RSWM-Melange: Highest Attendance Reward for 2019
In creating high performance work place & highest attendance in 2019, recognition is a motivating factor that provides employees with increased job satisfaction and encouragement to perform their jobs more effectively. Any exceptional work/highest attendance in 2019 by the employee or a team, is recognized & rewarded on the spot by Shri Ashwani Mittal, Deputy Business Head (MYB). This Year (Jan-Dec. 2019) a total of 72 rewards have been disbursed in the highest attendance category.
Banswara: Retention Award to TGT
As per the commitment by the RSWM during the campus interview for TGT service, if a candidate accomplish more than 5 years of service then, he/she would be felicitated with a one time award money of Rs. One lac eight thousand and the same was given to Shri Lakhan Singh Choudhary – Executive (Spinning) by the Chief Operating Officer, Shri Sukesh Sharma. Through this award a message was conveyed to all TGTs to motivate them for their long and meaningful service contribution at RSWM Ltd.
Kharigram: Brilliant Children
It’s a matter of great pride that Ms. Parul Singh, D/o of Mr Vinay Kumar Singh, Sr. Executive-Spinning Production at Kharigram cleared CA final examination in her first attempt & secured 4th rank at district level. She has always been a meritorious student at school, got 93.6% at Secondary & 10 CGPA at Sr. Secondary level. RSWM family congratulate her on this great achievement and our best wishes for her bright & successful career ahead.
