HO: Distribution of Sweaters

A voluntary initiative from HO was taken on 5^th February 2022, as part of the CSR activity and an opportunity to serve humanity by donating Jawahar Foundation's sweaters to our office security guards and facility staff to safeguard and sustain themselves during extremely cold conditions. 

The security guards and facility staff were overjoyed and grateful for the Head Office volunteers' generous effort. They believed that giving them woolen sweaters was the best gift they could give during the cold days. All employees were asked to wear these warm sweaters during cold waves and night shifts in the winter for smooth operations inside the office premises.

Lodha: Distribution of Sweaters

The RSWM Lodha celebrated Syt. Riju Jhunjhunwala ji's birthday with great zeal on January 13, 2022. On this occasion, sweaters were distributed by the Jawahar Foundation team to the less fortunate / underprivileged. RSWM Lodha's key team members, as well as Banswara dignitaries along with Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer, were present during the entire programme.

Lodha: Sports Day

On 27^th of February 2022, the RSWM Staff Club organized a one-day sports event. All of the staff and family members took part in a variety of sports and games. Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer, gave the opening remarks. He wished all the participants best of luck and thanked them and also encouraged the organizer in his opening message.

The day began with a delicious breakfast, and various sports activities such as 50-meter races, children's jalebi races, and volleyball throws for various age groups of gents and ladies were organised throughout the day. The highlight of the day was a drawing contest for children. The winners were awarded prizes. Finally, Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO) and club vice president Sh. Mamtesh Jain gave a vote of thanks, with special thanks to the event's organisers Shri Brajesh Verma, Shri J.P. Anand, Shri Varun Pathak, Shri Rahul Singh, and Shri Durgesh Chaurasia.

Lodha: Safety Day

Before the morning prayer, a safety oath was administered, which was followed by a display of safety posters and equipments in the Rest Room. The A shift employees were invited to view the exhibition prior to the safety day celebration. Shri G L Kabra, president of the safety committee, presented his Annual Report. Workers who gave their all during an emergency in 2021-22 received a prize as part of the program.

Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO) spoke to the staff and workers about the importance of safe work habits in order to avoid accidents. Shri Satyendra Singh Solanki, Safety Officer, administered a safety oath to all the employees and workers on this occasion. Shri Dilip Singh successfully conducted this program.

Lodha: Melange Challenger Cricket Tournament

Cricket is the most popular sports in India. In view of the same, LNJ Group organizes a cricket tournament as “Melange Challenger Cricket Tournament” every year for their employees. All the units of LNJ Group takes initiative and participate with full enthusiasm in the cricket tournament. Like every year, this year also RSWM Ltd, Lodha participated in the tournament and played their matches from 11^th to 13^th February, 2022 with a great zeal.

Shri Suketu Shah (Business Head - LNJ Denim), Shri Arun Dudeja (Chief Executive - Knitting), Shri Sanjay Sharma (COO - BMD), Shri Piyush Chandrana (COO - Denim), and Shri Sanjay Shah (COO - TPP) officiated at the program's opening ceremony. TPP, BMD, and team Lodha displayed excellent sportsmanship during their matches. The in-house crowd was enthralled by all of the matches, with loud cheers, iconic songs, etc. The BMD and Denim teams qualified for the "MELANGE CHALLENGER CUP CRICKET TOURNAMENT-2022" semi-final match. The RSWM Lodha Staff Club did an excellent job in organizing the tournament, and everyone appreciated their efforts.

Lodha: Master Sneh Milan 2022

Master's Sneh Milan took place on February 26^th, 2022 and the program began with a greeting from the personnel department. During the event, Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO) delivered an inspiring speech outlining the Lodha plant's accomplishments for 2021-22. The Master's team was briefed on the schemes that we launched in 2021, as well as their benefits.

The union representatives expressed gratitude to the management for the various incentive programs. Sh. Arun Vir Singh Yadav GM (P&A) addressed the masters group during the program, emphasizing on importance of increasing on-roll positions. The union representatives and masters group promised management that the average attendance on their shift would be improved. Finally, the evening was capped off with a delicious dinner.

LNJ Denim: Inauguration of 3 New Machines

On March 17th, 2022, at LNJ Denim's Mordi plant, Pooja was performed for our new Spinning Phase – 3 machine. Shri Suketu Shah performed a pooja ritual on this occasion. This event was open to all members of the workforce. Everyone was ecstatic that a new spinning machine was being installed in Denim Plant.

LNJ Denim: National Safety Day

LNJ Denim celebrated 50^th National Safety Day on 04^th March, 2022. It was started with safety oath in the morning followed by exhibition on safety equipment’s. All staff & workers took part in this celebration.

It was celebrated with great enthusiasm. It created awareness among the people about how to get prevented from the industrial accidents by exhibiting widespread safety awareness programs in the company. While addressing to employees, Shri Suketu Shah emphasized on the need for safety for all employee & asserted during bike riding, handling of mobile phone, many accidents happened in recent period.

On this occasion, an exhibition on Personnel Protective Equipment was organized by the Safety Team, where use of Fire extinguishers and other PPE’s was demonstrated.

TPP: Inauguration of Back Pressure Turbine on Extraction Steam Line

The Inauguration ceremony of Back Pressure Turbine on turbine extraction line 415 V 375 KW at Thermal Power Plant, Mordi, Banswara took place on February 12, 2022. Shri Sanjay Shah, COO (Power Plant) performed the Puja, Shri Rakesh Gairola, Shri Yogesh Gothalkar, Shri Akhilanand Pathak (Power Plant),Shri Naveen Kumar (Turbotech Engineer) from Turbotech Presion Engineering Pvt. Ltd India and other senior officers, staff of TPP units attended this event.

The complete project study carried out by M/s RSWM and M/s Turbotech Presion Engineering Pvt Ltd. They explored the possibility of Power saving in Turbine Extraction line by power saving of almost 4000 KWH/day running in line of extraction. Back Pressure turbine produces power of almost 4000 KWH/day which saves around 5% auxiliary power consumption of total power. 

As per the study and recommendation of technical team decided  to install the Back Pressure turbine with bypass arrangement on extraction line. The Project Kick off was on 14 July, 2021. After successful commissioning of the Back Pressure Turbine, now energy saving in the turbine is more than 3700 KWH/day.

TPP: National Safety Day

51^st National Safety Day was celebrated on March 4^th, 2022 at TPP, RSWM Ltd. Mordi. The programme was organized to create safety awareness among the employees of Power division. On this occasion, competitions on “Safety Slogan”, “Safety Poem”, “Safety Poster” & “Safety Essay” were organized among the plant employees. Event commenced with Oath taking ceremony conducted by Shri Sanjay Kr Shah (COO).

The programme was coordinated by Head Safety, Shri B.S. Bhati. After the declaration of winners, prizes were distributed by COO, TPP, Shri Sanjay Kr Shah. All the senior officers of plant and staff members were also present during the entire event.

Ringas RPSF: National Safety Week

The National Safety Week was celebrated from 4^th to 10^th March, 2022 at RPSF Div. Ringas.

During this week, All Staff and Workers gathered at main gate and took Safety pledge and to bring awareness on Safety among Worker, organized Quiz, Speech and Poster Competition. At the end of the week, COO-RPSF Div. Sh. M.K. Yogi highlighted the importance of Safety and safe work practices in daily life and also awarded winners of competitions.

Ringas: Melange Challenger Cup Cricket Tournament 2022

During the Melange Challenger Cricket Tournament, 2022, three league matches were organised from 11^th to 13^th February, 2022 on a very professional developed cricket ground at Kharigram unit. Four teams of Ringas, Kharigram, BSL and Mandpam played their matches with full sportsman spirit in the presence of seniors, staff & their family members. All players enjoyed the venue of Kharigram and appreciated the development of this new lush green cricket playground. The in-house crowd enjoyed all the matches with a buzz of loud cheers and iconic songs etc. and showed support to all the cricket teams and players.

Ringas: National Safety Week Campaign

The Spinning Division commemorated the 51st National Safety Week from 4th to 10th March, 2022. The programme began on March 4th at 6:30 a.m. near Khata Gate and ended at 9:30 a.m. at the ADM block.

On this occasion, on the 4^th of March, 2022, our entire team gathered in front of the administrative office for prayer, as is customary. Following the prayer, all employees signed an oath for safety and proper security against a variety of situations that may arise in our lives, which was read by Shri Mahaveer Singh, Security Officer, in the presence of Shri Anurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer.

Ringas: Annual Function of Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School

On March 9th, 2022, RSWM Ringas has been invited to the Annual School Function of Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Ringas. This function was well-attended by Shri Anurag Mathur (COO), Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit - GM (H&IR), and Shri A.K. Sengar - GM (Technical). As a token of appreciation, everyone of the invited guests received a memento.

Ringas: Vaccination Camp

In collaboration with the Government Health Centre (Ringas), RSWM Limited has planned a free Covid-19 immunisation programme on the 8th of January 2022 in Ringas unit. In this camp, all workers, staff, and their families were immunised.

Kharigram: Installation of Fiber Dyeing Machine

Dye House production facility at Kharigram increased by installation of a new HTHP vertical dyeing machine, having its capacity of 100 kg. for fibre dyeing. It was inaugurated by Sh. N.K. Bahedia, COO along with core team members on 22^nd March 2022. After installation of this machine, the fibre dyeing capacity increased by 950 kg per day which is a great achievement for the unit.

Kharigram: VIP Visit of MD, PERENNIALS

Mr Amol Biniwale, MD, M/s PERENNIALS along with his team visited Kharigram plant on 2^th March 2022. Shri Shukesh Sharma, BHO-Y, Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, COO welcomed them. The visit started from Unit SJ-11 and concluded at NPD. They were very much impressed with the state of art technology as well as our product developments range and put their remarks “Perfect Unit!!, We have seen a lot of mills but it’s really the best.”

Kharigram: Visit of Dr. Kiran Seth, Padmshree Awardee

The Padmashree Awardee, Dr. Kiran Seth on his tour from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, visited  kharigram unit on 28^th March 2022. Sh. Manoj Sharma, CHRO and Sh. N.K. Bahedia, COO along with all HODs welcomed him. Dr. Seth in his valued interaction and experience sharing session, explained about importance of Art and Classical music in our life to sustain positive mind set for excellence. He further emphasised on concentration and focused approach to attain objective of life. He also visited our plant and congratulated the team Kharigram for driving such wonderful setup.

Kharigram: Installation of New PCC Panel and Compressor

A New PCC Panel was installed at Kharigram plant in minimum shut down time which was inaugarted by Sh. N K Bahedia, COO on 19^th January, 2022. This Panel is for the purpose of proper power supply in mill no 4 machines. It is equipped with latest switch gears and protection system which will reduce distribution and heat losses. It will also improve safety level of the power house.

Two Air compressors (Make- IR & rating 2070 CFM) were installed on 22^nd March, 2022 which was inaugurated by Sh. N.K. Bahedia, COO in presence of all HODs and Engineering team. It has latest energy efficient technology which will reduce the daily energy consumptions, operation and maintenance cost will also reduce.

Kharigram: Visit of Director, Marton Mill

On March 23rd, Mr Francis, Director of M/s Marton Mill, made a visit to the Kharigram factory and  Sr. GM (Technical), Sh S K Tiwari, greeted him. The journey began from Unit -1 and ended at NPD section. When he saw the vast production facilities and the range of new products, he was blown away. "Delighted to witness the plant capacity of International Level and Cleanliness," he concluded.

Kharigram: Campus Interviews for RSWM Units

With a philosophy and vision of RSWM Group to include young and dynamic talents in our team and further developing & nurturing them in all respects to be a part in our main stream, the Campus Interviews under the guidance of CHRO conducted in prestigious colleges for textile graduates. A panel of HR & Technical team visited at MLVTEC Bhilwara, DKTE Ichalkaranji, GCTI Kanpur, TIT Bhiwani, NIT Jalandhar, IICT Bhadoi, SVITS Indore. The Campus Interviews followed by Presentation, Written Test, Group Discussion & face to face round and total 40 textile graduates selected for all Group units.

Kharigram: Inter Unit Cricket Tournament

The league matches of Melange Challenger Cricket Tournament on 13^th Feb, 2022 organised very professionally at in-house developed cricket ground at Kharigram. The team of Kharigram, Ringas, BSL and Mandpam played their matches with full of sportsman spirit in presence of Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO and Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP- CCD, Senior Staff & family members of Kharigram.

All players enjoyed the beautiful venue of Kharigram and appreciated the maintenance of the lush green cricket playground. The in-house crowd enjoyed all matches with a buzz of loud cheers, iconic songs etc. and showed support to all cricket players.

Kharigram: National Safety Week

The 51^st National Safety week started on 4^th March, 2022 and it was celebrated with lot of enthusiasm and involvement of all concerned which was continued till 10^th March 2022. This activity made valuable contribution to cultivate safety culture among the work force & to integrate safety in their day to day activity. The Safety Oath was taken by all workmen and staff members.

The Safety badges distributed to all employees. Exhibition of PPE’s, Fire & Safety equipments, Safety training programme, Safety based various competitions were conducted. Sh N. K. Bahedia, COO summoned up to all employees to keep the learnings to ensure “Zero Accident” and “Safe workplace”.

Maral - Noida: Internal Committee Meeting

To create and provide a safe and healthy work environment for female employees at our factory premises, a committee meeting on "Internal Committee" was held on 19^th January 2022 at unit C-126 in the presence of external advocate Mrs. Jyoti Sinha.

Maral-Noida: National Safety Week

On the occasion of National Safety Week (4^th to 10^th March'22) various awareness training sessions were conducted on fire safety related topics at all Garments units.  

Maral - Noida: Free Eye Check-up Camp

In reference to our employees health and safe work enviroment, we have conducted the free health check-up camp on 3^rd February 2022 at unit A-11. 

Rishabhdev: Installation of Roof Top Solar Power Plant

RSWM, Rishabhdev unit installed Rooftop Solar Power plant at Mill No. 2B and it was inaugurated by Chief Operating Officer, Shri K.B. Khatod along with GM (Engineering), Shri Anil Dalawat and many other senior officers. The capacity of this new plant is 833 KWP which will help to reduce carbon foot print and save our environment.

Rishabhdev: Safety Day

A one week programme on Safety was started with celebration of National Safety Day on 4^th March, 2022 at Rishabhdev. The Chief Operation Officer addressed the employees and spoke about the importance of safety and need for safety precautions at workplace, at home and everywhere. The Safety Officer, Shri Chandan Ranjan also addressed and explained about various safety precautions to be taken. An exhibition on various safety measures / equipments was also arranged on this occasion.

Rishabhdev: Distribution of Sweaters by Ladies Club

Like every year, on Makar Sankranti, the Ladies Club of Rishabhdev distributed 65 sweaters to civil servants and subordinates, such as peons, drivers, and mess attendants. In addition, the Ladies Club, led by Smt. Usha Khatod, wife of the Chief Operating Officer, presented sweaters to VKV School sub staff, including bus drivers, conductors, and peons.

Rishabhdev: Kadha Distribution

It is always preferable to prevent than to treat. In order to improve immunity and defend against Covid-19 disease, an Ayurvedic Kadha was prepared on campus as instructed by the Ayurvedic Physician and distributed to all employees of the unit, particularly those near the main gate entrance.

Rishabhdev: Industrial Visit of Students

On the 15th of February, 2022, a group of 70 students from Alok Sr. Secondary School in Udaipur visited the Rishabhdev plant as part of their curriculum. They toured the entire facility and were blown away by the cutting-edge technology and pleasant campus atmosphere. Shri M.S. Manilal, GM (IR & HR), responded to the students' questions regarding the Unit and Textile sector, as well as other topics of interest. Snacks and tea arrangements were also arranged for them during their visit.

Rishabhdev: Staff Volleyball Match

In March 2022, the Staff Club of RSWM Rishabhdev organised a Volleyball competition for staff, in which three teams – Team A, B, and C - competed. Every day, officers and staff members watched the game and cheered on the players. All of the employees, together with their families, were present for the final match, which was won by Team 'B'. Shri K.B. Khatod (COO) congratulated the winners and presented them with the rolling trophy. The evening concluded with a delectable dinner.

MPCL: School Students Visit

Students from the Government Senior Secondary School in Kuwala (Banswara) visited Lodha unit on March 12, 2022.  The students were greeted and addressed by Shri Aditya Sharma DGM-HR. The students observed the yarn manufacturing process. Mr Abhimanyu Singh led the student’s visit and took feedback session.

MPCL: National Safety Week

National Safety Week event was organized in MPCL premises from March 04th to 10th, 2022. As a token of appreciation, safety prize were distributed to workers by Plant in-charge for adopting best safety practice. Safety pledge read out by the Plant in-charge. On the occasion of National Safety Week HSE trainings were imparted to MPCL staff including outsourced workers by HSE department. After trainings tea & snacks were also distributed among staff & workers during the national safety week.

BMD: Best Kaizen of the Month

In the persuasion of continuous improvement at the workplace, we have restructured Kazien from January 2022 onwards and started recognising the best kaizens coming from not only staffers but also from workers. For the month of Jan and Feb-22 best Kaizen award was bagged by Plate Embossing Team (Jan) and Engineering & Circular Knitting Team (Feb). 

BMD: Melange Cup Cricket Tournament 2022

In the first quarter of every year, LNJB’s inter-unit Cricket Tournament is being organised. This year it was held in Rajasthan, and our team played extremely well and qualified for the semi-finals of the tournament.

BMD: National Safety Week

We at BMD while keeping the safety of our people as our topmost priority have celebrated 51^st Nation Safety Day/Week (04 to 10, March) with enthusiasm and raised the awareness among our associates through the Exhibition of Safety Equipments, Safety Oath/Pledge, Video/Visual training, safety competition and Prize distribution.

In the Safety competition, two of our associates from Sectional Wrapping & Warp Knitting bagged the award.

BMD: Workers Sports Event

In order to motivate our workers and to increase WE feeling among them every year we organize week-long workers sports event. This year Volleyball, Javelin throw, Tug of war, Spoon/Lemon race for females, racing (100 meters for male & 200 meters for female) and Kabaddi were the games played during the event. The event concluded with a closing ceremony followed by prize and certificate distribution.

HEG: 51st National Safety Week

HEG Ltd. celebrated National Safety Day on 4^th March 2022 and during this celebration Safety Oath, Safety Essay, Slogan & Price distribution activity was done. The chief guest for this event was Shri Manish Gulati, Executive Director. HEG Ltd. is committed to the safety of each and every employee working in the plant. The participants in this event were from our company itself.

Kanyakheri: National Safety Week

RSWM Kanyakheri celebrated National Safety Week from 04^th to 10^th March, 2022. On National Safety Day (4^th March), Mr. Tapas Rana (Officer – Fire & Safety) narrated about the values of safety. This activity makes valuable contribution to cultivate safety culture among the workforce & to ensure safety in their day to day activity at workplace.

Mandpam: Customer Visit

Mr. Sahil of M/s. Urban Trends Yarn & Fabric visited our mill on 11^th March 2022. He was welcomed by Plant Dy. Chif Operating Officer and staff members. He visited both Mandpam & KanyaKheri units and was very impressed and shown keen interest in our product range.

Mandpam: Surveillance Audit

Mandpam Unit went through SA 8000:2014 audit by BSI Auditor Mr. Pradeep Chuttani & Mr. Mukesh Kumar on 22nd & 23rd March 2022.  Management Representative Mr. Pankaj Khandelwal, was ably supported by all HODs and their respective teams to conduct the audit successfully. The Certification is continued after audit clearance.

Mandpam: National Safety Week

RSWM Mandpam celebrated National Safety Week from 04^th to 10^th March, 2022. On National Safety Day (04^th March), Mr. Anil Kumar Bishnoi (Executive - Fire & Safety) arranged the programme & Mr. Satish Kumar Mittal (Dy. COO) inaugurated safety equipment exhibition & narrated about the values of safety.

This activity makes valuable contribution to cultivate safety culture among the workforce & to ensure safety in their day to day activity at workplace.

ADHPL: National Safety Day/Week

51^st National Safety day/week was celebrated from March 4 to 10, 2022 at ADHPL. The theme of national safety week was  to “NURTURE YOUNG MINDS – DEVELOP SAFETY CULTURE”. National safety flag was unfurled in front of admin block. A mock drill was conducted on avalanche prediction and rescue operations at Allain barrage with participation of all the departments. At the closing ceremony, Mr. Pankaj Kapoor, Vice-President (O&M) while addressing the participants readout the safety pledge and message from Mr O.P. Ajmera, Director & CEO, and felicitated the employees for best safety practices in their fields. National Safety Week was also celebrated in Transmission Line, Bhuntar and Sunder Nagar.
