HO Noida Celebrated World Environment Day

At LNJ Bhilwara Group, sustainability is a daily practice. On World Environment Day, our HO Noida team celebrated with a unique Green Desk Audit across both towers, recognizing Green Desk Champions for maintaining clean, eco-mindful, and clutter-free workspaces. The excitement then moved outdoors to the HO lawns, where the team joined hands for an energetic Plantation Drive, adding vibrant new life to our green premises. Every small action contributes toward a larger ESG impact. We are immensely proud of our team for coming together to make our workplace better and our planet greener! 

HO Noida Organized International Yoga Day

At LNJ Bhilwara Group, we believe that corporate ethos and workforce productivity are deeply interconnected. By step-shifting focus from the daily hustle to mindful alignment, yoga serves as a powerful catalyst for sharpening mental clarity, enhancing collaboration, and reducing workplace stress. Integrating wellness into our corporate culture is a direct investment in everyday excellence. To mark this, our corporate team at the HO Noida office came together for an invigorating session to celebrate International Yoga Day. Cultivating physical and mental resilience directly empowers our employees to innovate, maintain sustained focus, and drive collective business goals forward.

RSWM Kharigram Celebrated World Environment

On June 5 2026, Kharigram Pariwar celebrated “World Environment Day” with great zeal & enthusiasm. Sh. N. K. Bahedia, BH & CE, planted tree saplings in mill premises along with all HOD’s and staff members. To raise the awareness about the significance of nature and to take the pledge to protect it every time, various species of trees were planted inside plant premises.

All members were educated to protect environment through tree plantation and make the environment green and clean.

RSWM Kharigram Celebrated Hanuman Jayanti

Hanuman is the symbol of strength and energy and to commemorate the birth of Lord, the Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated every year by Kharigram Pariwar. On April 2, 2026, Hanuman Janmostav was celebrated with full of vigour and devotion in Staff Colony Temple. There was a special Bhajan Kirtan, performed by ladies family & members and program was concluded with Maha Arti and Prasad distribution.

RSWM Kharigram Celebrated Fire Service Day

The Fire Service Day was celebrated by Kharigram Unit on April 14, 2026. To make people aware of fire & safety equipment’s, an Exhibition on Fire Safety was organised in Manav Vikas Kendra under the facilitation of Mr Dileep Chourasia, Safety Officer, and Mr Ratibhan Patil, Training In-charge. Shri S. K. Tiwari, COO, gave a loud message to ensure safety norms at each steps of working activities and emphasized the importance of fire and safety equipments during work and emergency situation. All staff members voiced their commitment to follow the fire safety rules at the workplace.

Yoga Divas Celebration at RSWM Kharigram

The Staff Club of Kharigram organised a "Yoga Shivir" on June 21, 2026, to celebrate "International Yoga Day." Sh. S. K. Tiwari, COO, alongside senior leaders, staff members, and their families, actively participated in and enjoyed the session. During the event, participants practiced various yoga postures using correct techniques and learned different Pranayama mudras. At the conclusion of the program, Emblica (Amla) and Aloe Vera juices were distributed to all participants, and the event ended with a vote of thanks.

RSWM Ringas Celebrated Hanuman Janmotsav at Colony Temple

On the auspicious occasion of Hanuman Janmotsav, a Sundar Kand path was performed with great devotion and enthusiasm at the RSWM colony temple. Employees and community members gathered to chant the Sundar Kand and Hanuman Chalisa, offering prayers to Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman for peace, happiness, and prosperity across the Group.

Addressing the gathering, Sh. Atul Kumar Chaudhary (COO) encouraged staff members to draw inspiration from the life and character of Lord Hanuman. He urged everyone to take a pledge of honesty, hard work, and dedication in their respective roles.

RSWM RPSF Celebrated World Environment Day

On World Environment Day, a tree plantation drive and bird care initiative were organized at the RPSF staff colony and Fiber plant, led by COO Sh. Atul Kumar Chaudhary, Smt. Archana Chaudhary, and staff members alongside their families.

Over 50 saplings were planted across the plant premises and residential colony. Additionally, to help birds cope with the peak summer heat, water pots were installed on tree branches throughout the area. The initiative earned widespread appreciation from local authorities and residents, receiving prominent coverage in local newspapers.

RSWM RPSF Celebrated International Yoga Day

On International Yoga Day, RPSF staff colony and Fiber plant organized a dedicated session attended by COO Sh. Atul Kumar Chaudhary, Smt. Archana Chaudhary, and staff members along with their families.

Addressing the gathering, Sh. Atul Kumar Chaudhary highlighted the profound benefits of yoga, emphasizing that it offers a pathway to balance, wellness, and inner peace amidst the demands of modern life. He encouraged everyone to incorporate yoga into their routines to foster a healthier, happier workplace and community.

World Earth Day Celebrated at ADHPL

ADHPL marked World Earth Day on April 22, 2026, by collaborating with the State Pollution Control Board, Manali. Aligning with this year's theme, "Our Power, Our Planet," the event brought together key stakeholders from regional hydro projects, Urban Local Bodies, NGOs, and the tourism department. Central highlight of the program was the joint cleanliness drive stretching from the Manali Volvo Bus Stand to Mall Road. The initiative successfully raised awareness on critical environmental challenges, including biodiversity loss, water pollution, global warming, recycling, plastic reduction, and energy conservation.

World Environment Day Celebrated at ADHPL

On June 5, 2026, AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) observed World Environment Day under the theme “Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future.” The event successfully mobilized employees and community members through a series of impactful environmental initiatives. The celebration featured three core activities:

Youth Advocacy: Local school students led an energetic environmental awareness march to the Admin. block, where they joined ADHPL staff in taking a collective "Climate Action" pledge.

Flora Distribution: To promote biodiversity and traditional wellness, students and staff were gifted native medicinal saplings, including Tulsi, Himalayan Mayapple (Bankakri), Kutki (Karu), Nag Chhatri, Banaksha, Haldi, and Lemongrass.

Afforestation Drive: Volunteers planted 65 Deodar and Khanor (Horse Chestnut) saplings in the garden facing the admin. building and the Tail Race Tunnel (TRT).

The event concluded with refreshments, reinforcing ADHPL’s enduring commitment to fostering eco-conscious behavior and sustainable practices across the local community.

ADHPL Celebrates Fire Services Week

Allain Duhangan Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) observed Fire Services Week from April 14 to 20, 2026. The campaign followed the national theme: "Safe School, Safe Hospital & Fire Safety Aware Society – Together for Fire Prevention." The initiative aimed to educate personnel on fire hazards and essential emergency response techniques. The week commenced on April 14, with EHS&S employees attending a memorial service, organized by the Civil Fire-Fighting Department, the event honored the historic Victoria Dock disaster casualties. Throughout the week, staff from diverse departments underwent rigorous hands-on training in firefighting and rescue operations.

A major highlight occurred on April 18, 2026, when a surprise Tier-2 mock drill was executed inside the Power House to simulate fire and smoke conditions. Following the drill, a comprehensive training session on firefighting techniques was conducted. This successful observance significantly enhanced the plant's overall emergency readiness and safety culture.

ADHPL Celebrates International world Day for Safety & Health (April 28, 2026)

On the occasion of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, ADHPL hosted the closing ceremony for its National Safety Day/Week/Month initiative, which was originally was held in March 2026. The event recognized employees and outsourced workers across various departments for their dedication to safety. Special awards were presented to certified trainers and IMS internal auditors who actively drove Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) awareness throughout the year. Ultimately, the celebration reinforced ADHPL's alignment with global efforts to prevent occupational accidents and illnesses.

National Electrical Safety Week Celebrated by ADHPL

AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) successfully concluded its week-long National Electrical Safety Week (NESW) campaign, which ran from June 26 to July 2, 2026, across all departments. Driven by the national theme, "Competency, Compliance and Caution – Ensuring Electrical Safety," the initiative successfully renewed the workforce's collective commitment to achieving an accident-free work environment.

Recognizing the unique risks of hydro power plants—such as underground moisture ingress and high-voltage switchyard hazards—ADHPL designed the campaign to transform electrical safety into a proactive social movement. The EHS&S department spearheaded several initiatives to eliminate risks before they could escalate.

A major highlight of the week was the innovative "Hazard Hunt" program. This initiative highly motivated the workforce to scrutinize their workspaces for RUOs. 13 dedicated employees from various departments, including the transmission line, successfully identified and logged hidden electrical hazards. The week-long event also featured a detailed chronology of specialized technical training modules and safety drills.

HEG Celebrated World Environment Day

On June 5th, our organization celebrated World Environment Day with an employee tree plantation drive and interactive sessions focused on sustainability, energy conservation, and waste reduction.

First established by the United Nations in 1972, World Environment Day serves as a global reminder of our shared responsibility to protect nature. This event reaffirmed our commitment to environmental stewardship, encouraging everyday eco-friendly practices to build a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable future.

RSWM Rishabhdev Celebrated Hanuman Jayanti

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated on April 2, 2026 at Rishabhdev with a Sunderkand Path at the nearby Hanuman Mandir. A large number of staff members attended with their families, and the event concluded with Aarti and Maha Prasad.

RSWM Rishabhdev Celebrated World Environment Day

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated World Environmental Day on June 5, 2026 in the mills campus.  Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, COO inaugurated the programme by planting a  sapling behind Residential garden area. While addressing the gathering, he emphasized the importance of   planting trees in the campus and keeping the environment neat and clean.  Our Unit is extremely conscious about the environment in and around the industry. Every year hundreds of trees are planted on  Haryali Amavasya and  Environmental Day.

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated International Yoga  Day on June 21, 2026 in the mills campus. Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, COO encouraged the employees to take part and ensure good health & wellness.  Plant Senior officials and staff attended the programme.

RSWM Ringas Organized Tree Plantation Drive on World Environment Day

On World Environment Day, June 5, 2026, a Tree Plantation Drive was organized on the plant premises under the leadership of CEO & Director Shri M. K. Yogi. Employees, officers, and members of the Ladies Club enthusiastically participated in planting saplings, underscoring the organization's dedication to environmental conservation.

In his address, Shri Yogi highlighted the crucial role of trees in maintaining ecological balance and encouraged everyone to adopt sustainable living practices to ensure a greener, healthier future.m

RSWM Lodha Celebrated Hanuman Jayanti

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated with great devotion, reverence, and enthusiasm on 02 April 2026 at the Hanuman Temple in the Orchard. The event witnessed wholehearted participation from staff members and their families, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere.

The Pooja and Yagna were performed by a team of renowned pandits from Khadagda, led by Govardhan Vidhya Vihar Sanskrit Mahavidhyalay. Hundreds of employees participated in the sacred rituals by offering Aahuti for the prosperity of the group and prayed to Lord Hanuman for the continued growth of the plant and the well-being of everyone associated with it.

The religious ceremony concluded with Poornahuti, followed by the distribution of Maha Prasad to all devotees. Shri Shambhu Kumar, Chief Operating Officer, served as the Chief Yajman, leading the Poojan and inspiring all participants through his presence and devotion.

RSWM Lodha Celebrated Monthly Staff Birthday Celebration

As part of the HR policy to foster a positive work culture, a common birthday celebration is organized at the end of every month. The programme includes the introduction of newly joined employees, followed by the sharing of experiences and best practices. A cake-cutting ceremony and high tea provide an opportunity for employees to interact, strengthening team spirit and promoting a culture of togetherness.

RSWM Lodha Organized Thakur Baba Pujan

A Bhajan Sandhya was organized at the Thakur Baba Temple, marking a spiritually enriching and devotional gathering for all participants. The event commenced with the auspicious Pooja led by Chief Operating Officer, Shri Shambhu Kumar, along with the participation of Officers, staff members, masters, workers, and contract employees.

The devotional evening continued with soulful bhajans, which were enjoyed by all attendees until the early hours, creating an atmosphere of unity and spiritual harmony. The event concluded the following day with the distribution of Prashadi (lunch) organized outside the temple, further strengthening the sense of togetherness and community bonding among all participants.

RSWM Limited, Lodha, celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and unity, embracing this year’s global theme — “Yoga for Healthy Aging.” The event aimed to spread awareness about the holistic benefits of yoga and its vital role in promoting physical, mental, and environmental well-being.

Chief Operating Officer, Shri Shambhu Kumar, addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of integrating yoga into daily life. He spoke about how yoga not only enhances personal well-being but also aligns with the broader goal of nurturing a healthier planet.

The celebration saw active participation from employees across all departments, along with their family members. The yoga session, led by Mr. Ghanshyam Joshi (Yoga Instructor), was deeply appreciated by all. His expert guidance helped create a positive and energetic atmosphere that reflected the spirit of harmony and wellness.

The June 2026 staff birthday celebration was held at Ringas in a warm and festive atmosphere. Employees celebrating their birthdays during the month were honored in the presence of senior officers and colleagues. On the occasion, Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit - Sr. GM (HR & IR), conveyed their best wishes and congratulated the birthday celebrants. Sweets and gifts were presented to the employees as a token of appreciation. A special cake-cutting ceremony was organized for all staff members born in June, making the event memorable and strengthening the spirit of togetherness and camaraderie among the employees.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Team TACC came together for a refreshing yoga session, celebrating the importance of health, wellness, and holistic well-being.

RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits celebrated Hanuman Janmotsav with devotion and enthusiasm on 02nd April,2026, bringing employees  together to observe the auspicious occasion in a spirit of unity and reverence. The celebration began with Bhajan, Sundarkand Path and the recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa, followed by a brief address on the life and values of Lord Hanuman. His ideals of courage, devotion, discipline, humility, and selfless service continue to inspire individuals to perform their duties with dedication and integrity. Employees participated wholeheartedly in the celebrations, creating a serene and uplifting atmosphere. Prasad was distributed to all participants, and prayers were offered for the health, happiness, and prosperity of employees and their families, as well as for the continued growth and success of the organization. The event reinforced the spirit of togetherness and reflected the organization's commitment to celebrating cultural traditions while fostering a positive and harmonious workplace.

RSWM LNJ Denim Observed Bhoomi Poojan for Garment Project

A Bhoomi Pooja ceremony was held on 28th May, 2026 to mark the commencement of our Garment Project at LNJ Denim, Mordi. The auspicious occasion signified the beginning of a new chapter in the company's journey toward growth, innovation, and sustainable development.

The ceremony was attended by Shri Arbind Mishra – AVP – HR & IR, senior management, project team members, employees, and other distinguished guests. Traditional rituals were performed to seek divine blessings for the successful execution of the project, ensuring prosperity, safety, and smooth progress throughout its development. The Bhoomi Pooja reflects the organization's commitment to progress while respecting cultural traditions and values. With the foundation now laid, the project team looks forward to achieving every milestone with dedication, teamwork, and excellence.

RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits Celebrated World Environment Day

World Environment Day is an opportunity for people around the world to take ownership of their environment and actively engage in protecting our planet. This day aims to inspire action to prevent the degradation of nature.

On 5th June 2026, World Environment Day was celebrated at LNJ Denim & Knits, Mordi. The celebration included a tree plantation drive, awareness sessions on environmental conservation, and initiatives promoting waste reduction, energy conservation, and responsible resource utilization.

Through these initiatives, the organization continues to strengthen its commitment to environmental stewardship, fostering a culture of sustainability and inspiring employees to play an active role in protecting the planet. The event concluded with refreshments for all Denim division staff.

RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits Celebration of International Yoga Day

LNJ Denim & Knits celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21, 2026, to promote health, wellness, and a balanced lifestyle among its workforce. Guided by certified instructor Shri Kaushik Mehta from Govt. College, Banswara, employees across departments actively participated in a session featuring postures, pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation.

In line with this year's theme, "Yoga for Healthy Ageing," the session highlighted yoga as a lifelong practice to enhance functional mobility, reduce stress, and improve physical and mental well-being. Management sincerely thanked Shri Mehta, the organising team, and all participants for making the event a meaningful success.

RSWM LNJ Denim Celebrated Staff Birthday

On June 30, 2026, the plant hosted its monthly birthday celebration and high tea to honor team members born in June, like every month. Employees across departments gathered for a cake-cutting ceremony aimed at fostering camaraderie and employee appreciation.

Shri Aman Kushwaha (COO – LNJ Denim & Knits) commended the birthday celebrants for their dedication and shared his best wishes. The joyous event highlighted the organization's commitment to building a positive work environment and a strong, united team.

Replus Organized Tree Plantation & e-Bus for Staff Transportation on Environment Week

This Environment Week, we turned our commitment to sustainability into action at Replus. Inspired by the World Environment Day 2026 theme, “𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.”, our teams came together to plant 50 saplings, distribute eco-conscious gifts and reinforce the importance of collective climate action.

The celebration was made even greener through our staff transportation system powered by electric buses running on Replus batteries. It's our way of living the principle we believe in: "𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸".From powering clean mobility to supporting nature-based solutions, every step of the initiative was quite literally 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀. Together, we're building a more sustainable future - one action, one innovation and one greener journey at a time.

This International Yoga Day, our teams at Replus offices and Gigafactory took a pause from their daily routines to reconnect with themselves through yoga.

RSWM Mandpam Celebrated International Yoga day

RSWM Limited, Mandpam, celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21, 2026. Staff members and their family members actively participated in the event. Shri Dilkhush Sharma served as the Yoga Instructor for the programme. Shri Harish Joshi, Dy. COO, addressed the staff members and highlighted the importance of Yoga in day-to-day life. He emphasised the benefits of regular Yoga practice for maintaining physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle.
