RSWM: New Covid Relief Policy

RSWM Ltd as a responsible corporate citizen has extended their interim support to the deceased employee’s family who have lost their life battling Covid-19. The RSWM management has introduced a new policy to support our employee’s family during this tough pandemic time. Its a great initiative looking at the uncertain Covid times.

HO: Covid-19 Vaccination Camp

LNJ Bhilwara Group organized a Covid Vaccination Camp at HO on Friday, 11^th June 2021 to offer convenient access to the vaccine for our interested employees and their family members. We have partnered with Kailash Hospital, Noida to provide on-site COVID vaccination to employees & their families for Dose 1 & 2.

We have also encouraged everyone to come forward and get themselves vaccinated to put a pause in the surge of Covid cases and follow all Covid-19 precautionary protocols issued by the Govt. and local authorities.

HEG: Covid-19 Vaccination Camp

The grand vaccination drive was organized in HEG on 21^st June 2021 to make sure each one of us get vaccinated and can fight the battle against the corona virus. The event was inaugurated by Res. ED - Mr. Manish Gulati. Thanks to the management and team for organizing such a great event on large scale. Total 905 people were vaccinated including employees, contractors and their family members. It was a record figure achieved at any one vaccination centre in a single day and MP health minister called ED to congratulate for excellent organization of the event.

Maral-Noida: New Garment Factory Setup

On 1^st May 2021, Maral Overseas Ltd. (Garment Division) introduced another new factory at Noida. As per Business Head, with this new factory our production capacity will be increased as we have inducted new renowned customers e.g. Skechers. This facility is situated in Block-D, Sector-63, Noida, a planned city located in district Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh adjacent to National Highway 24.

Kharigram: Visit of Commissioner of Industries

Mrs Archana Singh, Commissioner of Industries and Bureau of Investment Promotion visited Kharigram plant on 12^th April, 2021 and took the round of State of the Art plant SJ-11. The Joint Managing Director, Shri B.M. Sharma and CFO, Shri Avinash Bhargava welcomed her and briefed about the Company and it’s future plans of expansions of Cotton Melange Yarn plant at Kharigram and Denim at Mordi, Banswara.

Kharigram: Welcome of Shri Sukesh Sharma, Dy. Business Head

Sh Sukesh Sharma, Dy. Business Head visited first time at Kharigram unit after elevation. Sh N.K.bahedia, COO welcomed him along with all HODs’. After brief introduction of all HODs’ he conveyed thanks to team and advised to work with full freedom in achieving objective of the company and he is always present for solving any difficulties and providing support wherever required. Sh Manoj Sharma, CHRO congratulated for his new inning with a greater role.

Kharigram: Covid-19 Vaccination Camp

To prevent from Covid-19 outbreak, the management has organised three vaccination camps in the month of June, 2021 at Kharigram unit. This drive was organised for our employee's health & wellbeing of their families and children. It took place in presence of Shri Manoj Sharma, CHRO, Shri N.K. Bahedia, COO. They both motivated all the members for vaccination. In total 1009 staff, workmen and their families vaccinated during this camp.

LNJ Denim: Covid-19 Vaccination Camp

Whole world is facing pandemic of “COVID 19” and Administration, Police, Medical authorities have put their best possible efforts to control the spread of COVID-19. India has been able to control in the best possible manner as compared to other countries. We are very lucky to have the Vaccine for overcoming this precarious situation. 

One Day Vaccination camp was organized on 26^th April,2021 at LNJ Denim & Fabric Division, Mordi. A team from M G Hospital, Banswara came for vaccination. Total 200 Employee got vaccinated for the same on the same day. Similarly, four more camp were organized in May & June 2021 in which total 600 employees got vaccinated.

LNJ Denim: Prize Distribution for Abhivyakti Suggestions

Suggestion Scheme (Abhivyakti) is a good initiative started by RSWM Group. Initially through this, we have received 41 suggestion from employees of Denim & Fabric division. Some suggestions were selected as observed by selection committee and the prizes were distributed to those employees by our Head HR & IR, Shri Arbind Mishra. With this initiative, we have received positive gesture among employees & they have participated in this campaign with much enthusiasm.

LNJ Denim: New Warping Machine Poojan

On 4^th May, 2021 Pooja was done for our new warping machine at LNJ Denim, Mordi. On this occasion, Pooja was performed by Shri Vinod Pathak. All the staff members were invited for pooja ceremony. Everybody was excited & happy for having new warping machine in Denim Plant. With this machine our production capacity would be increased.

LNJ Denim: Visit of Shri Avinash Bhargava & Shri P.K. Deora

On 17^th June, 2021 our CFO, Shri Avinash Bhargava & Auditor Shri P.K. Deora had visited our Denim unit. Shri Suketu Shah - Business Head welcomed them and were taken through the Denim facility to get them understand the entire denim manufacturing process.

They together visited our Denim facility & appreciated all the facilities and products of Denim. They were very impressed by seeing various new products and appreciated the working environment of the Denim plant.

Rishabhdev: Covid-19 Vaccination Camp

Vaccination against Covid-19 pandemic for all age groups is being done at Rishabhdev unit through vaccination camps and individually. Majority of staff have taken both the doses and remaining are waiting for their turn for second dose. Children in the campus of age above 18 have also taken their first dose. Almost 50% of the workers have also taken first dose.

Rishabhdev: New Dispensary Pooja

At Rishabhdev, pooja of newly built dispensary, crèche room and workers’ rest room near main gate was held on 23^rd June, 2021 which was attended by officers and staff members of the unit.

Rishabhdev: Herbal Drink Distribution

Prevention is better than cure – keeping this in mind an Ayurvedic Kadha was prepared in the campus as prescribed by the Ayurvedic Physician and distributed to all employees of the unit especially workers near Main gate as a prevention against COVID-19 pandemic.   

Mandpam: International Yoga Day

International Yoga day was celebrated at RSWM Limited, Mandpam, on 21^st June 2021. Staff members along with their families has participated in the event. Shri V.K. Yadav was the Yoga instructor for the event. Shri S.P. Yadav, has addressed the staff members on the importance of Yoga in day-to-day life.

Mandpam: ABHIVYAKTI Best Suggestions Award Ceremony

“ABHIVYAKTI” best suggestions award ceremony was conducted on 28^th May, 2021 at ADM Meeting Hall. The best suggestions award was distributed to the Staff & Workers by Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) for giving valuable suggestion & motivated them to come with more effective suggestion in future.

Mandpam: Distribution of Herbal Drink

A Herbal Drink (Kadha) has been distributed on regular basis to all the employees of Mandpam unit, the purpose of this drive was to increase the immunity of members and to protect them against COVID-19.

Mandpam: Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony

Foundation stone laying ceremony for construction of Melange Yarn, Unit 3 at Gulabpura was held on 21^st April, 2021. The foundation stone was laid by Sh. Ashwani Mittal, DY. BH (MYB) amidst the presence of staff members of Mandpam & Kharigram units.

Lodha: Distribution of Herbal Drink

To upkeep the strong immune system of all workmen & staff members of RSWM Lodha and with the help of local government team, distribution of KADHA was organised for all. This would help us to keep our workers and staff's immunity and make them resilient against the change of weather and COVID-19. Special thanks to Shri Manoj Shah (DGM- Legal & PR) for this arrangement and thanks to the team of guest house for distribution to all with proper social distance. 

Lodha: Covid-19 Vaccination Camp

We believe in ‘Wellness before Business’ which is why we have several initiatives in place to ensure the safety and health of our associates and their loved ones. In line with RSWM Lodha organised an exclusive Covid-19 vaccination drive for our workmen, staff and their family members.

A total of 300 workmen, staff & their family members were benefited through this camp.

Lodha: Felicitation Ceremony (Project Abhivyakti)

An Abhivyakti Award ceremony was organised at RSWM Lodha unit to felicitate the best suggestion. During this ceremony Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit (GM–Personnel) and Shri A K Saini (AGM–Spinning) motivated the participants for showing great spirit towards success of Abhivyakti programme and encouraged them to come up with more suggestions to get benefits & in general to raise awareness.

Lodha: Master's Sneh Milan

Master’s Sneh Milan was celebrated on 29th June 2021. Shri Dilip Singh personnel department started the program. Shri R K Dixit (GM–Personnel) welcomed Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating Officer) with bouquet.

Before starting the program all the Union Leaders & Masters were welcomed by senior staff members. Sh. R K Dixit DGM–P&A addressed to the masters group to increase the on roll position. The union representatives and masters group assured the management to increase the average attendance of their shift and expressed their thanks to the Management for various incentive schemes of last year. Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO) gave an inspiring speech and motived each person to participate in Anti - Tobacco campaign. The programme ended with a delightful dinner. This is a continuous effort to increase cohesiveness among the union, workers & management.

Lodha: Screening & Health Tests

A screening camp was organised at RSWM Lodha unit after two staff members were found positive for Covid-19. A team of doctors conducted screening of all the workmen, staff & their families to detect COVID and create awareness to save yourself and others from this pandemic.  

Ringas RPSF: Tribute to Frontline Corona Warriors

While the whole country has been fighting against the COVID-19 crisis, the ones on the frontline, doctors and healthcare workers are working excruciatingly hard for the welfare of the patients and to minimize the damage caused in the society due to current pandemic.

To give tribute and support to our front line corona warriors, Sh MK Yogi (COO RPSF) donated essential materials to Govt. Hospital of Ringas.

Ringas RPSF: Distribution of “Ayush Kwanth” and “Lemon Water”

Ayush kwath, Kadha pouches and Lemon water was distributed regularly amongst workers at RPSF division. This helped us a lot to boost the immune system of our staff. We are delighted to share that not even a single COVID-19 serious nature of case witnessed so far in RPSF Div.

Ringas RPSF: Donation of Contributed Fund

In addition to other legal supports, a relief fund worth Rs 1.26 Lacs contributed to the family of Late Shri Dev Narayan Yadav (Operator) at Ringas unit. All the staff members have given their one day salary for this noble cause. 

Ringas: Visit of Dy. Business Head

Shri Sukesh Sharma - Dy. BH (Operations), RSWM Ltd visited Ringas unit on 16^th to 17^th June, 2021.

Shri Anurag Mathur -COO, Shri M. K.Yogi – COO(RPSF) and Shri A.V.S. Yadav - General Manager (P&IR) welcomed him. He visited Spinning and RPSF Units to check the overall progress & developments and also met with local Union Office bearers. It was his first visit to Ringas Unit after taking the position of Dy. BH (Operations).

A meeting was also organized with Senior team members of Ringas and Shri Sukesh Sharma interacted with all the members and motivated them to put in combined efforts, determination, passion and sincerity in their work so that RSWM Ltd will become an industry leader in the market with respect to the future scenario.

Rishabhdev: Abhivyakti Reward Function

In order to felicitate the employees who have given suggestions under suggestion scheme Abhivyakti and also to motivate others, a meeting was organized and token prizes were given to those employees who have given good suggestions. Speaking on the occasion, Shri MS Manilal, GM (IR&HR) encouraged to give more good suggestions every month.

ADHPL: Covid-19 Vaccination Camp

The Govt. of India had started COVID-19 vaccination of all the citizens in a phased manner. First the frontline workers of ADHPL dispensary were vaccinated and then the vaccination of above 45 years age group was completed. Now the first dose of vaccination to 18-44 years age group of ADHPL employees has also been completed.

BSL: COVID-19 Vaccination Camp

In view of the seriousness of second wave of Covid, BSL Management organized COVID-19 vaccination camp on 9^th April, 2021. Monika Garg from Sneh Samarpan Foundation, doctors of primary health centers Mr. Manoj Kumar Yadav and Mr. Jitendra Kumar and their team had special support in making this vaccination camp a success.

The President Shri Praveen Jain inaugurated this COVID Vaccination Camp by lighting the lamp and in the inaugural program Shri Ashok Mehta (Senior Vice President - Processing Division) Shri Paramjeet Singh Phogat (Vice President - Spinning Division) Shri HP Mathur (Associate Vice President-HR & IR) and Shri Ram Dayal Jat (Senior Manager-HR & Admin) were present.

The senior manager (HR & Admin) Shri Ram Dayal Jat, informed that more than 200 workers and employees of the age group of 45 years and above took advantage of this vaccination.

Shri Ashok Maloo, Shri Ram Milan Singh, Shri Khan Mohammad, Shri Yogendra Singh Rathod, Shri Govind Singh, Shri Umesh Dadhich, Shri Ghanshyam Prajapat, Shri Ganesh Joshi, Shri Devraj Teli, Shri Shyam Singh Rathod, Shri Khan Mohammad, Shri Yogendra Singh Rathod, Shri Gopal Singh, Shri Ramraj Meena, Shri Manoj Soni and Shri Pradeep Singh made special contributions.
