ADHPL: Gandhi Jayanti Celebrations
October 2, 2016 Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated at ADHPL by organising a cultural program. The children of employees participated with enthusiasm in the different cultural programs like dancing, singing etc. Later, games were organized for children, the winners of the games were given prizes at the end of the ceremony and all the children were given consolation awards.
Fabric Mordi : Vishwakarma Jayanti celebration
On 17th September 2016, RSWM Mayur Nagar Pariwar celebrated Vishwakarma Jayanti with full devotion, fondness & enthusiasm. All the staff members and workmen were present in the celebration.
The Pooja & Hawan were performed by a team of four Pandits/ Gurujan under the leadership of Sh. Nikunj Mohan ji pandya . Hundreds of staff members and workmen offered ‘Aahuty’ for the prosperity of the group & prayed to Lord Viswakarma for continuous improvement and accomplishment. The pooja concluded with Prasad distribution.
Banswara : Independence Day celebration
The Independence Day celebration started with flag hoisting by Shri Sanjay Sharma ,Chief operating Officer at 8.30 a.m. In his speech, he emphasized on national integrity and prosperity. He also motivated the staff & workers to do their best through new and good practices under operational excellence and clean India.
The wards of the workmen who secured more than 60% marks in class V & above were rewarded by cash prize. Also those staff members who completed 10 years of services during last financial year were also rewarded by Shri Sanjay Sharma , Chief Operating officer.
Banswara: Ganesh Utsav celebration
The festival of Ganesh Utsav was celebrated at Vishwakarma Colony, Lodha. The Celebration started with Ganpati Sthapna and Poojan of Lord Ganesh . All the staff members with their families participated in it . During all the 10 days, various cultural activities were performed by colony boys & girls. On the last day of festival, the procession of the Ganpati started from Vishwakarma colony to Lodha pond. After the pooja and worship, the Ganpati Visarjan was performed in Lodha pond.
Banswara: Haryali Amavasya celebrations
RSWM Staff Club celebrated the “Haryali Amavasya” with full of enthusiasm. This day is celebrated as plantation day also. As per LNJ Group Policy, we are dedicated to maintain our campus environment friendly. Trees & Plants are essentials for our life. On this day, more than 100 trees were planted in our mill campus. The plantation program was graced by Shri Sanjay Sharma, Shri N.K. Bahedia, Shri Sukesh Sharma and all Sr. Officers. During the program, all the staff members, their family members and children were participated in tree plantation. On this occasion, slogan competition was also organized and best slogan was awarded by Smt. Manju Maheshwari.
BSL: Janmashtami Celebrations
BSL Ltd., Mandpam, Bhilwara celebrated KRISHNA JANMASTHMI the Birthday of Lord Shri Krishna in the premises of Lord Shri Ram Temple on 25th August 2016 with great fervor & dedication. Especially Shri Arun Churiwal along with family came to grace this occasion. Beautiful Jhankies, Bhajan programme and Fun Fair, Food & Toys Stalls were the main attraction of this divine celebration. Large number of people from nearby villages, Bhilwara City, Bhilwara Group units & BSL Staff participated in this celebration.
BSL: Vishwakarma Jayanti
On 17th Sept.’16, BSL Ltd. - Processing Division, Mandpam, Bhilwara celebrated “Vishwakarma Jayanti”. On this auspicious occasion Puja were performed in the workshop of Engineering Department by Shri A K Vyas-Sr. Chief Engineer, Shri S K Jain- AGM (Finishing), Shri C S Sharma-Sr. Manager (QA), Shri Arvind Chordia-Sr. Manager (Dyeing) and all staff/workers.
Kharigram : Janmashtami Celebration
On the eve of ‘Janmashtami’, RSWM Staff Club, Lodha organised a Bhajan Sandhya . Shri Rajesh Kumar Agarwal, GM( Engg.) performed pooja on the occasion. All staff & their family members chanted the Bhajans. The best dressed up children as Radha & Krishna were rewarded by Shri Rajesh Kumar Agarwal . Prizes were distributed to all children participated in the programme. The program concluded with Aarti & distribution of Prasad.
Mandpam : Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration
As a part of Ganesha chaturthi celebration, various sports and cultural activities was organized at girl’s dormitory on 08.09.2016. All the women workers participated in the competition. Variety of sports activities were conducted In the presence of BH, Shri S C Garg, Shri Vinod Mehta- COO, Shri V V Raju - VP (O). BH Sh. S C Garg distributed the prizes to the winners and appreciated all the participants.
Mandpam - Vishwakarma Day Celebrations
"Lord Vishwakarma" is widely regarded as the God of all architecture and engineering. He is the official builder of all the gods’ palaces and the designer of all celestial vehicles and weapons.
The members of RSWM Mandpam unit, paid their obeisance to "Lord Vishwakarma" by organising Puja on the shopfloor on 17th September, 2016. Later “Prasad” was distributed among all the members of the plant.
Mandpam - Independence Day
The 70th Independence Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm at the Mandpam unit. Shri H. M Vasishth hoisted the national flag and welcomed all the present members on this ocassion. The members were exhorted to contribute towards the progress of the company, society and the country. Sh. H. M. Vashisth highlighted the sacrifices of our freedom-fighters. Later, sweets were distributed among all the staff and workers.
Mandpam - Annivarsary of Melangeshwar Mahadev
On 13th Anniversary of Melangeshwar Mahadev (21st July, 2016), Special Pooja was performed in Melangeshwar temple and Bhajans were chanted. The program was organised by Melange staff club under the guidence of Sh. Y.D.Tiwari, President, Melange Staff Club and Sh. R.K.Sharma, Asst. General Secretary, Melange Staff Club.
Rishabhdev - Hariyali Amavasya
On the auspicious occasion of Hariyali Amavasya on 2nd August, 2016, Rishabhdev Staff Club, RSWM organized a plantation program in the campus. A variety of saplings were planted at temple premises and in C-Block of the company. Staff & their families in large numbers took part in the plantation which was followed by snacks and tea.
Rishabhdev - Ganesh Chaturthi Celebrations
Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated at the Ganesh temple of RSWM, Rishabhdev on 5th September, 2016. Pandit's team from Khadagda performed the Pooja and Hawan. Staff members along with family performed the Hawankriya. The Pooja and Hawan was performed with Purnahuti and Hanuman Chalisa followed by Prasad distribution to the devotees.
Rishabhdev: Mills Foundation Day
The 27th Foundation Day was celebrated by RSWM, Rishabhdev unit on12th July, 2016. In the morning Shri K B Khatod, COO hoisted the group flag and addressed the gathering comprising of officers, staff and workers. He congratulated the employees and union members for their contribution to the growth of the unit. Thereafter, all have attended the special pooja performed at Ganesh Mandir for the progress and prosperity of the unit and its employees.
Rishabhdev - Shree Krishna Janmashtami
Shree Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great joy and spirituality at Rishabhev. The main attractions of the celebration were the colourful Jhanki and the Bhajan Sandhya which lasted until midnight. Staff members along with their families were present to celebrate the birth of " Lord Krishna".
Rishabhdev - Independence Day
The 70th Independence day was celebrated at RSWM, Rishabhdev unit on15th August, 2016. The National Flag was hoisted by Shri R S Naidu, GM (Technical) in presence of large number of workers and staff. Fifteen employees were felicitated with certificates on completion of their ten years’ service with the unit.
Denim, Mordi - Kawad Yatra
Kawad Yatra is a festival observed by the devotees of 'Lord Shiva' annually. This takes place during the Hindu month of ‘Shravan’. During the Kawad Yatra, the devotees carry the ‘Kawad’ on both their shoulders. ‘Kawad’ is a small pole made from bamboo to which two colored earthen pots are tied on the opposite ends. During this journey, the kawadias fill the earthen pots with holy water to offer in Lord Shiva’s temple.
Even we, at LNJ Denim, participated in it with enthusiasm; RSWM, Mordi Division had arranged refreshment for devotees on 07th August, 2016. Many staff members had participated in it.
Each Kawadia (devotees) does the abhishek of lord Mahadeva on a Shravan Somvar as it is termed as the most auspicious time and it is said that every wish of the devotee is said to be granted by "Lord Shiva". We also enjoy serving them.
ADHPL: Musical Event Swarganga
Heritage Art College Nagar organized a classical, musical art & cultural program at Nagar Castle on September 17 & 18, 2016.
The program was financially supported by ADHPL.
LNJ Denim -Celebration of Vishwakarma Pooja
Vishwakarma Pooja is a festival dedicated to Lord Vishwakarma, who according to the Hindu mythology is the Lord of creation and the principal universal architect who designed the divine architecture of the entire universe.
On 17th September, 2016 Vishwakarma Pooja was held in LNJ Denim unit. On this occasion, all employees of denim prayed for smooth functioning of plant & various machines. Many staff members came together to be a part of the pooja. Everyone gathered together under the pandal to perform the rituals and thereafter prasad were distributed among all. Apart from this, every tool was also worshipped in Vishwakarma's name and blessings were sought for a better future, safe working environment and success in their respective fields.
BIL Bangalore - Independence Day Celebration
The 70th Independence Day was observed at Bhilwara Infotechnology Limited, Bengaluru. It has been a tradition to celebrate this day with the same enthusiasm and energy as we do for other festivals. All employees had come dressed in tri-colour & had gathered for a flag hoisting ceremony organised by infrastructure team. There was no better way to begin the Independence Day celebration than to remember the freedom fighters, their sacrifices and the sovereignty of the country. Apart from the traditional flag hoisting ceremony, there were also some fun elements included in the celebrations.
ADHPL: Vishwakarma Pooja
The Vishwakarma Day was celebrated at ADHPL on September 17, 2016 with fervor and gaiety. The pooja was performed in different departments and hawan was organised at the Power House.
Prasad and lunch were arranged for every one present after the purna-aahooti.
Ringas: Celebration of Janmashtami
On the evening of 25th August 2016, holy event of Janmashtami, was celebrated by RSWM Ringas in Staff Colony Temple in the presence of entire RSWM, Ringas Parivar. The celebration was started with Puja by Shri Avinash Bhargava, Dy.COO, which was followed by traditional Puja and melodious bhajans by colony members and their families.
The holy event was concluded with Aarti and Prasad Vitran to all celebrities.
Ringas: Ganesh Chaturthi Celebrations
On the eve of Ganesh Chaturthi on 05.09.2016 rituals consisting of Pooja, Hawan & Maha Aarti were performed at Khata Gate of Ringas Unit. The rituals were performed with gaiety and fervor amdist the staff members with their families, workers, union office bearers, by Shri Avinash Bhargava, Dy.COO, of the Mill.
This idol of Lord Ganesha was laid in the year 2006 and since then every day each and every worker goes to the workplace after paying devotion to the idol. Later on, Ganesh Pooja was also performed in Fibre Division.
The event was concluded with Prasad Vitran which was enjoyed by all devotees present in the celebration.
Ringas: Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebrations
On 17th September 2016, Vishwa Karma Jayanti was celebrated amidst all workers and staff members. On this occasion, a Pooja and Hawan was performed in Maintenance Department of Ringas Unit by Dy. COO, Shri Avinash Bhargava alongwith all officers, staff members & workers of Spinning & Fibre divisions. The Pooja ceremony was followed by Prasad distribution to all employees.
Ringas: One Day Picnic Tour
Ringas Unit Staff Club conducted a one-day picnic at two places i.e.Hyper City Mall for a Movie, Akshar Dham and Kohle Ke Balaji Jaipur city for all staff members and their families in two phases on September 18, 2016 & September 25, 2016.
The picnic created a sense of togetherness among all and this initiative by the organisation was much appreciated.
HEG: Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebration
In line with the tradition of HEG, Mandideep, this year also on 17th September, 2016 Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated with full devotion, fondness and enthusiasm. All the employees participated in Pooja as well as hawan and prayed for the blessings from "Lord Vishwakarma - the divine Architect, for the prosperity of Organization, employees, associates and well-wishers. Plant was kept open for employee’s family members, visitors. Special statues and pictures of Lord Vishwakarma were installed in each shop floor. All employees gathered in their department and performed the Pooja.
Bagalur: Independence Day Celebration
Independence Day was celebrated at Bagalur Unit on 15th August, 2016. Shri V. V. Raju, Vice President (O) hoisted the National Flag. Independence Day, is annually observed on 15th August as a National event in India commemorating the India's Independence from the British Empire on 15th August, 1947. India attained freedom following an Independence movement noted for largely non-violent resistance and civil disobedience led by the Indian National Congress.
Bagalur: Ganesh Chaturthi celebration
Ganesh Chaturthi festival was celebrated at Staff Club Colony, Bagalur from 5th to 7th October, 2016. Staff members along with their families participated in the celebrations. On the last day of the festivity, the procession of Ganapati started from colony and visarjan was performed.
Maral Sarovar - Independence Day Celebrations
Nation’s 70th Independence Day was celebrated at Maral Sarovar with patriotic fervor. The program started with hoisting of national flag by Vice President (Tech.) Sh. Ashok Akade followed by march-past by security guards. To mark tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their life for making us freed, Shri Ashok Akade lit up lamp “ Amar Jyoti - Amar Jawan”.
Maral Sarovar: Janmashtami Celebrations
Janmashtami remembrance of the holy birth of Lord Krishna was celebrated with full of joy and fervor at Maral Sarovar on 25th August 2016. On this occasion Bhajan Sandhya was also organized at Sriram temple and a large number of devotees attended the same. At 12.00 midnight, Janmotsav celebrated with special pooja and maha arti at the temple, in which Sh. & Smt. Suresh Maheshwari and a mass of devotees took part. After the pooja, prasadi distributed to the devotees.
Maral Sarovar: Vishwakarma Pooja
Vishwakarma Jayanti celebrated at Maral Sarovar on 17th September 2016. On this day, people worship Lord Vishwakarma, the God of Architecture and Engineering, for blessings to bestow divine inspiration for creating novel products.
Sh. Suresh Maheshwari, President along with other senior officials performed “Hawan” and pooja on this occasion at engineering workshop. A large number of staff members and associates attended the pooja. “Prasadi” distributed after the pooja.
Maral Sarovar: Shravan Month Celebrations
Shravan Somavar during the month of August, 2016 celebrated at Sriram Mandir, Maral Sarovar with devotion and fervor. In all the 5 Mondays of Shravan month, special pooja and sringar of shivling performed at the Sri Ram temple, Maral Sarovar.
Maral Sarovar: Teacher’s Day celebrations
On September 5, Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great joy and fervor at Vivekanand Vidya Vihar, Maral Sarovar. While addressing the teachers and students, the School Principal, Shri Sandeep Panat shared his experience as a teacher and appealed to other teachers to be the role model for every student. The Chairman of School Management Committee, Shri Suresh Maheshwari in his message conveyed best wishes to all the teachers of the school for their true mentoring to enable students to become a responsible citizen.
Graphite School: Independence Day Celebration
National fervor marked the I-Day celebration in school with the unfurling of the National Flag and followed by the singing of National Anthem.
A bouquet of wide range of cultural bonanza was presented by students which included songs, speeches full of nationality; patriotism. Students pledged to be true patriots and showcased the entire program with spirit of Nationality.
A skit depicting the valor of Queen of Jhansi stole, the hearts of the entire audience and bagged a lot of applauses from all.
School Principal, Smt. Vinita Mishra and Chief Guest, Shri Sanjay Singh addressed the students and urged them to show patriotism in all spheres of their life and to be good students and whole heartedly join in the mission launched by the Prime Minister of India for clean and green India that is “Swatch Bharat Mission” to show their true patriotism.
Graphite School: Teacher’s Day Celebration
Birth anniversary of Sarvpalli Radha Krishnan, a great teacher was celebrated in school on 5th September, 2016 and respects were paid to the great teacher and his achievements. On the day teachers were welcomed in a traditional way. The power packed programs were presented by the the students which included dances, songs and skits. The programmes were prepared and presented by the student and it showcased a great deal of enthusiasm and extraordinary spirit. Teachers felt honored when the students showed their respects by way of self-prepared programs. The celebration concluded with a grand feast for the teachers.
Graphite School: Investiture Ceremony
Graphite Hr. Sec. School celebrated the investiture ceremony for the session 2016- 17 on 15th August 2016, when the newly nominated members of school senate were officially vested with their duties & designations. The chief guest of the program was Shri Sanjay Singh. He administered the oath to the members of cabinet. In her welcome address, the school principal explained the responsibilities to the newly nominated cabinet members and told them how to shoulder responsibilities for the school as responsible member.
ADHPL: Independence Day celebration
Independence Day was celebrated with high spirit and fervor at ADHPL on August 15, 2016. The event started with the flag hoisting ceremony by the chief guest, Shri S.K. Chehal. sweets were distributed among employees and children.

LNJ Denim -Celebration of Ganpati Festival
Ganesh Chaturthi also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi is one of the important Hindu festivals celebrated throughout India with a great devotion & enthusiasm. This day is celebrated as the birthday of Lord Ganesh. Lord Ganesh is the symbol of wisdom, prosperity and good fortune. This festival is celebrated by Hindus with a great enthusiasm. People bring idols of Lord Ganesh to their homes and worship it for some days. It was celebrated in LNJ Nagar Staff colony with full joy & enthusiasm for seven days. On first day, staff & family members of denim & fabric welcomed Lord Ganpati and worshiped for better health, wealth & prosperity for their families as well as work place. On 2nd day, Ganesh Stapana was done with Aarti & Prasad distribution. Through out the seven days, several activities were organized like drawing competition, mehendi competition, food mania etc. in which many staff members had participated with their family members & enjoyed the function.
On the final day, a small prize distribution ceremony had been organized. Winners were given the 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize. After this, everyone with full enthusiasm got involved in the Ganesh Visarjan. Everyone was dancing with the dhols & chanting “Ganpati bappa Morya” all the way at colony, even in bus. The Visarjan was done in Mahi River near at Chidiyavasa village. The function was concluded with lunch for all staff members of Denim & Fabric divisions.
On this occasion, a garment sale was also organized by denim & fabric marketing Teams at LNJ Nagar Staff Colony for a week. It has also received a tremendous response.
Ringas: 70th Indepandence Day Celebration
As usual, this year also Independence Day was celebrated on 15th August, 2016 at Ringas Unit with variety of programs. The program began with the unfurling of National Flag by Shri Phalguni Mukhopadhyay, President & CTO in presence of Shri Avinash Bhargava, Dy. Chief Operating Officer followed by National Anthem sung by all the audience present there. On the occasion, in their messages to all members, Shri Phalguni Mukhopadhyay & Shri Avinash Bhargava emphasized on national integrity and prosperity and also the need for a more cohesive working culture to meet the challenges ahead.
The event concluded with the distribution of sweets to all employees.
ADHPL: Annual Day Celebrations
Annual day of ADHPL was celebrated on July 17, 2016 by organising a hawan in the power house. All employees and their families were invited on the occasion for performing the puja. Sweets were distributed among the participants on the occasion.
LNJ Denim - 70th Independence Day Celebration
Independence Day evokes the feeling of patriotism in the heart of every Indian. On this independence day, the nation attained freedom from the British Rule of over 100 years. We celebrated the 70th Independence day with a flag hoisting ceremony by Senior General Manager -Shri Shivesh Gupta, followed by the Guard of Honour a group of security staff.
On the this day, Shri Shivesh Gupta extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected for a greater individual contribution in growth of nation. He emphasized on national integrity & prosperity and also to the need for more cohesive working to meet the challenges ahead. He also motivated the staff & workers to do best with loyalty & sincerity.
On this occasion, he had also distributed awards i.e. Children's Talent award to Children’s of Denim Employees who had scored 60% above marks. The function was also addressed by the other senior dignitaries of our plant. It was concluded with distribution of sweets to all staff & workers.
BIL Bangalore - Ganesh Chaturthi Celebrations
BIL, Bengaluru celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi in the month of September, 2016 with an exciting event. The BIL Club had organised a collage making competition which was an ideal opportunity to bring out the hidden talents of employees. This festive happening also helped in building team spirit and collaboration among the employees, thus creating synergy. The auspicious day was wrapped after Ganesh Pooja & sweet distribution.
MPCL : Vishwakarma Jayanti
On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti on 17th September, 2016, pooja and hawan were performed at the power house of Mill No.2. officers, staff and tradesmen of Engineering & Maintenance of MPCL departments attended the pooja ceremony, which ended with prasad distribution to all.
MPCL : Independence Day
Independence Day was celebrated on August 15, 2016 at MPCL. The Chief Guest, Sh. H.S. Beshtoo was received by the Security Officer of MPCL and immediately carried out guards’ inspection. After flag hoisting ceremony by the Chief Guest, guard of honor and March pass was imparted by the security personnel. Chief Guest addressed all participants and told about the importance of the day, followed by the sweets distribution among employees and children.
MPCL : 15th Malana Day Celebration
A great and grandeur celebration was held on the auspicious occasion of 15th anniversary of successful completion of the day when Malana Power Company Limited has started its generation. The program solemnized for 5 days during 1st to 5th July, 2016. Sports meet was organized for volley ball, Table tennis, carrom board, Tug of war between ladies, spoon race for children and musical chairs of children & ladies. On 5th July a Hawan was organized in power house followed by sweets distribution to all employees as well as to the children. After that a 'DHAM' (lunch) was organized in which all employees & their families and all the staff of nearest government institution were invited.
Maral Sarovar: Ganesh Utsav
A 10 days long Ganesh Utsav was celebrated at Maral Sarovar from 5th September to 15th September, 2016. Shree Ganesh Sthapana was done on 5th September in the Club Dome and special pooja was performed by the colony residents. From 7th September, different competitions like Solo Dance, Drawing, Rangoli, One minute games and Fancy Dress were conducted.
On 15th September 2016, Ganesh Visarjan (immersion of idol of Lord Ganesh into river) took place. A large number of staff members and their families attended the Ganesh Visarjan procession.
