RSWM-Mandapam : Free Health Checkup Camp on Syt. Riju Jhunjhunwala's Birthday

On 13th January 2024, on the occasion of Syt. Riju Jhunjhunwala's birthday, a free health checkup camp was organized by by RSWM-Mandpam team at Melange staff club. Shri Satish Kumar Mittal (COO), inaugurated the camp at the Mandpam unit. All staff members and family members benefited from the camp.

RSWM-Kharigram: Inter Unit Cricket Tournament

The league matches of the Melange Challenger Cricket Tournament on February 19, 2024, were organized on a very professionally developed in-house cricket ground at Kharigram. The team of Kharigram, Ringas, BSL, and Mandpam played their matches full of sportsman spirit in the presence of Sh. S.K. Tiwari, Dy. COO and Sh. B K Sharma, BH & CE, Sh. Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP- CCD, Senior Staff & family members of Kharigram. All players enjoyed the beautiful venue of Kharigram and appreciated the maintenance of this lush green cricket playground. The in-house crowd enjoyed all matches with a buzz of loud cheers, iconic songs, etc., and showed support to all cricket players.

RSWM-Kharigram: VIP Visit

Shri Ashutosh Choudhary, Executive Director, Indian Bank along with Sh. V. Chandrashekharan, General Manager visited Kharigram Plant on 5th March 2024. He was very much impressed and appreciated the operations of the plant, the kind of automation done by RSWM Limited in SJ11, and HJ-21, quality consciousness, and the contribution of RSWM Limited in the Textile Sector both at the country and state levels.

RSWM-Kharigram: Visit of Students of Mook-Badhir School, Bhilwara

A group of 150 students of Mook Badhir School students visited the Kharigram Unit. Shri Manoj Sharma, CHRO & Sh. S K Tiwari (Dy. COO) welcomed & motivated all students. Shri Manoj Sharma, CHRO told the Mook Badhir School management that if any eligible students want to work in the RSWM family, then they can inform our HR departments without any hesitation.

Sh. S K Tiwari elaborated on the process. The students learned about various processes of Yarn Manufacturing in our Sj-11 unit and felt extremely delighted. Their principal gave a vote of thanks to our management that this visit will help them for their enhancement of knowledge. The visit was concluded with light refreshments.

RSWM-Knits: Unveils SS25 Collection to Denmark Sourcing Team of SELECTED Brand

The newly launched SS25 collection was presented to SELECTED BRAND sourcing team who came from Denmark and we received interest in structured knits and sustainable products. They have selected a few qualities for further evaluation as they are developing Activewear as the new category for their garments business. LNJ KNits is already supplying two qualities for this brand.

RSWM-RPSF: Service at Khatu Shyam Mela

Refreshment seva was delivered by the RPSF Fiber team at the Holy Khatu Shyam Mela. Staff and families distributed refreshment items like sweet Llassi, water bottles, oranges, bananas, fruit juices, toffies, cold drinks, and more to pilgrims on March 21, 2024. RPSF team's contributory fund worth Rs. 1.98 Lacs was used for this purpose.

RPSF-Ringas: Visit of Students of Govt Sr. Sec School from Sikar

The Student of Shaheed Sohan Lal Yadav Govt Sr Sec School Jharli, Sikar visited the RPSF unit to gain technical and industrial knowledge and understand the process of production of Recycle Polyester Fiber being produced from post-consumer PET bottles.

RSWM-RPSF: LIO – Election Commission of India visited in RPSF Fiber Plant

Sh. Mukesh Kumar and his family (LIO – Election Commission of India) visited the RPSF Fiber Pant and had a round of the RPSF Fiber Unit. The Complete process of recycling post-consumer PET bottles was explained to him and he was so impressed to see such an eco-friendly process converting PET scrap into textile products. He also appreciated the contribution of M/s RSWM in saving the global environment and a significant reduction in carbon footprint.

RSWM-Ringas: Visit of Shri Kashinath Mishraji, Mahant Jangannathpuri

It was an honor for the entire RSWM Ringas team to welcome our distinguished guest Shri Kashinath Mishraji- Mahant Jagannathpuri. Shri Anurag Mathur, COO welcomed him with a garland and bukey. During the address of Mahant Kashinath Mishraji to the staff members and their families, he spoke in detail about Sanatana-dharma, being transcendental, referring to universal and axiomatic laws that are beyond our temporary belief systems. Dharma is fundamental to personal growth and self-realization, providing individuals with a sense of purpose and direction. Understanding and incorporating dharma into daily life involves introspection, self-reflection, and a deep understanding of one’s values and beliefs.

RSWM:Ringas: Annual Sports Competition 2024

Like every year, this year also the Annual Sports Competition was organized in the mill. Shri Anurag Mathur, the Chief Operating Officer, Inaugurated this event, and a match was also played between shifts A & B at Rana Sanga Sports Ground. Shri Anurag Mathur (COO) congratulated the winners and presented the prizes.

RSWM-Ringas: Visit of Kasturba Gandhi Girls School, Dausa

A delegation of students with teachers of Kasturba Gandhi Girls School, Dausa visited our plant on February 03, 2024. The HR team facilitated them and arranged a detailed visit inside the mills, where technical members explained the technology and process. The students learned about various processes of yarn manufacturing and felt extremely delighted to see the technology and setup.

RSWM-Ringas: Visit of Member Secretary-RSPCB

RSWM Ltd, Ringas was privileged to host Shri Vijai N, Member Secretary -Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board on 20.02.2024. He visited both the Spinning and RSPF plants. He was very impressed with the overall atmosphere maintained at the mill premises. On the RPSF/Spinning campus, he planted trees. The COOs of Spinning and RPSF, Shri Anurag Mathur and Shri M.K. Yogi presented him with images of Khatu Shyamji.

RSWM-Ringas: Melange Cup Cricket Tournament 2024

As usual every year, this year also Melange Challenger Cup Cricket Tournament -2024 was organized, three league matches were organized from February 17 - 19, 2024, on a very professionally developed cricket ground at Kharigram unit. The Ringas team has reached the final. Four teams of Kharigram, BSL, Mandapam, and Ringas played their matches with full sportsman spirit in the presence of seniors, staff & their family members. All players enjoyed the venue of Kharigram and appreciated the development of this new lush green cricket playground. The in-house crowd enjoyed all matches with a buzz of loud cheers and iconic songs, etc., and showed support to all the cricket teams and players.

RSWM-Ringas: NITRA Team Visit

A team of five Members from NITRA visited our plant from February 26, 2024, to March 16, 2024, to conduct the Man-Power Study. We have given all required documents and support to the team. The study was successfully completed by the team and their report was submitted.

RSWM-Ringas: Visit of Tehsildar

Shri Vivek Katariya ji - Tehsildar Ringus and LIO of Election Commission of India Shri. Mukesh Kumar visited our plant on March 27, 2024.

The guest was warmly welcomed by Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar, Sr. General Manager (Technical), and Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit, General Manager - HR & IR. They examined the manufacturing facilities at the unit and complimented the management and executives for maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Maral Sarovar: Inauguration of new Melange & Fibre Dyeing Unit

Maral Overseas Ltd, Maral Sarovar inaugurated its new Melange & Fibre Dyeing unit at Maral Sarovar on March 30, 2024, to expand its production capacity by 10 tons a day of Melange yarn to meet the growing demand for Melange yarns. The additional capacity of producing Melange Yarn will boost the total capacity to 65 tons a day. During the inauguration, pooja and Hawan were performed by Shri Tarun Baldua, President, Shri Manoj Thakker, VP-HR, Shri Sanjay Bolya, VP-Comml, and Shri Vinay Singh, VP-Engg. Other officials of the company were present on this occasion.

Maral Sarovar: Participation in Regional Industry Conclave Ujjain 2024

To accelerate the industrial growth, the state government of Madhya Pradesh has hosted a program namely Regional Industry Conclave Ujjain-2024 on 1st & 2nd March 2024 at Ujjain to foster networking opportunities amongst investors, entrepreneurs and set the platform to explore the sectoral strengths of Madhya Pradesh. In this conclave Sh. Tarun Baldua, President, Maral Overseas Ltd, Maral Sarovar has been invited as a guest of honor. Hon’ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Dr. Mohan Yadav was the chief guest of the program. From Maral Overseas Ltd, Sh. Tarun Baldua, President and Sh. Sanjay Bolya, Vice President (Comml) attended this conclave.

RSWM-Mandpam: SA 8000:2014 Surveillance Audit

The Mandpam unit went through SA 8000:2014 Surveillance audit by BSI Auditor Mr. Rajesh & Mr. Mukesh Kumar from March 15 to 16, 2024 under the direction of Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (COO). Management Representative Mr. Pankaj Khandelwal was ably supported by all HODs and their respective teams to conduct the audit successfully. The certification is continued after audit clearance.

RSWM-Mandapam: Melange Challenger Cup Cricket Tournament -2024

In the words of Shri Y. D. Tiwari, the tournament was an earnest effort to integrate people working at our different units and create an environment of cohesiveness among them, apart from providing motivation and a platform to perform exceedingly well to achieve the goals collectively. He also hoped that other units would take lead in organizing such tournaments within the group in future. 

RSWM Lodha: Yogesh Dutt Tiwari's (COO) Send-Off Ceremony

Mr. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating Officer) with a short tenure at RSWM Lodha left a significant impact, evident from the warm wishes extended to him by all the staff as he embarks on a new journey at the Mandapam unit. He formed strong connections with the staff, fostering a sense of family within the workplace.

His initiation of the new project Kappas at RSWM Lodha demonstrates his dedication and leadership. The fact that the project was started ahead of schedule speaks volumes about his commitment and efficiency. It's no surprise that his efforts were widely appreciated by everyone involved.

Overall, the send-off ceremony served as a tribute to Mr. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari's contributions and as a moment to express gratitude for his able leadership and camaraderie.

BSL: SA 8000 Audit

On February 27, 2024, the BSL team performed a surveillance audit of SA 8000 at Rishabhdev. They conducted a tour of the factory as well as the mess, canteen, dispensary, and other areas. They examined documents to make sure the system is functioning properly and found everything to be in order and was pleased with the device.

The opening ceremony held on January 25, 2024, unfolded with a sense of pride and celebration.

The ceremony commenced with the elegant ribbon–cutting ceremony by our ED, Shri Manish Gulati.

The ceremonial proceedings commenced with the pooja, invoking blessings for the prosperity and well–being of the staff and canteen.

Mr. Christopher Leyes & Wes Burgess from Cocona, USA visited our plant on January 18, 2024. They were welcomed by Shri Ashish Bhatnagar - Marketing Head and staff members. They took a round of the Denim unit and were very impressed and shown keen interest in our wide range of products.

LNJ Denim-Knits-TPP: Interdepartmental Workers' Tournment

Mr. Christopher Leyes & Wes Burgess from Cocona, USA visited our plant on January 18, 2024. They were welcomed by Shri Ashish Bhatnagar - Marketing Head and staff members. They took a round of the Denim unit and were very impressed and shown keen interest in our wide range of products.

The final match of volleyball was held between the Contractors TPP Team & Knits worker team on January 25, 2024. In a neck-to-neck contest, the Contractors TPP worker’s Team won the tournament. Shri Suketu Shah – BH -Denim & Shri Arvind Maurya – BH - Knits expressed their views on the value of games in our lives. The prizes were distributed to winners and runners-up on the occasion of 26th January 2024 for all games.

LNJ Denim: Participation in DenimsandJeans show in Tokyo, Japan

“DenimsandJeans show” is a platform where key mills from across the world exhibit their latest collections. It attracts esteemed clientele from various brands, importers, and trading houses worldwide. LNJ Denim participated in the DenimsandJeans exhibition held in Tokyo, Japan on March 26 & 27, 2024

Shri Ashish Bhatnagar – Marketing Head had meetings with some important customers concerning business growth and existence for the future market at a global level. Various customers visited our stall and appreciated our product range, design & fast progress in the sustainability concept.

We presented our latest collection in the show, with a focus on denim versatility, sustainability, and clean manufacturing. The overall response was positive and encouraging.

LNJ Denim: Brand Customer visit from Jordache USA

Mr. Assaf & Ms. Liza visited LNJ Denim, Mordi on March 23, 2024. Shri Suketu Shah (Business Head) & Shri Ashish Bhatnagar (Marketing Head) greeted them and guided them around the Denim facility so that they could comprehend the full denim process.

They toured our Denim facility and expressed their appreciation for the facility and Denim products. They were quite amazed by the variety of new developments and the hospitality of the Denim staff.

Mr. Ronnie D'Souza & Mr. Bhavesh from Shah Safari - Seattle, Washington state, USA visited our plant on March 2024. Shri Suketu Shah – the Business Head greeted them and guided them around the Denim facility so that they could comprehend the full denim process.

They took a round of Denim units and were very impressed and showed keen interest in our wide range of products.
