of daily rangoli making and special performance by ladies group during this navratri appreciated by all members.

Kharigram : Vishwakarma Pooja Celebration

The special Pooja of the first-ever Engineer/ Technocrat, Lord Vishwakarma was organised on the day of Vishwakarma Jayanti, 17^th Sept 2022. Sh NK Bahedia, COO, Seniors, Staff members and workers also participated in the Havan and Aarti. This program ended with the distribution of Prasad.

Ganesha Chaturthi, the great Ganesha festival, also known as 'Vinayak Chaturthi' or 'Vinayaka Chavithi' is celebrated by the RSWM Kharigram family on 31st August 2022 at RSWM Colony temple in a spiritual atmosphere.  Staff and their family members chanted Bhajans. The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Prasad. Everyone enjoyed with a feeling of religious & full of happiness on this occasion.

New Year 2022 celebration was thoroughly enjoyed with great zeal and fun in the presence of Sh N K Bahedia, COO, Sh Sukesh Sharma, BH, Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD and a large gathering of staff and their family members. Starting with the delicious range of foods, the gala celebration involving Cultural Event began with Deep Prajwalan. Special performances, Skits & Funny Dances etc were performed by Staff, families & Kids and Orchestra Songs by Singers. Everyone enjoyed all the programs and greeted each other with a happy and prosperous New Year.  Sh Sukesh Sharma, BH, conveyed best wishes to all staff and their family members, for a very bright and successful year ahead. This very fantastic program was concluded with Lucky Draw and Prizes for participants. The Birthday of staff members on 31^st Dec & 1^st Jan was also celebrated by Kharigram Pariwar during this function.

Kharigram : Vijay Dashmi Celebration

On 5th Oct 2022, RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated the Dussehra festival. The grand Dusshera Mela was organized for RSWM pariwar in which, various food stalls, delicious snacks, deserts and fun game stalls were there and all members enjoyed it a lot. Tilak, Puja & Aarti of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram, Laxman, Sugreev, Hanuman was performed and thereafter Ravan Dahan. The effigy of Ravan was made 81 fit, in-house by Engineering Team. All enjoyed the burning of an effigy of demon king Ravan amid the loud noise of crackers and lights. After Ravan Dahan, Sh NK Bahedia, COO and Sh. P K Deora, Auditor greeted all Staff & Family members on this auspicious occasion of Vijay Dashmi. All the end of the program, a Tambola and a lucky Draw were organized for all. Everyone was feeling delightful and enjoyed a lot in this gala and fun event.

Kharigram : Deepawali Poojan Sneh Milan

With an auspicious and festive feel on Deepawali, All office buildings and Residential areas were decked up with colourful lights, Rangoli & Diyas and the whole premises got an awesome and dazzling view in the evening. The Laxmi Poojan was held on 24^th October, 2022 in Gyan Mandir, Admin Block and pooja was performed by Sh Sukesh Sharma, BH, Sh N. K. Bahedia, COO along with HODs at Kharigram’.

On 28th October, 2022, Deepawali Sneh Milan, a Gala Get-Together of all the staff members and families was organized at Staff Club, Kharigram. On this occasion, Local dignitaries and Government Officers were also invited and they were welcomed by Shri B M Sharma, JMD, Sh Sukesh Sharma, BH, Sh NK Bahedia, COO, Sh Avinash Bhargava, CFO, Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD and Senior Officers of the company. The tunes of melodious songs presented by Singers did spellbound to the audience and  thereafter everyone enjoyed the Dinner.

Kharigram : Krishna Janmashtmi Celebration

RSWM Kharigram celebrated "Shri Krishna Janmashtmi” on 19^th August, 2022 in the colony temple. A "Bhajan Sandhya" was performed by professional coterie and all Staff and their family members chanted Bhajan-Kirtan and engrossed in devoutness of "Shri Krishna”. Children dressed up and came in the character of as Radha & Krishan. The Abhishek of Bal Gopal & Puja performed amidst presence of large gathering followed by “Dahi- Handi” competition. Sh. Manoj Sharma, CHRO, Sh N.K.Bahedia, COO and with other seniors distributed gifts to all dressed up Radha & Krishan and programme ended with the Aarti and distribution of prasad. The whole environment of Temple was observed enraptured on this occasion.

Kharigram : Charted Accountant Day Celebration

On 1^st July 2022, Charted Accountant day was celebrated at Kgm. In presence of Sh Manoj Sharma, CHRO, and Sh Avinash Bhargava, CFO. During this program, Sh B.M.Sharma, JMD, Sh Prakash Maheshwari, CE-Corporate Affairs and Power, and other units’ CA professionals were connected virtually. Sh Avinash Bhargava greeted and welcomed all. The programme ended with high tea.

Rishabhdev : Mills Foundation Day

RSWM Rishabhdev unit celebrated its 34^th  Foundation day on 12^th July 2022 by hoisting the Group flag at 7.30 AM in front of the administrative block. Officers,  staff and workers in large numbers were present on this occasion.

Shri K B Khatod, COO while addressing the gathering, congratulated the employees for their contribution towards the growth of the industry and called upon them to carry on the same spirit for further growth and prosperity. Staff members who completed ten and twenty years of service were felicitated on this occasion with certificates and mementoes.

Special pooja archana was also held in the Ganeshji temple and sweets were distributed. In the evening Sunderkand Path was held in the Staff club hall.

Rishabhdev : Hariyali Amavasya plantation programme

On the auspicious occasion of Hariyali Amavasya on 28^th July 2022, RSWM Rishabhdev Staff Club organized a plantation programme on campus.  On this occasion, a variety of saplings were planted on the mill campus. Staff & their families took part in the plantation which ended with heavy snacks and tea.  

Rishabhdev : Independence Day

On 15^th August 2022, India’s 75^th Independence Day, flag hoisting was done by Shri K B Khatod, COO in front of ADM block. Staff, workers and Union members were present in the programme. The COO conveyed Independence Day wishes and congratulations to all. Employees who completed Ten years of service with the Unit were felicitated with Certificate.  Awards/prizes in the form of school bags, books, and bottles were given to wards of workers who stood first in their classes.

On this special day, tricolour flags were put in every quarter.  A  procession - Tiranga Yatra started from VKV school to the mill’s Main gate in which staff of VKV and RSWM participated was the attraction of the day.

Rishabhdev : Shree Krishna Janmashtami

Sree Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated at Rishabhdev in a spiritual atmosphere.  A colourful Jhanki was prepared and the Bhajan Kirtan by staff families lasted till midnight. Small children came dressed up as Radha & Krishna attracting the attention of all. Staff members along with family were present to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna.

Rishabhdev : Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration

On 31^st August 2022, RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with special Puja and Hawan in the  Ganesh temple.  Shri K B Khatod, COO, and all staff with their families participated in the Hawan and Purnahuti. In the end, prasad was distributed to all.

Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebration

On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti on  17^th September 2022, pooja and hawan were held at the Power house of Mill No.2.  Staff and workers of the Engineering & Maintenance departments along with other staff performed the puja and prayed for Lord Vishwakarma’s blessings for a safe and peaceful work environment and prosperity of the Unit.   The programme ended with Prasad's distribution.   

Rishabhdev : Navratri Celebration

In line with the tradition of the RSWM Staff Club, Rishabhdev, Navratri was celebrated at Rishabhdev with much fervour and joy starting with Navratri Sthapna on 26^th September 2022.  Staff with family participated in the daily Aarti at Maa Durga mandir and enjoyed the colourful Garba dance for all the days.  Prizes were given to the participants for the best dance and best dress. On the day of Dussehra,  food stalls with a variety of dishes, games stalls, selfie points, a Lucky draw and Rawan Dahan were the attraction.

Rishabhdev : Deepawali Celebration

On the eve of Deepawali on 24^th October  2022,  Laxmi Poojan was performed in the Accounts hall by the COO.  On 26^th October, Annakoot Prasad was distributed at Ganeshji Mandir in the morning.  Deepawali Snehmilan was held on 27^th October, 22 at the staff club ground which was fully decorated with lights. Dignitaries from Rishabhdev town were also invited.  Staff and family members attended and enjoyed these programmes.    

Rishabhdev : Annual Day Celebration

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated its Annual Day on 31^st December 2022 in a joyous and cheerful manner. The delicious dinner and the variety of programmes like group dance of ladies and children, play by children and gents and many other programmes presented by the family members of the unit made the eve marvellous.  Amidst the excitement and gaiety of the programme, at the dawn of the New Year, everybody greeted each other and   Shri K B Khatod, COO  conveyed  New Year wishes to all.  The programme ended with prize distribution to the meritorious students.

LNJ Denim - Kavad Yatra- Programme

Kavad Yatra is an auspicious pilgrimage observed by Lord Shiva’s devotees every year. By Chanting Bol Bham Bol & Om Namah Shiva the environment becomes very devotional. Each Kavadia(devotee) does the Abhishek of lord Mahadeva

LNJ Denim, Knit, TPP & BMD plant participated in it with high enthusiasm. We had arranged refreshments for devotees on 07^th August 2022. The Yatra refreshment programme was inaugurated by Shri Y D Tiwari – COO, Lodha Plant & Sr. Staff of LNJ Denim, Knit, TPP & BMD Plant.  Many staff members participated in it. By offering refreshments to them it felt like we were serving God. It is termed as the most auspicious time and it is said that every wish of the devotee is said to be granted by lord Shiva.

Since this was the show after almost 2 years of the pandemic era where everybody was happy about this event.

LNJ Denim & Knits - Independence Celebration

India’s Independence Day is a day of great significance for the people of India. It evokes the feeling of patriotism in the heart of every Indian. It is the day when we have got our own identity. The celebration started on 15^th August, 2022 with Flag Hosting Ceremony by our Business Head Shri Suketu Shah & followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. The tricolor national flag was flying in the air proudly.

On this special Occasion, Shri Suketu Shah had extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected for a greater individual contribution in growth of nation. He asserted the current market scenario & he emphasized on national integrity & prosperity and also the need for more cohesive working to meet the challenges ahead, also he motivated the staff & workers to do best with Loyalty & Sincerity.  Shri Sukdarshan Singh – COO, Knit Division had also addressed the employee.

On this occasion, Shri Suketu Shah & Shri Sukdarshan Singh had distributed Children's Talent award to Denim Employees’ Children who had scored 60 % above marks. The function was also addressed by the other senior dignitaries of our plant. It was concluded with distribution of sweets to all staff & workers.

LNJ Denim - Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebration

Vishwakarma Pooja was held in LNJ Denim unit on17th September 2022. On this occasion, all employees of denim prayed for the smooth functioning of the plant & various machines. Vishwakarma Pooja is a festival dedicated to Lord Vishwakarma, who according to Hindu mythology is the Lord of Creation and the Principal Universal Architect who designed the divine architecture of the entire universe -the heaven and the earth.

Many staff members come together to be a part of the Pooja. All were gathered together under the pandal (Process Maintenance workshop) to perform the Pooja and thereafter Prasad was distributed among all.

Apart from this, each professional's respective tools were also worshipped in Vishwakarma's name and blessings were sought for a better future, a safe working environment, and success in their respective fields.

LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP club - Competition Programme during Navratri Celebrations –Drawing, Mehandi

During the Navratri celebration, Competition programs were organized by LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP club at LNJ Nagar colony, mordi on 01st & 02nd October, 2022. In the Competition Programme staff & their family members participated with full gestures & given their best.  The main attraction was Drawings & painting which were made by children & liked by everybody. Mehendi was a part of this event. 

Every participant tried to draw best mehndi on their partner’s hand to win the best award trophy. A team of selectors had chosen the candidates according to their creativity & innovation and precision (accuracy). all the winners of the above competitions had been awarded 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes.

LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP club - Food Mania Festival

During Navratri Celebrations, Food Mania - Festival Program was organized by LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP club at LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on 2nd October,2022. In food mania, staff & their family members participated with full gestures and presented delicious & varieties of Food (Like Samosa, Fruit chat, Pan Mitha Pan, Pani Puri, Burf  Ka Gola, Jal Jira, Ice Cream, Chan Chat, Sabudana Tikki, Sandwitch etc.) It was a great event and all our staff enjoyed a lot having different variety of taste. All the groups which participated in the event have given a unique name to their stalls, Like HUM 5, Food Planet, Shivay, Sakhi, Devi Kripa, Food Plaza, Anzel Ring, “ Fill it, enjoy it”, Kulfi Corner, Sharma & Verma, DIG French Fries, Sadda Adda, Khana Khazana, Aapni Dhani, Burfili Sam, Indian Moktel etc. which was also a center of attraction for the people.

LNJ Denim - Laxmi Pooja Celebration

Deepawali is a festival of lights symbolising the victory of righteousness and the lifting of spiritual darkness. On this occasion a traditional way of Laxmi poojan was organized on 25th October, 2022 at our LNJ Denim Admin Hall which was performed by Shri Prateek Bansal & Shri Kundan Jha along with entire staff members of Denim plant. All the staff members had attended the poojan & hawan ceremony. It was followed by distribution of sweets & bursting of fire crackers.

LNJ Denim, Knits & TPP - Unlock – 2023- New Year Celebration

LNJ Denim, Knits Division & TPP unit collectively organized a grand celebration on the eve of New Year on 31st December, 2022. The celebration began with the group dinner hosted by Staff club. The cultural programme was inaugurated by Shri Suketu Shah with lighting of the lamp before Lord Ganesha. On this Occasion Shri Suketu Shah extended his warmest greetings to all employees & given a phenomenal & Inspirational message on the topic of "Unlock 2023".

Variety of cultural events were there like group dance, Mimicry, Solo Song presented by staff & their family. During the celebration we also organized for Children’s meritorious Award 2021-22, students who have scored more than 75% marks in 10th, 12th & graduation. Along with that a lucky draw was organized for the staff members. Gifts were distributed to the participants.  Over all people enjoyed a lot. Unprecedented participation was observed this time where most of the participators well executed with their new arranged performance with excellence. The whole dances were choreographed by Mr. Kapil Kumawat. At 12:00 PM cake was cut to welcome 2023 by Shri Suketu Shah and all welcomed the New Year by wishing each other’s.

Malana Day Celebration 5th July 2022 MPCL

21^th Anniversary of Malana Power Company Limited was celebrated on 5^th July 2022 with great zeal. On the occasion of Malana Day celebration, five days sports event was organised, in which employees of MPCL, their family members and children participated.  On 5th July a “Hawan” was organized in power house followed by Sweets distribution to all employees as well as to the children. After that a “DHAM”(Lunch) was organized in which all employees & their families were invited.

Independence Day celebration at MPCL

The 76^th Independence Day was celebrated with Great Spirit at MPCL on 15^th August, 2022. The event started with the flag hosting ceremony by the Chief Guest Sh. T.K. Trehan (Vice President – O & M).

17th September 2022 Vishwakarma Pooja at MPCL

The Vishwakarma day was celebrated at MPCL on September 17^th, 2022 with great fervour. A havan / pooja was performed in the power house. Prasad was distributed among the staff and their family members. All the MPCL employees prayed for yearlong blessings on MPCL family from lord Vishwakarma.

ADHPL : Annual Day Function

The Govt. Sen. Sec. School Goshal – Bahang celebrated the annual day on Dec. 02, 2022. Sh. Arvind Sharma, DGM-Civil attended the function on behalf AD Hydro Power Ltd. as chief guest.  During the function various social and cultural activities were presented by the children and prizes were distributed among the brilliant students

Dr. Deepak Tikoo Sr. Mgr. (EHS&S) attended the annual day function of Govt. Senior Secondary School Bran (Manali) as chief guest on behalf AD Hydro Power Ltd. on Nov. 30, 2022. The function started with the National anthem followed by Maa Saraswati Vandana. The school children presented cultural programs of different states. Prizes were distributed among the brilliant and ssuccessful children of the year for different activities being done in the school.

Sports Meet Organized

Annual sports meet was organized at ADHPL from November 17th to 20th  (Volley ball and Badminton championship) after a gap of two years. Both the events went of well between departmental teams from ADHPL, with commitment and sportsmen spirit. It was a motivating event for all employees. The winners were felicitated with trophies on November 20, 2022. A cultural program was also organized on the closing day of the sports meet wherein a beautiful Kulvi Nati was presented by ADHPL Team

BSL : Durga Ashthami Pooja Celebration

BSL team has worshipped Durga Mata on the occasion of “Durga Ashthami” this year like every year on dated 03.10.2022 in the Durga Mata Mandir in the city office and in plant Ram Mandir on dated 04.10.2022.  All HODs, Senior Official /staff had taken active participation with family to perform the Pooja ceremony.

BSL : Cotton Spinning Inauguration Pooja Ceremony Celebration

New Cotton Spinning (Spindles-29184) inauguration Pooja was performed on 04.12.2022 by Mr Nivedan Churiwal, Managing Director and his wife Mrs Subha Churiwal with complete rituals.  Shri Praveen Jain, Director (Operations),  Shri Paramjeet Singh Phogat, VP (Spg.), Shri OP Jangir, VP (Processing), Shri Arun Shraff  VP(Wvg.2), Shri Manoj Garg (GM-Engg.), Shri PS Brar(GM-weaving), Shri Sanjay Tripathi (GM –IR & HR) & Shri RD Jat ( AGM- HR & Admin)  were present in pooja.  All HODs, Staff & Workers from various sections/divisions also attended this inauguration program.

Maral Sarovar : Mahalaxmi Pooja Celebration

On the occasion of Deepavali, Mahalaxmi pooja conducted at Maral Parivar on 24th October 2022 from 10 AM onwards. The pooja performed by the hands of President Sh. S.N. Goyal and Smt. Mridula Goyal.  Lot of staff members were present in the pooja, worshipping goddess Mahalaxmi.

Maral Sarovar : Deepavali Sneh Milan Celebration

Deepavali Sneh Milan with a theme of Celebration of togetherness organized at Maral Sarovar on 5th November 22 from 7.30 PM onwards. Staff members and their families assembled at Children Park at Maral Sarovar and exchanged greetings. The program ended with group dinner, singing on karaoke tracks and musical tombola

Maral Sarovar : New Year Celebration

Maral Parivar at Maral Sarovar welcomed New Year 2023 with full of joy and fervor.  Celebrations began with delicious dinner at Children’s Park at 7.30 PM on 31st December 2022.  From 9 p.m. to 12 midnight vibrant cultural event was organized in which various dances performed by employees and their family members.  Shri S.N. Goyal, President addressed the audience and wished them and organization good luck, prosperity peace and happiness. 

Maral Sarovar : Mahalaxmi Pooja Celebration

On the occasion of Deepavali, Mahalaxmi pooja conducted at Maral Parivar on 24th October 2022 from 10 AM onwards. The pooja performed by the hands of President Sh. S.N. Goyal and Smt. Mridula Goyal.  Lot of staff members were present in the pooja, worshipping goddess Mahalaxmi.

ADHPL : Independence Day Celebration

Independence Day was celebrated with Great Spirit and fervour at ADHPL on Aug. 15th, 2022. The event started with the welcome of the chief guest Sh. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M) followed by a flag hoisting ceremony and address by the Chief Guest. Sweets were distributed and tea was served to all the employees and their family members present during the event.

ADHPL : 12th Anniversary

The 12th Anniversary of ADHPL was celebrated on July 17, 2022, with great zeal. On this occasion pooja was performed at Power House and a Havan was performed at the switchyard. The Prasada was distributed amongst the participants present on the occasion. Local traditional Dham was served to the employees and their families.

ADHPL : Vishwakarma Day Celebration

The ''Vishwakarma day'', the God of construction and engineering, was observed at ADHPL on September 17, 2022, with high spirits and gaiety. On this occasion, Pooja was performed at ADHPL premises and prasad was distributed among the employees present.

ADHPL : International Kullu Dussehra Celebration

International Kullu Dussehra is a festival where hundreds of deities from district Kullu and other adjoining districts attend through Raghunath ji along with their Haryanvis, people from all corners of the HP do various types of purchases in Dussehra festival to seek blessings of gods.

ADHPL is supporting the mission to build an inclusive world for people with disabilities. In order to sensitize people towards the need for specially able children and their acceptance in society, a dummy character by name of “Samphu” (based on the famous cartoon Doraemon) was walked during the festival fair and on the Manali mall road during the evening, accompanied by some other companions distributing pamphlet. This caught the attention of the local public and gave a lot of information and awareness to the local community on the cause supported by ADHPL.

Samphia Foundation works for the development of children with disabilities and one of its three main services is the "Inclusive Programme", under which work is done specifically on the topic of awareness so that we spread as much awareness about disability as possible.
