The "VOYAGE" roadshow has officially crossed borders.

Taking the AW26/27 Knitted fabric collection to Colombo, Mr. Vishno Pachori (Head of Marketing, LNJ Knits) sat down with the team at MAS Intimates to unveil the next phase of LNJ Knits collaborative innovation.

The session with Mr. B. Indika Wasantha (Assistant Manager - Raw Material & Sourcing), Mr. Pirahalathan (Manager - Marketing), & Mr. Shehan Muhandiram (Senior Fabric Technologist – PVH) was a high-level exchange on how LNJ Knits Autumn/Winter 26-27 Collection continues to evolve the "Modern Prep" aesthetic for global icons like PVH (Tommy Hilfiger).

LNJ Knits, Mordi unit, recently welcomed Mr. Urabe, President of Yagi India & Japan Fabric Division, and Mr. Takemoto, Head of Yarn Procurement, along with Mr. Shiv Mohapatra from the India office, for focused discussions around next-generation knitted developments.

Global Validation: After a rigorous review of the capabilities, the team was highly impressed by the quality standards. They officially selected premium Ponte and Foma Pique collections to showcase directly to their top-tier buyers across Vietnam and Japan.

A Symbiotic Partnership: This collaboration redefines the traditional buyer-seller relationship. YAGI will effectively supply high-grade acrylic fibers to RSWM. This ensures our supply chain remains robust and fuelled by the best raw materials.

RSWM-LNJ Denim Organized Interdepartmental Workers Tournament

The Interdepartmental Workers Tournament is an exciting initiative aimed at fostering teamwork, unity, and a spirit of healthy competition among employees across various departments. This event provides a refreshing break from routine work life and encourages individuals to showcase their talents beyond the workplace. It not only promotes physical fitness but also enhances coordination, discipline, and team spirit.

Games were organized in the month of January, 2026, in which the following games were played, such as volleyball, rassakasi & chair race, etc. Shri Rajesh Singh had inaugurated the tournament on January 16, 2026.   Department-wise teams were made. The final match of volleyball was held between Contractor Team & Inspection Worker Team on Jan 25, 2026. In a neck-to-neck contest, the inspection worker team won the tournament.  Shri Arbind Mishra – Head HR & IR expressed his views on the value of games in our lives. The prizes were distributed to winners and runners-up on the occasion of 26th January, 2026, for all games

RSWM-LNJ Denim Hosted Industrial Visit by Govt. Sr. Sec. School Students, Abapura

A group of sixty students from Govt. Sr. Sec. School Students, Abapura, Banswara visited the Denim Unit on January 19, 2026. Students & teachers were highly impressed to see the plant and campus environment. Shri Arbind Mishra – Head - HR & IR Department welcomed the students and introduced them to the entire unit with key team functions & the concept of LNJ Denim products & services. He had also given some tips for career opportunity in their upcoming future. To motivate and involve them in extra activities, we asked students to write up the essay on this topic & submit to it to plant. Students enjoyed the visit & high tea arrangements were also there for them.

RSWM-Kharigram Organized Staff & Workers Inter Game Tournament

The Inter-Game Tournament held on February 4, 2026 was successfully organized on the professionally developed in-house cricket ground at Kharigram. The event was graced by the presence of Shri N K Bahedia – BH & CE, Shri S.K. Tiwari, COO, along with senior staff & Workers members and their families. All the players actively participated and thoroughly enjoyed the matches.
The tournament concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship and team effort.

Replus Proudly Hosted Management Visit

We were honoured to welcome Mr. Ravi Jhunjhunwala, Chairman, LNJ Bhilwara Group, to the Replus Gigafactory on 2nd March 2026. During his visit, Mr. Jhunjhunwala toured our 1 GWh Battery Manufacturing Plant, interacting with the team and witnessing firsthand the scale of innovation, technology, and commitment driving Replus’ mission to power a cleaner energy future. He also reviewed the progress of the upcoming 5 GWh Phase 2 expansion project and discussed key timelines, marking an important step in strengthening India’s battery manufacturing capabilities. His visit was a moment of pride and encouragement for the entire team as we continue to build the foundation for the country’s energy storage ecosystem.

TACC Limited was featured in the March issue of EV Reporter magazine, a leading publication in India’s battery and EV ecosystem, reaching a monthly readership of over 156,626 industry stakeholders and decision-makers. The interview with MD & CEO, Ankur Khaitan, highlights the company’s ₹2,000 crore investment in a synthetic graphite-based anode manufacturing facility in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. TACC Showcases Engineered Graphene Innovations at Graphene India 2026

Graphene India 2026, a prominent platform bringing together industry leaders, researchers, and global experts in 2D materials, took place from March 9–12 at Le Méridien, Kochi. The conference fostered strong industry-academia collaboration and highlighted India’s growing role in graphene adoption and commercialisation. At the event, TACC Limited showcased its latest advancements under the TACCPhene brand, demonstrating how application-engineered graphene solutions are bridging the gap between laboratory research and scalable industrial use.

TACC’s team, including Dr. Jitender Kumar Choudhary, Karthik Soundar, Dhananjay P. Shetty, and Sreekumar E. B., presented technical presentations on graphene applications in concrete, coatings, and lithium-ion batteries. Their work, highlighting improvements in strength, durability, and performance, was well received. The team also engaged with global experts, including Nobel Laureate Konstantin Novoselov, gaining valuable insights into the evolving 2D materials landscape.

TACC Partners with INOX Air Products for Dewas Facility

TACC Limited has partnered with INOX Air Products through a long-term agreement to support operations at its upcoming greenfield facility in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. As part of the collaboration, INOX Air Products will build, own, and operate a dedicated on-site nitrogen plant to supply high-purity nitrogen, a critical component in the manufacturing of battery-grade graphite anode materials for electric mobility and energy storage applications.

By integrating advanced gas infrastructure with TACC’s expertise in engineered carbon materials, the partnership strengthens the domestic battery materials supply chain and supports the development of a cleaner and more resilient energy ecosystem.

TACC Contributes to Key Discussions at Fastmarkets India Battery and Critical Materials Conference

As sponsors and participants at the Fastmarkets India Battery and Critical Materials Conference, TACC Limited actively engaged in multiple panel discussions focused on shaping India’s battery materials ecosystem. Representing TACC, MD & CEO Ankur Khaitan shared insights on building a secure domestic supply chain, highlighting the convergence of realistic demand from local lithium-ion cell manufacturers with growing indigenous capability to supply battery components at scale. He also emphasised the need for a stronger government to focus on synthetic graphite as a critical mineral for energy storage and long-term supply security. The panel, featuring Rajat Verma (Lohum), Harin Kanani (Neogen Chemicals Limited), and Kunal Shah (Aquatech), noted that the next phase of growth will require leapfrogging in both technology and production capabilities.

In another session, Georgi Georgiev, Global Sales and Market Specialist, joined Chirranjeevi Balaji Gopal (Mitra Chem) to discuss technologies and supply opportunities across anode and cathode materials. The discussion highlighted economic viability as a key driver for adoption of advanced technologies, India’s strong graphite processing expertise as an alternative supply base beyond China, and opportunities in processing equipment design where the ecosystem remains import dependent. The panel also underscored the importance of collaboration with cell manufacturers, noting that policy clarity, technology progression, and industry partnerships will be crucial in building a secure and globally relevant battery materials supply chain.

Ankur Khaitan, Managing Director & CEO of TACC Limited, was featured in an exclusive interaction with Energetica India, a well-regarded platform within the energy and clean technology ecosystem. In the conversation, he shared TACC’s vision of advancing India’s position in the global battery materials landscape, along with the company’s efforts to build world-class capacities in anode active materials and graphene.

The feature also highlighted how innovation and sustainability form the cornerstone of TACC’s growth strategy, as the company continues to support India’s clean energy transition through advanced carbon technologies and responsible manufacturing.

TACC Organized Blood Donation Camp

A blood donation camp was organised on January 21, 2026, as part of the organisation’s ongoing commitment to community welfare and healthcare support. The initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation, contributing to strengthening local medical resources and promoting the importance of voluntary blood donation.

ADHPL Completed Recertification audit of ISO 27001:2022

Recertification audit of ISO 27001:2022 was completed successfully on February 23, 2026. The audit was conducted by the Auditors from the TUV certifying agency. During the audit, the auditors inspected all the relevant documents pertaining to ISMS and also interacted with different department in-charges and employees of ADHPL. After completion of audit, the auditor from the certifying agency recommended ADHPL for recertification of ISMS.

ADHPL Organized Consultation Meeting with HPSPCB

ADPHL recently organized a consultation meeting proposed by the HP State Pollution Control Board (HPSPCB), chaired by the Member Secretary, Shimla. The session brought together local NGOs, municipal officials from Kullu, Manali, Bhuntar, and Banjar, as well as HEP officials and the President of the Hotelier Association Manali. Discussions focused on environmental compliance and sustainable industrial operations, with a specific emphasis on regional waste management challenges. To support these initiatives, the Member Secretary pledged HPSPCB’s support for local NGOs through government aid and CSR funding from different sources.

RSWM Lodha Organizes Year End Scrap Party

As per tradition, a scrap party was organized at the year-end by Shri Mahesh Malpani and the Store & Purchase Department. The event was conducted successfully with active participation from all concerned. During the programme, Shri Shambhu Kumar, Chief Operating Officer, shared valuable insights, and all Heads of Departments (HODs) were also present.

All scrap was efficiently cleared and the area was thoroughly cleaned, making the initiative a complete success. The programme concluded with tea and snacks for all attendees.The efforts of Shri Mahesh Malpani and the Store & Purchase Department were highly appreciable, making the scrap party a well-organized and successful event.

RSWM Lodha Hosted Japanese Client Visit

On March 20, 2026, Japanese associates from Yogi India, Mr. Takemoto San, Mr. Furukawa San, and Mr. Pawan Negi, visited the RSWM Lodha Unit. During their visit, they toured the Kapaas Unit along with Mr. Navdeep Gautam. A product presentation was subsequently conducted at the NPD Department, followed by a detailed discussion with Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer). The primary objective of their visit was to review the production facilities and to observe the labor arrangements at the Blowroom, particularly focusing on the manual sorting process for contamination control.

RSWM Ringas Organized Cricket Match at RPSF Unit

A cricket match was organized on February 01, 2026, at the RSWM Ringas Unit between Senior Management and Junior Management, fostering a spirit of teamwork and healthy competition. The event was conducted under the leadership of the Chief Executive and Business Head, Sh. M. K. Yogi Ji. Employees enthusiastically participated in the match, displaying sportsmanship, coordination, and team spirit.

The event provided a refreshing break from routine work and strengthened bonding among employees. The match was successfully concluded, promoting unity, motivation, and a positive work environment across the organization. 

HEG Organized Board of Director’s Visit

The distinguished Board of Directors of HEG Limited visited on 10th February 2026, which was a significant and inspiring occasion for our organization.

The Board Meeting served as a platform to review our achievements, evaluate ongoing initiatives, and align on strategic goals for the future. Insightful deliberations focused on business performance, innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth strategies.  Beyond the formal agenda, the presence of the Directors energized the leadership team and reaffirmed our collective commitment to delivering value to stakeholders. Their perspectives and strategic guidance continue to play a vital role in shaping our journey forward.

RSWM Ringas Organized Annual Sports Competition 2026

Like every year, the Annual Sports Competition was organized in the mill on Februar 21, 2026 with great entusuasm and participation.

The event was inaugurated by Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit, Sr. GM (HR & IR), and Shri Sunil Kumar Rao, GM (Technical). A friendly and energetic match was also played between Shift A and Shift B teams at Rana Sanga Sports Ground, which was enjoyed by all present. The management congratulated the winning team and distributed prizes, appreciating the spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork, and enthusiasm displayed by all participants.

RSWM Ringas Conducted Induction Program of Shri Sonu Dev Joshi

The induction programme of Shri Sonu Dev Joshi, appointed as AVP – Corporate Commercial, was conducted at Ringas to formally welcome him to the organization and familiarize him with the company’s operations, policies, and corporate culture. The session included introductions to key team members, an overview of various departmental functions, and insights into ongoing projects and business objectives. Special emphasis was placed on aligning his role with the organization’s strategic goals and expectations.

The programme was designed to ensure a smooth transition and to enable him to effectively contribute to the Corporate Commercial division from the outset

RSWM Ringas Launches Rollout Plan of Values & Competencies

As a continuation of the Core Values launch held on January 22, 2026, at the Corporate Office, Noida, the Values and Competency Journey was initiated at the Ringas Plant through Rajeev Dixit  Sr General Manager – HR & IR, as Location Champion. The training sessions were conducted from February 3 to 5, 2026.

This initiative marks a significant step towards strengthening the organizational culture by aligning individual behaviors with the company’s core values and building competencies essential for sustainable growth and excellence.

Employees at the Ringas unit actively participated in the sessions, reflecting strong engagement and commitment towards embedding these values across the organization. The programme aims to ensure effective implementation and integration of core values into day-to-day operations.

RSWM Ringas Organized a Long Tour of Manali Dharamshala Dalhousie Amritsar & Chandigarh for Staff

A long tour covering Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Amritsar, and Chandigarh was organized by the RSWM Staff Club in five batches. It has a perfect blend of natural beauty, spirituality, colonial charm, and modern city life. This journey typically starts from the hills of Himachal Pradesh and gradually moves towards the plains of Punjab and Haryana. Manali is known for its breathtaking landscapes, snow-capped mountains, and adventure activities like skiing, paragliding, and hiking. Popular attractions include Slang Valley, Rohtang Pass, and Hadimba Temple. From Manali, the tour proceeds to Dharamshala, the residence of the Dalai Lama and a major center of Tibetan culture. McLeod Ganj, a suburb of Dharamshala, is famous for monasteries, peaceful surroundings, and scenic views of the Dhauladhar range. Dalhousie, a quiet hill station known for its colonial-era architecture, lush green valleys, and serene environment. Nearby Khajjiar, often called the “Mini Switzerland of India,” is a major highlight with its meadows and forests. Amritsar, a spiritual and cultural hub of Punjab. The Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib) is the main attraction, offering a deeply peaceful and divine experience. The Wagah Border ceremony is another major highlight, showcasing patriotic fervor. Finally, the tour concludes in Chandigarh, a well-planned modern city designed by Le Corbusier. It is known for its clean environment, Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake, and beautiful urban layout.This tour becomes a memorable and enriching experience. All Staff Members with their family fully enjoyed this trip.

RSWM Rishabhdev Celebrated Republic Day

RSWM, Rishabhdev, celebrated Republic Day on January 26, 2026. COO  hoisted the National Flag in the morning. He addressed the staff and workers assembled in the venue and conveyed  Republic Day wishes. Shri Dinesh Bhojak Sr, GM (HR & IR), and Shri Gautam Lal Meena, on behalf of the Union, greeted on this occasion.
