Maral Noida: World No Tobacco Day Celebration

To educate and to prevent the bad habits of our employees for a healthier lifestyle and safe working environment, we have celebrated 'World No Tobacco Day' on 31^st May 2021 at our respective unit, which is conducted by our team Welfare & HR department. All our staff members were made aware about the complications that can occur while consuming any kind of Tobacco.

Maral Noida: World Environment Day

To save the environment and to create an awareness among employees, we have celebrated the “World Environment Day on 5^th June, 2021 and planted more than 35 regulars trees at factory premises and educated our employees on the same.

Maral Noida: Birthday Celebration

Maral Noida Unit-3 has celebrated the birthday of Mr. Aditya Dutt (Merchandising Manager, Skechers) on 16^th June, 2021 with cake cutting ceremony and high tea. Everyone wished him and enjoyed this small get-to-gether.

Maral Noida: Music Day Celebration

To minimize the work load stress from the mind of our employee’s at work floor, we have celebrated World Music Day at our Unit-4 on 21^st June, 2021 with much gusto and enthusiasm.

On the occasion of International YOGA DAY, we have provided the awarness on the fitness & health to our employees at Unit-3 & Unit-4 on 21^st June, 2021 which is conducted by our Team Welfare & HR. 

Kharigram: World Environment Day

On 5^th June’21, Kharigram Pariwar celebrated “World Environment Day” with great zeal & enthusiasm. Sh N.K.Bahedia, COO planted tree saplings in mill premises along with all HOD’s and staff members. To make the awareness about the significance of nature and to take the pledge to protect it every time, over 200 no. of various species of trees were planted inside plant premises at various location by all HODs and staff members. All staff & family members were educated to protect environment through tree plantation and make the environment green and clean.

Kharigram: Hanuman Jayanti Celebration

Lord Hanuman is the symbol of strength and energy and to commemorate the birth of Lord, the Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated every year by Kharigram Pariwar. On 27^th April, 2019, Hanuman Janmostav was celebrated with full zeal and devotion in Staff Colony Temple. There was a special Bhajan Kirtan, performed by ladies and family members. The program was concluded with Maha Arti and Prasad distribution to everyone.

Kharigram: Fire Service Day

The Fire Service Day was celebrated by Kharigram unit on 14^th April, 2021. To make aware about fire & safety equipment’s, an Exhibition on Fire Safety was organised in Manav Vikas Kendra under facilitation of Mr Dileep Chourasia, Safety Officer and Mr Ratibhan Patil, Training Incharge. Shri N.K.Bahedia, COO given a loud message to ensure safety norms at each steps of working activities and emphasized the importance of fire and safety equipments during work and emergency situation. All staff members voiced their commitment to follow the fire safety rules at workplace.

LNJ Denim & Fabric: World Environment Day

World Environment Day is a day of everyone around the world to take ownership of their environment and to actively engage in the protection of our earth. This day aims to inspire more people than ever before to take action to prevent the growing nature.

On 5^th June 2021, World Environment Day is celebrated at LNJ Denim & Fabric Division, Mordi. On this occasion, Shri Arbind Mishra, Head HR & IR along with all senior staff member had planted the trees in plant premises as well as near Gram Panchyat, Badliya. The plantation programme was organized by Panchyat in which LNJ Denim & Fabric Division unit had planted 500 trees in Badliya under the Good Visionary Leadership of our Business Head, Shri Suketu Shah. The function was concluded with refreshment for all staff of Denim & Fabric division.

Kanyakheri: World Environment Day

On 5^th of June 2021, Kanya Kheri Unit had celebrated World Environment Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. Shri Vinit Agrawal, COO and Shri Pritam Gurjar D.G.M. (HR & IR), along with the HODs & staff members had planted trees in the mill premises. All the employees were reminded to protect the environment by planting more and more tress and to minimise the usage of plastic bags. The programme was organized by Safety Officer, Mr. Tapas Rana.

Kanyakheri: Staff Birthday Celebration

The Staff Birthday on monthly basis was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in staff club on every last week of month at Kanya Kheri Unit. Cake cutting ceremony was done by staff whose birthday comes in that particular month, in presence of Shri Vinit Agrawal (COO), Shri Pritam Gurjar and all othe staff members. The celebration ended with high tea & distribution of cake to everyone.

Lodha: World Environment Day Celebration

On 5^th June, 2021 the World Environment Day was celebrated at RSWM Lodha, Banswara with much gusto. On the occasion, Shri Sukesh Sharma, Dy. BH (YB), Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating Officer), and all the core team members participated in the plantation drive.

Lodha: Hanuman Jayanti Celebration

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated on 27^th April, 2021 with full of devotion, fondness & enthusiasm at Hanuman Temple in Orchard. The Pooja was performed by Shri Kamlesh Mehta ji and due to Covid-19 pandemic, limited gathering was invited. The pooja was performed while keeping in mind all the precautions of Covid -19. 

Ringas: World Environment Day

The World Environment day was celebrated on June 5^th, 2021. It was organised by the HR and Horticulture department and awareness was created by the trainers. World Environment day is very important as the RSWM family is eco-friendly with the practices they follow. We believe that preserving the environment is a must as it is very important for the human survival and needs. RSWM Ringas organised an awareness programmes and various activities related to environment and planted trees at our gardens with the pledge “Let us strive together to make our earth more beautiful and pollution free”.

Ringas: Hanuman Jayanti

On Tuesday, 27^th April 2021, Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated with due covid protocols. RSWM Ringas parivar prayed to Hanuman ji for betterment of the society, organisational development, good health and peace for all.

Rishabhdev: World Environment Day

On 5^th June, 2021 World Environment Day was celebrated at Rishabhdev unit by planting various saplings inside the campus. The COO, officers and staff participated in the programme with much enthusiasm.

Mandpam: World Environment Day

On 5^th of June 2021,  Melange Unit had celebrated World Environment Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. Shri Ashwani Mittal DY. BH, along with the HODs and staff members has planted trees in the mill premises. All the employees were reminded to protect the environment by planting more and more tress and to minimise the usage of plastic bags. The programme was organized by Safety Officer, Mr. Anil Kumar Bishnoi.

ADHPL: Fire Services Week

Fire services week was celebrated at ADHPL from 14^th to 20^th April, 2021. This year the theme of fire services week was “Maintenance of fire safety equipment is the key to mitigate fire hazards”. The main objective was to make people aware about fire hazards and techniques to douse the fire.

The entire training sessions on fire fighting and rescue of injured personnel were imparted by certified fire-fighters of ADHPL with all COVID-19 preventive measures.

In the closing ceremony of online training session, practical demonstration of fire extinguisher was given and towards the end of the training session, the Project In-charge addressed the participants.

ADHPL: World Environment Day

The World Environment Day was celebrated at ADHPL on June 5^th, 2021. The theme of the World Environment Day was “Restore Ecosystem for a Safe and Healthy Future”. It provides a unique opportunity to raise awareness on environment amongst the employees. More than 25 saplings of Deodar were planted at Khanool dumping site (Duhangan weir) by ADHPL employees maintaining social distance and observing all necessary preventive measures for prevention of spread of COVID 19.

BSL: 49th World Environment Day

On 5^th June 2021, 49^th World Environment Day was celebrated with full enthusiasm in BSL Limited, under which more than 100 saplings were planted in the factory premises.

The plantation program was started by the President Shri  Praveen Jain by planting saplings and in this tree plantation program the officers of the company Shri Ashok Mehta, Shri Paramjeet Singh Phogat, Shri Ravi Choudhary, Shri Arun Shraff, Shri P.S. Brar, Shri Manoj Garg, Shri Ajay Joshi, Shri D.R. Yadav, Shri Lokesh Sethia, Shri Alik Sinha, Shri Sitaram Soni, Shri SD Agarwal, Shri Anand Singh Bhati, Shri C.S. Sharma, Mr. Atul Shah etc. also made this World Environment Day a success through BSL Limited by planting saplings.

Shri Ram Dayal Jat (Sr.Manager-HR & Admin) said that on this World Environment Day, BSL management has set a target of planting 500 different types of saplings in this current year.

Safety manager Ram Milan Singh and Mahesh Sharma, Devraj Teli, Ramraj Meena, Shankar Singh etc. contributed significantly in celebrating 49^th World Environment Day in BSL Limited. Shri Ram Dayal Jat (Sr.Manager-HR & Admin) has taken active initiative to organising this awareness programme at site.
