ADHPL: Mr. Pankaj Kapoor Joined ADHPL Family

Mr. Pankaj Kapoor Joined ADHPL family on 4^th September, 2018 as AVP (O&M). After completing engineering (electrical), he served in HPSEB for more than 34 years at various levels. He retired as Chief Engineer (Generation) from HPSEB Ltd. Sunder Nagar on attaining the age of superannuation. He brings with him a colossal experience in design, procurement, erection, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of hydroelectric power plants. We wish him all the very best in his new assignment and successful long association with us.

Banswara: Retirement of Shri Kalyan Singh

The Retirement ceremony of Shri Kalyan Singh was held on 31^st August , 2018. He had served the organization for 25 years and 11 months as Sr. Executive (Personal). He was an amazing person during his tenure and everyone bid him adieu, and with best wishes for his future endeavours. In his farewell program the Chief Operating Officer Shri. Sukesh Sharma, Vice President Shri. R.P. Mundra, Core Team members and PT leaders gave their best wishes to him.

Ringas: Retirement of Shri D D Chotia

A felicitation programme was organized by Staff Club of RSWM, Ringas unit on 31st July, 2018 at HRD Centre in the honour of Shri D.D Chotia who has retired after 23 years of services with RSWM Ltd.

On this occasion, Shri Avinash Bharagava, Deputy Chief Operating Officer appreciated his contribution in the growth of the organization. All the staff members expressed their best wishes for his peace, prosperity, happiness and sound health post retirement.

Maral: Joining of Shri Dinesh Kumar Mittal

Shri Dinesh Kumar Mittal, CA of 1990 has joined Maral Overseas Ltd, Maral Sarovar as President. 

Prior to joining Maral Overseas Ltd, Shri D.K. Mittal was working with Trident Group at Budhni as Vice Chairman. He had served Trident Group as CEO-Projects, CEO-Manufacturing capacities too during his tenure of 8 years with Trident from the year 2010. The other companies of repute where he had worked are Vardhman Fabrics, International Tractors Ltd, Birla Century, Birla Yamaha, Birla Cement etc.

Shri Mittal possesses more than 27 years of experience in diverse industries - Textiles, Automobile, Consumer Durable Products and Cement as a Project Head, Profit Centre head, leader and an entrepreneur, building processes, problem solving, interacting and negotiating with People-Colleagues, Vendors, Customers, Financers, Government Officials and Consultants. Having experience of complete project planning & execution, starting from civil construction to the production, he has handled 3 projects of Textiles with capital investment of more than Rs. 4500 Crores. He had also undergone 3 weeks course on Advanced Strategic Management at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
