Editor-in-Chief Message

Dear Friends

The last quarter, July to September, was an eventful one. There were festivities (Independence Day, Janmashtami and Raksha Bandhan) and trips for different teams to Kerala and Rajasthan. The teams returned rejuvenated and recharged to start afresh. It gladdens my heart to see bright and smiling faces all around me, especially for a few days soon after the trip.

We at LNJ Bhilwara Group are always striving to ensure happiness and a holistic environment for our employees. This is more so when we are intertwined globally and contribute to the well-being of our environment which is the call of the day. I feel highly motivated by the positive response from contributors and like-minded team members who exhibit their deep interest in company’s growth.

 

Opinion Newsletter provides a platform to keep the stakeholders informed about the innovative steps being taken in different plants to upgrade themselves while keeping the performance consistent. I would like to hear from you as well with your valuable suggestions on further improving our newsletter. I sincerely thank the contributors and the editorial board members and look forward to their continuous support. I am very aware of the responsibilities that the editor's role entails, and I approach my role with excitement.

The only thing constant is change. Here we will need to continue to evolve so that we benefit from the rapidly changing world and not feel left behind at any stage, be it professional or personal. We will, and shall, encourage our team members to work upto these standards to ensure that work continues with the same zest and vigour round the year.
