Rishabhdev: Lohri & Makar Sankranti

Lohri, the harvest festival of Punjab was celebrated at Rishabhdev on 13th January, 2019 by performing pooja. The Staff and family members enjoyed the celebration with great zeal. Shri K B Khatod, COO felicitated the newly wedded couples and new born babies on this occasion. On Makar Sankranti - 14th January, all have enjoyed the day by playing various traditional games like Sitholia, Gulli Danda, Kite Flying, etc. The programme ended with delicious dinner. 

Rishabhdev: Republic Day

Along with the country, Rishabhdev unit also celebrated India’s 70th Republic Day on 26th January, 2019 in a spirit of patriotism. Shri K B Khatod, COO unfurled the National Flag in front of ADM block during the presence of Officers, Staff, Union members and large number of workers. The COO addressed the gathering and conveyed best wishes to all. 

Rishabhdev: Mandir Patotsav

Patotsav of Siddhi Vinayak Ganeshji was celebrated at RSWM, Rishabhdev on 17th February, 2019 in a spiritual atmosphere. The Puja and hawan was performed by a team of Pandit from Khadagda. All the officers and staff along with their family performed the hawankriya. The yajman of the Puja was Smt. & Shri K B Khatod. The presence of Shri Prakash Maheshwari and Dr. Kirti Patel from Karma Charitable Trust from Mumbai graced the occasion and they wished all for their overall well being. At the end, Prasad was distributed to all.

Rishabhdev: Maha Shivratri

On 4th March, 2019, Mahashivratri was celebrated at RSWM Rishabhdev unit's Ganeshji Mandir. A well decorated Jhanki of Lord Shiv ji was prepared by the Staff Club team which was very attractive and got the attention of all. The Staff members with their families attended the Bhajan Kirtan which lasted till mid night. At the end, prasad was distributed to all the devotees.  

Rishabhdev: Holi

Holi, the festival of colours was celebrated at Rishabhdev with Holika Dahan on 20th March and playing of Holi on 21st March, 2019. Staff with their families enjoyed the festival by playing with Gulal & Colours, Dancing and Singing. In the evening a Holi Feast was arranged for all the staff and their families and everyone enjoyed with great zeal and spryness. On this occasion, prizes were distributed to the winners of various activities held during the year. 

LNJ Denim: Republic Day

A country is said to be running good when it has a proper legislation system. This 26th January, 1950 the day, a base of law, rules & regulation were laid. i.e. our constitution was made and will do the same and has governed our country very properly till date.

We celebrated 70th Republic Day in our LNJ Denim unit, Mordi on 26th January, 2019. The celebration started with National Flag Hosting Ceremony by Shri Suketu Shah – Business Head, followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. Security Staffs performed march-past on this occasion.

On this special Occasion of our 70th Republic Day Shri Suketu Shah – Business Head had extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected for individual contribution in growth of nation, he had also emphasized on national integrity, prosperity & the importance of Republic day and responsibilities of young generation towards the development of society. Later sweets were distributed among all staffs & Workers on this eve.

LNJ Denim: Basant Panchami

On the occasion of “Basant Panchami” LNJ Denim & Mayur Staff club’s members Organized Sarswati Pujan with full devotion & enthusiasm at LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on 10th  February, 2019. All Staffs with their family members had worshiped Maa Saraswati and wished for Good health, wealth & prosperity in personnel & professional life. 

LNJ Denim: Maha Shivratri

LNJ Denim & Mayur Staffs along with their family members celebrated Maha Shivratri festival at Lord Shiva Temple, LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on 4th March, 2019. The celebration started with Jal abhishek of Lord Shiva. Staff and their family members participated in this festival with great enthusiasm. Acharya Shri Manoj Pathak performed Poojan with reciting mantras and shlokas.

The celebration ended with Aarti and distribution of Maha Prasad. Everyone was delighted to be part of this holy parv and enjoyed this occasion whole-heartedly.

LNJ Denim: Holi & Dhulendi

India is a country of festivals & One of the big festival of India is Holi. It is celebrated with great enthusiasm and gaiety on the full moon day in the month of Phalgun which is the month of March as per the Gregorian calendar. In spite of being such a colourful festival, there are various aspects of Holi which makes it so significant for our lives. Holi gets us close to our religion and our mythology as it is essentially the celebration of various legends associated with the festival.

Holi celebration started with Holika Dahan on 20th March, 2019’s night at LNJ Nagar Staff Colony with full enthusiasm. On 21st March, 2019 all staff members had danced on folk music, during the program, all staff members enjoyed delicious fast food, followed by lunch.

Lodha: Republic Day

The celebration started with flag hoisting by Shri Sukesh Shamra, COO at 8.30 A.M. The function was studded with disciplined demonstration of parade by our security guards and class trainees of the mill. The speech by our COO, Shri Sukesh Sharma was an inspiring one and motivated the employees to go beyond limits for their nation.

On this occasion, the workers having highest attendance record in the calendar year 2018 were rewarded and the employees (Staff & Workers) who completed 25 years with RSWM were felicitated with shawls and certificates.

Lodha: Mahashiv Ratri

RSWM Lodha Staff club started the celebration of Maha Shivratri with Jal – Abhishek of Lord Shiva at Orchard temple. All the colony residents along with their family members attended the celebration. Shri Mahesh Bihani performed the main Pooja and at the end, Prasad was distributed to all the staff members and their families.

Lodha: Holi

The festival of Holi started with Holika Dahan in the evening of 20th March 2019 and the Pooja was performed by Shri Sukesh Shamra, COO. On the next day, a colour full Holi celebration was started at 9.30 AM. All the staff members and families assembled at staff club and played Holi with different colors and enthusiasm. The Holi fervor was everywhere in the air while dancing on folk and traditional music. Later the celebrations were closed with delicious fast food in the evening.

Lodha: Lohri

On 13th January, 2019, RSWM Staff Club Lodha celebrated the function of Lohri by lighting & pooja of Lohri. Beautiful bhangra & other dance performances were presented by children and staff members. At the end of the function, all the newly wedded couples & newly born babies were blessed & gifts were distributed to them by Chief Operating Officer Shri Sukesh Sharma Ji. 

Lodha: Makar Sankranti

On 14th January, 2019, RSWM Lodha unit celebrated Makar Sankranti with some memorable moments captured while playing different games and activities. The Joyous mood of staff along with their family members while flying kites, playing satolia, cricket and gilli danda was captivating. The day was well spent and enjoyed by all.  

Lodha: International Women’s Day

The International Womens day was celebrated on 8th March at RSWM Ltd Lodha Campus. Shri R K Dixit, Sh. Aditya Sharma and female staff Mrs. Mani Jain, Ms Purva Trivedi, Mrs Neetu Sharma, Ms Versha Shinde were also present in this program. Mrs. Mani Jain gave an impressive lecture on women’s health, wellbeing and women empowerment. Mehandi completions organised and best 3 out of 18 were selected and prizes were given to female workmen. Ms. Shyam Kanwar Parihar presented the vote of thanks. 

Lodha: Saraswati Pooja at Worker's Hostel

On the holy occasion of ‘Basant Panchami’, RSWM Mayur Nagar Pariwar celebrated Saraswati poojan with full devotion, fondness & enthusiasm at worker's hostel. All the workmen residing in colony joined the celebration along with staff members. After Poojan, workmen offered ‘Aahuti’ in Hawan for the prosperity of the group & prayed Goddess Saraswati for continuous improvement and accomplishment.

HO: Women's Day

International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8 worldwide, commemorating the political, social and economic achievements of women. Over the decades, the objective of Women's Day celebration has evolved and embraced culture and ethnicity to emerge as a celebration of appreciation, respect and love towards women.

On this occasion a small get-together was arranged with some fun activities for women staff.  The women employees  were overwhelmed with the compliments they received from their colleagues and senior officials. The entire event was filled with fun which ended with delicious refreshments.  The female staff at Head Office celebrated the event with great zeal & fervor.

HEG: Women’s Day

Displaying our strong commitment to gender equality in workplace, HEG Limited celebrated International Women’s Day with great pride on 8th March, 2019. By inviting all female employees to a common platform which was chaired by our COO, Shri Manish Gulati in presence of Shri Sanjay Singh and Shri Ranadeep Chakraborty, he discussed with them that all possible support will be extended to our women employees which in turn shall unlock their true potential.

HEG: Republic Day

The Republic day celebration was started with flag hoisting by Shri Ranadeep Chakraborty, VP followed by the National Anthem & the Guard of Honour. The Vice President during his speech, emphasized on our daily efforts which leads to prosperity of our plant, LNJ Bhilwara Group and subsequently of our nation. He motivated the employees to put in their best efforts day-in & day-out for achieving the same.

TPP: Holi

Holi is one of the major Festival of India and is the most vibrant of all. The joy of Holi knows no bound. This festival is celebrated across four corners of the country. This colourful festival has a lot of significance in our lives.

The Staff club of TPP organized a two day Holi function at LNJ Nagar, TPP Staff colony which started with Holika Dahan on 20th March, 2019 at 07:30 pm. The Pooja archana was performed by Shri N.K. Bahedia – COO, Shri Sanjay Shah – Dy. COO and Shri Mamtesh Jain – DGM (Commercial). Dhulandi Sneh Milan was organized in the morning on 21st March 2019, Staff members along with their families assembled at the central park of the colony and played Holi by smearing each others face with colours. Songs and dances were performed by the staff members and great arrangements were made for refreshments. In the evening, a Holi feast was arranged for all staff families with game “Housie” and everyone enjoyed a lot during this amazing two day festival.

TPP: Makar Sankranti

TPP staff members celebrated Makar Sankranti on 14th January 2019, at LNJ Nagar, TPP staff colony along with their family members. Makar Sankranti marks the end of a long winter with the return of the sun to the Northern Hemisphere. 

On this day, TPP staff club organized various traditional games like - Sitolia, Gulli Danda, Cricket matches for gents, ladies and children separately. All the staff members with their families enjoyed the whole day by participating in various games followed by heavy snacks and tea.

 

TPP: Republic Day

Republic Day is celebrated every year on 26th January to honour the Constitution of India as it came into force on this day in the year 1950. 26th January marks the day when a base of law, rules & regulation were laid which led to the formation of our Constitution.

The celebration started with flag hosting ceremony by Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia – COO (TPP) at 09:30 am, followed by the “Guard of Honour” by group of security staff. On this special occasion, Shri N.K. Bahedia extended his warm greetings to all the employees. The function was addressed by Shri. Sanjay Shah (Dy. COO), Shri O.P. Gautam (Head C&I) & Shri Mamtesh Jain (Head Commercial). The workers were awarded for their good performance in the calendar year 2018 by Sh. N.K. Bahedia. At the end, Shri N.K. Bahedia addressed the gathering; he spoke about importance of Republic Day and the responsibilities of young generation towards the development of the Society and Nation. The function was concluded with sweet distribution.

Kharigram: Republic Day

With the whole of the country, Kharigram unit too celebrated 69th Republic Day on 26th January, 2019. Sh V.R. Joshi,Chief Operating Officer hosted the national flag followed by Parade from Security Staff .A folk dance was performed by female workers which was appreciated by all. Shri Dinesh Bhojak GM-P & A motivated all workers to give their best performance. Addressing to the staff and workers, Sh V.R. Joshi,Chief Operating Officer gave message for improving the quality of yarn and emphasized on working in strict discipline and a sense of belongingness to the company in his address. Prizes were also given to best performers in the category of security, production, attendance, safety etc. The programme was concluded by light refreshment and distribution of sweets.

Kharigram: Lohri Parv

Lohri parv was celebrated by Kharigram pariwar on 13th January, 2019. The Staff and their family members participated in this festival with full enthusiasm. The programme started with Lohri pooja and wood fire. The Bhangra dance over the music and Lohari songs was enjoyed by all. The cheering from kids, ladies and staff alike made the festivity evening full of energy. At the end of the function, all the newly couples and new born babies were blessed & gifts were distributed to them by Shri V.R. Joshi, Chief Operating Officer, RSWM Kharigram.

Kharigram: Makar Sankranti

Makar Sakranti festival was celebrated by Kharigram pariwar on 14th January, 2019 along with staff and their family members and enjoyed the festivity of Flying Kites, Sitoliya, Gulli Danda, Cricket, Ring Throw, Ball Throw etc. The celebration ended with having sweet dish Like - Gajak and delicious fast food, tea etc by all the members. It was a buzz of Fun & Masti there and everybody enjoyed on this occasion.

Kharigram: Mahashiv Ratri

On 4th March, 2019 RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated Mahashivratri Parv at Colony Temple. The Shiv Mandir was decorated with colourful flowers and celebration started with Jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva. Staff and their family members chanted “Bhajan Kirtan”with full of devotion. The celebration ended with Maha Aarti and distribution of Prasad.

Kharigram: Holi

The festival of Holi started with Holika Dahan in the evening on 20th March 2019, Holika Pooja was performed by Sh V.R. Joshi, COO. Next day a colourful Holi celebration started & all staff club members and their family member enjoyed and delighted by colouring each other. Songs, Antakshari and group dances were performed by staff and their family members. During the program all staff members enjoyed delicious fast food Gujhiaand Thandai.

Ringas: Lohri

On 13thJanuary 2019, RSWM Ladies Club, Ringas unit celebrated Lohri. Staff along with family members gathered around it and thrown puffed rice, popcorn and other munchies into the fire and sung popular Pop songs with dance around the fire. The bonhomie during the Lohri celebrations in the Ringas unit symbolized the spirit of brotherhood and unity amongst the members of the unit. After celebration Til, GajakJaggery, Peanuts and Popcorn were distributed.

 
Ringas: Makar Sankranti

The Staff and their family members of RSWM Spinning Staff Club, Ringas were celebrated Makar Sakranti on 14th January 2019 with fervour and zeal. On the occasion, they enjoyed various traditional games like GulliDanda, Sitolia and Kite flying among others. This harvest festival was celebrated with many cultural programmes with devotion and cheerfulness by staff members and their families of RSWM Staff Club, (Spinning), Ringas –  Spinning unit.

Ringas: Republic Day

The 70th Republic Day of the nation was celebrated at RSWM Ltd., Ringas unit with flag hoisting ceremony followed by National Anthem with patriotic fervour in presence of Shri Avinash Bhargava, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Shri Anurag Tiwari, Senior Vice President (Technical - RPSF), Staff members, Workers and Union dignitaries. The Guard of honour was extended by Chief Security Officer with his team members.

Shri Avinash Bhargava & Shri Anurag Tiwari conveyed best wishes to all the employees and also emphasized on the need of consistent quality and productivity for the growth of the organization as well as the nation. The event was concluded with the prize distribution to the employees for their full potential, followed by sweets distribution.

Ringas: Khatu Shyamji Mela

As usual, this year also, RSWM, Ringas unit actively extended the services in the interest of the public during Khatu Shyamji Mela, held from 13th - 17th March, 2019. On the occasion, members of Staff Club, Ringas unit and Ladies Club of RSWM (Spinning) participated in the function and distributed cloths and sleepers to the poor & needy children’s. In addition to this, Ladies Club & Staff Club have donated Water Tanks to the Government Schools, out of their own savings to facilitate Drinking Water to the School Children. 

On this occasion, Shri Avinash Bhargava, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Principal’s of various Government/Private Schools, INTUC Trade Union Leaders and other dignitaries of the town addressed and conveyed their best wishes to RSWM Staff Club and RSWM Ladies Club for this initiative.

Maral: Republic Day

The 70th Republic Day of our mother nation celebrated at Maral Sarovar on 26th January, 2019. Sh. D.K. Mittal, President of MOL hoisted the National Flag at 7.20 a.m. and also lit up “Amarjyoti” lamp to mark our salutations to the martyrs of the independence. The Security Staff performed march-past on this occasion. The children of employees who secured excellent results in their academic session were felicitated in the function. The patriotic songs was also performed by the staff members added more colors to the function.  

Maral: Holi

The employees and their families of Maral Sarovar Plant celebrated the festival of colors Holi on 21st March, 2019. The celebrations began with gathering of the employees at the Club House area and then the procession of employees went through the staff colony with dancing on DJ tunes. The Couple & Group Dances, Antakshari and traditional taste of snacks and Gujiya were the attraction of the celebration.

Mandpam: Lohri

The festival of Lohri marks the culmination of winter season and is celebrated on the 13th of January every year for fertility and spark of life. All staff members & their families of Mandpam and Kanyakheri units jointly celebrated this occasion. Complete Melange Pariwar gathered around the bonfire and offered sweets to everyone. The bonhomie during the Lohri celebrations in Mandpam Unit symbolized the spirit of brotherhood and unity amongst all members of both the units.

Mandpam: Maha Shivratri

On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri a “Bhajan Sandhya” was organized at Melangeshwar Mahadev Temple on the night of 4th March, 2019 which was enjoyed by staff members of both the units Mandpam and Kanyakheri. The Puja was performed and prasad was distributed among all the staff and workers.

Mandpam: Holi

The festival of Holi was celebrated jointly by Mandpam and Kanyakheri staff & their family members with much fervor and enthusiasm. A Puja was performed on 20th March, 2019 at 8 p.m. The Gulal packets were also distributed to the colony residents on the occasion of Holika Dahan.

It was fun all the way on the day of Dhulandi on 21st March 2019, with resident members throwing colours at each other and enjoying the moment with full of music and masti. The fun-filled event of playing colours was followed by delicious lunch in the lawn area of guest house for all.

BMD: Republic Day

The 70th Republic Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm at BMD, Banswara plant. The National flag was hoisted by Mr. C.K. Tharad (Vice President) followed by his address to entire employee’s. Mr. Yalcin Ozbozdoganli, our consultant from Turkey was also present on this occasion. He was welcomed by Mr. S.K. Bhandari (Vice President). Workers who are having good attendance record were awarded with prize on the occasion and motivated as well.

ADHPL: Republic Day

The Republic Day was celebrated on January 26, 2019 at ADHPL. The Chief Guest Shri Pankaj Kapoor, AVP (O&M) was welcomed and given guard of honour by G4S security. The chief guest unfurled the national flag in front of the Admin block and addressed the employees. Sweets and tea were distributed among the employees and their families present on the occasion

ADHPL: Mahashivratri Pooja

The Mahashivratri pooja was organized in the Shiva Temple of Power House on 4th March, 2019. All the ADHPL Staff and their family members participated in the pooja ceremony. After Purna Ahuti, prasada was distributed among the present devotees of Lord Shiva.

ADHPL: Eco Friendly Holi

Eco friendly Holi was celebrated with great zeal and fervor at ADHPL premises on March 20th, 2019. During the celebrations only natural colours were used. Use of water sprays and water colours was avoided by all the ADHPL family to save water. Tea and snacks were served on the occasion.
