Ringas : Annual Sports Competition

The Annual Sports Competition was organized in the Mill Ringas on 7th January 2023. Shri Anurag Mathur, the COO of the Ringas plant inaugurated this event and a match was also played between Shift A & B at Rana Sanga Sports Ground.

Ringas :Nidhi Aapke Nikat program

Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) launched a massive district outreach program in all the districts of the country through a revamped Nidhi Aapke Nikat program. The aim of this program was to reach all the districts of the country on the same day i.e. 27th of every month. EPFO organized camps in 685 districts of the country.

On 27th February 2023 under Nidhi Aapke Nikat program, officers visited Ringas plant. This program is not only a grievance redressal platform and information exchange network for employers and employees but also a platform for the exchange of information with the district-level authorities of various State and Central Government departments.

A help desk has been created where members get online services like filing online claims etc. Grievance redressal of the members was also done on the spot and in case any grievance could not be redressed on the spot, it would be registered on the grievance portal of EPFO and will be resolved on priority.

RSWM Lodha : Visit of Shri Uttam Swami ji Maharaj

On 09^th March 2023 Shri Uttam Swami ji Maharaj visited the RSWM Lodha Banswara and showered his blessings at a new project, Orchard temple, and ADM offices and all staff members with family get blessings from him. During the program ladies club ladies welcomes Swami ji with flowers and the lighting of a Lamp was also performed. In the end, he delivered Pravachanin where he emphasized on an individual role in industry wherever mentioned the names of Shri. LNJ Babu for his great contribution to society.  

RSWM Lodha : Health Check-up Camp

The ESIC department organized a health check-up camp on 3^rd March 23 along with an awareness program at RSWM Lodha for workmen and staff who are eligible for the ESIC scheme. The camp was headed by Dy. Director Sh. Rajiv Lal, Dr. Surendra Patal from Udaipur. Ritham Hospital, Banswara  Doctors, and the support team conducted check-ups of BP, Sugar, and ECG.

 Business Head Shri Sukesh Sharma and Chief Operating Officer Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari addressed the workmen to get awareness of various schemes and Dr. Surendra Patel and Banswara ESI Dispensary Dr. Jai Bhusan Bhatt shared detail of ESIC benefits and how members would be benefitted from this scheme. In the end, the program was concluded by Shri AVS Yadav (GM P & IR) 

RSWM Lodha : Customer Visit

During the Jan-March 2023, Customer Shri Jose Shaji (M/s. Texport Syndicate), Shri Karan Poddar (M/S Carbontree 20230) and Shri Soichiro, Shri Toru Yokoi, Shri Hiroshi Waragai & Shri Prashant Chitnis (Toray International India Pvt ltd. Japan) visited RSWM Lodha plant.

During the visit, Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating Officer), Shri R K Gagrani (GM – NPD/SQC), and NPD Team welcomed the delegation. They visited the plant and NPD. After the visit, the clients appreciated the technology and product range of RSWM Lodha.    

RSWM Lodha : Production Start at New project

Pooja was performed on 13th March for a new project which is to start its production. To grace this occasion Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating Officer) switched on the machine pushing the start button after pooja. In this pooja Shri. Rajesh Kumar Agrawal, Shri. G L Kabra, Shri. A V S Yadav, Shri. R K Gagrani, Shri. Narendra Bhandari, Shri. Brajesh Verma and all core team members, Services Engineers, other staff members, and union representatives were present.

Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari addressed all the members and said this project will be a milestone for the group in the coming days and will produce benchmark quality production in the years to come by following the prescribed system where the individual role is very important.   

RSWM lodha : Abhivyakti meeting

RSWM Lodha Banswara conducted the Abhivyakti meeting on 8th February 2023. In this meeting, the committee selected the feasible suggestions given by all staff, officers, and Workmen. During the meeting, the maintenance team was felicitated by giving them a rotating trophy for the highest suggestion for the month of January 2023. 

RSWM Lodha : Introduced New Project - New Ring frame

RSWM Lodha achieved a milestone by introducing the first Commissioning Ring frame machine at Unit-11 of the plant. To grace this occasion, Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating Officer) along with all concerned department teams including service engineers were all present on this special day. In the end, pooja was performed in which Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari ji addressed and congratulated the entire team.

HEG: Industrial Visit of NIIT students

On 23rd February 2023, NIIT students visited the HEG campus to learn about the overall general engineering processes. This industrial visit provided a platform for students to enhance their knowledge about the manufacturing process and groom themselves.

HEG always encourages such activities to help the future generation to find their way to achieve their desired goals in the future.

LNJ Denim : Industrial Visit of Govt. Sr. Sec. School Students

On 24 February and 4th March 2023, a group of 40 students of Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Pratapgarh & Chidiyasa visited LNJ Denim Unit. Students & teachers were highly impressed to see the plant and campus environment.

To grace this occasion, Shri Arbind Mishra- Head of HR & IR Department welcomed the students and introduced them to the entire unit with key team functions & the concept of LNJ Denim products & services.

Students enjoyed the visit & high tea arrangements were also there for them.

LNJ Denim : Sustainability Visit of H&M

On 31st March 2023, LNJ Denim Unit went through the H&M Social audit. Shri Lijo & Ms. Pinky Roy from H&M, New Delhi had audited the systems and processes of the entire unit for one day. Some minor NCs and a few suggestions/observations were raised as there were no major NCs observed. It was supported by HODs and their respective teams for the successful conduct of the audit. 

RSWM Kharigram : Meelange Challenger Cricket Tournament

The league matche of the Meelange Challenger Cricket Tournament on 27^th March 2023 was organized on a very professionally developed in-house cricket ground at Kharigram. The team of Kharigram, Ringas, BSL, and Mandpam played their matches full of sportsman spirit in the presence of Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO, Sh. Manoj Sharma, CHRO, and  Senior Staff & family members of Kharigram.

All players enjoyed the beautiful venue of Kharigram and appreciated the maintenance of this lush green cricket playground. The in-house crowd enjoyed all matches with a buzz of loud cheers, iconic songs, etc., and showed support to all cricket players

RSWM Kharigram : Visit of VKV Hurda School Students

On 24th March 2023, a group of 175 students of Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Hurda school students visited Kharigram Unit. To gace this visist, Sh. Manoj Sharma, CHRO, Sh. N K Bahedia , COO and Sh. P K Deora, auditor welcomed & motivate all students.

Sh. N K Bahedia, COO explained the students about the process of Yarn manufacturing and students felt extremely delighted.

Their principal gave vote of thanks to our Management that this visit will help them for their enhancement of knowledge. This was concluded by light refreshments

RSWM Kharigram : Inauguration of New Bachelor Hostel

RSWM Kharigram inaugurated a new bachelor hostel on 10th January 2023 having three floors with a capacity of staff of 48 people. To grace this occasion, Shri N.K Behedia, Chief Operating Officer was present along with the other core team members.

RSWM Ltd : Heimtextil Exhibition

Heimtextil Exhibition was held on 9th to 12th January 2023 in Frankfurt, Germany. This was a unique International platform for home furnishing textiles. This fair exhibited a range of products for interior designers and hospitality experts, and on the megatrends of sustainability and healthy sleep.

RSWM showcased its newly curated collection of Sustainable products related home furnishing. This was the second edition in which RSWM had participated.

RSWM Ltd: Yarnex Exhibition

The exhibition was held from 20th January to 22nd January 2023 in Ludhiana. RSWM experienced a good footfall during the exhibition and customers admired the latest sustainable collections (A23A), PC blended yarns with cotton rich blends, cellulosic blends, mild fancy yarns, smooth yarn such as Siro.

RSWM Ltd: Fibers and Yarns Expo

The exhibition was conducted from 19th to 21st January, 2023 at Jio Centre, Mumbai. RSWM has been a regular participant in the exhibition as it experiences a very decent footfall and this year also the exhibition lived unto its reputation. Enquiries were received from reputed clients like : Siyaram's , Raymond and Donear and the product range of dyed and greige yarns were much appreciated.

RSWM Mandpam : Customer Visit

Mr. Sornavel from M/s. Kctex International Limited, Singapore visited the Mandpam mill on 17^th February 2023. Mr. S.K. Soael & Mr. Ershad Ahmad Prince from M/s. Roar Fashion, Bangladesh & Mr. Golam Rabbani from Marushima, Bangladesh visited the mill on 19^th March 2023 respectively.

They were welcomed by Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (COO) and staff members were very impressed and showed keen interest in the product ranges.

RSWM Mandpam : Melange Challenger Cricket Cup Tournament

The “Melange Challenger Cup Cricket Tournament -2023” was organized by Mandpam units from 23^rd March 2023 to 08^th April 2023

The league matches were held at three locations i.e., Banswara, Kharigram, and Bhilwara, and total 9 teams in two groups participated in the tournament. In the Final Match played at New Look School Ground, Bhilwara on dated 08th April 2023 between LNJ Denim, Banswara and RSWM Kharigram, the LNJ Denim team defeated RSWM Kharigram team in a thrilling & interesting two super over match and lifted the Tournament Trophy.

The tournament throughout was well organized by Shri S.P. Yadav, Sh. Pankaj Khandelwal and organization committees under the table guidance of Shri Satish Kumar Mittal (COO) and the participating teams appreciated all arrangements made by them.

In the words of Shri Satish Kumar Mittal, the tournament was an earnest effort to integrate people working at our different units and create an environment of cohesiveness among them, apart from providing motivation and a platform to perform exceedingly well to achieve the goals collectively. He also hoped that other units would take the lead in organizing such tournaments within the group in the future.          

RSWM Mandpam : Blood Donation Camp

A blood donation camp was organized on the occasion of Shri. Riju Jhunjhunwala's birthday by RSWM, Mandpam team in coordination with Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, Bhilwara at Melange staff club.  Shri Satish Kumar Mittal (COO), inaugurated the blood donation camp at Mandpam Unit. Certificates were given to all donors in appreciation of their contribution to this great cause

RSWM Mandpam : Picnic

Melange Staff Club organized a one-day picnic for the staff to Sanwariya ji in two batches on 12th and 19^th March 2023. All the staff members with their families enjoyed themselves during this beautiful trip. A delicious Breakfast and lunch was also organized for all of them.

Everyone was really happy and feeling refreshed with their loved ones during this outing.

RSWM Mandpam : “"Abhivyakti" Best Suggestions Award Ceremony

RSWM Mandpam unit conducted “ABHIVYAKTI” Best Suggestions Award Ceremony on 9th February 2023 at the Admin Conference hall.  Best Suggestions Awards were distributed to Staff & Workers & given the trophy to Department for the highest suggestions by Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (COO) for giving valuable suggestions & motivated them to continue giving their effective contributions.

RSWM Mandpam : Visit of Member of Parliament

Sh. Kanakmal Katara, Member of Parliament of Banswara, Rajasthan visited the RSWM Mandpam unit on 8th January 2023. Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (COO) welcomed him. He was very much delighted to see the plant set up and also appreciated the products  gallery.

RSWM Mandpam : Visit of Sate Minister of Rajasthan

Shri Jagdish Raj Shrimali (State Minister – Government of Rajasthan) visited the Mandpam unit on 18th March 2023. Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (COO) & Sh. Pankaj Khandelwal (Head – HR & IR) welcomed him.  INTUC Union Leaders Sh. Deepak Vyas, Mo. Ilyas, Sh. Kan Singh, Sh. Dunger Singh & Sh. Nand Lal, department checkers & other members were all present at the function.

RSWM Kanyakheri : Blood Donation Camp

RSWM, Kanyakheri unit organized a blood donation camp on the birthday of Shri. Riju Jhunjhunwala, Chairman and Managing Director on 13^th Jan 2023.

Shri. Vinit Agarwal COO inaugurated the blood donation camp. 101 units of blood donated by employees. All the donors are in appreciation of their contribution to this great cause through which someone's life can be saved.
