At Replus, International Women’s Day was celebrated as a moment to recognise, appreciate, and honour the incredible women who make us truly a great company. The day began with a small surprise, personalised gift hampers placed on the desks, accompanied by handwritten notes from all the male teammates, expressing appreciation for their qualities and the important role they play within the organisation.

As the day progressed, the celebrations continued with engaging activities and games that brought teams together, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and joy. In line with this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” the day served as a reminder that appreciation, support, and encouragement create stronger teams and a more inclusive workplace.

RSWM LNJ Knits Celebrated International Women’s Day

LNJ Knits marked International Women’s Day by recognizing and appreciating the incredible women who contribute to our organization every day.

From the shop floor to our offices, their efforts play a vital role in driving our organization forward. Their perseverance, skill, and passion continue to inspire progress and strengthen our workplace.

The Business Head & Chief Executive of LNJ Knits, Mr. Arvind Maurya, presented a small token of appreciation to the women team members, acknowledging their dedication, hard work, and commitment across functions. A heartfelt thank you to all the women who are an integral part of our journey.

RSWM LNJ Knits Celebrated the Spirit of Holi at Chhata Plant

The team at LNJ Knits Chhata plant gathered for the traditional Holika Dahan at the Mordi Unit, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil, followed by moments filled with colors, laughter, and camaraderie. The evening reflected the unity and warmth that define our organization.

The visit covered end-to-end knitted fabric manufacturing operations from knitting and processing to quality systems and infrastructure. It was an engaging walkthrough of the shop floors, showcasing advanced machinery, streamlined workflows, and our strong focus on quality and consistency.

The interaction was especially meaningful following the recent expansion announced by LNJ Knits. With significant capacity augmentation, modernization of knitting and processing infrastructure, and investments in technology upgrades, the Mordi facility is now positioned to deliver higher volumes with enhanced efficiency, faster turnaround times, and improved product versatility.

The visiting team experienced firsthand the scale, systems, and capabilities that will support the next phase of growth.

RSWM Kharigram Celebrated Republic Day 2026

With the whole of the country, the Kharigram unit too celebrated 77th Republic Day on January 26, 2026. Sh S. K. Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer, hoisted the national flag, followed by a parade by Security Staff. Sr. Staff were also present at this celebration. Addressing the staff and workers, Sh S.K. Tiwari, COO, gave a message for improving the quality of yarn and emphasized working in discipline and a sense of belongingness. The programme was concluded with light refreshment and the distribution of sweets.

RSWM Kharigram Celebrated 55th National Safety Week

The 55th  National Safety week started on March 4, 2026 and it was celebrated with lot of enthusiasm and involvement of all concerned which was continued till March 10, 2026. This activity made valuable contribution to cultivate safety culture among the work force & to integrate safety in their day to day activity. The Safety Oath was taken by all workmen and staff members.

The Safety badges distributed to all employees. Exhibition of PPE’s, Fire & Safety equipments, Safety training programme, Safety based various competitions were conducted. Sh S. K. Tiwari,  COO summoned up to all employees to keep the learnings to ensure “Zero Accident” and “Safe workplace”.

RSWM Kharigram Celebrated Mahashivratri

On February 15, 2026, the Mahashivratri Parv was celebrated by RSWM Kharigram Pariwar at Colony Temple. The Shiv Mandir was decorated with colourful flowers, and the celebration started with Jai Abhishek of Lord Shiva. In the evening, bhajan-kirtan and chanting of Lord Shiva were performed by staff & family members with full worship and devotion. The celebration ended with Maha Aarti and the distribution of Prasad.

RSWM Felicitates Shri Manoj Sharma, CHRO

After an illustrious service of 7 years with our organization, Shri Manoj Sharma, CHRO, superannuated on Jan 27, 2026.

To honor his remarkable contributions and long-standing association with RSWM Ltd., a heartfelt felicitation ceremony was organized. The event was graced by the presence of Shri N.K. Bahedia (BH), and Shri S.K. Tiwari (COO), along with other senior team members.

During the program, everyone expressed their deep appreciation for Shri Sharma's dedication and leadership. Warm wishes for good health and a joyful post-retirement life were shared, and he was bid farewell with deep respect and heavy hearts.

RSWM Kharigram Celebrates Holi Festival

The vibrant festival of Holi began with Holika Dahan on the evening of March 3, 2026, marked by the traditional Holika Pooja performed by Sh. N K Bahedia BH & CE Shri S.K. Tiwari, COO & Shri Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP. The following day, on Dhulandi, the spirit of togetherness came alive with the Checkers’ Holi Milan, organized in the morning. Staff and their family members joined in the festivities, playing with colors and sharing joyful moments. In the evening, a delightful cultural program was organized, showcasing talent and enthusiasm across teams. The celebration concluded with a sumptuous dinner, bringing a perfect end to a day filled with color, laughter, and unity.

RSWM-Kharigram Celebrated Women’s Day

The Kharigram Unit celebrated International Women’s Day with a commitment to boost women's empowerment ahead. Shri N.K.Bahedia, BH &CE, Sh. S K Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer, in his address, emphasized women's leadership in different sectors and appreciated active participation, good performance with higher attendance rate of female workers of Kharigram Unit. During this program, female Staff workers were awarded for long service tenure as a token of appreciation. Each female worker received a momento as a token of respect.

RSWM Lodha Celebrated Maha Shivratri Poojan 2026

The celebration started with Jal – Abhishek of Lord Shiva at Orchard temple. Smt. & Shri. Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) and Shri Rajeev Gupta (Joint Managing Director) performed the Pooja and all colony residents attended the Pooja with their family members and get blessed by Lord Shiva.

RSWM Lodha Observed Holika Dehan

Holi is considered one of the most revered and widely celebrated festivals across the country. It is also often called the festival of love and colours. At RSWM Lodha, the Holika Dahan Pooja was performed by Smt. and Shri Gopal Lal Kabra, along with all staff members and their families. The programme was concluded with the blessing of Sh. Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer). The next day was marked by the celebration of Dulendi with gulal at the Staff Club. A Holi Sneh Milan was organized, featuring Tambola and a delicious dinner, bringing everyone together in a joyful and festive spirit.

RSWM Lodha Celebrated Republic Day

The celebration commenced with the flag hoisting by Shri Shambhu Kumar (COO) at 8:30 a.m. The main attraction of the function was a well-organized parade presented by the security personnel and class trainees. As the chief guest of the programme, Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) delivered a memorable speech, beginning with a tribute to the national leaders who contributed to the making of the Constitution of India. On this occasion, workers with the highest attendance record in the calendar year 2026 were recognized and rewarded.

ADHPL Celebrated Republic Day

The 77th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor at ADHPL on January 26, 2026. The ceremony commenced with the arrival of the Chief Guest, Sh. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M), who was greeted by an impressive parade presented by G4S Security Personnel. Following the welcome, the Chief Guest hoisted the national tricolour in front of the Admin Block and delivered an inspiring message to the employees and their families gathered for the occasion.

ADHPL Celebrated National Road Safety Month

ADHPL and T-Line observed Road Safety Month from January 1st to 31st, 2026, centered on the theme “Sadak Suraksha-Jeevan Raksha.” Throughout the month, various safety activities and awareness programs were held across different locations to sensitize drivers and heavy machinery operators.

The month-long campaign culminated in a closing ceremony on February 11, 2026, featuring a Road Safety Mela & Carnival. A professional third-party trainer conducted interactive brainstorming sessions and audio-visual presentations to refresh the staff’s safety knowledge. The event concluded with a collective road safety pledge and a prize distribution ceremony to reward drivers and operators for their commitment to safe driving practices

ADHPL Celebrated National Safety Day/Week

ADHPL observed the 55th National Safety Day/Week from March 4 to April 4, 2026, centering on the theme “Engage, Educate & Empower People to Enhance Safety.” The celebrations commenced on March 4th with a flag-hoisting ceremony at the Admin Building, where Mr. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M) led participants in the safety pledge. Similar events took place at the Bhuntar and Sunder Nagar transmission line sites. To mark the occasion, ADHPL employees and workers were recognized for their commitment to excellence in safety practices.

ADHPL Held 1st internal audit of IMS

The internal audit of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for the 2025-26 certification cycle was successfully completed between February 16 and 19, 2026. This comprehensive, clause-based evaluation—covering ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, was conducted by a cross-functional team of trained internal auditors in accordance with the established schedule.

ADHPL Celebrated Eco-friendly Holi

ADHPL celebrated an eco-friendly Holi with immense enthusiasm on March 03, 2026. Prioritizing sustainability, the ADHPL family used only natural colours and consciously avoided water cannons, sprays, and water-based paints to conserve water. The festivities included a communal lunch for all participants, followed by a traditional Holika Dahan in the evening, where colony residents gathered with great fervor to mark the occasion.

TACC Organized Safety Motivational Program & Celebrated National Safety Week

As part of National Safety Week, a Safety Motivational Program focused on Reward & Recognition was held on February 4 to encourage safe work practices and to acknowledge employees who demonstrated strong commitment to safety standards. The initiative reinforced a culture of workplace safety, recognized responsible behaviour, and motivated teams to uphold best practices across operations.

RSWM Celebrated Lohri Festival

On 13th Jan’26, the RSWM Staff Club Lodha celebrated Lohri with traditional lighting of the bonfire, pooja, and festive greetings. On this occasion, everyone gathered at a common place, bringing the community together to share warmth and wish each other a “Happy Lohri.”The vibrant Bhangra performances set to lively Lohri songs were truly enchanting, along with wonderful performances by staff members, children, and ladies.At the end of the function, all newly wedded couples and newborn babies were blessed, and gifts were distributed to them by Mr. and Mrs. Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer). The programme concluded with delicious snacks, leaving everyone with joyful memories.

RSWM Lodha Celebrated Hindi Nav Varsh

The commencement of the Bharatiya New Year, Vikram Samvat 2083, was celebrated with immense devotion and enthusiasm on March 19, 2026. The occasion, marking Chaitra Shukla Ekam (Varsh Pratipada), brought together COO Shri Shambhu Kumar, core team members, staff, and their families. The atmosphere was set by vibrant lighting arrangements at the workers' hostel and gates, complemented by welcome banners placed at the colony entrance and throughout Banswara town. The day’s festivities began at 5:30 a.m. with a ‘Prabhat Bheri’ that culminated at the Orchard Temple. In a traditional gesture of welcome, all staff and workers across every shift were greeted with a tilak and served prasad of misri, neem leaves, and coriander.

RSWM Lodha Celebrated Sh. Riju Babu Birthday

On January 13, 2026, RSWM Lodha celebrated the special occasion of Syt. Riju Babu’s birthday with great enthusiasm. The event also included distributing sweaters to the needy through the Jawahar Foundation. Dignitaries from Banswara, along with Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) and core team members of RSWM Lodha, graced the occasion with their presence. The programme concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony.

RSWM Lodha Organized Safety Day Celebration

The celebration began with a safety oath during the morning prayer, followed by an exhibition of safety posters and equipment in the restroom area. A-shift workers were invited to visit the exhibition and later assembled for the Safety Day celebration.During the programme, the Safety Committee President Shri G. L. Kabra presented the annual report. Prizes were also distributed to workers who showed exemplary performance during emergencies in 2025–26.Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) addressed the staff and workmen, emphasizing the importance of safety habits at the workplace to prevent accidents. On this occasion, a safety oath was administered to all staff and workers by Safety Officer Shri Kalpesh Pandey.Additionally, a poster and slogan competition was organized to promote safety awareness, and the best entries were recognized and appreciated.

RSWM Lodha Celebrated Women’s Day

On 8th March 2026, all staff members and female workers at the RSWM Lodha unit celebrated International Women’s Day, committing to further strengthening women's empowerment. On this occasion, women staff members were pleasantly surprised at their tables with bouquets, certificates of appreciation, and chocolates. In the morning, all female workmen were warmly welcomed by the female representative team, Mrs. Shyama Jha and Mrs. Neeru, with a tilak and mishri prasad.

The female workers also received snacks and celebrated together in the evening with enthusiasm and joy. The programme concluded with inspiring and kind words from Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer).

RSWM Lodha Organized Sundarkand Recital

On February 17, 2026, the RSWM Lodha Unit organized a Sundarkand programme with great devotion and enthusiasm. The event was personally led and graced by Shri Rajeev Gupta, Joint Managing Director, whose presence added to its significance. The Sundarkand recital was beautifully rendered by Shri Ajay Yagnik Ji. At the beginning of the programme, Shri Shambhu Kumar, Chief Operating Officer, along with core team members, warmly welcomed him with a bouquet and a shawl. All staff members, along with their families, actively participated in the recital, creating a deeply spiritual and harmonious atmosphere.

Members from BMD, Knits, and Denim units also joined in the program. The program was efficiently coordinated by Shri Manoj Shah, Shri Abhimanyu Singh, and Shri Upendra Singh, whose dedicated efforts ensured its smooth execution. The event concluded on a joyful and fulfilling note with Prasadi (dinner) for all attendees.

RSWM RPSF Successfully Observed 55th National Safety Week

The 55th National Safety Week was successfully celebrated at the RSWM Ringas Unit from March 04 to March 10, 2026. The program was organized under the leadership of Chief Executive and Business Head, Mr. M. K. Yogi. During the National Safety Week, various awareness programs and activities were conducted with the objective of enhancing safety awareness among employees and workers. All employees and workers actively participated in these initiatives and took a pledge to maintain a safe working environment.

On this occasion, in his message, Mr. M. K. Yogi emphasized the importance of following all necessary safety standards and precautions while working in the plant. HEG Organized Marathon for Workforce

HEG Ltd. organized a spectacular event within its premises on January 6, 2026. This extraordinary initiative was exclusively tailored for the dedicated workforce, reflecting its commitment to employee well – being and fostering sense of unity of the company.

HEG Organized Family Sports Day

HEG Ltd. organized a super fun Family Sports Day where everyone had a blast! Everyone had a fantastic time. Women, children and families thoroughly enjoyed themselves and stayed engaged throughout the day. We played games, participated in relay races and has a wonderful time together. It was amazing to see families having fun and cheering each other on.

A special thanks to our Hon’ble Executive Director Shri Manish Gulati Ji, for gracing the occasion with his presence, making the day even more memorable. After all the excitement, we enjoyed a delicious lunch, sharing stories and laughter.

HEG Performed Vasant Panchami Pooja in R&D Department

Vasant Panchami is a highly auspicious Hindu festival dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, wisdom, learning, and creativity. The festival marks the arrival of the spring season and symbolizes new beginnings, positivity, and intellectual growth.

It is traditionally celebrated to seek divine blessings for education, innovation, and success in all intellectual pursuits.

On this auspicious occasion, the company organized a Vasant Panchami Pooja in the R & D Department. The pooja was performed by our Vice President, Shri. Jasvinder Singh Khosla Ji. The rituals were conducted with devotion to invoke the blessings of Goddess Saraswati for enhanced knowledge, clarity of thought, and continued progress in research and development activities.

Employees participated in the ceremony with great enthusiasm and reverence. The serene and spiritual atmosphere created during the pooja filled the workplace with positivity and harmony. Her motivating words encouraged employees to actively contribute to strengthening safety practices in their daily operations.

HEG Organized Audition for Cultural Program

The company recently organized auditions for its much-anticipated Cultural Program, an initiative designed to foster a sense of involvement, community spirit, and enthusiasm among employees and their families. The event aims to bring everyone together through a variety of fun-filled and engaging activities, including dancing, singing, and other creative performances.

As part of the preparation, auditions were conducted for the children of employees, who will be the key participants in these activities. The auditions witnessed an overwhelming response, with young talents showcasing their skills, confidence, and creativity across multiple categories.

The selection process focused on identifying the most talented and dynamic participants who will contribute to making the cultural program vibrant and memorable. RSWM Ringas Organized Appreciation Ceremony

On January 6, 2026, an appreciation ceremony was held at the Ringas unit to honor the erection team for their exceptional dedication in completing the winding machine installation. Management commended the team’s seamless coordination and collective effort, highlighting how their commitment and robust teamwork were instrumental in the project’s timely and successful execution.

RSWM Ringas Celebrated Lohri Festival

The Ringas Pariwar celebrated the Lohri festival with great enthusiasm in January 2026. The staff members along with their families actively participated in the celebration, making the event vibrant and memorable. The program commenced with the traditional Lohri pooja followed by the ceremonial bonfire. The evening was filled with joy as everyone enjoyed Bhangra performances and traditional Lohri songs. The lively participation and cheering by children, ladies, and staff members added great energy to the festive atmosphere. Towards the end of the function, newly married couples and newborn babies were blessed, and gifts were distributed to them by Shri Rajeev Dixit and Shri Sunil Kumar Rao 

RSWM Ringas Celebrated Makar Sakranti

Makar Sankranti festival was celebrated by the Ringas Pariwar on January 14, 2026, with great enthusiasm. Staff members, along with their families, actively participated and enjoyed various festive activities such as kite flying, Gilli Danda, and cricket. The celebration concluded with everyone relishing traditional sweets like Gajak along with delicious snacks and tea. The entire atmosphere was filled with joy, fun, and festivity, making it a memorable occasion for all. The event was further graced by the presence of Shri Rajeev Dixit and Shri Sunil Kumar Rao, who appreciated the spirit of togetherness and participation displayed by all members.

RSWM Ringas Organized Republic Day Celebration

The 77th Republic Day of the nation was celebrated at RSWM Ltd., Ringas Unit, with great patriotic fervour. The समारोह commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony followed by the National Anthem, in the presence of Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit – Sr. GM (HR & IR), Shri Sunil Kumar Rao – GM (Technical), staff members, workers, and union dignitaries. A Guard of Honour was presented by the Chief Security Officer along with his team. This was followed by the rendition of patriotic songs, adding to the spirit of the occasion. After hoisting the National Flag, Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit and Shri Sunil Kumar Rao extended their best wishes to all employees. They also emphasized the importance of maintaining consistent quality and productivity for the growth of both the organization and the nation.

RSWM Ringas Celebrates Staff Birth Days

The staff birthday celebration for January 2026 was organized at Ringas with great enthusiasm and joy. On this occasion, Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit, Sr. General Manager (HR & IR), and Shri Sunil Kumar Rao, GM (Technical), extended their warm wishes to the staff members celebrating their birthdays. Sweets and gifts were distributed to the employees in the presence of fellow officers.A cake-cutting ceremony was also आयोजित for all employees whose birthdays fell in the month, creating a cheerful and engaging atmosphere for everyone present.

RSWM Ringas Celebrated Maha Shivratri

RSWM Ringas celebrated Maha Shivratri pooja at the staff colony temple with great devotion and enthusiasm. Lord Shiva and Maa Gori were worshiped, Pooja and Aarti were performed. The celebration started with Jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva. Staff and their family members participated in this festival with great enthusiasm. The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Maha Prasad. Everyone was delighted to be part of this Parv and enjoyed this occasion wholeheartedly

RSWM Ringas Organized CSR Initiative during Khatu Shyamji Mela

As in previous years, RSWM Ltd., Ringas Spinning and RPSF Units actively extended their services in the interest of the public during the Khatu Shyamji Mela, held from February 21 to 28, 2026.

On this auspicious occasion, the company undertook a dedicated CSR initiative to support the large number of devotees visiting the mela. Essential items such as medicines, fruits, biscuits, and safe drinking water were distributed to the pilgrims to ensure their comfort and well-being during the event.

The initiative reflects the organization’s continued commitment towards social responsibility and community welfare. The efforts were well appreciated by the devotees and contributed towards providing relief and support amidst the large gathering during the mela period.

RSWM Ringas Celebrated International Women’s Day 2026

On March 8, 2026, the Ringas Unit joined the global community in celebrating International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to honoring the achievements, strength, and contributions of women across all walks of life. This year’s celebration served as a powerful reminder of the progress made toward gender equality while acknowledging the journey that lies ahead.

From leading scientific innovations to shaping the future of business and community, women play a vital role in our collective success. International Women’s Day at Ringas was not only a celebration of these profound impacts but also a reaffirmation of our commitment to breaking barriers, challenging stereotypes, and ensuring equal opportunities for all our team members.

Ringas Ringas Celebrated Holika Dahan/Dhulandi

RSWM Ringas celebrated the festival of Holi which started with Holika Dahan in the evening on March 3, 2026. Follwing this, Holika Pooja was performed by Shri M.K.Yogi – Business Head (STB) and Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit – Sr.GM (HR&IR). Next day on Dhulandi, the “Holi Milan” organized in the morning, thereafter all staff and family members played and enjoyed colorful  holi. In the evening, cultural events was organized and program was  enjoyed by all family members.

RSWM Rishabhdev Celebrated Syt. Riju Babu’s Birthday

On January 13, on the occasion of Syt. Riju Babu’s Birthday, Special Hanuman Chalisa and Sunderkand Path was organized at Rishabhdev Plant by Staff Club to commemorate the occasion of Syt. Riju Babu’s Birth Day and blessings of Lord Hanuman ji.  

RSWM Rishabhdev Celebrated Lohri & Makar Sankranti

RSWM Rishabhdev observed the traditional harvest festivals of Lohri and Makar Sankranti in January 2026. On January 13, staff and family members gathered for the Lohri bonfire and prayer ceremony. During the event, COO Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey extended special recognitions, felicitating newly married couples and newborns within the company family.

On January 15, the unit celebrated Makar Sankranti. The day was marked by team-bonding activities and traditional outdoor games, including Sitholia (seven stones), Gulli Danda, and kite flying. The festivities officially concluded with a dinner organized for all attendees.

RSWM Rishabhdev Organized Sports Day

Staff Club of Rishabhdev organized a one-day sports event for staff and family on January 26, 2026, on Republic Day. Various events like 100 mtr. Race, spoon race,  shotput,  Needle & Thread race, Tug of war, etc., were held for gents, ladies, and children separately.  All staff members with their families enjoyed the day by participating in various events and the dinner thereafter.

RSWM Rishabhdev Observed Mandir Patotsav

The annual Patotsav of Siddhi Vinayak Ganeshji was observed at the RSWM Rishabhdev unit on January 31, 2026. Led by a team of Pandits from Khadagda, the event featured traditional rituals, including a Puja and a communal Hawan. Our officers, staff, and their families actively participated in the Hawankriya, seeking blessings for prosperity and health. The spiritual event concluded with the distribution of Prasad to the entire gathering.

RSWM Rishabhdev Celebrated Maha Shivratri

On February 15, 2026, Mahashivratri was celebrated at RSWM Rishabhdev Shiv Mandir.  The well-decorated Shiv Parivar Temple prepared by the Staff Club team was very attractive and got the attention of all.  Staff members with their families attended the Bhajan Kirtan, which lasted till midnight. At the end, prasad was distributed to the devotees.  

RSWM Rishabhdev Celebrated Holi

Rishabhdev came alive with the spirit of Holi, beginning with the traditional Holika Dahan on March 2, followed by the main festivities on March 3. Staff members and their families gathered to celebrate with a joyful blend of music, dance, and a kaleidoscope of Gulal and colors. The festivities continued into the evening with a grand Holi Feast hosted for all families. The event also served as a moment of recognition, as prizes were distributed to the winners of various staff activities held throughout the year.

RSWM Rishabhdev Celebrated National Safety Day & Safety Week

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated National Safety Week from March 4–10, 2026, inaugurated by COO Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey. Emphasizing a "Safety First" culture, the initiative included department-wise training led by Safety Officer Shubham Soni on workplace hazards and emergency response.

The week featured a road safety session, a site-wide awareness rally, and PPE demonstrations. A live mock drill by security personnel further sharpened emergency readiness. By blending education with practical demonstrations, the event successfully reinforced a collective responsibility for safety, empowering employees to proactively prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment.

RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits Celebrated Makar Sankranti (Uttarayan)

Makar Sankranti, also known as Uttarayan, is one of the most vibrant and widely celebrated festivals in India. It marks the transition of the Sun into the zodiac sign of Capricorn (Makara) and signifies the end of winter and the beginning of longer, warmer days.

LNJ Denim & Knits staff members celebrated Uttarayan (The colourful kite-flying festival of Makar Sankranti ) on January 14, 2026 at LNJ Nagar Colony along with their family members. Makar Sankranti (Kite Flying Day) marks the end of a long winter with the return of the sun to the Northern Hemisphere.

Not only were the children thrilled at this occasion but also the elders who enjoyed flying kites on rooftops & on ground. The serene blue sky with colorful kites looked splendid since the beginning of the day and maintained its beauty till the evening that witnessed vivid splashes of colors in different shapes & sizes.

RSWM LNJ Denim & Knit Celebrated Republic Day

On January 26th, 2026, the LNJ Denim & Knits unit in Mordi celebrated India’s 77th Republic Day with great patriotic fervor. The ceremony commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by Shri Krishna Nand Yadav (Head of Dyeing, Knit Division), followed by a formal Guard of Honour and a disciplined march-past performed by the security team.

In his keynote address, Shri Yadav extended warm greetings to the workforce, emphasizing the significance of national integrity and prosperity. He highlighted the vital role the younger generation plays in societal development and urged every employee to contribute to the nation's growth. The event concluded on a sweet note with the distribution of refreshments to all staff and workers.

RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits Celebrated Maha Shivratri

Maha Shivratri, one of the most sacred festivals in India, is dedicated to the worship of Lord Shiva. Celebrated with profound devotion and spiritual fervor, it symbolizes the convergence of Shiva and Shakti and represents the triumph of wisdom over ignorance and light over darkness.

The staff of LNJ Denim & Knits, along with their family members, celebrated Maha Shivratri at the Lord Shiva Temple in LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi, on February 15, 2026. The festivities began with the Jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva, with all participants joining in with great enthusiasm. Acharya Shri Manoj Pathak led the ceremony, performing the Poojan while reciting sacred mantras and shlokas.

The celebration concluded with a soulful Aarti and the distribution of Maha Prasad. Everyone was delighted to participate in this auspicious parv, enjoying the spiritual occasion whole-heartedly.

RSWM-LNJ Denim & Knits Celebrated National Safety Day

Denim & Knits celebrated the 55th National Safety Day on March 4, 2026, with great enthusiasm, reinforcing the idea that safety is a shared responsibility rather than just a set of rules. The day commenced with a safety oath in the morning, followed by a comprehensive exhibition of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) organized by the Safety Team. Both staff and workers participated in the event, which featured live demonstrations on the proper use of fire extinguishers and various safety gear.

During his address, Shri Arbind Mishra (Head of HR & IR) emphasized the critical need for safety awareness, noting a recent increase in accidents related to machinery operation, motorcycle riding, and distracted mobile phone use. By hosting these widespread awareness programs and equipment demonstrations, the company successfully educated its workforce on industrial accident prevention and fostered a culture of vigilance.

RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits Celebrated Holi & Dhulendi

Holi, the festival of colors, is one of the most joyful and vibrant celebrations in India. It symbolizes the victory of good over evil and marks the arrival of spring. Dhulendi, celebrated the following day, is known for playing with colors, spreading happiness, and strengthening bonds among people.

The joys of Holi know no bounds. The festival is celebrated across the four corners of India . It is played with different types of colors. Every color symbolizes something & conveys some message.

Holi celebration started with Holika bonfire on the night of 02nd March in LNJ Nagar Staff Colony . On 04th March, a colorful Holi celebration started at LNJ Nagar Colony. Staff members with their families enjoyed the Dhulendi program & played Holi with different colors. All staff members had danced on folk music during the program, and all staff members enjoyed delicious fast food, followed by lunch.

RSWM-LNJ Denim Celebrated Monthly Staff Birthdays

Monthly birthday celebrations at the plant serve as a vital morale booster, fostering a positive and inclusive environment where every employee feels genuinely valued. Held at the end of each month, these gatherings feature a communal cake-cutting ceremony and high tea to honor all those born within that month. The event concludes on a high note with Sh. A celebration was held at LNJ Denim, where all female employees were welcomed and felicitated with a shower of flowers & a single rosebud. The celebration begins with a gathering where the significance of the day was highlighted, emphasized the importance of gender equality, inclusivity, and a supportive work environment. It was celebrated in the presence of Shr. Ashish Bhatnagar – Dy. BH & all Sr. Employees. Sh. Ashish Bhatnagar had praised all female employees for their hard work and dedication. Women employees were acknowledged for their dedication, hard work, and valuable contributions to the growth and success of the plant.

As a gesture of appreciation, women employees were felicitated with certificates and gifts. This not only boosts their morale but also reinforces the organization’s commitment to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace.

Maral Sarovar Celebrated 77th Republic Day

Maral Sarovar celebrated the nation’s 77th Republic Day with immense patriotic fervor. The event commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by President Sh. Mohit Maheshwari, followed by the National Anthem and the lighting of the "Amarjyoti" lamp to honor the nation's martyrs. In his address to the employees, Sh. Mohit Maheshwari emphasized that constitutional rights come hand-in-hand with civic responsibilities, discipline, and national duty. He urged everyone to prioritize workplace safety, maintain strong discipline, and foster harmonious workplace relationships. The celebration also featured a spirited march-past by the security staff. Highlighting employee achievements, associates with over 300 days of attendance in the past year were felicitated with certificates and prizes, alongside the winners of the Safety Quiz.
