HEG: Ried Hammer 6 Inauguration (Project – 20K )
For the completion of the expansion of our plant to take the capacity from 80,000 tons to 100,000 tons, the first shop to be started is our baking shop with equipment from Reidhammer, Germany.
The inauguration was done on 31st Aug’22 by our Executive Director Shri Manish Gulati ji along with HODs and team members. This hall is laced up with advanced machinery and equipment so that production could be done efficiently and effectively.
It was a proud moment for every person associated with HEG.
HEG: Excellence Awards
To encourage the employees on the event of “Amrit mahotsav” by the government we praised the selected employees who have done extraordinary work for the organization. The theme for this event was linked with Independence Day to make it more special for each of us.
Employees are a vital resource for any organization to operate and run the business. To motivate them for their special contribution other than their routine responsibility, this award is being given to the employees. This also resembles their loyalty and dedication towards the organization and helps the organization for smoother functioning.
HEG: Quality Circle Award
A quality circle or quality control circle is a group of workers who do the same or similar work, and who meet regularly to identify, analyze and solve work-related problems. It consists of a minimum of three and a maximum of twelve members in number.
QCFI conducted the competition for the best quality circle among the esteemed organizations, in which HEG was in the limelight of the program. Team HEG secured the “Gold & Bronze” trophy amongst the topmost organizations.
The training was held at Hotel Citrus, Bhopal, and the teams performed under the guidance of Mr. Shamit Tiwari.
We wish all the teams very good luck and hope that the same performance should be delivered in the future as well.
HEG: Startup of Impregnation shop
As the deadlines are coming for the completion of project 20k, the efforts are being catalyzed for the functioning of the plant ASAP.
Moving ahead in the project 20k, an oil-filling pooja was organized in the new Impregnation shop. Our Executive Director Shri Manish Gulati Ji commenced the pooja and did the inauguration of the machinery.
We hope that the project 20k would exceed expectations and give the desired results.
HEG: ICQCC Event 2022, Indonesia
The ICQCC is an event for the conventional summit of different nations on the quality circle. Every year this event is based on a certain theme which resembles the continuous improvement and opportunities for the development of the organizations. For this year the theme was “Build Back Better through Quality Efforts”.
A total of 157 teams participated in this event from various nations out of which the HEG team secured the SILVER medal and added one more milestone achieved.
The victory added the stars to our esteemed group and made everyone proud.
VIP visit of ED of Bank of Maharashtra
Shri Ashish Kumar Pandey Executive Director and Shri Rajesh Malhotra Chief General Manager of Bank of Maharashtra visited at Kharigram plant on 20th July along with the Team and Sh Avinash Bhargav, CFO welcomed. They discussed about Company’s business and new expansion plans of RSWM and expressed their willingness as business partners in RSWM Limited. He was very much impressed with the comments “Delighted to see the plant capacity of International Level and Cleanliness. Later the Executive Director Presented a Momento to Sh. Avinash Bhargava, CFO for being an esteemed customer of the Bank of Maharashtra.
RSWM Limited : CRO Leadership summit & Awards 2022
RSWM Limited has identified the risks and Process Owners for various risks involving – CFO, CHRO, CIO, Chief Executives, and Chief Operating Officers. Elevated cross-functional team members to the senior position who can understand and explain the kinds of risks to second-line Managers. Also, made a detailed Business Continuity plan (BCP) from a sustainability point of view of business model risk, conduct risk, reputation, customer protection, resilience, etc., and a definite plan for mitigating IT-related risks like digital risk and cyber risk. A detailed risk identification common to Yarn, Denim, and Knit business has been done. Apart from the above, RSWM Limited is one of those companies that did preadoption of BRSR and took ESG initiatives towards an endeavor to keep the best Corporate Governance and connecting the dots Culture is there to create trust and conviction, towards sustainability by converting PET bottles into a man-made green fibre, converting old denim garments into denim fabric, and people are aligned towards internal /external risks.

Best Employer Award - 2022
The Employer's Association Rajasthan, Jaipur has awarded the "Special Jury Trophy - 2022 " for Outstanding Contribution in Recruitment & Upliftment of Backward Class Workforce and Women Empowerment to RSWM Rishabhdev Unit. The Trophy was presented by the Hon'ble Governor Shri Kalraj Misra at Jaipur on the 58th Foundation Year Award Ceremony held on 24th December 2022, received by Shri Manoj Sharma ji, CHRO, Shri KB Khatod, COO, Shri Anil Dalawat, GM (Engg.) & Shri Gaurav Maheshwari, GM (QA).
LNJ Denim: Silver Trophy in TEXPROCIL Export Award 2020-2021
The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council, or TEXPROCIL, has been the international face of Indian cotton textiles. TEXPROCIL has over 3,000 members scattered throughout the key textile clusters in India.
We received the Silver Trophy in Denim Fabric Category (75-250 cr. turnover) from TEXPROCIL for our splendid export of INR 98.98 Cr for the FY 2020-2021.
Shri Suketu Shah, Business Head, and Shri Ashish Bhatnagar, Marketing Head, accepted the prestigious award from Hon’ble Textile Secretary Mr. Upendra Prasad Singh in a ceremony conducted on August 23, 2022, at Hotel Taj President, Mumbai.
This was a proud and thrilling moment for the entire LNJ Denim family!
Qualified MBBS NEET UG Entrance
Mr. Utkarsh Gupta, son of Mr. Ravi Gupta (DGM & Company Secretary of Bhilwara Energy Limited) has qualified for the MBBS NEET UG entrance exam held in July 2022 for getting admission to Medical College. He has secured an All India Rank of 8884. We congratulate him for putting hard work and achieving this milestone and wish him best of luck for his successful future.

BSL : IMS Audit
The SGS team conducted the audit from 26thOct., 2022 to 29th Oct. 2022 of Integrated Management System with the objective to determine conformity of the management system and its ability to ensure applicable statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements are met & effective to ensure that the client reasonably expects to achieve specified objectives and to identify as application areas for potential improvement.
The SGS Team thoroughly audited each and every department and its activities covered ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001-2018 along with necessary recommendations & provisions of Environment, Health & Safety Standard and recommended to BSL for the continuation of the IMS System.

AD Hydro Power Ltd : Precaution Dose Camp Organised
AD Hydro Power Ltd. organized COVID-19 precaution dose vaccination camps on 05.07.2022 and 23.07.2022 in Admin block conference hall where 112 and 130 employees, their family members and villagers were vaccinated respectively. The vaccination camps were organized with the support of the State Health Department.
