RSWM-Kharigram: VIP visit of CEO Shri Rajeev Gupta

It was an honor to have Shri Rajeev Gupta, CEO of RSWM Limited, visit our Kharigram plant on December 17th, 2024. During his visit, he engaged in insightful discussions about the company's business and shared a special message that resonated deeply with all of us.

His address highlighted the core values that fuel our collective success: teamwork, transparency, a commitment to growth, and integrity. He emphasized the importance of staying vigilant, avoiding complacency, and steering clear of workplace politics. Most importantly, Shri Gupta encouraged fostering a collaborative environment, as this is essential for achieving greater heights as a team and as a company.

RSWM-RPSF: Visit of IKEA Team

The IKEA team visited the RPSF Fiber Pant and had a detailed round of the RPSF Fiber Unit. The complete process of recycling post-consumer PET bottles was explained to them and they were so impressed to see such an Eco-Friendly process converting PET scrap into textile products.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Performance Review of September-24 Qtr

The department-wise performance of the Rishabhdev unit for the 1^st half (April-September) of 2024  was reviewed through PowerPoint presentation on the 21^st  & 25^th of October, 2024.  HODs of all the departments presented the data related to individual departments. While summing up the two day's presentation, the COO appreciated whatever achievements were made and at the same time reminded to focus on various losses to control. 

RSWM-Rishabahdev: Visit of Business Head

Shri Naresh Bahedia, Business Head (YB) visited Rishabahdev on 4th November 2024 after his elevation as Business Head of Yarn Business. He has talked to Core team members and also Union office Bearers and explained his vision for uplifting the Business from the present situation which is not favorable for the organization.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Nidhi@Your Door

On 27^th December 2024, Officers from the PF department organized a program called “Nidhi@your door” at RSWM, Rishabhdev in which, all the grievances of stakeholders, pensioners, dependent pension, pension benefits of dependents on the death of a pensioner, etc. were resolved on the spot. Staff Members and workers benefited from various problems pending with the PF department has been solved through this program.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Fire Mock Drill

Fire Mock drill exercise was conducted at Worker Colony for the workers on 27^th July 2024. A demo was given by the Security team as to what should be done in case of fire occurs. All the workers staying in the workers' colony participated in this Mock Drill.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Volley Ball Tournament For Staff

The Staff Club, RSWM Rishabhdev organized a volleyball tournament for staff on 7^th December 2024  in which Four teams - Team A, B & C  played the match. In the final, Team B won the match. All officers and staff members witnessed the match every day and encouraged the team members.

Shri K B Khatod, COO of the unit, and other senior officers who were present in the final match congratulated the winners and encouraged the other teams who performed well in the match. The rolling trophy was handed over to the winning team by the COO.

RSWM-Ringas: SA:8000 Audit 2024

On 16th December 2024, the SA 8000 audit was conducted at the Ringas unit. A team of two persons conducted the audit led by Shir Sanjay Bhardwaj. They took a round of the plant and checked various documents for the same. During the audit, they verified the SA 8000 process being followed at the shop floor level and were satisfied to see the implementation status.

HEG: Successful Inauguration of 220 KV Power Substation

We are thrilled to announce the successful inauguration and Pooja ceremony for our new 220 KV Power Substation at HEG Limited. This milestone represents a significant step forward in strengthening our infrastructure, boosting efficiency, and supporting sustainable growth.

This state–of–the–art substation will not only meet our current demands but also pave the way for future energy advancements. The event was graced by our Respected ED Sir with the HODs and performed all the traditional rituals.

HEG: Participation in Bhopal Vigyan Mela

The Bhopal Vigyan Mela, held from 27th to 30th Dec at Jamburi Maidan, was a grand celebration of science, innovation and technology. The event brought together leading organizations, researchers, and enthusiasts to showcase advancements in various scientific fields.

The R & D department of HEG Ltd. actively participated, presenting their pioneering work in graphite–based products and sustainable technologies. Their contribution highlighted the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence in industrial research.

The mela served as a vibrant platform for knowledge exchange, inspiring future generations and emphasizing the critical role of science in fostering industrial and societal progress.

RSWM-Lodha: Bonus Meeting

As every year the bonus meeting was held at ADM. Business Head Naresh Kumar Bahedia and Union Leaders came to an equilibrium point and decided on a certain rate for the bonus, it was a great successful meeting; everyone greeted BH Sir with garlands and sweets.

RSWM-Lodha: Visit of CEO Shri. Rajiv Gupta

On 20th December 2024, Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Business Head) warmly welcomed Shri Rajiv Gupta (CEO) at RSWM Lodha. Shri Gupta visited the Spinning Unit to assess the overall progress and developments. During his visit, he met with all the staff members, fostering a sense of connection and engagement. An interaction meeting was organized with the core team members of the Lodha unit, where they discussed the workings and processes in detail. The meeting provided valuable insights into the unit's operations and facilitated a productive exchange of ideas.

RSWM-Lodha: Birthday Celebration of Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia

On 16th October 2024 RSWM Lodha Family celebrated the birthday of Business Head Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia where every staff member wished with a bouquet, core team members felicitated him with a gift and the celebration ended with a cutting ceremony and high tea program.

RSWM-Lodha: New Building Inauguration

RSWM Lodha inaugurated a newly constructed building for staff members by Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Business Head). Following the ceremony, a Pooja was performed by a team of renowned pandits from Talwara, under the guidance of Pandit Nikunj Mohan Pandya and his team.

After the Grah Pravesh (housewarming), the event concluded with a lunch organized by RSWM Lodha. The successful program was made possible with the support of the coordinators, engineering department, Shri Wilson K C, Shri Abhimanyu Singh Chundawat, and Shri Upendra Singh Chouhan.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Nidhi Aapke Nikat Camp

On 30^th December 2024 under the Nidhi Aapke Nikat program, EPFO officers visited the LNJ Denim plant. Shri Arbind Mishra – Head HR & IR & team welcomed the EPFO Team.

This a good initiative taken by the EPFO office where employees get benefits & get the grievance of PF resolved & where members will get online services like filing online claims etc. Grievance redressal of the members will be done on the spot and in case any grievance could not be redressed on the spot, it will be registered on the grievance portal of EPFO and will be resolved on priority.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Visit of CEO Shri Rajeev Gupta

Shri Rajeev Gupta, Chief Executive Officer - RSWM Ltd., visited the LNJ Denim plant on 21^st December 2024. Shri Rajesh Singh – BH & Chief Executive – LNJ Denim & Team welcomed him and were taken through the Denim facility to get him to understand the entire Denim process. Shri Rajeev Gupta met with the all HODs and had an interaction with the senior staff member & team. He asserted the current textile business & new upcoming challenges in our group. It was a great motivation for all the team members. 

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Health Check-Up Camp

To keep a fit and more energetic workforce and driving force a Day Health check-up camp was organized on 28^th October 2024 at LNJ Denim Plant in collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi Govt. Hospital, Banswara. About 123 Employees were examined & benefited from this camp.

RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits: New Worker Hostel Inauguration

On 21st November, 2024 a new worker colony of LNJ Denim & Knits Division, Mordi was inaugurated by Sh. Rajesh Singhji & Shri Arvind Mauryaji. In the inauguration, Pooja & Havan with Sundarkant Path was organized by a group of pandit with the leadership of Acharyaji Sh. Manojji Pathak.

It is much much-awaited project to provide the proper accommodation to LNJ Denim & Knits Workers. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to house 500 workers, providing them with a comfortable and supportive environment to thrive in.  By having this all workers were very happy to get a shift in new accommodation. Through this colony, we provide proper accommodation and food facilities to the workers here and it is a very good step, through this colony all the workers who were living outside and those who were living in colonies at other places, got shifted to new worker colonies.

RSWM-LNJ Denim: Industrial Visit by Govt. Sr. Sec. School Students, Mordi

A group of sixty students from Govt. Sr. Sec. School Student, Chidiyavasa visited the Denim Unit on 19^th November 2024. Students & teachers were highly impressed to see the plant and campus environment. Shri Arbind Mishra – Head - of the HR & IR Department welcomed the students and introduced them to the entire unit with key team functions & the concept of LNJ Denim products & services. He also gave some tips for career opportunities in their upcoming future. Students enjoyed the visit & high tea arrangements were also there for them.

RSWM-Mandapam: Customer Visit

Mrs. Rupali Garg, Mr. Vinod Vanjara & Mr. Mayur Trivedi (Sourcing Team) from M/s. Arvind (Ankur Division), visited our mill from dated 03^rd October 2024 to 05^th October 2024. They were welcomed by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, BH & CE (MYB) and Sh. Harish Joshi, Dy. COO, Sh. Om Prakash Samdani (D.G.M. - Development). They were very interested in the women's category cost-effective product. They were impressed and showed keen interest in our product range and also appreciated our products gallery.

Harish Joshi, Dy. COO, Sh. Om Prakash Samdani (D.G.M. - Development) & Sh. Sumer Jain (Sr. Manager - Sales). We have shown our entire product range and they were very impressed and shown keen interest in our product range also appreciated our products gallery.

RSWM-Mandapam: Customer Visit

Mr. Harish Jain (G.M. – Spg & TQM Head) & Mr. Sanjay Jain (G.M. - Sourcing) from M/s. Welspun visited our mill from dated 20th November 2024 to 21st November 2024. They were welcomed by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, BH & CE (MYB) and Sh. Harish Joshi, Dy. COO, Sh. Piyush Pathak (Sales) & Sh. Sachin Chaplot (NDP team). They took a round of the Kanya Kheri unit and observed each stage of production closely and were happy to see the machinery setup. We have shown our entire product range and they were very impressed and shown keen interest in our product range also appreciated our products gallery.

RSWM showcased innovations at the Morocco Fashion Style & Tex Expo 2024, Casablanca, from December 4th to 6th, 2024.

The event highlighted our yarns, fibers, and fabrics to global industry leaders. We were honored by the Indian Ambassador's visit, strengthening India-Morocco textile ties.
