RSWM-Kharigram: Celebration of World Environment Day

On June 5, 2024, Kharigram Pariwar celebrated “World Environment Day” with great zeal & enthusiasm. Sh. B. K. Sharma, BH & CE, Sh. Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP, Shri. S. K. Tiwari (Deputy COO), planted tree saplings on mill premises along with all HOD’s and staff members. To raise awareness about the significance of nature and to take the pledge to protect it every time, various species of trees were planted inside plant premises. All members were educated to protect the environment through tree plantation and make the environment green and clean.

RSWM-Kharigram: Hanuman Jayanti Celebration

Hanuman is the symbol of strength and energy and to commemorate the birth of the Lord, Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated every year by Kharigram Pariwar.

On April 23, 2024, Hanuman Janmostav was celebrated with full vigor and devotion in Staff Colony Temple. There was a special Bhajan Kirtan, performed by family & members, and the program was concluded with Maha Arti and Prasad distribution.

RSWM-Kharigram: Celebration of Yoga Diwas

Staff Club, Kharigram organized a “Yoga-Shivir" on 21st June’24 and celebrated “International Yoga Day"; 

All Seniors, staff members, and their families participated and enjoyed this Yoga Shivir. During this Shivir, various yoga patterns, correct methods, and different Pranayam Mudras were practiced by members. At the end of the program, “Emblica & Aloe Vera Juices were distributed to all and concluded by vote of thanks.

ADHPL: Celebration of Fire Services Week

Fire Services Week was celebrated at ADHPL from April 14 to 20, 2024. This year's theme of the fire services week was “ENSURE FIRE SAFETY, CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS NATION BUILDING” –

The objective of Fire Services Week was to make people aware of fire hazards and techniques to douse the fire. During the week-long celebrations, trainings on fire-fighting and rescue operations were imparted by trained fire-fighters of ADHPL.

On the occasion, the Civil Fire Fighting Department, Manali demonstrated how to control LPG fire with different techniques i.e. by wet cloth, empty bucket, and by cutting oxygen supply to the cylinder. They also demonstrated the use of CO2 fire extinguishers on flammable liquid fire.

At the end of the occasion, Manager-EHS&S addressed the participants about fire hazards and thanked the Civil Fire Fighting Department, Manali.

ADHPL: World Environment Day Celebrated

World Environment Day was celebrated at ADHPL on June 5, 2024. This year the theme was “Land Restoration, Desertification and Drought Resilience”

On this occasion, the following activities were carried out on project premises: -

Cleanliness drive from the Administration building (Parking area) to Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government High School, Prini. School students were motivated of environmental awareness through lectures and students also raised slogans on environmental awareness.

Thereafter, School students and ADHPL employees took the pledge on “Life Mission” at the project premises. Two female students delivered speeches on World Environment Day. Students and school staff were given reconciliation prizes made of eco-friendly Jute bags by the Project Charge

In the second half, a plantation drive was carried out by the employees of AD Hydro Power Ltd. at Hamta Potato farm in which 100 numbers of plants were planted. School students and employees participated in the activities with great enthusiasm

In addition to this ADHPL also participated with a regional officer from HP State Pollution Control Board, Kullu on June 6 & 7, 2024; a cleaning drive was conducted with officials from HP State Pollution Control Board, Kullu at Volvo Bus Stand, Manali, Solang Nalah and at Shishu (Distt. Lahul Spiti). In the end, refreshments/snacks were distributed to the participants.

Such activities provided a unique opportunity to raise awareness of the environment among the employees, children, and the general public.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebration of Hanuman Jayanti

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated on April 23, 2024 at Rishabhdev by conducting a Sunderkand Path at the nearby Hanuman Mandir.  Staff in large numbers with family participated in the Path which ended with Aarti and Maha Prasad.  

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Celebration of Environment Day

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated World Environmental Day on June 5, 2024, in the Mills campus.  Shri K B Khatod, COO inaugurated the program by planting a sapling behind the Fitter Colony & VKV School area.    

While addressing the gathering, he emphasized the importance of planting trees in the campus and keeping the environment neat and clean.  Our Unit is extremely conscious about the environment in and around the industry. Every year hundreds of trees are planted on Haryali Amavasya and  Environmental Day. 

RSWM-RPSF: SundarKand Worship at Fiber Plant

At the Fiber plant, the Sundar Kand is performed on the last Saturday of every month with great devotion and enthusiasm. On this occasion, the complete Sundar Kand followed by Hanuman Chalisa is chanted and God Hanuman Ji & Ram Ji are worshiped with Pooja and all members pray for Peace, happiness, and prosperity across the group. Sh. MK Yogi (COO) addresses staff members and deliver a message for taking oath of honest, hardworking and dedication in assigned work / Job rolls, learning a bit from character of Lord Hanuman ji.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebration of World Environment Day

Celebrated the World Environment Day at RPSF staff colony & Fiber plant COO Sh. MK Yogi Smt. Jaya Yogi and senior staff members accompanied by families.

On this special occasion, more than 50 Nos saplings were planted in the staff colony and plant premises.

Further, looking into the peak summer weather conditions, 50 Nos water pots were implanted on branches of trees, facilitating birds to feed water with ease. This event had been appreciated by local authorities and residents and it had been in the limelight of newspapers.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebration of World Environment Day with distribution of 1000 bags

Celebrated the world environment day at RPSF Fiber plant by COO Sh. MK Yogi & Smt. Jaya Yogi and senior staff members accompanied with families.

On this special occasion, RPSF Unit COO Sh. M.K. Yogi honored the chairmen of municipality and distributed 1000 of bags to the local people.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebration of International Yoga Day

The RPSF staff colony and fiber plant COO, Sh. MK Yogi, Smt. Jaya Yogi and senior staff members were joined by their families in celebrating International Yoga Day.

Following that, COO Sh. M.K. Yogi spoke to the employees and gave a message. Today is devoted to acknowledging the significant advantages of yoga. Yoga provides us with a route to balance, well-being, and inner serenity while we traverse the pressures of contemporary life. Thus, by working together, we can make the workplace happier and healthier.  

RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of Hindu Nav Varsh

RSWM Ringas celebrated "Hindu Nav Varsh"  on April 09, 2024, in front of Shram Mandir.
Shri A.K.Senger – Sr.General Manager (Technical), Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit – General Manager – HR & IR, and all the Staff members and Workmen energetically participated in Prabhat Pheri in the early morning and enjoyed the celebration of  "Hindu Nav Varsh". All participants were welcomed by Tilak and distributed Prasad

RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of Monthly Staff Birthday

The Staff Birthday ( Apr-May 2024) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Ringas.

The COO - Shri Anurag Mathur wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving sweets and gifts in the presence of all other Officers. The cake-cutting ceremony by members whose birthday falls in a particular month was organized. Birthday members feel blessed with the presence of Sh. Anurag Mathur (COO) and all staff members. The cake cutting was followed by high tea for all.

RSWM-Ringas: Celebration and Awareness Drive on World No Tobacco Day 2024

World No Tobacco Day 2024 was celebrated by the Ringas team on the theme "Protecting Children from Tobacco Industry Interference" to protect future generations and ensure that tobacco use continues to decline. 

This was organised in coordination with the HCG Cancer Hospital in Jaipur with the intention of raising awareness among the Ringas Unit staff.

RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of International Yoga Day

The RSWM-Ringas plant celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21, 2024. Staff members and their families took part in the activity with fervor and excitement. The event's yoga instructor was Shri Sampat Kumar Sharma.

RSWM-Lodha: World Environment Day Celebration

Empowering the idea of Go Green, RSWM celebrated Environment Day by organizing a painting exhibition and displaying motivational posters. A poster rally was organized on World Environment Day on 5th June 2024 to raise awareness about the importance of the environment. A message to “Save Trees” was conveyed to all staff and workmen. While addressing the employees, Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia emphasized the need to save energy, use public transport, avoid plastic, and protect nature. He appealed to everyone to plant more trees and make their surroundings greener. Eco-friendly bags were distributed to help reduce the use of plastic bags. RSWM Lodha celebrated the week by planting more than 500 plants on the campus, at the workers’ hostel, the girls’ hostel, and the Government ITI College, and the week was celebrated as Environment Week.

RSWM-Lodha: Celebration of Hanuman Janmostsav

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated on April 23, 2024, with devotion, fondness, and enthusiasm at the Hanuman Temple in Orchard. 

All staff members, along with their families, participated in the celebration.

The Pooja and Yagna were performed by a team of renowned pandits from Khadagda, led by the head of Govardhan Vidhya Vihar Sanskrit Mahavidhyalay. Hundreds of staff members offered 'Aahuty' for the prosperity of the group and prayed to Lord Hanuman for the betterment of the plant and their livelihoods. 

The programme concluded with 'Maha Prasad' after 'Poornahuti'. Chief Operating Officer Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia was the main Yajman for the poojan.

RSWM-Lodha: Celebration of Hindu Nav Varsh

The Bhartiya Nav Varsh Vikram Samvat 2081 began on Chaitra Shukla Eakam (Varsh Pratipada) on April 8, 2024.

The celebration was attended by Chief Operating Officer Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, Shri Narendra Bhandari, Shri G.L. Kabra, along with other staff and their family members.

The event was marked by devotion and enthusiasm with the following activities:

1) Lighting at both gates and the workers' hostel.

2) Welcome banners at the Colony Gate, Main Gate, and prominent places in Banswara.

3) Prabhat Bheri at 5:30 A.M., concluding at the Temple in Orchard.

4) Welcoming staff and workers with Tilak and Prasad of Misrey, Neem leaves, and coriander across all shifts.

In addition to the activities above, a Bhajan Sandhya (evening of devotional songs) and Mahaprasad (community meal) were organized for all the staff and their family members, further enhancing the spirit of devotion and community bonding during the celebration of Bhartiya Nav Varsh Vikram Samvat 2081

The World Yoga Day celebration by RSWM Limited, Lodha, was a resounding success, promoting the numerous benefits of yoga to the entire community. The event not only fostered a sense of well-being but also encouraged participants to adopt a healthier and more balanced lifestyle through regular yoga practice. Chief Operating Officer Naresh Kumar Bahedia addressed the gathering, emphasizing the significance of incorporating yoga into daily routines for overall well-being. The event saw enthusiastic participation from employees across all departments, along with their family members.

HEG: Cultural Celebration Event

HEG Ltd. hosted a vibrant and inclusive cultural celebration event, showcasing the rich diversity within our organization.

From captivating performances to mouthwatering cuisine, the event was a true reflection of our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Employees and their children dazzled the audience with mesmerizing performances, including dances, music, playing of instruments, and many more.

Further, the audience was addressed by our Executive Director - Mr. Manish Gulati, and HR Head - Mr. Axay Saxena.

The award ceremony honored individuals who made significant contributions to the event and made it successful through their dedication and efforts.

HEG: Celebration of World Environment Day

World Environment Day, observed annually on June 5th, is a global platform for environmental action. The COVID-19 pandemic starkly revealed our reliance on a healthy planet. Human activities have significantly impacted the environment. To foster a sustainable future, we must protect and conserve nature.

HEG actively participated in these efforts by organizing a plantation drive.
The Executive Director, HODs, and employees came together to plant trees on campus, raising environmental awareness among staff.

RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits - Celebration of Long Service Awards ceremony & Vishal Bhajan Sandhya

Vishal Bhajan Sandhya is a grand devotional evening dedicated to the soulful and melodious singing of bhajans, This event is a celebration of spirituality, music, and community, bringing together devotees and music. It was performed by a Team of Mr. Sani & Ms. Dixita Patel from Madhya Pradesh On April 16, 2024, at LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi.

LNJ Denim & Knits recognizes and rewards long-serving (10 years, 20 years, and 30 years) employees for their loyalty, commitment, and contribution to the company. This policy applies to all staff and executives currently employed on permanent employment, subject to the criteria outlined. Shri Suketu Shah & Shri Arvind Maurya gave the awards to all & thereafter everyone enjoyed the dinner.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Celebration of World Environment Day

World Environment Day is a day for everyone around the world to take ownership of their environment and to actively engage in the protection of our earth. This day aims to inspire more people than ever before to take action to prevent the growing nature.

On June 5, 2024, World Environment Day is celebrated at LNJ Denim Mordi. On this occasion, Shri Suketu Shah along with all senior staff members planted the trees in the plant. On this occasion, Shri Suketu Shah explained the importance of Environment Day and plantation to the staff members & their families and asked them for more plantations.  

On this occasion, handmade fabric bags were distributed to all staff members & workers. The function was concluded with refreshments for all staff of the Denim division. 

RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits: Celebration of International Yoga Day

International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on June 21. It serves as a global platform to raise awareness about the various benefits of practicing yoga. This year the theme of Yoga Day is- 'Yoga For Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' i.e. yoga for the welfare of all in the form of 'One World-One Family'.

On the occasion, Shri Kaushik Mehta Joshi from Govt. College, Banswara was the Yoga instructor for the event.  He provided awareness of fitness & health to our employees and staff members who participated in the event. 

Shri Suketu Shah & Shri Arbind Mishra also addressed the staff members on the importance of yoga in day-to-day life.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Staff Birthday Celebrations

LNJ Denim celebrated employee birthdays with cake-cutting, refreshments, and a unique twist. Employees showcased talents through poems, songs, or mimicry, encouraging self-expression.

Sh. Suketu Shah and Shri Arbind Mishra added to the cheer by gifting birthday celebrants, strengthening camaraderie, and boosting morale within the LNJ Denim family.

Maral Sarovar: Celebration of World Environment Day

World Environment Day is celebrated every year on June 5, to raise awareness globally to take positive environmental action to protect nature and the planet “Earth”.  Like in the past years, this year also World Environment Day has been celebrated at Maral Sarovar with the objective “Our Land, Our Future.”  The theme of this year celebration was Land Restoration Desertification and drought resilience. To bring awareness and protecting the nature, Environmental Awareness week was observed from May 30 to June 5 ’24. Activities conducted during this period include slogan competitions, poster painting, etc.

On June 5, the World Environment Day celebration began with a marchpast conducted from the Administrative Block to Colony Gate with slogans narrating an appeal to save the environment. On this occasion, tree saplings were planted by Shri Tarun Baldua, President, and other senior executives and Labour Union bearers of the company.  While addressing the audience, Sh. Tarun Baldua emphasized the importance of environmental awareness and the role of individuals in protecting nature by more and more plantations.  Sh. Manoj Thakker, VP (HR), Sh. Sanjay Bolya, VP (Comml) and Sh. Vinay Singhal, VP (Engg.) also shared their views on issues related to global warming and its solutions. The program concluded with prize distribution to the winners of the slogan competition and poster painting as well as free cotton bags to all the participants with an appeal to avoid using plastic bags.

Maral Sarovar: Celebration of Shri Ram Mandir Sthapna Diwas

The 13th Annual Day of Shri Ram Mandir was celebrated on 13th May 2024 with special pooja and distribution of Prasadi at 9 AM.

Shri Tarun Baldua, the President, senior officials, and many devotees attended the Aarti and took blessings from Lord Shri Ram.

Maral Sarovar: Celebration of Ram Navmi

'Ram Navmi' the grand festival commemorating the birth of Lord Shri Ram celebrated with great joy and devotional fervor on April 17, 2024, at Shri Ram Mandir, Maral Sarovar.

On this occasion, a “Hawan & Pooja” was performed by Shri & Smt. Tarun Baldua, President, which was attended by many devotees including senior officials, staff members, and their families. Special pooja was held at midday followed by the distribution of Maha Prasad and “Kanyabhoj”. During the evening Aarti, “Chhappan Bhog” Prasadi was also distributed.

RSWM Mandapam: World Environment Day

On June 5, 2024, the Mandpam Unit celebrated World Environment Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, CE & BH (MYB) and Sh. Brahm Swaroop Sharma Dy. COO, along with the HODs and staff members have planted trees on the mill premises.

All the employees were reminded to protect the environment by planting more and more trees and to minimize the usage of plastic bags. The program was organized by Sr. Engineer (Safety), Mr. Anil Kumar Bishnoi.

RSWM-Mandapam : International Yoga day

International Yoga Day was celebrated at RSWM Limited, Mandapam, on 21st June 2024.  Staff members along with their families participated in the event. Shri M.P.

Pareek was the Yoga instructor for the event. Sh. Brahm Swaroop Sharma Dy.COO, has addressed the staff members on the importance of Yoga in day-to-day life.

RSWM-Mandapam : Staff Birthday Celebration

The Staff Birthday (April to June Month) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in the Admin Conference hall every last week of the month (April to June). Cake cutting ceremony by Staff whose birthday is in a particular month, in the presence of Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, CE & BH (MYB) and Sh. Brahm Swaroop Sharma Dy. COO and all staff members. All staff members had High tea & Cake.
