ADHPL: Donated Monitor for Anaesthesia Division
ADHPL donated a Monitor for the Anaesthesia workstation to Civil Hospital, Manali on 2nd May 2024 under CSR activity. This will enable ease of monitoring vital parameters during normal and critical surgeries in the Operation Theatre. Earlier ADHPL donated the Anaesthesia workstation to the same hospital which has helped the hospital to carry out more than 100 surgeries and patients need not to be referred to Kullu for the same.
Doctors and Hospital staff thanked ADHPL for the above activity.
ADHPL: Donated Computer set with accessories
ADHPL donated one computer set, and one printer with all accessories to the Dental section of Civil Hospital, Manali on May 11, 2024.
The Computer will be used for monitoring and scanning of digital X-Rays of patients in the dental section. The patients will not be required to take hard copies of X-rays for dental procedures. Dental Surgeons and staff thanked ADHPL for the CSR initiative.
ADHPL: Donated Smart Board Panel
ADHPL donated three smart interactive panels to Govt. educational institution on 11th June 2024 under CSR activity (One to Govt. Sen. Sec. School, Manali, and two at JLN Govt. Degree College, Haripur).
The students of these institutions will benefit from the technological advantages of the smart interactive panels. The staff of both educational institutes thanked AD Hydro Power Limited.
ADHPL: Dustbin donated to Municipal Corporation, Manali & Village Committee, Sajla
AD Hydro Power Ltd. has been associated with cleanliness drives in the local areas through different local self-help groups to improve the cleanliness of surrounding villages. The company has received requests from the Municipal Corporation, Manali & village committee Sajla to donate dustbins. 80 Nos. were donated to Municipal Corporation, Manali & village committee Sajla on May 4 & 6, 2024 respectively (60 at Municipal Corporation, Manali & 20 at Village Committee, Sajla. They thanked ADHPL for the CSR initiative.
ADHPL: Donated Rescue Equipment to Civil Fire Department, Manali
The Civil Firefighting Department Manali has been long associated with the search & rescue activities. The department had been short of rescue equipment. The Company donated rescue equipment to the Civil Fire Fighting Department, Manali on May 10, 2024 and May 18, 2024 under CSR activity. The equipment shall enable the Civil Fire Fighting Department, Manali to effectively manage the search and rescue operations.
ADHPL: Donated utilities to Govt. Middle School, Gandhi Nagar, Kullu
ADHPL donated various materials i.e. ceiling fan, water cooler, pillar heater, office table, office chairs, and almirah to Govt. Middle School, Gandhi Nagar, Kullu on 03rd May 2024 under CSR activity. School staff thanked ADHPL.

ADHPL: Repair of Govt. Primary School 'Shuru'
The Company had received a request from the Pradhan of Prini panchayat requesting for repair of Govt. Primary School Shuru. The School comes under the affected panchayats zone and therefore was considered on priority under CSR activities. The dilapidated condition of the school was seen and repaired as needed to serve the local public through the growing little ones – the future of the Nation and provide them education in a safe and healthy environment. The Company has been supporting the improvement of education through different CSR programs in the area.
ADHPL: Donated Solar Streetlights
ADHPL donated 13 solar streetlights in Gram Panchayat Chahoga, Jagatsukh, and Naggar in April, 2024 (From Apr 24 to 29, 2024) under CSR activities.
The solar lights are meant to cover the dark spots of streets in the locality and make it easy to walk through streets during night hours. The Company is continuing to support the initiative of solar streetlights in the vicinity.
RSWM: Inauguration of Pyavu
As usual, on the auspicious occasion of Ramnavami, on April 17, 2024, RSWM Staff Club opened a Pyavu outside the Main gate, on National Highway.
The inauguration of this was done by Shri M S Manilal, General Manager (IR & HR) at 5.00 PM. Every year during the summer season Pyavu is open for three months ie. April, May and June.
A large number of people including the mill workers and outsiders benefit from this activity of the Staff Club.
RSWM-RPSF: Donation to the family of deceased Sh. Shimbhu Dayal (Security)
On February 19, 2024, Sh. Shimbhu Dayal (Security Guard) RPSF Plant met with an accident while he was returning after attending a marriage ceremony, He belonged to such a poor family that no one left behind him to take care of his beloved ones. In the make of this devastating loss, the RPSF team came together in a remarkable display of compassion and solidarity. Through the generosity of RPSF Unit give 10 lacs rupees cheque to Sh. Shimbhu Dayal’s family.
RSWM: Sakhi Menstrual Training
The Sakhi Training session on women's health and menstrual hygiene by RSWM-Lodha was a significant step towards empowering women with the knowledge and tools necessary to maintain their health and well-being.
The positive response and active participation underscored the importance of such initiatives in fostering a supportive and informed community.
