RSWM Participated in Fibers & Yarns Expo in Mumbai

Fibers & Yarns Expo 2026 (April 16–18) ended on a high note, marked by strong turnout and meaningful industry engagement. We had insightful conversations with peers and partners about emerging market needs, showcasing a portfolio recognized for both quality and versatility. We were also thrilled by the warm response to our newly launched Fancy Covering Yarn and Knits Yarn shade card booklet.

59 Workers from RSWM Kharigram Plant Benefit under Pradhan Mantri Vikas Bharat Rozgar Yojan

A total of 59 male and female workers from RSWM Limited, Kharigram Plant were selected as beneficiaries under the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana. During the program, the beneficiaries received financial assistance ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 under the scheme.

The distribution ceremony was held at Bhilwara Town Hall and was graced by the presence of Hon'ble Member of Parliament Shri Damodar Agarwal, District Collector Shri Jasmeet Singh Sandhu, and Hon'ble MLA Shri Ashok Kothari. Representing RSWM Limited, Kharigram Plant, Mr. Sulabh Singhal (AVP – IR), along with the IR Team, attended the event and received benefit certificates on behalf of the plant's 59 selected workers. The event reflected the Government of India's continued commitment to promoting employment opportunities and enhancing worker welfare through the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana, while recognizing the contribution of industrial workers to the nation's growth.

RSWM Mumbai Office Hosted Customer Visit from Flexknit, Madagascar

RSWM’s Mumbai office welcomed Flexknit Madagascar representatives Mr. Jeroen and Ms.Katharina on June 11. The team showcased our latest range of innovative, value-added yarn solutions tailored to meet Flexknit's evolving requirements. The highly productive exchange reinforced our shared commitment to quality and service excellence, laying a strong foundation for expanded business collaboration and growth.

RSWM Mandpam Conducted Fire & Safety External Audit

The Mandpam unit underwent a Fire & Safety External Audit conducted by Auditor Mr. Badal Arora and his team on from June 7 to 8, 2026. The audit was conducted under the direction of Sh. Y.D. Tiwari (BH & CE) and Sh. Harish Joshi (Dy. COO), with effective coordination by Sh. Vinod Kumar Purohit (CTS - Cell). Shri Anil Kumar (Asst. Manager - Fire & Safety), led the on-ground preparations and was ably supported by all Heads of Departments (HODs) and their respective teams, ensuring the audit was conducted successfully.

RSWM RPSF Conducted External GRS Audit in Plant

An external Global Recycled Standard (GRS) auditor, Mr. Ankit Trivedi, visited the RPSF plant and was welcomed by COO Shri Atul Kumar Chaudhary, accompanied by all heads of department. Following an opening meeting on May 25, a full-day GRS audit was successfully conducted. Mr. Trivedi commended the plant for its excellent internal housekeeping, cleanliness, and robust operational systems. As a result of this successful audit,

RSWM RPSF Conducted Inditex Audit in Plant

An external Inditex auditor, Mr. Mudit Mani, visited the RPSF plant and was welcomed by COO Shri Atul Kumar Chaudhary alongside all department heads. Following an opening meeting on May 25, a full-day Inditex audit was successfully conducted. Mr. Mani commended the unit for its exceptional housekeeping standards, cleanliness, and robust operational systems.

RSWM RPSF Fiber Plant Visited by Mr.Sheshavat Kedia Ji from Delhi

Mr. Sheshavat Kedia Ji visited in RPSF Fiber Pant and had a detailed round of RPSF Fiber Unit. The Complete process of recycling of post-consumer PET bottles was explained to him and he was so impressed to see such Eco Friendly process converting PET scrap into textile products.

Site Inspection by IPoE for CDSE at ADHPL

The Independent Panel of Experts (IPoE) from CWPRS, Pune conducted the site inspection of the Allain Barrage & Intermediate Reservoir on 3rd & 4th June 2026 for the Comprehensive Dam Safety Evaluation (CDSE) as mandated by the Dam Safety Act 2021

1st Management Review Committee Meeting of IMS held at ADHPL

The Integrated Management System (IMS) Management Review Committee was convened on June 20, 2026 for the current certification year 2025-26. The meeting was convened in the ground floor conference hall of the ADHPL Administration Block. The meeting saw active participation from all section in-charges, committee members, and departmental worker representatives.

ADHPL Organized Intensive Pulse Polio Immunization Campaign

In alignment with the Government of India's healthcare directives, the ADHPL Health Centre successfully organized a three-day Pulse Polio immunization drive from June 28 to June 30, 2026. The campaign utilized a strategic two-phase approach to maximize its reach across the community, kicking off on the first day with an immunization booth set up directly at the health centre, followed by two days of intensive door-to-door visits in neighboring villages. Through this coordinated effort, a total of 110 children under five years old received the life-saving vaccine drops, marking another successful milestone in maintaining a polio-free community.

Aligned with the theme “Shaping the Future of Sustainable Steel Production,” the event convened industry leaders, steel producers, and technology innovators to address decarbonization, operational efficiency, and technological advances. As a primary hub for Electric Arc Furnace (EAF)-based steel production, Turkey offered a strategic setting for regional knowledge sharing and strategic networking. HEG’s sponsorship underscores its commitment to delivering premium graphite electrodes and advancing greener steelmaking solutions worldwide.

HEG Ltd Conducted Pradhan Mantri Viksit Rozgar Yojana (PMVRY) Awareness Program

HEG Ltd. proudly hosted an awareness program on the Pradhan Mantri Viksit Rozgar Yojana (PMVRY) in association with the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, Bhopal, aligned with the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji for a Viksit Bharat driven by talent, skills, innovation, and employment generation.

A key highlight of the program was the virtual address by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, who inspired employers and employees to actively contribute towards the nation-building mission of Viksit Bharat. He emphasized the importance of employment generation, skill development, and inclusive economic growth as essential pillars for building a stronger and more developed India.

The event brought together representatives from several organizations to discuss employment opportunities, skill development, and youth empowerment. Appointment letters were presented by our Hon’ble Executive Director Shri Manish Gulati Ji, in the presence of esteemed Chief Guest Hon’ble Shri Surendra Patwa Ji, MLA – Bhojpur, Shri Shikhar Sharma Ji, Regional PF Commissioner, EPFO, and Shri R. K. Singh Ji, Regional Committee Member. The occasion highlighted the collective efforts of industry and government in fostering employment and empowering the nation’s workforce.

Around 200 participants, including employers and beneficiary employees, attended the program, where appointment letters were handed over by respective employers to newly appointed employees, marking the beginning of new professional journeys and opportunities.

A holy Pooja Ceremony was held at the project site office on June 29, 2026, under the leadership of CEO & Director Shri M. K. Yogi to seek blessings for the successful execution of the project. Addressing the team, Shri Yogi  encouraged everyone to work with dedication, teamwork, and a commitment to quality and safety. The ceremony concluded with the distribution of Prasad, marking an auspicious beginning for the project.

RSWM Organized 1st Annual Virtual Townhall

On May 13, 2026, the first Virtual Annual Townhall, themed "One Culture | One Team | One RSWM," was organized by the leadership team. The event brought together employees from across the organization, including the RSWM Lodha unit, to connect, engage, and gain insights into the company's progress and future direction.

During the townhall, the leadership team shared key business highlights, achievements, and strategic priorities that will shape the year ahead. The session provided employees with a comprehensive understanding of RSWM Limited's growth journey and reinforced the organization's vision and goals.

The leadership also motivated employees to continue working with dedication, efficiency, and a collaborative spirit, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and a shared commitment to achieving organizational excellence.

RSWM Lodha Unit organized Bankers Associate Meeting

On 10 June 2026, the RSWM Lodha Unit organized a Bankers' Associates Meeting to discuss key financial matters and strengthen coordination with its banking partners. The meeting was attended by Joint Managing Director, Mr. Rajeev Gupta, Chief Finance Officer, Mr. Nitin Tulyani, and Sr. General Manager (Corporate Finance), Mr. Rakesh Jain, along with other members of the finance team. Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Shambhu Kumar, warmly welcomed all the participants and addressed the gathering. The discussions focused on various financial matters, business updates, and future financial strategies. The meeting concluded successfully in a cordial and collaborative atmosphere, fostering meaningful interactions and reinforcing strong relationships with the banking associates.

RSWM Lodha Unit Celebrated 1st Work Anniversary of COO

On 30 April 2026, Chief Operating Officer, Mr Shambhu Kumar, completed one year of service at the RSWM Lodha Unit. To mark the occasion, the core team celebrated the milestone in accordance with the HR policy. Mr Kumar was felicitated with a bouquet and a certificate, and then a cake-cutting ceremony followed. The team extended their heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for his continued success.

JMD Rajeev Gupta Visited RSWM Lodha

Mr. Rajeev Gupta, Joint Managing Director, visited the RSWM Lodha Unit, where he was warmly welcomed by Shri Shambhu Kumar, Chief Operating Officer, with a bouquet. During his visit, Shri Gupta toured the Spinning Units to review its progress and interacted with employees to encourage engagement and teamwork. An interactive meeting with the core team was also held to discuss the unit's operations, performance, and future plans, enabling a constructive exchange of ideas and valuable insights.

RSWM Lodha Unit Held Sarpanch Meeting

On 11 April 2026, RSWM Lodha Unit organized a meeting with the Sarpanches of nearby villages to strengthen relationships, support labour recruitment, and reduce labour attrition.The program commenced with a warm welcome by Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Shambhu Kumar, who greeted all the dignitaries with bouquets and shared his welcoming remarks. During the meeting, the Sarpanches discussed their concerns, shared valuable insights, and exchanged suggestions for fostering stronger cooperation between the villages and the organization.The Personnel Department coordinated the entire program, ensuring its smooth execution. The meeting concluded with a guided tour of the Kapaas Plant, followed by a dinner, providing an opportunity for further interaction and relationship building.

Replus Organized Annual Health Check-Up

On April 22 & 23, Replus organized its Annual Health Checkup across our Corporate Office, Factory and project sites across India, reinforcing our commitment to employee well-being at every level. This initiative ensured that our teams, whether on-ground or in-office, received a full body checkup highlighting essential and often overlooked health markers. Regular health checkups are a small step with a significant impact, helping our employees stay informed, proactive and healthy. Because when our people thrive, so does everything we build.

Replus Participated in Central Electricity Authority Conference

We were honoured to participate in the One-day National Workshop on “Renewable Energy Integration through Energy Storage Systems” organised by the Central Electricity Authority in Mumbai on 30th April 2026. At the workshop, we presented our Mobile Storage Container Solution, a cleaner, quieter and cost-effective alternative to Diesel Generators (DGs) for remote backup power applications.

Ringas : Long Tour Manali Dharamshala Dalhousie Amritsar & Chandigarh

A long tour covering Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Amritsar, and Chandigarh was organized by the RSWM Staff Club in five batches. It has a perfect blend of natural beauty, spirituality, colonial charm, and modern city life. This journey typically starts from the hills of Himachal Pradesh and gradually moves towards the plains of Punjab and Haryana. Manali is known for its breathtaking landscapes, snow-capped mountains, and adventure activities like skiing, paragliding, and hiking. Popular attractions include Slang Valley, Rohtang Pass, and Hadimba Temple. From Manali, the tour proceeds to Dharamshala, the residence of the Dalai Lama and a major center of Tibetan culture. McLeod Ganj, a suburb of Dharamshala, is famous for monasteries, peaceful surroundings, and scenic views of the Dhauladhar range. Dalhousie, a quiet hill station known for its colonial-era architecture, lush green valleys, and serene environment. Nearby Khajjiar, often called the “Mini Switzerland of India,” is a major highlight with its meadows and forests. Amritsar, a spiritual and cultural hub of Punjab. The Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib) is the main attraction, offering a deeply peaceful and divine experience. The Wagah Border ceremony is another major highlight, showcasing patriotic fervor. Finally, the tour concludes in Chandigarh, a well-planned modern city designed by Le Corbusier. It is known for its clean environment, Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake, and beautiful urban layout.This tour becomes a memorable and enriching experience. All Staff Members with their family fully enjoyed this trip.

Replus Hosted IESA Team to Visit 1GWh Factory

We were delighted to host the team from the IESA ( India Energy Storage Alliance) on 29th April 2026 at our Bavada Factory for Day 2 of their ESS Masterclass practical training session. From gaining on-ground insights into advanced energy storage systems to experiencing real-world manufacturing and integration processes, it was wonderful to engage with passionate industry professionals driving the future of clean energy forward.

RSWM Ringas Conducted FEM Audit Opening Meeting

The FEM Audit was successfully conducted at RSWM in the presence of Auditor Shri Manish Singh, Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit – Sr. GM (HR & IR), who represented the unit during the audit, and Shri Shiv Kumar Kanojiya – AGM (QAD), who coordinated the audit process and provided all the desired data and documents required by the auditor. The audit was completed successfully, with discussions focusing on the audit objectives, scope, and adherence to quality standards. The audit reflected RSWM's commitment to maintaining excellence through effective systems, compliance with established practices, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Replus Conducted Leadership Outbound Training

On May 9 & 10, a two-day offsite workshop at Durgbhumi on Leadership Mindset & Strategic Alignment was conducted for the CXOs & HoDs of Replus.

Over two intense days of strategic discussions, simulations, introspection and collaborative action planning, leaders came together to strengthen alignment on organizational culture, leadership mindset and the execution focus that will shape the year ahead.

What stood out throughout the workshop was the collective openness, ownership and commitment towards building a more agile, aligned and future-ready organization. Sustainable growth is driven by aligned leadership and a shared purpose.

TACC Signs Strategic MoU with the National University of Singapore

TACC signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the NUS Institute for Functional Intelligent Materials (I-FIM), National University of Singapore, marking a significant step towards advancing global collaboration in advanced materials and next-generation technologies, including graphene.

The MoU was signed by Ankur Khaitan and Professor Sir Konstantin Novoselov, Nobel Laureate in Physics (2010) and Distinguished Professor at the National University of Singapore. This strategic partnership brings together TACC's industrial expertise and NUS's world-leading research capabilities to accelerate innovation through collaborative R&D, technology development, talent exchange, and the commercialisation of advanced material solutions. The collaboration reinforces TACC's commitment to building global partnerships that will help shape the future of advanced materials, energy storage, and sustainable industrial technologies.

TACC signed a Collaboration Agreement with Berger Paints Singapore Pte. Ltd. to jointly explore and develop innovative graphene-based solutions for the paints and coatings industry.

Signed by Ankur Khaitan and Sharad Mali, Group CEO, Berger Paints Singapore, the partnership marks an important step towards accelerating the commercial adoption of advanced graphene technologies. By combining TACC's expertise in advanced materials with Berger Paints' industry leadership, the collaboration aims to drive innovation and deliver high-performance, sustainable coating solutions.

TACC at the Fastmarkets Global Lithium Battery & Critical Minerals Conference 2026

TACC Limited participated in the Fastmarkets Global Lithium Battery & Critical Minerals Conference 2026 in Las Vegas, engaging with global stakeholders shaping the future of the battery materials ecosystem. Representing TACC, Nikita Jain, DGM – Strategy & Business Development, participated in a panel discussion on the Graphite & Anode Market and also attended the U.S.–India Critical Minerals Security Roundtable, hosted by the U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC).

The discussions underscored the growing importance of resilient and diversified battery material supply chains, stronger U.S.–India collaboration in critical minerals, and the need for policy frameworks that support investment and domestic manufacturing. Industry leaders also highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts across the value chain to accelerate the development of a globally competitive battery ecosystem.

TACC participated in Battery Summit 2026 by Battery360, a leading industry platform that brought together policymakers, industry leaders, researchers, and innovators to discuss the future of India's battery ecosystem.

Representing TACC, Ankur Khaitan joined an expert panel on "Building the Battery Manufacturing Backbone for India's Energy Transition." The discussion focused on strengthening domestic manufacturing capabilities, building resilient supply chains, fostering innovation, and advancing India's vision of a globally competitive battery value chain.

TACC at the USISPF Industry Briefing

TACC Limited participated in the industry briefing organized by the U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in India on "Navigating the U.S.-India Strategic Critical Minerals Cooperation Framework." The company was represented by Dr. Raviraj Shah.

TACC announced its collaboration with the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) under its innovative iPhD (Innovative, Imaginative, Industry-linked PhD) programme.

This strategic partnership aims to strengthen industry-academia collaboration by fostering innovation-driven research in advanced materials, graphene, battery materials, and other emerging technologies. TACC observed World Day for Safety and Health at Work with a series of activities aimed at reinforcing its commitment to building a safe, healthy, and supportive workplace.

Aligned with this year's theme, "A Healthy Psychosocial Working Environment," the observance focused on promoting mental well-being, effective stress management, and a strong safety culture. Employees participated in mass toolbox talks, specialized training sessions on work at height and fire safety, and a recognition programme honoring exemplary safety practices. TACC Enhances School Infrastructure Under Corporate Environmental Responsibility Initiative

As part of its Corporate Environmental Responsibility (CER) initiatives, TACC strengthened community infrastructure by constructing a boundary wall at the Government Higher Secondary School in Fawda village, Dewas district.

The initiative aims to enhance the safety and security of the school premises while creating a more conducive learning environment for students. RSWM LNJ Denim & Knits Organized Medical Health Check-up Camp

On April 3, 2026, a free health check-up camp was organized at LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi.  It was successfully organized with the objective of promoting health awareness and ensuring preventive healthcare. The camp was conducted by a team of qualified doctors and healthcare professionals who provided general health check-ups, including blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, and other basic health assessments. The medical camp reflects the organization's commitment to employee health, safety, and well-being. Such initiatives help in the early detection of health issues, encourage preventive care, and contribute to a healthier and more productive workforce.

Panel Discussion at Energetica REconnect Annual Flagship Summit & Expo 2026

We are delighted to share that Mr. Suhas Sutar our Chief Business Officer, recently attended Energetica REconnect Annual Flagship Summit & Expo 2026 on 22nd May 2026. He was part of the expert panel discussion during Day 2, Session 3 on “Energy Storage: Enabling Round-the-Clock Renewable Power”, where industry leaders exchanged perspectives on the evolving role of energy storage in supporting reliable and sustainable renewable energy integration.

A new Box Cricket Facility was inaugurated in the LNJ Nagar colony, Mordi on 06th April, 2026 providing residents with a modern recreational space to promote sports, fitness, and community engagement. The inauguration ceremony was graced by Shri Ashish Bhatnagar – Dy. BH & CMO of LNJ Denim, along with senior officials, employees, and their family members. The event began with the ceremonial ribbon-cutting, followed by a friendly inaugural cricket match that marked the official opening of the facility. The newly developed box cricket arena has been designed to offer a safe and enjoyable playing environment for employees, children, and residents of the colony. It is expected to encourage regular physical activity, strengthen team spirit, and provide opportunities for healthy recreation and social interaction.

RSWM LNJ Denim Participated in Gartex Texprocess India, Mumbai

Gartex 2026, held from April 9 to 11 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, stood out as India’s leading tradeshow for garment and textile machinery, fabrics, and accessories. Participating in the Denim Zone alongside major domestic mills, LNJ Denim showcased its latest innovations across key collections, including Pulse, IndieCraft, Nova-Lab, Aerolite, MetroEdge, and Neo-City. The range received an enthusiastic response for its design versatility and alignment with evolving market demands.

Throughout the event, the team engaged in insightful discussions with industry professionals, partners, and innovators, reinforcing the power of collaboration in driving the denim industry forward. Notably, Shri Ashish Bhatnagar (Dy. Business Head & CMO) met with key clients at the stall to explore future strategic growth opportunities, making the exhibition a resounding success for LNJ Denim.

RSWM LNJ Denim Launched Sankalp & Leadership Conclave

As part of its continuous improvement journey, LNJ Denim launched Project Sankalp in association with Enabling Excellence on April 6, 2026, at the Mordi plant. Designed to build an excellence-driven business unit, the project focuses on six core pillars: A-Grade Quality, Dyeing Shop OEE, Self-Managed Teams & Visual Management, OTIF & Product Mix, 5S & Kaizen, and Capability Building. Through cross-functional collaboration, Sankalp aims to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

To reinforce this commitment, a Leadership Conclave was held on June 11, 2026, at the Lodha plant, led by Joint Managing Director Shri Rajeev Gupta. In his address, Shri Rajeev Gupta encouraged employees to embrace innovation and strive for operational excellence, highlighting teamwork and employee engagement as key drivers of the project's long-term success.

RSWM LNJ Denim Conducted Customer Visit from Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd.

Shri Vipin Pandey - Head -Denim from Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd. has visited LNJ denim Plant April 16, 2026.  The visit provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen business relationships, showcase our manufacturing capabilities, and discuss future collaboration. He was welcomed by the plant leadership and taken on a comprehensive tour of the manufacturing facility. During the visit, the customers observed key production processes, quality control systems, safety practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. The interactive sessions enabled both teams to exchange valuable insights and reinforce their shared commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership. Shri Vipin Pandey appreciated the team's dedication, manufacturing standards, and focus on operational excellence. JMD Shri Rajeev Gupta Visits LNJ Denim Plant

Shri Rajeev Gupta, Joint Managing Director of RSWM Ltd., visited the LNJ Denim plant on June 9, 2026. Shri Ashish Bhatnagar (Dy. Business Head & CMO – LNJ Denim) and his team welcomed him and guided him through the facility to showcase the complete denim manufacturing process.

The visit began with a comprehensive tour of the operations, where Shri Rajeev Gupta reviewed key processes, interacted with employees, and observed ongoing initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Discussions centered on operational excellence, future growth opportunities, and strengthening cross-functional teamwork.

RSWM LNJ Denim Conducted Soft Drink Distribution

In May & Jun 2026, during the intense & scorching heat at the LNJ Denim Plant, Soft, cold drinks were distributed to all employees in the Plant. During this time, it was distributed five to six times. This arrangement was done at the Department level so it could be handled successfully. By having this, employees were happy to get relief from the intense heat.

RSWM LNJ Denim Expands Retail Presence with New Mordi Outlet

On June 27, 2026, LNJ Denim inaugurated its new outlet in Mordi, marking a key milestone in expanding market presence and customer accessibility. Attended by senior leadership, employees, and guests, the event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a showcase of the full product range offered in a modern shopping space.

Shri Aman Kushwaha (COO – LNJ Denim & Knits) noted that the outlet will enhance customer service and drive growth objectives. The management extends its appreciation to everyone who made the launch a success.
