HO: International Womens Day

We at LNJ Bhilwara Group feel privileged to honour the women who are the backbone of our organisation, and they deserve to be celebrated for their extraordinary contributions to society, remarkable achievements, and unmatched fearlessness. Despite gender inequalities across all sectors, women continue to thrive and beat the odds.
Our Head Office joins in to celebrate International Women’s Day 2022 with great zeal and enthusiasm. All the beautiful ladies of LNJ Bhilwara Group were greeted with flowers & gifts followed by several exciting and entertaining games. Later screening of short films on women empowerment fuelled the work environment with full of dynamism which eventually emboldened the spirits of everyone. All the ladies thanked the organisation for organising one of the most memorable events. It was indeed a wonderful day spent together.
Ringas RPSF: Republic Day
The Republic Day was celebrated with lots of fun and with various cultural programs in RPSF Div. while maintaining social distancing and following the COVID-19 guidelines.
Sh. M.K. Yogi, Chief Operating Officer hoisted the flag and everyone sung National anthem. COO addressed to staff and workers regarding merits of Indian Constitutions and remembered the sacrifices of Freedom Fighters.
At the end of program, prizes were distributed to best performers in the category of security, production, best attendance etc. and also to all participants who perform on this occasion.
Ringas RPSF: Maha Shivratri Puja
The Maha Shivratri pooja was celebrated with great pomp and enthusiasm in the RSWM staff colony temple. Shri M.K. Yogi and Smt. Jaya Yogi, Chief Operating Officers, performed Pooja and Rudrabhishek to Lord Shiva.
Ringas RPSF: Khatu Shyam Mela
A refreshment seva was provided at the Khatu shyam Mela. On the 14th of March 2022, staff and families offered refreshments (Sweet Lassi, Water Bottles, Oranges, Frooti, Toffees, and other items) to pilgrims in Khatu Mela, Ringas.
This was accomplished with the help of Rs 80000 worker's contribution fund.
Ringas RPSF: Holika Dahan & Holi
The festival of “HOLI” celebrated with great simplicity in Fibre Divison. Shri. M.K. Yogi (COO-RPSF Div.) organized small function of Holika Dahan in the RPSF campus.
On this auspicious occasion, COO stated that Holi is a reflection of life's sheer joy and the overwhelming spirit of acceptance and togetherness, inspiring everyone to live in love and harmony.
TPP: Holi Celebration
Holi is one of the major Festival of India and is the most vibrant of all. This festival is celebrated across four corners of the country. We play Holi with different types of colors theat symbolizes something or the other. This colourful festival has a lot of significance in our lives.
Staff club of TPP organized a two day Holi function at LNJ Nagar, TPP staff colony, started with Holika Dahan on 17th March 2022 at 07:30 PM. The pooja archana was performed by Shri Sanjay Shah (COO). Dhulandi Sneh Milan was organized in the morning on 18th March 2022, staff members along with their families assembled at the central park of colony and played holi by smearing each others face with colours. Songs and dances were performed by the staff members and great arrangements were made for breakfast. In the evening, a Holi feast was organised for all staff families with “Housie” game and songs performed by children & staff members.
Ringas: Republic Day
Shri Anurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer, Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit, GM (H&IR), Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar, GM (Technical), staff members, workers, and Union dignitaries celebrated the nation's 73rd Republic Day at RSWM Ltd., Ringas unit with flag hoisting ceremony followed by National Anthem with patriotic fervour. The Chief Security Officer and his team provided the Guard of Honor. A national song was also performed during this celebration.
After hoisting the National Flag, Shri Anurag Mathur and Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit conveyed best wishes to all employees and also emphasized on the need of consistent quality and productivity for the growth of the organization as well as the nation.
Ringas: Holi Milan
The festive colours were greeted with delight and ardour at the RSWM, Ringas unit. The "Holika Dahan" was held the day before Holi, and was followed by a cultural event arranged by the Ringas unit's staff club. The Staff, along with their families, gathered at the COO residential grounds on Holi Day. It was a lovely evening for everyone of the staff and their families to share their joys and blessings with one another, and it included a fun-filled evening of activities. Shri Aurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer conveyed the Holi wishes to all participants followed by refreshment.
Ringas: Maha Shivratri
RSWM Ringas staff along with their family members celebrated Maha Shivratri at mill premises temple. In Ringas, a Bhajan Sandhya was also organised for all the families. The puja was performed with full devotion and prasad was distributed among all staff and workers.
Kharigram: Holi Festival
The Holi festival began in the evening of March 17, 2022, with Holika Dahan, and the Holika pooja was performed by Shri Shukesh Sharma, BHO-Y and Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, COO. The next day on Dhulandi, the Checkers' holi milan was held in the morning, and all staff and family members participated in and enjoyed colourful holi. Cultural events were organised in the evening, and the programme concluded with a delicious dinner.
Kharigram: Mahashivratri
The Mahashivratri Parv was celebrated at colony temple on March 1, 2022, by RSWM Kharigram Pariwar. The Shiv Mandir was decorated with colourful flowers, and the celebration began with Lord Shiva's Jal Abhishek. Staff and family members performed bhajan-kirtan and chanting of Lord Shiva in the evening with full worship and devoutness. The celebration concluded with Maha Aarti and Prasad distribution.
Kharigram: Women’s Day
The Kharigram Unit celebrated World Women’s Day with a commitment to boost the women empowerment ahead. Shri N.K.Bahedia, Chief Operating Officer in his address, emphasized about women leadership in different sectors and appreciated active participation, good performance with higher attendance rate of female workers of Kharigram Unit. During this program, female workers were awarded for long service tenure as a token of appreciation. Each female worker Ghana momento as token of respect.
Kharigram: Republic Day Celebration
Kharigram unit celebrated 72nd Republic Day on 26th January, 2022. Sh N. K. Bahedia, Chief Operating Officer hoisted the national flag followed by Parade by Security Staff. Sh Avinash Bhargava,CFO, Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD were also present in this celebration. Addressing to the staff and workers, Sh N.K. Bahedia, gave message for improving the quality of yarn and emphasized on working in discipline and a sense of belongingness. The programme was concluded by light refreshment and distribution of sweets.
Maral-Noida: Lohri
The first festival of year 2022 Lohri marks the beginning of the harvest season and is celebrated with pomp and show in northern India. This festival is celebrated at our Noida units by lightning up a bon fire and dancing around it with employees and distributed sweets.
Maral-Noida: Road Safety week
On the occasion of Road Safety Week (11th to 17th Jan 2022), we have celebrated the Road safety week at Noida units and provided various awareness training and activities to our employees to prevent to accident and safe to lead a safe and happy life.
Maral-Noida: Republic Day
On the occasion of Republic day celebration on dated 26th January 2022, we celebrated Republic Day with much enthusiasm at all the Garments units.
Maral-Noida: World Cancer Day
The occasion of World Cancer day celebration dated 4th February 2022, we have conducted free health check-up camp and awareness training program provided through Hospital and External Medical team at all Garments units.
Maral-Noida: Holi Celebration
We celebrated Holi at all of our Garments units on the occasion of the colorful festival. During the festivities, our Group Business Head (Garments Division) wishes all of our workers a happy and safe Holi. On this festive occasion, we also held several activities and gave out gifts to our employees.
Maral-Noida: Women's Day
International Women's Day is one of the most important days of the year to celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness about women's equality, lobby for accelerated gender parity, and fundraise for female-focused charities. Furthermore, International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.
Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women's achievements or rally for women's equality. On the occasion of International Womens Day, a training Session on Women Empowerment was also conducted by Niveda Foundation at all Maral units.
Lodha: International Women’s Day
On March 8, 2022, all staff members and female workers at the RSWM Lodha unit celebrated International Women's Day with a commitment to further women's empowerment. Mrs. Mani Jain, Mrs. Shyama Jha, Mrs. Neetu Sharma, Ms. Shyama Kunwar, and Mrs. Neeru welcomed all female workers with Tilak and Mishri Prasad on this day morning. During the day, a Mehandi competition was also held in the female worker's hostel.
Lodha: Republic Day
Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO) hoisted the flag at 8.30 a.m. to kick off the festivities. The parade organized by Security Personnel and Class Trainees was the event's main attraction.
In his opening speech, Plant Head, Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari emphasized on the importance of higher education for all employees' children. In order to use the most cutting-edge technology, we must develop our potential through continuous learning. He also informed us about the Group's Vision 2022, in which the Group intends to make significant investments in Banswara, and emphasized the importance of working together to achieve the Vision 2022.
The best security guard, the best sanitation boy, and the masters with the lowest worker turnover were honored on this occasion. Also the employees with the best attendance records in the calendar year 2021 were recognized.
Lodha: Maha Shivratri Poojan
The festival began at Orchard Temple with Lord Shiva's Jal – Abhishek. Smt. & Shri. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer performed the Pooja, and all colony residents attended with their families to be blessed by Lord Shiva
Lodha: Holi Celebration
Holi is regarded as one of the most revered and celebrated festivals in almost every part of the country. On this occasion, it is also referred to as "love festivals." Holika Dahan Pooja was performed at RSWM Lodha by Smt & Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer , along with all staff and family members. Everyone in the staff club celebrated Dulendi with Gulal the next day. Holi Sneh Milan was held, which included a Tambola and a delicious dinner.
Rishabhdev: Makar Sankranti
On Makar Sankranti - 14th January, staff and their family members enjoyed the day by playing various traditional games like sitholia, Gulli Danda, kite flying, etc. Every one enjoyed delicious dinner.
Rishabhdev: Republic Day
On the auspicious occasion of India’s 73rd Republic Day, Shri K B Khatod, Cheif Operating Officer hoisted the National Flag in the morning in front of Administration Block and conveyed best wishes to all.
Rishabhdev: Ganeshji Mandir Patotsav
Patotsav of Siddhi Vinayak Ganeshji was celebrated at RSWM Rishabhdev on 14th February, 2022. Shri K B Khatod, Chief Operatig Officer, performed the puja and hawan in presence of the Pandit team from Khadagda. Staff with family performed the Hawankriya and the puja ceremonies ended with Purnahuti and prasad distribution.
Rishabhdev: Maha Shivratri
On 1st March, 2022 Mahashivratri was celebrated at RSWM Rishabhdev Ganeshji Mandir. Staff along with their families attended the Bhajan Kirtan which lasted till mid night. At the end, prasad was distributed to the devotees.
Rishabhdev: Holi
Staff and families of RSWM Rishabhdev enjoyed the Holi festival in a joyous and colourful manner. The `Holika Dahan’ programme held on 17th March and the next day was a colourful day. Ladies, gents and children enjoyed in their own way by singing, dancing, spraying Gulal and greeting each other. In the evening a delicious Holi Feast was arranged for all.
MPCL: Republic Day
Republic day was celebrated on January 26, 2022 at MPCL. After flag hoisting ceremony by the Chief Guest Sh. T.K.Trehan – Plant Incharge, guard of honor and March past was imparted by the security personnel. Chief Guest addressed all participants and told about the importance of the day, followed by the sweets distribution among employees and children.
MPCL: Ecofriendly Colorful Holi
Ecofriendly Holi was celebrated with great enthusiasm and eagerness at MPCL on March 17th, 2022. During the celebrations only organic colours were used and use of water sprays and water colours was avoided by all the MPCL family. Tea Party including snacks and sweets was organized and enjoyed by entire families’ members jointly, gathered on the occasion.
BMD: Holi Celebration
Holi-A Joyful & Colourful festival has been celebrated with full of zeal at our Staff Colony. On Holika Dahan, bonfires were made and an effigy of Holika was set afire which marked the triumph of good over evil. On Dhulandi, all the residents of the colony including kids and women gathered at the park and played Holi, on this day special arrangements for breakfast, lunch and dinner for all the residents have also been made.
BMD: Republic Day
The 73rd Republic day was celebrated at our BMD premises with full pride and enthusiasm. The celebration started with flag hoisting by Mr Arun M Karanath (Sr. GM) at our lush green garden followed by sweet distribution to our associates.
HEG: Republic Day
Freedom in mind, Strength in the words, Pureness in our blood, Pride in our souls, Zeal in our hearts, Lets salute our India on "Republic Day.”Republic Day was celebrated in a befitting manner on 26 January. In HEG, Executive Director, Shri Manish Gulati unfurled the national tricolor Flag. The campus was Illuminating on 73rd Republic day. The Patriotism was evident in each Person at the time of celebration and it created the cherished atmosphere in the premises.
It was a proud moment for all of us as this year our organization has accomplished its 50th year of establishment. Excellence Awards were distributed to employees for their outstanding work performance.
HEG: Women’s Day
Every day is a women's day, this particular day is marked to honor all the women and their achievements. The contribution of women in every sphere of life is massive. We in HEG celebrate Women’s Day as recognition for their contribution.
Kanyakheri: Welcoming New Year
On January 1, 2022, the Kanyakheri unit organised a "New Year Welcome Program" for all employees and workers. During the New Year's Sneh Milan programme, Shri Vinit Agarwal, Chief Operating Officer and Shri Pritam Gurjar (Head HR & IR) presided the function. Everyone enjoyed the program with great zeal and enthusiasm.
Kanyakheri: Republic Day Celebration
On the 26th of January, 2022, the Kanyakheri unit celebrated Republic Day with zeal and fervour. Sh. Vinit Agarawal (COO) was in charge of hoisting the flag and addressing the members on this national day.
Kanyakheri: Holi
The Holi festival was enthusiastically enjoyed by Kanyakheri employees and family members. On the 17th of March, at 8:00 p.m., a Puja was performed. Residents of the colony were also provided with Gulal packets.
On Dhulandi Day, March 18, 2022, it was all about having a good time, with residents flinging colours at each other. The colourful event was followed by a picnic lunch in the guest house lawn for everyone.

LNJ Denim: Republic Day
Republic day in India is celebrated every year with great honour on 26th of January to honour the Constitution of India as it came into force on the same day in the year 1950. A country is said to be running good when it has a proper legislation system. On this day in 1950, a base of law, rules & regulation were laid. i.e. our constitution was made which has governed our country very properly till date.
We celebrated 73rd Republic Day in our LNJ Denim unit, Mordi on 26th January, 2022. The celebration started with National Flag Hosting Ceremony by Shri Suketu Shah, followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. Security Staffs performed march-past on this occasion.
On this special occasion of Republic Day, Shri Suketu Shah had extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected for individual contribution in growth of nation, He had also emphasized on national integrity, prosperity & the importance of Republic day and responsibilities of young generation towards the development of society. Later sweets were distributed among all staffs & workers.
LNJ Denim: Maha Shivratri
LNJ Denim & Knit staff along with their family members celebrated Maha Shivratri at Lord Shiva Temple, LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on 01st March, 2022. The celebration started with Jal abhishek of Lord Shiva. Staff and their family members participated in this festival with great enthusiasm. Acharya Shri Manoj Pathak performed Poojan with reciting mantrs and shlokas.
The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Maha Prasad. Everyone was delighted to be part of this parv and enjoyed this occasion whole-heartedly.
LNJ Denim: Holi & Dhulendi Celebration
India is a country of festivals & one of the big festival of India is Holi. It is celebrated with great enthusiasm and gaiety on the full moon day in the month of Phalgun which is the month of March as per the Gregorian calendar. In spite of being such a colourful festival, there are various aspects of Holi which makes it so significant for our lives. Holi gets us close to our religion and our mythology as it is essentially the celebration of various legends associated with the festival.
This year the growing scare over Coronavirus has taken the colour off Holi this year in India. Families across India cut down on celebrations. Holi celebration started with Holika Bonfire on 17th March’s night in LNJ Nagar staff colony with full enthusiasm. On 18th March, 2022 all staff members celebrated holi.
Mandpam: Maha Shivratri
On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, a "Bhajan Sandhya" was held at Melangeshwar Mahadev Temple on the night of March 1, 2022, which was attended by staff members and their families. Prasad was also distributed to all employees and workers.
ADHPL: Republic Day
The 73rd Republic Day was celebrated with high spirit and fervour on January 26, 2022 at ADHPL. After welcoming the chief guest, Sh. R.K. Khaitan, Vice President (F&A), he hoisted the tricolour on the occasion to begin the event, which was followed by a message from his desk.
ADHPL: National Road Safety Week
The National Road Safety week was celebrated from January 11-17, 2022. The theme of the road safety week was “Sadak Suraksha – Jeevan Raksha”. During the week long celebrations different trainings on road safety, defensive driving, first aid, housekeeping, ENRP and use of PPEs were imparted to drivers, operators and other employees. In the closing ceremony, a road safety pledge was taken by the employees. The key objective of celebration was to increase awareness among the employees and workers.
ADHPL: International Women's Day
International women's day is a global celebration for all women and is celebrated annually on March 8 to commemorate the cultural, political, and socioeconomic achievements of women. This year the theme of international women’s day was “Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow”.
ADHPL celebrated the international women’s day on 8th March 2022 with its women employees in Ibex guest house. Mr. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M), Mr. R.K. Khaitan (VP-F&A) and Mr. Deepak Kashyap (Manager- EHS&S) addressed the gathering and congratulated the women on the occasion. All the women were felicitated with gifts on the occasion.
ADHPL: Eco-friendly Holi
Eco-friendly Holi was celebrated with great zeal and fervor at ADHPL on 17th March, 2022. Only natural colours were used during the celebrations. Use of water sprays and water colours was also avoided by the ADHPL family to save water.
