Banswara: Independence Day
The Independence Day celebration started with flag hoisting ceremony by Shri Sukesh Sharma – (Chief Operating officer) at 8:30 A.M. In his speech, he emphasized on national integrity, prosperity and how to protect from COVID-19 pandemic. He also motivated the staff & workman to use Mask, Sanitizer and Social Distance at workplace as well as in the society and advised to follow the guideline from CHRO & Government to protect themselves from COVID-19 through which we can check the spread of novel coronavirus.
Banswara: “Hariyali Amawasya” Celebration
Hariyali Amawasya was celebrated at TPP, Mordi, Banswara on July 20th 2020. On this occasion, the staff members with their family members and sub-staff planted saplings at ACC building area of the Power Plant.
In the post lunch session, our scheduled program was held in which Shri Sanjay Sha (Dy.COO) TPP was the Chief Guest. Shri Sanjay Sha (Dy. COO) addressed all the employees explaining the importance of healthy environment and urged the employees to undertake more plantations. The highlight of the celebration was plantation of saplings by children of TPP families.
TPP: Ganesh Utsav
Ganesh Chaturthi festival was celebrated at Thermal Power Plant colony with full devotion & enthusiasm. The programme commenced with sthapana of lord Ganesh idol and Ganesh Vandana on August 22nd 2020 with all Vidhi-Vidhan. Dy. COO-TPP, Shri Sanjay Shah did the pooja sthapana under the guidance of Pandit ji. All the colony members were present on this occasion. The family members conducted the Pooja & Bhog on each morning and evening for five days with all rituals voluntarily. No other programs were performed due to current pandemic.
TPP: Independence Day
Independence Day is celebrated every year on Aug,15th to honour the Freedom and Democracy of India as it came after many of our legends lost their lives in fight for freedom against British rulers. After struggle of about 200 years, we got Freedom in the year 1947,15th August.
Due to pandemic, this year we celebrated this occasion with flag hosting ceremony by Shri Sanjay Shah – Dy. COO at 09:30 am followed by the “Guard of Honour” by group of Security Staff. On this special day, Shri Sanjay Shah extended his warm greetings to all the employees.
TPP: Vishwakarma Jayanti
The Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated on 17th September, 2020 with full devotion & enthusiasm at Workshop. All the staff members and workers participated in the celebration with maintaining COVID-19 protocols. Pooja and Havan were performed by Sh. Sanjay Kumar (Dy. COO) under the guidance of 2 learned pandits from Mordi.
All the employees offered ‘Poorna-Aahuty’ for the prosperity of our group and prayed to lord Vishwakarma ji for continuous accomplishment.
Ringas: 74th Independence Day
Independence Day was celebrated on 15th August 2020 at Ringas unit. The programme began with the unfurling of National Flag by Shri Anurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer followed by National Anthem sung with patriotic fervour.
On this day, Shri Anurag Mathur, COO extended his warmest greetings to all the employees. He emphasized on national integrity & prosperity and also the need for more cohesive working to meet the challenges ahead specially in view of COVID-19 epidemic.
Ringas: Vishwakarma Jayanti
On 17th September 2020, Vishwa Karma Jayanti was celebrated amidst all workers and staff members. On this occasion, a Pooja and Hawan ceremony were performed at Plant by all the staff members.The pooja was followed by prasad distribution to all the empolyees. The large gathering was avoided on this occasion to meet the COVID-19 protocols.
Kharigram: Independence Day
Kharigram unit with a feel of patriotism, celebrated 74th Independence Day on 15th August, 2020 . Shri N.K. Bahedia, COO unfurled the national flag in gracious presence of Shri Manoj Sharma (CHRO), Shri Avinash Bhargava (CFO), Shri Vinod Mehta (VP-CCD). The parade from our security staff and patriotic songs were performed by female workers which was appreciated by all.
The prizes were also distributed to best performers in the category of security, production, attendance, etc. Shri Dinesh Bhojak, GM-P&IR motivated all workers for their performance. Addressing to the staff and workers, Shri N.K.Bahedia emphasized on survival in this pandemic situation. He advised that Social distancing to be maintained & gathering must be avoided to check the spread of COVID-19
Kharigram: Vishwakarma Pooja
The special pooja of first ever Engineer/Technocrat, Lord Vishwakarma was organised on the day of Vishwakarma Jayanti, 17th September, 2020. Shri N.K. Bahedia, COO along with Shri Manoj Sharma, CHRO, Shri Vinod Mehta, VP-CCD, Shri Avinash Bhargava, CFO performed the pooja. All other seniors, staff members and workers also participated in the Havan and Aarti. This year gathering was restricted due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Rishabhdev: Independence Day
The Independence Day was celebrated at Rishabhdev unit on 15th August, 2020 by unfurling the National Flag by the COO, Shri K.B. Khatod. He conveyed Independence Day wishes to all the staff and workers who were present in small numbers due to Covid-19 epidemic.
Mandpam: Vishwakarma Pooja
Lord Vishwakarma is widely regarded as the God of all architecture and engineering. He is the official builder of all the gods’ palaces, and the designer of all celestial vehicles and weapons. The members of RSWM Mandpam unit paid their obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma by organizing Puja ceremony at the shop floor on 17th September, 2020. Later “Prasad” was distributed among all the staff members and workers of the plant.
Mandpam: Independence Day
The 74th Independence Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Mandpam unit. The flag was hoisted by Shri Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) and all the members were addressed by him. The members were exhorted to contribute towards the progress of the company, society, country and highlighted the sacrifices of our freedom-fighters. Later, sweets were distributed among all the staff and workers while taking care of COVID-19 Govt. advisory.
Mandpam: Melangeshwar Mahadev Anniversary
On this auspicious occasion of 17th Anniversary of “Melangeshwar Mahadev” 21st July, 2020, a special puja was performed in Melangeshwar temple and “Sunder Kand” was conducted. The Programme was organized by Melange staff Club under the guidance Shri Ashwani Mittal, Shri S.P. Yadav and Shri Pankaj Khandelwal along with other members of Melange Staff Club.
Mandpam: Birthday Celebration
The staff birthday (July to September) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Melange Staff club on every last week of the month. The cake cutting ceremony was organised for emoloyees whose birthday was in that particular month, in presence of Shri Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) and all staff members. After celebration, all the staff members took high tea & a piece of cake.
LNJ Denim: Independence Day
India’s Independence Day is a day of great significance for the people of India. It evokes the feeling of patriotism in the heart of every Indian. It is the day when we have got our own identity. With all precautions of Covid 19 here the celebration started on 15th August, 2020 with Flag Hosting Ceremony by our Business Head, Shri Suketu Shah & followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. The tricolor national flag was flying in the air proudly.
On this special occasion, Shri Suketu Shah had extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected for a greater individual contribution in growth of the nation. He asserted the current market scenario & emphasized on national integrity, prosperity and also the need for more cohesive working to meet the challenges ahead, also he motivated the staff & workers to do best with Loyalty & Sincerity. Shri Aditya Kumar Sharma – Head HR & IR had also spoken about the current scenario of COVID19.
Shri Suketu Shah had distributed Children's Talent Award to Denim Employees’ Children who had scored 60% above marks. The function was also addressed by the other senior dignitaries of our plant. It was concluded with distribution of sweets to all staff & workers.
LNJ Denim: Ganesha Chaturthi Poojan
Ganesha Chaturthi, a traditional Hindu festival is celebrated in the honour of the lord Ganesha, the festival also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi. It was celebrated in LNJ Nagar Staff colony with full joy & enthusiasm for three days by Denim & Fabric Staff Member while following all precautions of Covid-19.
On the first day i.e. 22nd Aug'20 Ganesh Sthapana was done with Pooja & Aarti ceremony. The Staff & family members of Denim & Fabric welcomed Lord Ganpati ji and worshiped for better health, wealth & prosperity for their families as well as work place.
After 3 days of celebration, everyone with full enthusiasm got involved in Ganesh Visarjan. Everyone was praying & shouting “Ganpati Bappa Moraya”. The Visarjan was done at Chandu ji Ka Gardha village. The function was concluded with distribution of sweets among all staff members of Denim & Fabric and it received a tremendous response from all.
LNJ Denim: Birthday of Shri Suketu Shah
Life is all about loving & enjoying and birthdays are a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the joy of living, family, and friends while focusing on that one special person whose happy "day" it is.
We at LNJ Denim, celebrated the Birthday of our Business Head - Shri Suketu Shah on 28th Aug, 2020. All the employees were gathered with their smiling faces at Denim Conference hall where cake was cut by Shri Suketu Shah & enjoyed the celebration. Everybody wished him for a long & healthy life on this special day.
LNJ Denim: Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebration
On 17th September, 2020 Vishwakarma Pooja was celebrated at LNJ Denim unit. On this occasion, all employees of Denim prayed for the smooth functioning of plant & various machines. Vishwakarma Pooja is a festival dedicated to Lord Vishwakarma, who according to the Hindu mythology is the Lord of Creation and the Principal Universal Architect who designed the divine architecture of the entire universe - the heaven and the earth.
Many staff members come together to be a part of the Pooja. All were gathered together under the pandal (Process Maintenance workshop) to perform the Pooja and thereafter sweets were distributed among all. Apart from this, each professional's respective tools were also worshipped in Vishwakarma's name and blessings were sought for a better future, safe working environment, and success in their respective fields.
HEG: Independence Day Celebration
The Independence day celebration started with flag hosting ceremony by Retd.Col. Sunil Kataria, General Manager-Administration at 8:30 AM followed by the National Anthem & the Guard of Honor. In his speech, he emphasized upon our daily efforts which lead to prosperity of our plant, LNJ Bhilwara Group and subsequently of our nation. He motivated the employees to put in their best efforts day-in & day-out for achieving the same.
HEG: Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebrations
In line with the tradition of HEG Mandideep, this year also on 17th September 2020, our employees made offerings and prayers to Lord Vishwakarma, the divine God of architecture and machines. Employees participated in puja, hawan ceremony conducted in all the shops and prayed for the blessings from Lord Vishwakarma for the prosperity of the organization, employees, associates and well-wishers.
ADHPL: Independence Day
Independence Day was celebrated with great spirit and fervor at ADHPL on 15th August, 2020. This year, because of the pandemic, many restrictions were already in place; therefore, the day was celebrated with social distancing and safety guidelines. The ADHPL Management decided to honor the Corona Warriors and designated Dr. Deepak Tikoo (Sr. Manger EHS&S) as the Chief Guest of the event who is also one of the Corona Warriors of ADHPL. The event started with welcome of the Chief Guest followed by flag hoisting ceremony. Further, on the occasion the Corona warriors were honored with bouquets and gifts. Sweets were distributed and tea was served to all the employees, family members and children present on the event.
ADHPL: 10th Anniversary Celebration
The 10th Anniversary of ADHPL was celebrated on July 17, 2020 with great zeal. The COVID-19 has put its fingerprints on all events, similarly on the celebrations. Pooja and Havan were performed with the presence of employees available in Power House maintaining social distancing and use of face cover, in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. No participants from outside were invited to join the pooja in Power House. The sweets were distributed to all employees after the poojan.
ADHPL: Vishwakarma Pooja
The day of ''Vishwakarma'' God of construction and engineering, was observed at ADHPL on September 17th, 2020 with high spirit and gaiety. On the occasion Pooja and Havan were performed with the presence of employees available in Power House maintaining physical distance, face cover and hand sanitization in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. No participants from outside the power house were invited to join the event in Power House. Sweets were distributed to all the employees later on.
MPCL: Malana Day Celebration
The 19th Anniversary of Malana Power Company Limited was celebrated on 5th July 2020. On this occasion “Hawan” was organized in power house keeping in view the COVID-19 precautionary measure.
MPCL: Independence Day Celebration
The 74th Independence Day was celebrated MPCL on 15th August, 2020. The event started with the flag hosting ceremony by the Chief Guest Sh. T.K. Trehan (Vice President – O & M) followed by security personnel’s march pass . On this day the volunteers / warriors of COVID pandemic period were honed by the management.
MPCL: Vishwakarma Pooja
The Vishwakarma day was celebrated at Malana Power Company Limited on September 17th, 2020. A hawan / pooja was performed in the power house. All the staff members and workers prayed for yearlong blessings on MPCL family from lord Vishwakarma.
