ADHPL : National Safety Day Celebrations

ADHPL celebrated the 52nd National Safety Day from 4th to 10th Mach 2023. The theme of National Safety Week was “OUR AIM -ZERO HARM.” The national safety flag was unfurled in front of the Admin block and a safety pledge was taken after the flag hoisting ceremony.

The safety pledge was read by Mr. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M) followed by all participants, employees, and workers. The message from the desk of Director-cum-C.E.O. on the National Safety Day was also read out by the VP-O&M. National Safety Week was also celebrated in Transmission Line at Bhuntar and Sundernagar offices.

The women employees & workers of ADHPL were felicitated on the occasion for adopting the best safe work practices.

ADHPL : International Women’s Day Celebrations

International Women's day is a global celebration for all women and is celebrated annually on March 8, 2023 to commemorate the cultural, political and socioeconomic achievements of women. This year the theme of international women’s day was "DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality".

ADHPL celebrated the international women’s day on March  08, 2023, by honouring its women employees in Ibex guest house. All the women were felicitated with gifts on the occasion.

ADHPL : Eco-friendly Holi Celebrations

Eco-friendly Holi was celebrated at ADHPL with great zeal and fervor on March 7, 2023.

Only natural colors were used during the celebrations. The use of water sprays, cannons, and water-colours was also avoided by the ADHPL family to save water. Tea and snacks were served to the participants on the occasion.

ADHPL : Republic Day Celebrations

ADHPL celebrated the 74th Republic Day with high spirit and fervour on January 26, 2023.

After welcome of  the chief guest, Sh. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M); the chief guest unfurled the tricolour in front of Admin block, to begin the event. On the event the Chief guest delivered message to the employees and their families. Security personnel presented an impressive parade while welcoming the chief guest.

ADHPL : National Road Safety Month Celebrations

AD Hydro Power Ltd celebrated National Road Safety Month from January 15th to February 15th, 2023. During the month-long celebrations, different trainings on road safety, defensive driving, first aid, housekeeping, ENRP, and the use of PPEs were imparted to drivers, operators, and other employees.

In the closing ceremony, a road safety pledge was administered to the employees by the VP-O&M. The VP-O&M speaking on the occasion said that “Speed Thrills, But Kills” and cautioned all drivers to keep their emotions under control while driving the vehicle. Prizes were also distributed among the drivers & operators of heavy machinery.

The key objectives of the celebrations were to increase the awareness of road safety among the employees and workers.

MPCL : Eco-friendly Holi Celebrations

MPCL celebrtaed ecofriendly Holi with great enthusiasm on March 7th, 2023. During the celebrations only organic colours were used and use of water sprays and water colours were avoided by all the MPCL family.

MPCL : National Safety Week Celebrations

MPCL celebrated National Safety Week from 04th to 10th March 2023. This year's theme was “Our Aim - Zero Harm”. The main objective to celebrate this week is to ensure the safety and occupational health culture at work place and also to renew the earlier commitments towards safety & occupational health.

HSE trainings were imparted to employees during this period and safety awards were also given to nominated members.

RPSF Ringas : National Safety Week Celebrations

RPSF Ringas Unit celebrated National Safety Week from 4th to 10 March 2023. The celebration was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by COO MK Yogi.

During the week, a safety pledge was taken by staff and workers to bring safety awareness several programs were conducted Like Quiz, Speech, and Poster Competition.

COO M.K. Yogi delivered a speech in which he emphasized on safety aspects and adopting safe work practices in day-to-day work life.

Prizes were given to the winners of competitions.

MPCL : Republic Day Celebrations

MPCL celebrated Republic day on January 26, 2023. Chief guest Sh. T.K.Trehan- Plant Incharge hosted the flag.

On the occasion guard of honor and March pass was imparted by the security personnel.

RPSF Ringas : Maha Shivratri Puja Celebrations

RSWM Ringas celebrated Maha Shivratri pooja at the staff colony temple with great devotion and enthusiasm. Lord Shiva and Maa Gori were worshiped, Pooja and Rrudrabhishek were performed by COO Sh MK Yogi & Smt. Jaya Yogi. 

The team wishes that may Lord Shiva shower his benign blessings on us and may Lord Shiva bless us with health wealth and prosperity.

RPSF Ringas : Khatu Shyam Mela Celebrations

RPSF Ringas organized a refreshment seva in Holly Khatu Shyam Mela. In this event, Staff and families distributed refreshment items like Sweet Lassi, Water Bottles, Oranges, Bananas Frooti, Toffies, cold drinks, etc to pilgrims on dated 28.02.23.

A staff contributory fund worth Rs  80000 which was used for this purpose.

RPSF Ringas : Holi and Holika Dahan Celebrations

RPSF Ringas celebrated the festival of colors Holi with great pomp and enthusiasm. On this day, the functions of Holika Dehan and Holi Milan were performed on campus.

Sh MK Yogi delivered a message that the Holi festival is the expression of the sheer joy of life and the overwhelming spirit of acceptance and togetherness and COO inspired all to live with love and harmony.

RPSF Ringas : Republic Day Celebrations

RPSF Ringas celebrated Republic Day on 26th Janauy 2023. On this day, Flag hoisting ceremony was performed by COO Sh. M.K. Yogi and national anthem was sung by everyone.To pay tribute to the martyrs who have sacrificed their lives for the country, several patriotic program were presented by RPSF team members.    

COO Sh MK Yogi addressed staff and workers and showed merits and importance of Indian Constitutions and remembered the sacrifices of Freedom Fighters to pay homage.

At the end of program, Prizes were distributed to selected outstanding performers in the category of security, production, attendance etc.

RSWM Ringas : 52nd National Safety Week Celebrations

RSWM Ltd Ringas celebrated the 52nd National Safety week which was started on 4th till 10th March, 2023 with lot of enthusiasm and involvement of all team members.

This activity made valuable contribution to cultivate safety culture among the work force and to integrate safety in their day to day activity. The Safety Oath was taken by all workmen and staff members.

RSWM Ringas : Republic Day Celebrations

RSWM LTD, Ringas celebrated the 74th Republic Day with flag hoisting ceremony followed by National Anthem with patriotic fervour by Shri Anurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer, Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit GM (H&IR), Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar GM (Technical), staff members, workers and Union dignitaries.

The Guard of honour was extended by Chief Security Officer with his team. Besides this, national song was performed.

After hoisting the National Flag, Shri Anurag Mathur and Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit conveyed best wishes to all employees and also emphasized on the need of consistent quality and productivity for the growth of the organization as well as the nation.

RSWM Ringas : Birth Day Celebrations

RSWM Ltd, Ringas celebrated Staff birhdays with lot of gusto and enthusiasm.

The COO - Shri Anurag Mathur wished all staff members whose birthday was in january, Februray and March by giving them sweets and gifts in the presence of all other Officers.

RSWM Ringas: Holi Celebrations

RSWM Ltd Ringas on 7th March 2023 celebrated the festival of Holi with Holika Dahan in the evening followed by Holika Pooja which was performed by Shri Anurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer.

Next day, a colourful Holi celebration started where all staff members and their families were present. Everybody played colourful Holi and were delighted to see vibrant colours around. Songs and dances were performed by the staff members.

Everybody enjoyed delicious fast food. In the evening, all Staff Members with their family take dinner with workman at Company Canteen. organized followed by dinner.

RSWM Ringas: Hindu Nav Varsh Abhinandan Celebrations

RSWM Ringas celebrated "Hindu Nav Varsh" on 22nd March 2023 in front of Shram Mandir. Shri Anurag Mathur – Chief Operating Officer and all the Staff members and Workmen energetically participated in Prabhat Pheri in the early morning and enjoyed the celebration of  "Hindu Nav Varsh". All participants were welcomed by Tilak and distributed Prasad.

According to the calendar based on Vikram Samvat, Shukla Pratipada of Chaitra month is being celebrated as New Year by the Hindu community in India for centuries. The Hindu New Year celebrated according to the calendar based on Vikram Samvat is also known as Hindu Nava Samvatsar or Naya Samvat.

Along with this, the day has also been known by the names of Samvatsarambh, Yugadi, Gudipadwa, Vasant Ritu Aarambh, etc. The new year is considered to be the beginning of the new year in the country only from the Hindu New Year, which happens in the month of Chaitra.

RSWM Ringas: Bhumi Poojan Celebrations

RSWM Ltd Ringas organised a Puja ceremony on 11th Feburary 2023. This puja was consisted elemts of traditional prayers to the Almighty, Mother Earth and the other forces of Nature before starting construction activities and land tilling activities for placement of the foundation stone to begin the new Staff Accommodation project.

Shri Anurag Mathur - Chief Operating Officer, Sh A.K.S. Sengar - Sr. GM - Technical  and  General Manager - HR & IR , Officers and Staff Members were all present in the Pooja ceremony. 

RSWM Ringas: Mahashivratri Celebrations

RSWM Ringas on 19th February, 2023 celebrated Mahashivratri Parv at colony temple. The celebration started with jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva. Staff club organized the event.

Staff and their family members participated in this festival with great enthusiasm. The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Prasad. Everyone was delighted to be part of this parv and enjoyed this occasion whole-heartedly.

RSWM Ringas : Khatu Shyamji Mela

As usual, this year also, RSWM, Ringas unit actively extended the services in the interest of the public during Khatu Shyamji Mela, held from 22nd February - 7th March 2023. On this occasion, necessary medicines, Fruits, Biscuits, Dirking water, etc. were distributed to all the devotees. 

RSWM Ringas: Sundar Kand Path Celebrations

RSWM Ltd Ringas organized a Sunder Kand Path in Rana Sanga Colony (Workers ) situated in the Mill premises on 28th January 2023.

This holy event was of 4 hours followed by Bhajan/Poojan and was attended by Shri Anurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer(Spinning), Shri M.K.Yogi, Chief Operating Officer (RCF), Senior Officers, Union dignitaries, and a large number of families of employees and workers with great devotion and zeal.

In keeping with the spiritual ethos of LNJ Group, employees continue to gain spiritual energy and insights while boosting performance.

RSWM Rishabhdev : Republic Day Celebrations

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated 74th Republic Day on 26th January, 2023 in a spirit of patriotism. To grace this occasion, Shri K B Khatod, COO unfurled the National Flag in front of the ADM block in the presence of officers, staff, union members, and a large number of workers. 

The COO addressed the gathering and conveyed best wishes to all. 

RSWM Rishabhdev : Sports Day Celebrations

RSWM Rishabhdev organized a one-day sports event for staff and family on 26th January 2023 on Republic Day. Various events like 100 mtr. Race, spoon race,  shotput,  Needle & Thread race, Tug of war, etc. were held for gentlemen, ladies, and children separately.

All staff members with their families enjoyed the day by participating in various events and the dinner thereafter.

RSWM Rishabhdev : Maha Shivratri Celebrations

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated Maha Shivratri on 18th February 2023. A well-decorated Jhanki of Lord Shivji prepared by the Staff Club team was very attractive and got the attention of all. Staff members with their families attended the Bhajan Kirtan which lasted till midnight.  In the end, prasad was distributed to the devotees.

RSWM Rishabhdev : Holi Celebrations

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated Holi, the festival of colours with Holika Dahan on 7th March and playing of Holi on 8th March. Staff with their families enjoyed the festival by playing with Gulal & colors, dancing, and singing. 

 In the evening a Holi Feast was arranged for all staff families. On this occasion, prizes were distributed to the winners of various activities held in the year. 

RSWM Rishabhdev : Safety Day Celebrations

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated National Safety Day on 4th March 2023.  The function was inaugurated by Shri K B Khatod, COO while addressing the employees, he stressed the need for spreading the message of `Safety First’ among all the workmen and to follow all safety precautions/measures strictly for avoiding any untoward incident. 

Safety & fire equipment were displayed and a mock drill was conducted by security personnel.

RSWM Rishabhdev : Lohri & Makar Sankranti Celebrations

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated Lohri and Makar Sankranti on the 13th and 14th of January 2023, the harvest festival of Punjab by burning Lohri after puja. Staff and family members enjoyed the celebration by dancing around the Lohri. 

To grace this occasion. Shri K B Khatod, COO felicitated the parents of newborn babies. Everyone enjoyed the day by playing various traditional games like Sitholia, Gulli Danda, kite flying, etc. The program ended with dinner. 

RSWM Rishabhdev : Nav Varsh Celebrations

RSWM Rishabhdev Staff Club celebrated Nav Varsh - `Vikram Samvat 2080’  jointly with VKV School on  22nd March, 2023.  The Prabhat Bheri started from the school went around the Mills campus in which students, teachers and RSWM staff participated when the procession reached the Ganesh Temple,  Shri K B Khatod, COO addressed the gathering and  greeted  New year wishes to all.

RSWM Rishabhdev :Siddhi Vinayak Ganesh Mandir Patotsav Celebations

 RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated Siddhi Vinayak Ganeshji Patotsav on  3rd February 2023 in a spiritual atmosphere.

 Puja and Hawan were performed by a team of Pandit from Khadagda. All officers and staff along with their families performed the Hawankriya. The COO  wished all for their overall well-being.  In the end, Prasad was distributed to all.

RSWM Lodha : Safety Day Celebrations

RSWM Lodha celebrated Safety Day with a safety awareness speech in Morning Prayer and an exhibition of safety posters/equipment in the restroom. All the shift workers saw the exhibition and thereafter general Shift workmen were assembled for a safety day celebration. Safety committee president Shri G L Kabra presented his annual report.

Shri. Sukesh Sharma, Business Head (Yarn), and Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer addressed the staff and workmen on safety habits which are necessary at the workplace to avoid accidents and create a safety culture in the work area also safety department organized the best poster, slogan & Poem competition and 1st 2nd and 3rd position workmen was facilitated during the program. 

The program was conducted by Shri. Bhanwar Singh Bhati Safety officer and vote of thanks given by Shri A V S Yadav (GM- P & IR).

The Oath ceremony was done in the presence of Business Head Shri Sukesh Sharma Ji.

RSWM Lodha : Birthday Celebrations

RSWM Lodha, as a part of HR employee engagement activities, celebrated the birthdays of all its members at the end of every month. On this occasion, a common cake-cutting ceremony was held with high tea.

During this occasion, we also took the opportunity to introduce the newly joined staff members and exchanged company good practices, work-ethics, and shared memorable experiences of the existing employees.

RSWM Lodha : Maha Shivratri Celebrations

RSWM Lodha celebrated Maha Shivratri with Jal- Abhishek of Lord Shiva at Orchard temple. All the colony residents along with their family members attended the celebration. Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating Officer) performed the main Pooja.

In the end, Prashad was distributed to all staff members and families.

RSWM Lodha : Lohri & Makar Sakrinti Celebrations

RSWM Lodha celebrated the Lohri function in  Staff Club on  13th   January 2023 with lighting, Pooja, and greeting. The staff exchanged best wishes with each other, followed by Bhangra over the music, Lohri songs were quite enchanting, and performances by Staff, Kids & ladies.

At the end of the function, the newly wedded couples & newly born babies were blessed & gifts were distributed to them by Chief Operating Officer Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari and everyone with Gajak, Peanuts, and Popcorns. 

RSWM Lodha : Republic Day Celebrations

RSWM Lodha celebrated Republic Day on 26th January 2023 with flag hoisting. Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating Officer) at 8.30 A.M.  The main attraction of the function was well-dressed parade organized by Security Personnel and Class Trainees.

As a chief guest of the program, Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari delivered a memorable speech. He started his speech by remembrance the national leaders who contributed to making the constitution of India and congratulating staff and workers for the expansion of the unit.

On this occasion, the workers having the highest attendance record in the calendar year 2022 were rewarded. 

RSWM Lodha : Holi Celebrations

RSWM Lodha celebrated the festival of Holi with Holika Dahan in the evening of 7th March 2023. At about 7.30PM we all gathered at lotus garden and shared happiness and best wishes on this eve, Pooja was performed by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating Officer) and get blessings for all.

On 8th March colour full Holi celebration started at 9.30 AM All the staff members and families assembled at staff club and played Holi with different colours. All the staff members had various dances on folk music. During the program all staff members enjoyed delicious fast food.

Maral Sarovar : Women Associates Sports Meet Celebrations

Maral Sarovar organized Sports meet for Women associates. Various sports activities like Kho-Kho, Lemon race, Chair race, etc. were conducted in which more than 200 women associates participated. 

This Sports meet was inaugurated by Sh. S.N. Goyal, President while senior officers Sh. Manoj Thakker, VP (HR), Sh. Sanjay Bolya, VP (Comml), Sh. R.P. Gautam, Advisor (Engg.) was present.  In the Kho-Kho competition, 8 teams participated and Yarn Dyeing women’s team was adjudged as the winner and Ring Frame Unit-3 was runners-up. 

In Lemon Race, Ms. Lalita Iske won first prize, and in Chair Race, Ms. Ravina Mourya won first prize. A lot of staff and associates were present to cheer up the participants.  All the winners were felicitated with prizes by Sh. S.N. Goyal, President.

Corporate Office : International Women’s Day celebrated on 6th March 2023

Envisioning a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination, International Women's Day is celebrated globally, as declared by The United Nations, every year on 8th March, highlighting the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women; a day to recognize and honor women as a symbol of strength and empowerment. Women around the world have taken up lofty positions as successful businesswomen, teachers, doctors, and entrepreneurs. They have struggled to make their way up in every field possible.

Despite so much accomplishment, women still face the issue of gender inequality. To end such disparity, we at LNJ Bhilwara Group, focus on the empowerment of female employees with unwavering faith in the spirit of togetherness. International Women’s Day was celebrated on 6th March 2023 in the HO office, all female employees were given exciting gifts and special women-centric celebrations were held on the office premises. The principal motive behind this occasion was also focused on maintaining a safe and encouraging workplace environment, breaking stereotypes, extending equal opportunities to both genders and taking active measures against sexual harassment.

Maral Sarovar : Republic Day Celebrations

Maral Sarovar celebrated 74th Republic Day on 26th January 2023. To grace this occasion, Sh. S.N. Goyal, President hoisted the National Flag and lit up the “Amarjyoti” lamp to mark salutations to the martyrs of the nation. 

Security Staff performed march-past on this occasion. Associates who have attained attendance of 300+ in the last year were felicitated with prizes and certificates. Winners of the Safety Quiz also received prizes during this function.

In his speech, Sh. S.N. Goyal, President emphasized the importance of dedication in the work, discipline, safety measures, and remaining united, which will ultimately lead to the success of everyone as well as the organization. Ku. Lakshmi Muvel, Sh. Kapil Yadav, and Sh. Praful Barche performed patriotic songs on karaoke.

Maral Sarovar : Holi Celebrations

Maral Sarovar celebrated the festival of colors Holi on the 7th of March 2023 evening with a fun splash of colors. Following this on 8th March, the day of playing Holi (Dhulendi), staff members along with their family members assembled at the Staff club lawns and played Holi by splashing colors on each other.

After playing Holi, delicious lunch was served to the staff and their family members by Staff Club.

LNJ Denim,Knits & TPP : National Safety Day Celebrations

LNJ Denim celebrated 52nd  National Safety Day on 04th March 2023, It was started with safety oath in the morning followed by exhibition on safety equipment’s. All staff & Workers took part in this celebration. Celebrated with great enthusiasm. 

It created awareness among the people about how to get prevented from the industrial accidents by exhibiting widespread safety awareness programs in the company. While addressing the employees, Shri Suketu Shah emphasized on the need for safety for all employee & asserted during bike riding, handling of mobile phone, many accidents happened in recent period.

On this Occasion, an exhibition on Personnel Protective Equipment was also organized by the Safety Team, where use of Fire extinguishers and other PPE’s was demonstrated.

LNJ Denim : Women's Day Celebrations

International Women’s Day is a worldwide event that celebrates women’s achievements. It celebrates womanhood and pays tribute to the indomitable spirit of women across the globe.

LNJ Denim celebrated International Women's Day on 08th March with female staff members. Shri Arbind Mishra -Head of HR & IR expressed his views on the role played by women in making society successful. He stated women as an example to be followed.

She works round the clock not only for herself but for her family members. It is very difficult to manage all things in go but she laid an example of multi-tasking. In the end, Shri Subhasish Basu - Head -of QA & Shri Mahadev Sapkal -Head Spinning gave a vote of thanks & asserted all possible support will be extended which in turn shall unlock their true potential.

LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP : Lohri Celebrations

Lohri festival was celebrated on 13th January 2023 by LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP Staff Club at LNJ Nagar Staff Colony, Mordi. The Staff and their family members participated in this festival with full enthusiasm. The program started with Lohri pooja and a wood fire.

The Bhangra dance over the music and Lohari songs was enjoyed by all. The cheering from kids, ladies, and staff alike made the festivity evening full of energy. After the celebration, Gajak. Peanuts and Popcorn were distributed.

Republic day in India is celebrated every year with great honour on 26th of January to honour the Constitution of India as it came into force on the same day in the year 1950.  A country is said to be running good when it has a proper legislation system. This 26th January, 1950 the day, a base of law, rules & regulation were laid. i.e. our constitution was made which has governed our country very properly till date.

We celebrated 74th  Republic Day in our LNJ Denim unit, Mordi on 26th January, 2023. The celebration started with National Flag Hosting Ceremony by Shri Suketu Shah, followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. Security Staffs performed march-past on this occasion.

On this special Occasion of our 74th Republic Day Shri Suketu Shah had extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected for individual contribution in growth of nation, He had also emphasized on national integrity, prosperity & the importance of Republic day and responsibilities of young generation towards the development of society. Later sweets were distributed among all staffs & Workers.

LNJ Denim,Knits & TPP: Holi & Dhulendi Celebrations

Holi is one of the major festivals of India and is the most vibrant of all. The joys of Holi knows no bound. The festival is celebrated across the four corners of India. It is played with different types of colors. Every color symbolizes something & conveys some message. In spite of being such a colorful festival, there are various aspects of Holi that make it so significant for our lives. Holi gets us close to our religion and our mythology as it is essentially the celebration of various legends associated with the festival.

The Holi celebration started with a Holika bonfire on 06th  March’s night in LNJ Nagar Staff Colony. On the Next day a colorful Holi celebration started at LNJ Nagar Colony, Staffs members with their families enjoyed the Dhulendi program & played Holi with different colors.  All staff members danced to folk music, during the program, all staff members enjoyed delicious fast food, followed by lunch.

LNJ Denim,Knits & TPP : Maa Lalitambaa New Temple Celebrations

It was a dream come true for every LNJian of Mordi plant for establishing the Maa Lalitambaa New Temple. It was inaugurated at the LNJ Denim plant, Mordi that symbolizes a new beginning of spiritual culture & prosperity of  Mordi Plant. Three-day religious programme in which various activities were done starting from rally to establishing the statue of Maa Lalitambaa at the plant. 

A team of Brahmans performed Poojan & Havan, and Acharya Shri Manoj Pathak performed the ceremonies reciting mantras and shlokas. He named the temple as “Maa Lalitambaa Temple”. On the first day on 15th January 2023 rally was organized from LNJ Colony through BMD colony, TPP plant then comes to the temple. we organized the Bhajan Kirtan program Sundar kand Paath in which a team from Shree Ram Krishna Sathsang Mondal, Banswara performed very well. Everybody enjoyed the program & got absorbed in the devotion of Bhakti.

On 17th January 2023 LNJ Denim, Knits & Tpp staffs along with their family members & outsiders from nearby villages & district guests were present in Murthi Stapana of “Maa Lalitambaa Temple with lots of enthusiasm.  The temple was decorated with lights and was a major attraction. The Pooja was followed by Mahaprasadi delicious Bhog which was enjoyed by everyone.  

LNJ Denim,Knits & TPP : Maha Shivratri Celebrations

LNJ Denim & Knit Staff along with their family members celebrated Maha Shivratri  at Lord Shiva Temple, LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on 18th February 2023

The celebration started with Jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva. Staff and their family members participated in this festival with great enthusiasm. Acharya Shri Manoj Pathak performed  Poojan by reciting mantras and shlokas.

The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Maha Prasad. Everyone was delighted to be part of this Parv and enjoyed this occasion wholeheartedly.

RSWM Kharigram : Women’s Day Celebrations

RSWM Kharigram celebrated World Women’s Day on 8th March 2023 with a commitment to boost the women empowerment ahead.

Shri N.K.Bahedia, Chief Operating Officer in his address, emphasized on the ole of women leadership in different sectors and appreciated active participation, good performance with higher attendance rate of female workers of the Unit.

During this event, female workers were awarded for long service tenure as a token of appreciation. Each female worker was presented with Ghana momento as token of respect.

RSWM Kharigram : Holi Celebrations

RSWM Kharigram celebrated the festival of Holi which started with Holika Dahan in the evening on 06th  March 2023. Follwing this, Holika Pooja was performed by Shri Shukesh Sharma, BH, Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, COO and Sh. Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP. 

Next day on Dhulandi, the Checkers’ holi milan organized in morning, thereafter all staff and family members played and enjoyed colourful holi. In the evening, cultural events was organized and program ended with delicious dinner.

RSWM Kharigram : Mahashivratri Celebrations

On 18th February 2023, The Mahashivratri Parv was celebrated by RSWM Kharigram Pariwar at Colony Temple.

The Shiv Mandir was decorated with colorful flowers and the celebration started with Jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva. In the evening, bhajan-kirtan and chanting of Lord Shiva were performed by staff & family members with full devotion.

The celebration ended with Maha Aarti and distribution of Prasad.

RSWM Kharigram : Republic Day Celebrations

RSWM Kharigram celebrated the 73th Republic Day on 26th January, 2023. Sh N. K. Bahedia, Chief Operating Officer hoisted the national flag followed by Parade by Security Staff. Sh. Sukesh Sharma, BH , Sh Avinash Bhargava,CFO, Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD were also present there in this celebration.

Addressing to the staff and workers, Sh N.K. Bahedia, gave message for improving the quality of yarn and emphasized on working in discipline and a sense of belongingness. The programme was concluded by light refreshment and distribution of sweets.

RSWM Kharigram : 52nd National Safety Week Celebrations

The 52nd National Safety week started on 6th March, 2023 and it was celebrated with lot of enthusiasm and involvement of all concerned which was continued till 10th March-23. This activity made valuable contribution to cultivate safety culture among the work force & to integrate safety in their day to day activity. The Safety Oath was taken by all workmen and staff members.

The Safety badges distributed to all employees. Exhibition of PPE’s, Fire & Safety equipments, Safety training programme, Safety based various competitions were conducted. Sh N. K. Bahedia, COO summoned up to all employees to keep the learnings to ensure “Zero Accident” and “Safe workplace”.

HEG: 73rd Republic Day Celebrations

HEG celebrated 73rd Republic Day of India. The day commemorates the implementation of the Indian Constitution on January 26th, 1950.

The program was addressed by the Hon'ble Executive Director Shri Manish Gulati Ji and attended by all the HODs and staff of the organization. A flag hoisting ceremony and parade were held to mark the proud occasion.

The program was joyously celebrated, and everyone was filled with patriotism and respect for the country. Several cultural activities were conducted to make the event remarkable and enjoyable.

HEG: National Safety Week Celebrations

HEG celebrated National Safety Week on 3rd and 4th March 2023 and organized a safety day celebration for all levels of employees across the plant.

Safety is our utmost concern. Regardless of the nature of the work, ensuring safety is crucial for protecting people, money, and machinery. To educate employees about safety parameters and concerns, 

As working conditions at HEG are unique, it is essential to have specific and proper knowledge about safety measures. The employees were clearly instructed and were provided with all the necessary training materials. The motto of the program was: "Prevention is always better than cure".

RSWM Mandpam : Republic Day

The Republic Day (26th January, 2023) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Mandpam unit. The National Flag was hoisted by Shri Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (COO), who also addressed an audience of staff and workers.

Later, sweets were also distributed among all the staff and workers to celebrate the occasion.

RSWM Mandpam : Lohri Celebrations

The festival of Lohri marks the culmination of the winter season and is celebrated on the 13th of January every year for fertility and spark of life. All staff members & their families celebrated the occasion. All Members gathered around the bonfire and offered sweets.

RSWM Mandpam : Maha Shivratri Celebrations

RSWM Mandpam unit on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri a “Bhajan Sandhya” was organized at Melangeshwar Mahadev Temple on the night of 18.02.2023 which was enjoyed by staff members & their families. Prasad was also distributed among all staff and workers.

The festival of Holi was celebrated with much fervor and enthusiasm at Mandapm Unit. On this occasion, a Puja was performed by Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (COO) on 06th March at 8:30 P.M. in the evening. It was fun all the way on the day of Dhulandi on 07th March 2023, with resident members throwing colors at each other.

RSWM Kanyakheri : Lohri Celebrations

The festival of Lohri marks the culmination of winter season and was celebrated on the 13th of January 2023 at the RSWM Kanyakheri unit. All staff members & their families celebrated this occasion with full spirit.

On the 26th of January, 2023, the RSWM Kanyakheri unit celebrated Republic Day with zeal and fervor. Sh. Vinit Agarawal (COO) was in charge of hoisting the flag and addressing the members on this national day.

RSWM Kanyakheri : Holi Celebrations

RSWM Kanyakheri unit celebrated the festival of Holi enthusiastically and on the 07th of March 2023, at 8:00 P.M., a Puja was performed. Residents of the colony were also provided with Gulal packets. On Dhulandi Day, March 08, 2023, it was all about having a good time, with residents flinging colours at each other. The colorful event was followed by lunch in the guest house lawn for everyone.
