RSWM Rishabhdev Organized Training programme on “COCICA & RAPIDD

On February 23 & 24, 2026, a Training programme for staff on “COCICA & RAPIDD” was organized at Rishabhdev.  Shri Pankaj Kumar was the faculty of this programme.  All staff members were present for the said training programme.  The session focused on RSWM’s Values (COCICA) & Competency (RAPIDD) Framework as a key milestone in the RSWM 2.0 journey.  Shri Pankaj Kumar was briefed in detail for both these aspects. The programme received a good response from the participants and was appreciated by one and all. 

RSWM Kharigram Conducted Training on Safety Practices at Workplace

On February 18, 2026, Senior Safety Manager Sh. Dileep Chourasia led an impactful safety awareness session for the Engineering, Maintenance, Security, Commercial, and Production departments.

The program focused on critical emergency protocols, including firefighting techniques, evacuation planning, and the proper use of emergency exits and assembly points. By emphasizing strict adherence to safety regulations, Chourasia equipped personnel with the practical knowledge required to respond effectively during crises. This comprehensive training reinforced the organization’s commitment to a proactive safety culture, ensuring all team members are prepared to handle diverse emergency scenarios with confidence and precision.

RSWM Kharigram Organized Awareness Session New Staff on Revised HR Policy

To update about revisions in HR manual about employee benefits, an awareness programme was conducted by HR department on February 22, 2026. During this program all aspects of Employee Benefits were covered. Total 32 staff members got benefited from this programme and they encouraged to organise such awareness sessions periodically.

RSWM Kharigram External Training on Electrical Safety & Emergency Preparedness

An external training programme on Electrical Safety & Emergency Preparedness was organised on March 7, 2026 which was presented by Sh Anurodh Prashant( External Safety Expert and Auditor). Staff of various departments like Engineering, Maintenance, Security and Production departments were covered in this programme. During session, the covered topics were -Fire Fighting, Safety at Work Place, Tools Handling, response during emergency etc.

RSWM Kharigram Conducted External Training on “Values & Competencies

An external training programme on “Values & Competencies Training Program” was conducted from February 6 to 10, 2026, by Shri Pankaj Pandey. A total of 320 staff members participated in the programme. The sessions focused on “RSWM Values & Competencies,” covering key aspects to enhance employees’ understanding of and alignment with organizational values and core competencies.

ADHPL Conducted Food Handlers Hygiene & Safety Training

To ensure top-tier safety and hygiene, ADHPL employees and staff—along with outsourced food processing workers at the Officer's Mess and food processing units—recently completed an FSSAI-led workshop. The training focused on building a robust ecosystem of food safety supervisors by minimizing risks through elevated hygiene standards and educating handlers on essential protocols, ranging from basic hygiene to advanced storage and catering procedures.

RSWM Lodha Rolled Out Plan of Values & Competencies Training

From February 25 to 27, 2026, a training program on the new Core Values (COCICA) and Competencies (RAPIDD) was conducted at the RSWM Lodha unit. The sessions were facilitated by external trainer Mr. Pankaj Pandey from Vyapt Consulting and were organized in three different batches.On the first day; he was warmly welcomed by Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) and the core team members. The training also featured a selfie booth for participants to capture moments. Each session concluded with the distribution of certificates and booklets to the participants.

RSWM Lodha Conducted Fire & Safety Training

A Safety Awareness Programme was conducted for all staff members as part of the HR training calendar. The sessions were organized in four batches, ensuring coverage of all employees. The Safety Officers, Shri Kalpesh Pandey, covered important topics such as Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Near Miss reporting, Unsafe Acts and Conditions, and the proper use of PPE. They also provided live demonstrations on the operation of firefighting equipment. The training emphasized the importance of following safety protocols and effectively responding to emergency situations. All staff members appreciated the informative and practical sessions conducted by the trainers.

RSWM Lodha Conducted Master Training 2.0

The RSWM 2.0 training was conducted for the Masters with the objective of improving work practices and introducing fresh ideas. The initiative aimed to enhance their enthusiasm and enable them to effectively convey the new initiatives to the workers.The training programme was successfully conducted by Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer).

RSWM Lodha Conducted ESI Training

On March 9, 2026, Deputy Director Shri Nikhil Kumar from the ESIC Office visited the RSWM Lodha Unit and conducted an awareness training session for the workers on ESIC benefits and provisions. During the session, he explained various medical and social security benefits available under ESIC. He also reviewed and discussed pending claims with the workers.

Additionally, he introduced the workers to the local ESIC doctor to facilitate better access to healthcare services and enhance awareness regarding medical benefits under the ESIC scheme.

RSWM Ringas Conducted Training Session on Oganizational Values of COCICA and RAPIDD

A training session was conducted at RSWM Ringas Unit during Feb 03 – 05, 2026 with the objective of enhancing the knowledge and skills of employees. The session was organized under the leadership of Chief Executive and Business Head, Sh. M. K. Yogi Ji.

The training was delivered by Pankaj Pandey who explained the key organizational values of COCICA - Customer Centricity, Ownership Mindset, Courage, Integrity, Collaboration, and Agility - and RAPIDD - Result Orientation, Accountability & Team Orientation, Problem Solving, Innovation & Creativity, Decision Making, and Digital Fluency.

The session was interactive and well-received by the participants. Employees actively participated and gained valuable insights to enhance their performance and efficiency at the workplace.

The program was successfully concluded, reinforcing the organization’s commitment towards continuous learning and development.

RSWM Ringas Conducted Fire Drill Sessions

To spread the awareness among staff and workers, 3 fire drills were conducted on Jan 15, 2026, Feb 25. 2026 and Mar 25, 2026 on Dry Drill and Wet Drill basis. Drills had been conducted under supervision of Safety Officer, during the drill, several fire safety activities were performed and process of mitigating emergencies was explained.

RSWM Ringas Organized Plant Visit for Students

A delegation of students, along with their teachers from PM Shri Government Senior Secondary School, Srimadhopur, visited our plant on February 9, 2026. The HR team facilitated the visit and organized a comprehensive tour of the mill. During the visit, technical team members explained the plant operations, technology, and various processes involved in yarn manufacturing.

RSWM Rishabhdev Conducted Fire & Safety Training Program

A training Program on “Fire & Safety” was successfully organized on February 3, 2026, at RSWM Rishabhdev. The session was conducted by Mr. Pranay Jani, who served as the faculty for the Programme

The training witnessed active participation from various staff members across departments. The session focused on creating awareness about fire hazards, preventive measures, and the importance of timely response during emergencies. The Programme received an encouraging response from all participants and was widely appreciated. As part of the training, a fire mock drill was conducted to provide practical exposure and enhance emergency preparedness among employees. Mr. Pranay Jani also conducted a hands-on demonstration of fire-fighting equipment, enabling participants to understand their proper usage in real-life situations.

At the conclusion of the Programme, fire safety training certificates were distributed to all participating staff members, recognizing their involvement and commitment towards maintaining a safe workplace. The initiative proved to be highly informative and effective in strengthening fire safety awareness and preparedness among employees.

RSWM LNJ Denim Conducted Training program on Core value and Competencies (COCICA and RAPIDD)

A training program on core values and competencies is an essential initiative to strengthen the foundation of a productive and value-driven workplace. Conducted within the plant, this program aims to align employees with the organization’s vision, mission, and ethical standards while enhancing their professional capabilities.

The program begins with an introduction to the organization’s core values, COCICA. ON March 19 & 20, 2026. These values serve as guiding principles for employees in their day-to-day activities and decision-making processes. Through interactive sessions, real-life examples, and group discussions, participants gain a deeper understanding of how these values can be effectively applied in the workplace. Special emphasis is placed on developing a proactive mindset and encouraging continuous improvement among employees.

The training sessions are designed to be engaging and practical, incorporating activities such as role plays, case studies, and team exercises. These methods help participants build confidence, improve collaboration, and enhance their ability to handle workplace challenges effectively.

ADHPL Conducted Tier-II Surprise Mock Drill on Transformer Explosion

On January 7, 2026, ADHPL conducted a Tier-II surprise emergency mock drill simulating a Y-phase transformer explosion in Power House Unit No.1. The exercise, which involved all ADHPL departments and local authorities, including the Panchayat Pradhans, was designed to test site-wide fire response and preparedness. The scenario involved a major explosion and fire, resulting in power disruptions and the activation of smoke alarms and fire suppression systems. This drill served as a critical assessment of the team's communication protocols, emergency coordination, and evacuation effectiveness.
