Events & Exhibitions: LNJ Denim - Participation in Gartex Texprocess India, New Delhi
Gartex is an extensive tradeshow on garment & textile machinery exhibition held from 01st to 03rd Aug 2024, at a newly constructed state-of-the-art venue YashoBhoomi, Delhi. It has emerged as the country’s most comprehensive trade show for garment and textile machinery, fabrics, accessories, and allied industries.
LNJ Denim participated in the Denim Zone along with 26 other denim mills from India. The show had an excellent footfall over the 3 days and we got an excellent response from all the visitors on our new collection.
Shri Suketu Shah – Business Head & Shri Ashish Bhatnagar – Marketing Head conducted meetings with some important customers concerning business growth opportunities and future strategy.

Vitatex in Vietnam, from Sep 25 - Sep 28, 2024, was a great success. LNJ Knits showcased their best textile ingredient products and connected with industry leaders.

Events & Exhibitions: RSWM participated in Yarnex in Delhi
RSWM proudly unveiled three exciting collections for the Autumn-Winter 2025-26 season. Our Greige Yarns, blended with natural fibers, made a remarkable debut, captivating the audience with their simplistic approach to sustainable yarns. Colors of Peace by Melantra, our Melange department, wowed everyone with its spectrum of colorful melange yarns. LNJ Knits showcased a deeply beautiful collection of knitted fabrics called Soul.
Events & Exhibitions: RSWM participated in Yarnex,Tirupur
RSWM's participation in Yarnex, Tirupur, from September 12th to 14th, 2024, was a resounding success.
The event generated significant interest, particularly in our knitted fabrics and yarns.
Attendees were eager to learn about sustainable fabrics and functional yarns, creating an inspiring and energizing atmosphere.
RSWM: Conducted Campus Interviews
With a philosophy and vision of RSWM Group to include young and dynamic freshers in our team and further develop & nurture them to be a part of our mainstream, a Campus Interview under the guidance of Corporate HR was conducted in prestigious colleges for textile Graduates.
A panel of HR & technical team visited MLVTEC, Bhilwara, NITRA Ghaziabad, DKTE, Ichalkaranji, GCTI, Kanpur, TIT Bhiwani, NIT, Jalandhar, IICT, Bhadoi. The Campus Interviews were followed by written Tests, Group Discussions & face to face rounds, and a total of 36 Textile Graduates were selected for all Group Units.
RSWM-Kharigram: Organized One Day Picnic
RSWM Staff Club-Kharigram organized one-day picnic at Birla Water Park, Ajmer, in two phases on 15th September & 22nd September 2024.
All the staff members, along with their families, enjoyed the slides, swimming & wave pool, and rain dance. Shri S. K. Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer, also participated in events and appreciated all the activities of this picnic. The picnic ended with delicious food and cultural activity. Everyone was happy with this “Grand Masti Tour."
RSWM-RPSF: Conducted External IMS audit
An external IMS auditor, Mr. Susheel Sharma & Team visited the RPSF plant and were welcomed by COO Shri M.K. Yogi accompanied by all the heads of departments of the RPSF plant.
After having an opening meeting on July 11, the IMS audit was conducted on a full-day basis and was very successful. Mr. Susheel Sharma appreciated the marvelous internal housekeeping, cleanliness, and the various systems maintained in the RPSF Unit. On virtue of this, the IMS certificate was renewed and awarded.
RSWM-RPSF: Conducted external SLCP audit by Inditex
An external SLCP auditor, Mr. Sahil & Mr. Shivendra Kumar Dubey visited the RPSF plant and was welcomed by BH (STB) Shri M.K. Yogi, accompanied by all heads of departments of the RPSF plant.
After having an opening meeting on 13 Sep., the SLCP audit was conducted on a full-day basis and it was very successful. Mr. Sahil & Mr. Shivendra Kumar Dubey appreciated the marvelous internal housekeeping, cleanliness, and various systems maintained in the RPSF Unit.
RSWM-RPSF: Investors' team visited Fiber Plant
RSWM Limited Investors' team visited RPSF Fiber Pant and were welcomed by COO Mr. M.K. Yogi. They discussed the company’s business plan and expressed their willingness as investors of the RSWM group.
They were very impressed with the sustainable technology that consumes 125 Mt/Day Scrap Pet bottles and recycles them into Polyester Staple Fiber.
RSWM-Ringas: Organized picnic tour for employees and families
A one-day picnic and family outing was organized for all staff families at Apano Rajasthan Water Park in Jaipur in two batches.
To make this event memorable, COO Sh MK Yogi and the ladies' club president Smt. Jaya Yogi organized various cultural activities such as Straw couple games, children's dance, couple-dance, and group dances. All the staff families enjoyed swimming, sliding, rain dancing, and riding swings.
RSWM-Ringas: Visit of RPSF plant by school students
A team of students and faculties of Mandawa Senior Secondary School visited the RPSF Plant with the coordination and guidance of Shri P.K. Deora. The faculty and students visited the whole RPSF plant to gain technical and industrial knowledge. They wondered how solid plastic waste bottles could be converted into fancy textile-grade fiber.
Everyone gained unforgettable experience and technical procedures, which was followed by lunch. Sh PK Deora expressed his gratitude for making this event unforgettable.
RSWM-RPSF: Conducted external Safety audit
External Safety auditors Mr. A.K. Singh and Mr. Badal Arora visited the RPSF plant to conduct an external safety audit on September 30, 2024 and were welcomed by Shri M.K. Yogi BH (STB). An opening meeting accompanied by all Heads of Departments was held. The detailed safety audit was conducted on a two-full-day basis.
Mr. A.K. Singh and Mr. Badal Arora appreciated a lot the marvelous internal housekeeping, cleanliness, and the various systems maintained in the RPSF Unit. On virtue of that, the IMS certificate was renewed and awarded to us.
RSWM-Ringas: Conducted IMS Audit Opening Meeting
The internal audit of IMS (ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) for the certification year 2023-24 was conducted successfully.
The clause-wise internal audit of the integrated management system was carried out by trained internal auditors from different departments within the given schedule and time.
RSWM-Ringas: Conducted External Safety Audit

RSWM-Kharigram: VIP visit of Kirloskar Toyota Textile Machinery Pvt. Limited
Managing Director – Mr. Hisahiro Koketsu & new MD – Mr. Yuji Yokoe visited the Kharigram plant, on September 18, 2024, along with his team for upcoming projects of RSWM Limited. Sh B K Sharma, BH, Sh. Y D Tiwari, BH-MYB, Sh. Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD welcomed him.
He was very delighted and impressed to see the plant infrastructure, system & process.
RSWM-Lodha: Organized Master Long Tour
Every two years, RSWM Lodha organizes a trip for Khata Masters to foster enjoyment and happiness within the team. This year's trip was to Ayodhya and nearby places and Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Business Head - GYB), core team members, concerned staff and officers were present to see off the participants.
The Khata Masters enjoyed the spiritual journey, and everyone expressed their gratitude to management for supporting such initiatives that promote work-life balance.
RSWM-Banswara: One-Day Picnic
The Staff Club organized a delightful one-day picnic for staff and their families at Nahargarh Resort in Banswara in two batches.
Participants enjoyed a full day of fun, starting with a delicious breakfast and continuing with a hearty lunch and dinner provided at the picturesque picnic spot. The day was filled with various cultural activities and an exciting Housie game, creating wonderful memories for everyone involved.
A special gratitude and appreciation goes to the Staff Club committee for their efforts in organizing such a memorable outing for all.
RSWM-Lodha: Visit of CHRO & CFO
Shri Manoj Sharma (CHRO) and Shri Nitin Tulyani (CFO) visited the RSWM- Lodha plant on September 27, 2024.
Both have toured the facility, talked with the heads of departments, engaged with the staff, and inspired them to pursue excellence.
RSWM-Lodha: Audit GOTS/OCS/GRS/RCS
On July 3, 2024, a team of auditors from Control Union conducted a comprehensive audit at the RSWM Lodha plant for the renewal certificates of GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, and Regenagri at the group level.
The auditors inspected various units, including the canteen, dispensary, and other areas of the facility. They meticulously examined the documentation to ensure that all systems were functioning properly.
The audit results were positive, with the auditors expressing satisfaction with the processes.
RSWM-Lodha: Visit of CTO Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey
On August 29, 2024, Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, Chief Technical Officer, visited the Lodha plant. He was warmly welcomed by Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, Business Head – GYB, who presented him with a bouquet.
During the visit, Shri Pandey toured the plant, gaining insights into the machinery and technology in use. He also met with the Heads of Departments to discuss improvement plans and engaged with team members to motivate them on their journey toward excellence.
RSWM-LNJ Denim: Customer visit - BSL (Buyers Association)
Mr. Raman Dutta & his team from BSL ( Buyers Association), Delhi visited our plant on 22nd August 2024. Shri Suketu Shah – the Business Head greeted them and guided them around the Denim facility so that they could comprehend the full denim process.
They took a round of Denim units and were very impressed and showed keen interest in our wide range of products. They had a detailed discussion on Denim requirements for selected Japanese buyers.
RSWM-LNJ Denim: CFO Visit at plant
Shri Nitin Tulyani, Chief Financial Officer, RSWM Ltd., visited the LNJ Denim plant on September 26, 2024. He was met by Shri Suketu Shah, BH, who also gave him a tour of the denim factory so he could understand the complete process.
CFO met the HODs and had an interaction with the team. He interacted with all the core team members and motivated them to work harder & smarter for the growth of the plant as well as the organization.
RSWM launches a new digital campaign: For All Reasons, For All Seasons
RSWM Limited, a leading textile company, launched its new digital campaign, "For All Reasons, For All Seasons."
This campaign celebrates RSWM's six-decade legacy of providing high-quality textiles that enrich Indian lives.
Through this innovative initiative, RSWM aims to further strengthen its connection with customers and showcase its commitment to quality and innovation.
The campaign centres around a short film that showcases how RSWM's yarns and fabrics have been interwoven into the daily lives of families for generations. The film portrays a series of emotional journeys through various stages of life. From the baby's first steps in RSWM-threaded clothes to a young professional's interview attire, from a couple's tender embrace in soft fabrics to a doctor's crisp uniform, and an elderly widow's cherished memories held in a durable garment, the film portrays how RSWM's threads have been an integral part of diverse experiences.
It further illustrates touching scenes of a brave soldier in a sturdy uniform, embodying the spirit of "Koi himmat deta hai" (Some give courage), a teacher representing "toh koi tehzeeb sikhata hai" (others teach etiquette), a montage showcasing moments from diverse walks of life. The film concludes with glimpses of RSWM's dedicated workers operating large machinery in their factories, emphasizing the human effort and craftsmanship behind every thread. RSWM-Rishabhdev: GRS Audit
The GRS audit was conducted by Mr. Ankit Trivedi & Mr. Shubham Patil from Control Union on July 01, 2024, and it was completed successfully without any major NCs.
RSWM-Rishabhdev: Medical Check-up Camp
On August 28, 2024, a medical check-up camp was organized at RSWM, Rishabhdev by the ESI department for employees 40 years and above age and various tests viz. Various tests, such as blood sugar and eye sight checks, were performed.
Maral Sarovar: Organized cancer awareness session for women
Maral Overseas Ltd. (Maral Sarovar) organized a cancer awareness session especially for the women employees as well as for colony residents, on 26th September 2024 at the Staff Club.
This session was conducted by the Cancer Care and Research Centre, Indore, and Dr. Mohit and Dr. Krishna Choudhary explained the symptoms and early identification of cancer and replied to the queries raised by the participants.
Maral Sarovar: Visit of Country Director, MAS (Bangladesh)
Mr. Mangala Athauda, Country Director of MAS, Bangladesh, paid a visit to Maral Sarovar facilities on September 26, 2024.
A warm welcome was given to Mr. Mangala and after the introductory meeting, he visited the entire facilities and admired the upkeep of the plant and the premises. The basic objective of his visit was to further strengthen the business relationship with Maral and evaluate its capabilities.
Maral Sarovar: Annual Sports Meet with “Tiranga Yatra”
The annual sports meet has been conducted at Maral Sarovar in the month of August 2024.
The event was inaugurated by Shri Tarun Baldua, President on August 5, 2024, with a “Tiranga Yatra”, marking a salute to our tricolor national flag.
A large number of staff members and their families participated in the Tiranga Yatra. Competitions in various sports & games like Badminton, Table Tennis, Carroms, and Chess were held throughout the month for staff and their families.
ADHPL: Manali Marathon 2024
The Himalayan Xtreme Sports Association organised a marathon run in Manali on September 28-29, 2024. Approximately 750 runners participated in the event. The marathon was organized to raise awareness about tourism and green initiatives in Manali.
The marathon run started from Mal Road of Manali and went up to & fro Rohtang pass for different categories. The ADHPL provided financial support by providing the T-shirts to 500 marathon runners under various categories.
ADHPL: Conducted Stage-2 Certification Audit of IMS
The stage-2 audit for certification of IMS (ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) was conducted from July 22, 2024, to July 26, 2024, by the certification agency M/s TÜV SÜD. During the audit, the auditors carried out site visits and detailed document reviews of all departments.
The visiting auditors from the certifying agency recommended AD Hydro Power Ltd. for certification of IMS for the next block year.
TACC Limited: FIPI R&D Conclave
Dr. Anukul Thakur was invited as a speaker at the prestigious FIPI R&D Conclave, held on October 9-10, 2024. He presented on the topic "High Energy Density Anode Material for Li-Ion Batteries." The event, organized by the Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry in collaboration with petroleum-related industry partners, focused on R&D activities in the Oil & Gas Industry as well as emerging fuels and technologies.
The Conclave saw participation from leading organizations such as IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, ONGC, Nayara Energy, GAIL, and many more. Refinery directors, scientists, and researchers were in attendance, providing a platform for knowledge exchange and discussions on the latest industry innovations.
RSWM-Mandapam: Conducted SLCP verification Audit
The Mandpam unit went through an SLCP verification audit done by intertek Auditors Mr. Sahil Kukreja & Mr. Shivendra Dubey from 10th September to 12th September 2024 under the direction of Sh. Y.D. Tiwari (BH & CE).
Management Representative Mr. Pankaj Khandelwal was supported by all HODs and their respective teams in conducting the audit successfully.
RSWM-Mandapam: Conducted IMS Audit
The Mandpam unit went through an IMS Surveillance audit done by BSI Auditors Mr. Susheel Sharma, Mr. Satinderpal Singh & Anil Kumar from 08th July to 10th July 2024 under the direction of Sh. Y.D. Tiwari (BH & CE), Sh. Brahm Swaroop Sharma (Dy. COO). Management Representative Mr. Pankaj Khandelwal was supported by all HODs and their respective teams in conducting the audit successfully.
The certification continued after audit clearance.
RSWM-Mandpam: Conducted Free Health Check-up Camp
A Free Health Check-up Camp was conducted by RSWM, Mandpam Unit through ESIC, Bhilwara on August 22, 2024, for 40 years & above our workers & staff. Dr. Girish Dutta & Team, from ESIC Hospital, Bhilwara (Raj.) participated in the Health Check-up Camp. Maximum workers & staff members have availed the said opportunity.
RSWM-Mandapam: Customer Visit from Sri Lanka
Mr. Lal Dayanand from M/s. Teejay, Sri Lanka, visited our mill on August 30, 2024, accompanied by Mr. Kul Bhushan (Export - Mktg. Head).
He was welcomed by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, BH & CE (MYB) and Sh. Brahm Swaroop Sharma, Dy. COO, Sh. Om Prakash Samdani and staff members. He took a round of Mandpam & Kanyakheri unit and observed each stage of production closely.
He also planted trees. He was very impressed and had shown keen interest in our product range. He also appreciated our products gallery.
