Maral Sarovar: Janmashtami Celebration

Janmashtami the birth festival of Lord Krishna was celebrated with full of joy and fervor at Maral Sarovar on 2^nd September, 2018. Bhajan Sandhya was organized at Shriram temple on this occasion which attended by large number of devotees. At 12.00 midnight, Shree Krishna Janmotsav was celebrated with special pooja and maha aarti at the temple by a learned pandit, in which Smt. Seema Mittal, staff members and their families took part. After the pooja and aarti, distribution of Prasad took place.

Maral Sarovar: Vishwakarma Pooja Celebration

On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, Vishwakarma pooja was organized at Engineering Workshop, Maral Sarovar on 17^th September, 2018. The workshop and pandal were decorated with flowers. The main pooja and hawan was performed by Shri Ashok Akade, Vice President (Tech.) and Shri Ramesh Mishra, Sr. GM (Engg.). After the pooja and hawan, prasad was distributed among all the staff and workers who attended the pooja.

Maral Sarovar: Ganesh Utsav Celebration

The Ganesh Utsav programme was celebrated at Maral Sarovar from 13^th to 23^rd September, 2018. Shree Ganesh Sthapana was done on 13^th September, 2018 in the Club Dome and everyday special pooja and arti was performed by the colony residents. On 23^rd September, 2018 large number of staff members and their families attended the Ganesh Visarjan procession. From 24^th September, 2018 different competitions like Dance, Drawing, Rangoli, One minute games, Fancy Dress, Karaoke Night, GK Quiz and Dus Ka Dum etc. were conducted.

Maral Sarovar: Teej Utsav Celebration

Maral Ladies Club, Maral Sarovar organized a special event in connection with Teej Utsav. Members of the ladies club presented various dances, skits and songs to celebrate this special day. Club members with their families attended the function which is followed by delicious dinner. The Club President Mrs. Seema Mittal gave vote of thanks to all for their great & valuable efforts.

ADHPL: 8th Anniversary Celebrations

8^th Anniversary of ADHPL was celebrated on July 17, 2018 with great zeal. On this occasion a pooja with havan was organized in the Power House. All ADHPL staff and their family members participated in the pooja. Later traditional Himachali Dam (lunch) was served to all the employees and their families in IBEX guest house.

ADHPL: Independence Day Celebrations

The 72^nd Independence Day was celebrated with great spirit and fervor at ADHPL on 15^th August, 2018. The event started with the flag hosting ceremony by the Chief Guest Sh. Arvind Sharma (AGM Civil). Sweets were distributed and tea was also served to all the employees and children present at the event.

ADHPL: Vishwakarma Day Celebrations

The Vishwakarma day was celebrated at ADHPL on September 17^th, 2018 with great fervor and gaiety. A havan was also organized in the power house and Pooja was performed by the learned pandit. The prasada was distributed after the puran-aahooti among the staff and their family members. All the staff members and workers prayed for year long blessings on ADHPL family from lord Vishwakarma.

Banswara: Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebration

On 17^th September 2018, RSWM Mayur Nagar Pariwar celebrated Vishwakarma Jayanti with full devotion, fondness & enthusiasm. All the staff members and workmen were present in the celebration.

The Pooja & Hawan were performed by a team of four Pandits/Gurujan under the leadership of Sh. Nikunj Mohan ji pandya. Hundreds of staff members and workmen offered ‘Aahuty’ for the prosperity of the group & prayed to Lord Vishwakarma for continuous improvement and accomplishment. The pooja concluded with prasad distribution to all.

Banswara: Haryali Amavasya Celebrations

RSWM Staff Club celebrated the “Haryali Amavasya” with full of enthusiasm. This day is celebrated as plantation day also. As per LNJ Group policy, we are dedicated to maintain our campus environment friendly. Trees & Plants are essentials for our life, On this day more than 100 trees were planted in our mill campus. The plantation program was graced by the Shri Sukesh Sharma ji, Shri R P Mundra and all Sr. Officers. During the program all the staff members, their family members and children participated in tree plantation. On this occasion slogan competition was also organized and best slogan was awarded by Smt. & Shri Sukesh Sharma.

Banswara: Independence Day Celebration & Rewards

The Independence Day celebration started with flag hosting by Shri Rajeev Jain Business Head – (YB) at 8.30 AM. In his speech, he emphasized on national integrity and prosperity. He also motivated the staff & workers do their best through new and good practices under operational excellence and clean India.  

The wards of the workmen who secured more than 60% marks in class V & above were rewarded by cash prize. Also those staff members who completed 10 years of services during last financial year were also rewarded by Shri Rajeev Jain Business Head – (YB).

Lodha: Janmashtami Celebration

On the eve of ‘Janmashtami’ RSWM Staff Club, Lodha organised a Bhajan Sandhya. Shri Sukesh Sharma performed pooja on the occasion with learned pandit. All staff & their family members enjoyed the Bhajans. The best dressed up children as Radha & Shree Krishna were rewarded by Shri Sukesh Sharma. Prizes were distributed to all children participated in the programme. The programme ended with the Aarti & distribution of prasad. 

Lodha: Ganesh Utsav Celebration

The festival of Ganesh Utsav was celebrated at Vishwakarma colony, Lodha. The Celebration started with Ganpati Sthapna and poojan of lord Ganesha. All the staff members with their families participated in it. During all 10 days, various cultural activities were performed by colony boys & girls. On the last day of festival the procession of the Ganpati started from Vishwakarma colony to Lodha pond. After the pooja and worship the Ganpati Visarjan was performed in Lodha pond. 

Kanyakheri: Independence Day Celebration

What can be a better way to celebrate 72^nd Independence day with the inclusion of each & everyone with lots of fun, flavor and stories of valor. The flag hosting ceremony was done by Mr. Vinit Agarwal, COO, RSWM Kanyakheri. Everyone was energized, ebullient and motivated to make this occasion special, memorable and also given tribute to our freedom fighters for their struggle & vision of independent India.

Mandpam: Vishwakarma Pooja Celebration

Lord Vishwakarma is widely regarded as the God of all architecture and engineering. He is the official builder of all the gods’ palaces, and the designer of all celestial vehicles and weapons.

The members of RSWM Mandpam unit paid their obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma by organising Pooja at the shop floor on 17^th September, 2018. Later “Prasad” was distributed among all the members of the plant and all of them wished for peace and prosperity.

Mandpam: Independence Day Celebration

The 72^nd Independence Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Mandpam unit. The flag was hosted by Shri Ashwani Mittal (COO) and members were addressed by him. The members were exhorted to contribute towards the progress of the company, society and the country and highlighted the sacrifices of our freedom-fighters. Later, sweets were distributed among all the staff and workers.

Mandpam: Anniversary of “Melangeshwar Mahadev”

On the auspicious occasion of 15^th Anniversary of “Melangeshwar Mahadev” on 21^st July, 2018, a special pooja was performed in Melangeshwar temple in the presence of learned pandit and Bhajans were conducted. The programme was organized by Melange staff club under the guidance Shri Ashwani Mittal, Shri Sudhir Tiwari and other members of Melange staff club. This event was well received & appreciated by the people present over there. 

HEG: Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebration

In line with the tradition of HEG Mandideep, this year also on 17th September, 2018, our employees made offerings and prayers to Lord Vishwakarma, the divine god of architecture and machines. Employees participated in pooja, hawan conducted in all the shops, and prayed for the blessings from Lord Vishwakarma for the prosperity of the organization, employees, associates and well-wishers. The plant was kept open for the visitors. Employees visited with their families to show their work areas inside the premises.

Kharigram: Independence Day Celebration

Kharigram unit with a feel of patriotion, celebrated 72^nd Independence Day on 15^th August, 2018 in a large presence of staff and workers. Shri V R Joshi-COO hosted the national flag followed by Parade from Security Staff. Folk dances and patriotic song were performed by workers which was appreciated by all. Prizes were also given to best performers in the category of security, production, attendance, etc. Shri Brijesh Joshi GM - P&IR motivated all workers for their performance. Addressing to the staff and workers, Shri V R Joshi emphasized on consistent quality and productivity and gave best wishes to all and also focused on cost consciousness at each stage of production process. The programme was concluded by distribution of sweets and refreshment to all.

Kharigram: Krishna Janmashtami Celebration

RSWM Kharigram pariwar celebrated "Shri Krishna Janmashtami” on 3^rd September, 2018 in colony temple. A "Bhajan Sandhya" was performed by professional coterie and all Staff and their family members chanted Bhajan-Kirtan and engrossed in devoutness of "Shri Krishna”. Children dressed up and came in the character as Radha & Krishan. The Abhishek of Bal Gopal & Pooja performed amidst presence of large gathering followed by “Dahi- Handi” competition. Shri Rajeev Jain, Business Head distributed gifts to all dressed up Radha & Krishan and programme ended with the Aarti and distribution of prasad. The whole environment of staff colony was observed enraptured & happy on this occasion.

Kharigram: Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration

Ganesha Chaturthi, the great Ganesha festival, also known as 'Vinayak Chaturthi' or 'Vinayaka Chavithi' celebrated by RSWM Kharigram family on 13th September, 2018 at colony temple in a spiritual atmosphere. Staff and their family members chanted Bhajans on the occasion. The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of prasad. Everyone enjoyed with true relegious feeling & full of happiness on this occasion.

Kharigram: Vishwakarma Pooja Celebration

The Vishwakarma pooja was celebrated on 17^th September, 2018 at Kharigram unit. Shri Rajeev Jain, Business Head and Sh V R Joshi, COO performed the special pooja of first ever Engineer/Technocrat Lord Vishwakarma in the presence of pandit. All HODs, staff members and workers were participated in the Havan and Aarti, further prasad distributed to all.

Ringas: Independence Day Celebration

The Nation’s 72^nd Independence Day was celebrated at Ringas with patriotic fervour. The programme started with hosting of National Flag. The National Anthem sung by all staff members, workers and union delegates presented in the programme and followed with the Guard of Honour by a group of security personnel. 

On this occasion, Shri Avinash Bhargava, Deputy Chief Operating Officer & Shri Anurag Tiwari, Senior Vice President (Technical) distributed awards to workers of respective plants (Spinning & R-PSF) for best performance on their duties.

The event concluded with the distribution of sweets to all staff, workers & union delegates.

Ringas: Teej Celebration

This year also, Teej was celebrated as Regional Manson festival by all the members of Ladies Club at Ringas unit. On 13^th August, 2018 the members of Ladies Club applied Mehandi in their hands in various designs to honour the devotion of Parvati, who is also known as ‘Teej Mata’ by those who observe this auspicious day when married women seek her blessings for a happy married life and a good husband. The programme was well organised and enjoyed by all the ladies present over there.

Rishabhdev: Mill Foundation Day

RSWM Rishabhdev unit has entered into the 30^th year of its installation on 12^th July, 2018. After hosting the Group flag on the12^th morning, the unit’s COO, Shri K B Khatod addressed the employees & union members and congratulated them for their contribution for exceptional growth of the unit. Special pooja & archana was also held in the Ganesh ji mandir on the same day.

Rishabhdev: Hariyali Amavasya Celebration

On the auspicious occasion of Hariyali Amavasya on 11^th August, 2018, RSWM Rishabhdev staff club organized plantation programme in the campus. On this occasion, variety of saplings were planted in the mill campus. Staff & their family members in large numbers took part in the plantation ceremony which ended with heavy snacks and tea.                

Rishabhdev: Independence Day Celebration & Rewards

Nation's 72^nd Independence Day was celebrated on 15^th August, 2018 by unfurling the National Flag by the COO, Shri K B Khatod in the presence of large number of employees including staff and workers. He conveyed Independency Day wishes and congratulations to all.

On this occasion, 12  employees were felicitated with Ten years’ meritorious service Certificate. Prizes were also awarded to the wards of employees (non-staff), who stood first in their respective classes.

Rishabhdev: Krishna Janmashtami Celebration

Shree Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated in a joyful and spiritual atmosphere with great joy and enthusiasm at Rishabhev unit. The main attractions were the colourful Jhanki and the Bhajan Sandhya which lasted till midnight. Small children came dressed up as Radha & Shee Krishna which attracted the attention of all. Staff members along with family members were present to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna. 

Rishabhdev: Ganesh Chaturthi Celebtaion

On 13^th September, 2018 RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with special pooja and hawan in the Ganesha temple. Shri K B Khatod, COO along with all staff with their families participated in the Hawan and Purnahuti. At the end of the programme, the COO in his address wished that Lord Ganeshji’s blessings may showered on the Unit for its prosperity and the well being of its employees. Later on prasad was also distributed to all.

Rishabhdev: Vishwakarma Pooja Celebration

On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti on 17^th September, 2018, pooja and hawan were held at the Power House of Mill No.2. Staff and workers of Engineering & Maintenance departments along with other staff members performed the pooja and prayed for Lord Vishwakarma’s blessings for a safe and peaceful working environment and prosperity of the Unit. Tools and equipments were also kept for pooja on this ocassion. The programme ended with prasad distribution to all.

LNJ Denim: Independence Day Celebration

India’s Independence Day is a day of great significance for the people of India. It evokes the feeling of patriotism in the heart of every Indian. It is the day when we have got our own identity. Here the celebration started on 15^th August, 2018 with Flag Hosting Ceremony by our COO, Shri Piyush Chandarana & followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. The tricolor national flag was flying in the air proudly.

On this special occasion, Shri Piyush Chandarana had extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected for a greater individual contribution in growth of the nation. He spoke about the changes in our country which he noticed on a regular period of time.

He asserted the current market scenario & emphasized on national integrity & prosperity and also to the need for more cohesive working to meet the challenges ahead, also he motivated the staff & workers to do thier best with Loyalty & Sincerity.

On this occasion, he distributed Children's Talent Award to Denim Employees’ Children who had scored 60% & above marks. The function was also addressed by the other senior dignitaries of the plant. It was concluded with distribution of sweets to all staff & workers.

LNJ Denim: Kavad Yatra

Kavad Yatra is an auspicious pilgrimage observed by Lord Shiva’s devotees every year. By Chanting of Bol Bham Bol & Om Namahshivaya the environment becomes very devotional. Each Kavadia (devotees) does the Abhishek of lord Mahadeva.

RSWM Mordi division had participated in it with highly enthusiasm. We had arranged the refreshments for devotees on 19^th August, 2018. Many staff members had participated in it. By offering refreshment to them it felt like we were serving to God. It is termed as the most auspicious time and it is said that every wish of the devotee is said to be granted by lord Shiva.

LNJ Denim: Ganesha Chaturthi Celebration

Ganesha Chaturthi, a traditional hindu festival is celebrated in the honour of the lord Ganesha, the festival also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi. The Ganpati festival was celebrated in LNJ Nagar staff colony with full of joy & enthusiasm for five days. People bring idols of Lord Ganesh to their homes and worship it.

On first day i.e. on 12^th September, 2018 staff & family members of Denim & Fabric division welcomed lord Ganesha and worshiped for better health, wealth & prosperity for their families as well as for work place. On the 2^nd day, Ganesha Sthapana was done with Pooja & Aarti.

After this, everyone with full enthusiasm got involved in the Ganesha Visarjan. Everyone was dancing with the dhols & shouting “Ganpati bappa Moraya” all the way at colony, even in the bus. The Visarjan was done at Chanduji Ka Gardha village. The function was concluded with lunch for all staff of Denim & Fabric division.

On this occasion a garment sale was also organized by Denim & Fabric Marketing Team at LNJ Nagar staff colony. It has received a tremendous response from the people present over there.

LNJ Denim: Drawing, Food & Antarakshi Competitions

Owing to the Ganpati Festival, LNJ Nagar Gamdi Colony hosted four competitions. On 13^th September, 2018 Drawing & Food competition were organized in which Denim & Fabric division staff member’s children had participated. Broadly we bifurcated it into two groups, one was 5 to 8 years age & second one was 9 to 12 years age. There was a tough competition among children. Participants had presented their inner potential & creativity by drawing on chart. It created a lot of enthusiasm & discovered a new dimension in the skill set among the children’s.

In Food competition there was lot of enthusiasm seen among the ladies because everyone was eager to make delicious food to win the competition. In fact many of them had made delicious food & presented in extremely good manner. The selectors were very much confused about to whom the best award would be given.

On 14^th September, 2018, Mehendi & Antarakshi competition were also organized. It was celebrated with full enthusiasm. Every participant tried to draw best mehendi on her partners hand to win the best award trophy. A team of selectors had chosen the candidates according to their creativity & innovation and precision (accuracy). In Antarakshi there was a tie in the competition. On 16^th September, 2018 on the final day during Ganesh Visarjan, all the winners of the above three competitions had been awarded 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd prizes.

LNJ Denim: Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebration

On 17^th September, 2018 Vishwakarma pooja was held at LNJ Denim unit. On this occasion all the employees of denim prayed for the smooth functioning of plant & various machines. Vishwakarma pooja is a festival dedicated to Lord Vishwakarma, who according to the Hindu mythology is the Lord of Creation and the Principal Universal Architect who designed the divine architecture of the entire universe - the heaven and the earth.

Many staff members come together to be a part of this pooja. All were gathered together under the pandal (Process Maintenance workshop) to perform the pooja and thereafter prasad were distributed among all.

Apart from this, each professional's respective tools were also worshipped in Vishwakarma's name and blessings were sought for a better future, safe working environment, and success in their respective fields.

TPP: Ganesh Utsav

Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated at Thermal Power Plant colony with full devotion & enthusiasm. The programme commenced with sthapana of lord Ganesh idol and Ganesh Vandana on 13^th September, 2018 with all customs and rituals. COO, TPP Shri N.K. Bahedia did the pooja sthapana under the guidance of Pandit. All the colony members were present on the occasion. The family members conducted Pooja & Bhog in the morning and evening for six days with all rituals voluntarily.

TPP: Independence Day Celebration

Independence Day is celebrated every year on Aug,15^th to honour the Freedom and Democracy of India as it came after many our legends lost their lives in fight for freedom against British rulers. After struggle of about 200 years we got Freedom in the year 1947,15^th August.

The celebration started with flag hosting ceremony by Shri N.K. Bahedia – COO (TPP) at 09:30 am followed by the “Guard of Honour” by group of Security Staff. On this special Occasion Shri N.K.Bahedia extended his warm greetings to all employees. The function was also addressed by Shri. Yogesh Ghothalkar (Head Electrical) and Shri. Sanjay Shah – Dy. COO. On this occasion, the workers were awarded for their good performance. At the end Shri N.K. Bahedia addressed the gathering, he spoke about importance of Independence Day and responsibilities of young generation towards the development of the society and Nation. The function was concluded with sweet distribution to all.

TPP: Hariyali Amavasya

Plantation day was celebrated at TPP, Mordi, Banswara on August 12, 2018. On this occasion both Staff members with their family members and Sub-Staff planted saplings at nearby Orchard area of Plant. In the post lunch session our scheduled program was held. Shri N.K.Bahedia (COO) TPP was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Shri N.K.Bahedia (COO), Shri Sanjay Sha (Dy.COO) and Shri Mamtesh Jain (DGM) commercial addressed all the employees explaining the importance of healthy environment and urged the employees to undertake more plantations. The highlight of the celebration was plantation of saplings by children of TPP families. The celebration concluded with refreshments. Entire program was Organized by Virendra Kumawat & Manglesh Bamaniya of (P&HR) department.

TPP: Janmashtami Celebration

Janmashtami, the commemoration of the birth of lord Krishna was celebrated with full of joy and enthusiasm at TPP, Mordi, Banswara. On this Occasion Shri. N.K. Bahedia COO. TPP carried out the pooja amidst presence of all the staff and their family members. Special attraction of the celebration was dahi handi event. The Programme ended with the Aarti and distribution of prasad with delicious dinner. The overall Janmashtmi programme conducted by the Club Committee.

TPP: Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebration

Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated on 17th Sept. 2018. with full devotion & enthusiasm at Workshop. All the staff members and workers participated in celebration. Pooja and Havan were performed by Sh. N.K.Bahedia (COO) along with Sh. Sanjay Kumar (Dy. COO) under the guidance of 2 learned pandits from Mordi. All the employees offered ‘Poorna-Aahuty’ for the prosperity of our group and prayed to lord Vishwakarmaji for continuous accomplishment.

BMD: Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration

We organized a competition of “Sand Art” among female workers on the occasion of Ganesha Chaturthi. During the celebration, the girls made beautiful things from sand like - Lord Ganesha, Smily Budha and Deepak etc. with their innovative & creative ideas. After the competition, winners have been awarded for their exceptional work.

BMD: Janmashtami Celebration

We celebrated Krishna Janmashtami in our Club House with staff & their family members. On this occasion, devotional songs and bhajan sandhya was organized with the participation of staff, family members and bhajan mandali. All of them participated with full enthusiasm and enjoyed to the fullest. All the members prayed to Lord Krishna for well being of all and growth of the organization.

BMD: Independence Day Celebration

The 72^nd Independence Day was celebrated with hosting of National Flag by C.K. Tharad, VP - Commercial. On this occasion, He and S.K. Bhandari, VP-Technical addressed the group of workers and staff present and emphasized the importance of hard work needed to maintain the market leadership. After the ceremony, awards were distributed to staff members having highest attendance.

BMD: Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebration

 On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, a pooja was organized in which all the staff members & workers participated with enthusiasm. Lord VishwaKarma, the divine architect is considered as swayambhu and creator of the world. He constructed the holy city of Dwarka where Krishna ruled, Maya Sabha of the Pandavas, and was the creator of many fabulous weapons for Devatas. After the pooja, prasad has been distributed to all.
