ADHPL: Atal Gyan Kendra

AD Hydro Power Ltd. donated three computers with all accessories, three printers, and books for Gyan Kendra Library to gram panchayat Gojra on December 20, 2024. The Pradhan of gram panchayat Gojra had requested to provide support for developing a library at Gojra for the children of the village. The company acceded to the request and provided the material in kind under the CSR program of Gyan Kedra

ADHPL: Toilets constructed for Girls and boys in School

The ADHPL is committed to the development of the local area and in particular the surrounding villages of the project. The company has taken various CSR initiatives under the development plan of schools in the local area.

One of the plans i.e. construction of toilets for girls and boys in Govt. Senior Secondary School, Goshal-Bahang was completed during the financial year. The children studying in the school were elated after having a neat and clean facility in their school. An amount of Rs.2.10M was spent under the “Education” head on this activity. School staff thanked AD Hydro Power Limited for the CSR initiative.

ADHPL: Repair and maintenance of Mahila Mandal Bhawan Prini

The Mahila Mandal Bhawan earlier constructed by the company had been damaged over the years and needed some repairs. The Pradhan of Mahila Mandal Prini had requested the repair and maintenance of Mahila Mandal Bhawan. The company had set aside an amount of Rs. 0.32M under the Rural Development program for the repair and maintenance of Mahila Mandal Bhawan and the activity was completed in October 2024.

ADHPL: Repair and maintenance of Shamshan Ghat Shuru (Crematorium)

The company under the CSR banner of Rural Development had taken the CSR program of repair and maintenance of the crematorium at village Shuru on the request of the Pradhan of village panchayat Prini. The total expenditure incurred on the activity is Rs. 0.81M. The concrete pavers were laid on the access way and the damaged portions of the crematorium were also repaired.

The villagers and panchayat Pradhan thanked ADHPL for the CSR activity.

ADHPL: Repair and maintenance of Mahila Mandal Bhawan Shuru

The company under the CSR banner of Rural Development had taken the CSR program of repair and maintenance of Mahila Mandal Bhawan at village Shuru on request of Pradhan of Mahila Mandal Shuru. The activity will support the local women folk to organize programs for women empowerment in the improved infrastructural facilities in the village. The total expenditure incurred on the activity is Rs. 0.10M.

The women's self-help group of the village of Shuru was thankful to the Company for the CSR gesture.

ADHPL: Repair and Construction of Retaining structure near ADIT 1 Bridge

The company under the CSR program also planned the repairs of the public utility assets being damaged by last year's floods in the Beas Basin of the Manali area. The CSR activity Construction of retaining, breast wall, and footpath near the ADIT-1 bridge was planned under the Rural Development head of the Company’s CSR program. Rs. 0.43M was spent on the activity.

ADHPL: Sethan Committee Hall Repair

The company under the CSR banner of Rural Development had taken the CSR program of repair and maintenance of village committee hall Sethan on request of Pradhan of village panchayat Prini. The total expenditure incurred on the activity is Rs. 0.36M. The villagers of Sethan hamlet thanked ADHPL for the CSR activity.

ADHPL: Repair & Maintenance of Shuru Primary School

The company under the CSR banner of Education had taken an infrastructure developmental program of repair and maintenance of Gov. Primary School at village Shuru. The total expenditure incurred on the activity is Rs. 2.10M. The dilapidated school building was taken for repairs and this will provide a better place for small children to study.

ADHPL: Repair and Fabrication of Allain Bridge

The company under the CSR banner of Rural Development had taken the CSR program of repair and maintenance of the footbridge at Jaubari Nalah which got washed away in the flash floods of last year. The total expenditure incurred on the activity is Rs. 0.20M. The damaged portions of the abutments were repaired and the footbridge was fabricated afresh. The bridge is being used by villagers to take their cattle for grazing in upstream areas and is also used by trackers and tourists.

ADHPL: Donation of Smart Interactive Panels

The Govt. schools lack the basic amenities including the digital innovative technologies. The ADHPL has been involved in developing the infrastructure of Govt. Schools in the area at 360 degrees to improve the education sector. The Company donated 8 Nos. of smart interactive panels (Smart Boards) to the Govt. schools of the local area under the “Education – digitalization of schools program”. In addition to this 2 sets of computers with all were also given to Govt. Sen. Sec. School, Manali. The children were excited to work on new digital technology. All the school staff and children thanked ADHPL.

ADHPL: Material donated to Govt. Middle/Primary School, Vashisht

The company has always taken a lead role in the development of the educational infrastructure of schools. In one of its initiatives, AD Hydro Power Ltd. donated plastic chairs, a sound system, and EPE foam sheets with covers to Govt. Middle School, Vashisht. The school staff thanked ADHPL for fulfilling the basic requirements of the school

ADHPL: Donation of Solar Lights

Under the Rural Development program of the CSR head, the Company donated 20 Nos. solar street lights to the nearby villages. The lights were installed in the dark areas of the streets as per the recommendations of village Pradhans. The solar street lights were installed in villages of Naggar block between November 02-13, 2024. The villagers appreciated the CSR initiative of ADHPL.

ADHPL: Financial support to organize international workshop

The company is committed to the all-round development of education in the area. The Company provided financial support in kind to organize an international conference on Pure and Applied Mathematical Science at Govt. College Kullu on December 03-04, 2024. Stationery bags, note pads & identity cards, and other stationery materials were provided to the participants of the conference.

ADHPL: Sports Uniform given to School Children

The company always searches for innovative ways to support educational facilities locally and prevent dropout rates of the poor children who usually study in the Govt. schools of the area. This year ADHPL provided sports tracksuits with 80 T-shirts to the school children of Govt. High School, Prini on October 23, 2024. The innovative idea was applauded by the School Management and the staff.

RSWM-Ringas: Blood Donation Camp Organized

A blood donation camp was organized in RSWM Ringas premises on 17^Th October on the auspicious birthday of Syt LNJ Babu” in association with Mittal Blood Bank – Sikar. All staff and workers participated wholeheartedly and donated 89 Units of blood. BH Sh M.K. Yogi inaugurated the event along with All HODs and their families. Blood donation certificates had also been awarded to all donors.

RSWM-RPSF: Distributed Sweaters and Caps In Government Schools

To protect students from the cold, BH Sir Shri M.K. Yogi and the HODs of RSWM RPSF Fibre Plant distributed warm sweaters and caps at Bisavali Ringas and Bhopatpura Ringas government schools.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Blood Donation Camp

On 17^th October,  on the birthday of the Chairman Emeritus, a  Blood Donation camp was organized at Rishabhdev.  A team from Saral Blood Bank, Udaipur conducted the camp.  A total of 46 units of blood were collected during the camp. The COO along with senior officers were present in the camp and motivated the donors.  Certificates were also distributed to the donors.

RSWM-Chhata: Blood Donation Camp

On the occasion of the Birthday Celebration of Shriyut L. N. Jhunjhunwala ji, a Blood Donation Camp was organized on 17th October 2024. Staff and Workmen donated blood.

RSWM-Lodha: Blood Donation Camp

On the birthday of Syt. LNJ Babu a blood donation camp was organised at Lodha Banswara. The M. G. Hospital Staff facilitated the entire Camp with a team of Sr. Doctors. Staff as well as Workers & Contractors donated Blood for a social cause. To encourage donating blood, the Business Head Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, Shri G L Kabra, Shri Mamtesh Jain, Shri Narendra Kumar Bhandari, Shri Satyakam Shrivastava, Shri Manoj Shah & Other team Members were also present at Blood Donation Camp. Shri Shri K C Wilson, and Shri Abhimanyu Singh were the main coordinators for this social cause. Total 161 Units of Blood Donated.

RSWM-Mandpam: Blood Donation Camp

A blood donation camp was organized on the occasion of Syt. LNJ Babuji’s birthday by RSWM, Mandpam & KKH team in coordination with Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Bhilwara at Melange staff club on 17th October 2024.  Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (BH & CE) & Sh. Harish Joshi (Dy. C.O.O.) inaugurated the blood donation camp at Mandpam Unit. A total of 51 units of blood were donated.  Certificates were given to all donors in appreciation of their Contribution to this great cause.
