ADHPL Provides Healthcare For More than 3000 Patients
The ADHPL dispensary, led by a qualified doctor, provides a vital healthcare lifeline for locals in villages such as Prini, Shuru, Sethan, Chalet, Shami-nallah, and Aleo and the visiting tourists. In the 2025-26 fiscal year alone, the facility treated over 3,375 patients, offering free diagnostic tests for essential screenings. Furthermore, the dispensary distributed approximately ₹0.90 million worth of free medications to those in need, underscoring its commitment to accessible community health.
ADHPL Supported NGO Samphia Foundation
During the previous FY 2025-26, the Company contributed ₹1.00 million to the Samphia Foundation to sustain the Aash Child Development Centre in Kullu. This funding directly supports the operational costs of providing vital physiotherapy, occupational, and speech therapy to differently-abled children. Notably, the NGO’s outreach extends into the most remote and challenging terrains of the Kullu region to ensure no child is left without care.
ADHPL Supports Adharsh Educational & Social Welfare Society
As part of its CSR initiatives, ADHPL supports the Adharsh Educational & Social Welfare Society, which operates the Sahara Old Age Home and a dedicated facility for mentally challenged individuals in Manali region. To ensure the well-being of the elderly, destitute, and residents with mental disabilities, ADHPL provides essential groceries in-kind on a monthly basis. During the 2025-26 fiscal year, approximately ₹0.90 million was dedicated to this food security program of elderly and mentally challenged individuals.
ADHPL Supported Healthcare Infrastructure Upgrade in Civil Hospital
As part of its CSR initiatives, ADHPL has bolstered the Civil Hospital in Manali by providing essential medical technology, including an anesthesia machine, C-arm and advanced Ultrasound machine. This support has significantly enhanced the hospital's capacity to manage general OPD and surgical cases.
The impact was clearly visible in FY 2025-26, which saw over 417 successful surgeries and a daily surge in OPD attendance to 350-400 patients. These resources have provided the local community with access to higher-quality care, earning heartfelt appreciation from the hospital’s medical staff and doctors and local Administration.
ADHPL Strengthened Education Infrastructure
As part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to strengthen basic education infrastructure, ADHPL recently supported two local schools in the Naggar Block of Kullu.
On March 25, 2026, the company equipped the Government Middle School in Leegan with a computer system, including UPS, and printer. Additionally, ADHPL donated five lecture stands and 15 office chairs to the Government Senior Secondary School in Goshal-Bahang. Both school administrations and management committees expressed their sincere gratitude to ADHPL for these essential contributions toward improving the student learning environment.
ADHPL Distributed Dustbins under Swachhta Abhyaan
As part of its commitment to the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the Company continues to partner with local self-help groups to enhance sanitation in surrounding villages. In response to community requests, the Company donated 28 dustbins on March 17, 2026, to bolster local waste management. The distribution included 18 units for Gram Panchayat Hallan-1 and 10 units for the Bhanara Gram Committee (GP Jagatsukh), with representatives from both councils expressing their gratitude for this CSR support.
ADHPL Donated Medical Equipment to Govt. Civil Hospital, Manali
As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening local healthcare infrastructure, ADHPL recently donated state-of-the-art ophthalmological equipment and accessories to the Civil Hospital in Manali. This CSR initiative, completed on March 23, 2026, involved an investment of ₹1.80 million to upgrade the hospital's eye department. The hospital staff expressed their sincere gratitude for the contribution, which will significantly enhance the quality of care available to the community.
ADHPL Donated Medical Equipment to Govt. Civil Hospital, Manali
On 24 February 2026, AD Hydro Power Ltd (ADHPL) enhanced the surgical capabilities of Civil Hospital Manali by donating a state-of-the-art 4K Laparoscope camera system. This ₹4.50 million contribution, made under the company’s CSR initiative, provides the hospital’s general surgery department with best-in-class medical equipment to improve local healthcare infrastructure. 6 patients were taken for laparoscopic surgery on the first day after commissioning of Laparoscope system. The hospital administration expressed their gratitude for this significant upgrade to their facilities.
ADHPL Donated Healthcare Equipment in Patlikuhal
As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening local healthcare infrastructure, ADHPL recently donated a state-of-the-art digital radiography X-ray system to the Government Community Health Centre in Patlikuhal. Handed over on January 20, 2026, this high-grade equipment was provided under the company’s CSR initiative with an investment of ₹1.75 million. Earlier the ADHPL donated dental chair to the same hospital. The hospital staff expressed their sincere gratitude for this contribution, which significantly upgrades their diagnostic capabilities.
ADHPL Scholarships Distributed
In a significant boost to the regional education sector, 57 students from Manali region were awarded scholarships worth ₹1.32 million for the Financial Year 2025-26 as part of a dedicated corporate social initiative. The program focused on supporting eligible and meritorious students from Classes 9th to 12th, as well as those pursuing technical courses.
The selection process was highly competitive, with a total of 129 applications received from across the region. Following a rigorous screening phase and in-person interviews to assess both academic merit and financial need, 57 candidates were finalized for the award.
This initiative is part of the company's continuous efforts to empower the local youth and ensure that financial constraints do not hinder the educational aspirations of promising students in the Himalayas.
ADHPL Donated Solar Street Lights Across Gram Panchayats
The Company installed 32 solar street lights across four Gram Panchayats: Karjan (16), Nasogi (6), Nathan (5), and Jagatsukh (5) to improve night-time visibility and safety of local villagers. The solar street lights were installed in the month of February, 2026. The company remains committed to expanding this solar lighting initiative throughout the community.
ADHPL Completed Control Wall for Flash Floods in Malana
In response to the destructive flash floods of July 2023, ADHPL has completed a vital flood control wall along Malana Nallah at Chowki Village as part of its CSR initiative. This project was taken up to combat severe soil erosion and provide protection against the persistent threat of cloudburst-induced disasters.
TACC Distributed Food Baskets to TB Patients in CER Inititative
The CER initiative was successfully completed with the distribution of 6,000 food baskets to TB patients in collaboration with Civil Hospital Dewas. The activity reflects the organisation’s commitment to community welfare and support for public health initiatives, contributing to improved nutrition and care for patients undergoing treatment.
RSWM Ringas Organized Friendly Cricket Match 2026
A Friendly Cricket Match between Staff and Workers has been organized as part of our ongoing efforts to promote team spirit, mutual bonding, and a healthy work culture. The match was played at the Playground, Government School, Bissawali, Ringas. An energetic match we witnessed between our amazing Staff and Workers teams. Both sides showed incredible sportsmanship, teamwork, and passion for the game. It was a celebration of unity, collaboration, and sportsmanship, bringing together our staff and workers on a common platform beyond work.
RSWM Opened Pyavu Kiosk To Beat the Summer
As usual, on the auspicious occasion of Ramnavami, on March 26, 2026 RSWM Staff Club opened a Pyavu outside the Main gate, on National Highway. The inauguration of this was done by Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, COO at 5.00 PM. Every year during summer season Pyavu is opened for three months ie. April, May and June. A large number of people including mill workers and outsiders are benefited from this activity of the Staff Club.
RSWM Kharigram held Visit of Students of Senior Secondary Government School
As part of our ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, a group of 40 students from a Senior Secondary Government School visited the Kharigram Unit for an educational tour.
During the visit, our technical team provided insightful explanations about the yarn manufacturing process, particularly within our SJ-11 Unit. The students showed great enthusiasm as they learned about the various stages of production and expressed genuine excitement about the hands-on exposure.
The visit concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks from the school’s Principal, who acknowledged the positive impact of the visit on the students’ learning and career awareness. The program ended on a warm note with light refreshments served to all participants.
Jawahar Foundation Envisions a Viksit Rajasthan: Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala Meets PM Narendra Modi
Industrialist and Jawahar Foundation Founder, Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala, recently met with Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi at Kishangarh Airport. He lauded the Prime Minister’s "historic gift"—a suite of development projects worth over ₹16,000 crore spanning Greenfield Expressways and vital water schemes.
Shri Jhunjhunwala briefed the PM on the Foundation’s social welfare efforts, emphasizing that initiatives like HPV vaccinations and Rozgar Melas are critical for a resilient future. Together, these industrial and social milestones mark a decisive step toward a prosperous, empowered, and developed Rajasthan.
