On April 19, 2026, LNJSchools hosted a grand-scale Chess Tournament that brought together 196 of the region's finest young minds for nine thrilling rounds of strategic competition. The high-caliber event commenced with an inspiring opening ceremony featuring the traditional lighting of the lamp alongside esteemed dignitaries, including Smt. Shashi Agrawal, Shri Anil Batra, Shri Dharmendra Singh Yadav (SP, Bhilwara), Shri R. S. Tiwari, Shri J. C. Laddha, and Shri Ajay Gupta from the District Chess Association. Guests, arbiters, and association members received warm welcomes with bouquets and mementoes, while a special video message from LNJ Babuji motivated the young participants. The competitive spirit was officially ignited when Smt. Shashi Agrawal and Shri R. S. Tiwari executed the ceremonial first move on the board.
Beyond the fierce battles across the 64 squares, LNJSchools demonstrated exceptional hospitality and flawless execution throughout the demanding schedule. To support the endurance required for a continuous nine-round tournament, the organizing team provided a spacious, fully air-conditioned hall where players and parents could relax between rounds. Additionally, accessible breakfast and lunch facilities ensured every participant remained energized and focused. Under the watchful supervision of certified arbiters, the games proceeded with clockwork precision from 10:00 AM until the final checkmates concluded at 5:15 PM.
The day reached an electric climax at 5:30 PM during the grand prize distribution ceremony celebrating the grit and perseverance of the top performers. Dignitaries felicitated the achievers with trophies, merit certificates, and cash prizes from a substantial total prize pool of ₹2,00,000. The 13th edition of the prestigious Bhilwara Sur Sangam, organized by the LNJ Bhilwara Group, brought two days of soul-stirring Indian classical music to New Delhi’s iconic Kamani Auditorium on April 4–5, 2026. A celebrated landmark in the capital's cultural calendar, the annual festival once again honored the country’s profound artistic legacy by featuring exceptional talents from both the Hindustani and Carnatic classical traditions. The two-day lineup delivered unforgettable musical dialogues, opening on April 4 with an evocative vocal performance by Shri Bhagyesh Marathe, followed by a brilliant Saraswathi Veena recital by the acclaimed Dr. Jayanthi Kumaresh. The second evening, April 5, opened with a masterful sitar performance by Shri Samanway Sarkar, culminating in a deeply anticipated vocal recital by the legendary Pt. Mukul Shivputra. Known for his spiritual resonance and profound mastery of the Khayal tradition, Pt. Shivputra's performance proved to be the high point of the festival, leaving the audience spellbound with its artistic depth and nuance.
