Kharigram: Navratra Parv

RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated the Navratra Mahotsav, organized by Staff Club in the Colony Temple. The Navratra Mahotsav started with "Murti & Ghat Sthapana" on 17^th Oct, 20 with full of worship and in devout environment in presence of Shri Rajeev Jain, BH, Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO, Shri Ashish Kumar Pandey, President - Staff Club. Senior officers along with families participated in Durga Shaptshati Path & Aarti at morning & evening time. On Ashtami, Hawan and a Grand Pooja performed by Sh NK Bahedia, COO, Sh Manoj Sharma,CHRO, Sh Avinash Bhargava, CFO and Sh Vinod Mehta, VP-CCD and other senior Officers.

Banswara: Deepawali Laxmi Pooja

On the eve of Deepawali, Laxmi Pooja was performed on 14th November 2020 at ADM Block of RSWM Limited, Lodha, Banswara. The Poojan was performed by a team of renowned pandits of Talwara under the guidance of Shri. Nikunj Mohan Pandya. The yajman of the poojan Smt. & Shri. Sukesh Sharma wished the employees/families for a glorious and Prosperous New Year. Special thanks given to Shri Ashok Sodani and team for their best arrangement.

Banswara: Laddu Chouth

The Sneh Bhoj was organised on 18^th November 2020 for all workers and staff on Laddu Chouth festival. All workmen were invited for lunch/dinner. On this festival, the pooja of Lord Shiva is performed on every Monday for four months starting from 1^st Monday of Shravan month. This festival is also known as “Mansa vrat”. This is one of the famous festival of tribal region Banswara / Durgapur. Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit (GM- HR & IR) & his team well managed the programme, Shri Sukesh Sharma (Chief Operating officer) give best wishes to all workers.

Banswara: Navratri Sapt Sati Path & Hawan

RSWM Staff Club celebrated Shardiya Navratra from 17^th to 24^th October, 2020 during Navrartra Durga Sapt Sati Paath. A special poojan was organised on this day at Orchard temple with much fervor. Daily morning sapt sati path & evening aarti was performed by taking all precautionary measures of COVID-19.

Ringas: Nav Durga Pujan Mahotasav

Nav Durga Dandiya Mahotasav 2020 was organized on the auspicious occasion of Nine Days of Nav Ratra Parva at Ringas unit. Durga Pooja, being the most acclaimed festival of Hindu religion that marks the triumph of good over evil, it was celebrated with high spirits and sacredness. For Ringas unit, the festival is a carnival that blends worship with gaiety. The nine-days witnessed great devotion and zeal with pooja, aarti, bhajan, hawan, performed every day with due care for Covid-19.

On the concluding day of the special celebrations and Pooja, Shri Anurag Mathur, COO warmly welcomed the staff members & their families and conveyed best wishes.

Ringas: Deepawali Poojan

On the eve of Deepawali on 14^th November 2020, Pooja of Goddess of Wealth was held at Ringas unit in presence of staff and families and got the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi. The office was decked up with bright and colorful lanterns, diyas and rangoli to add to the festive mood. Shri Anurag Mathur – Chief Operating Officer conveyed best wishes to the staff members & their family and expressed expectation from all to contribute their best for the growth of the business and welfare of the society at large.

Mandpam: Navratri Festival

Navratra festival was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm for 10 days at RSWM, Mandpam Unit. On this occasion of Shardiya Navratra, Pooja was organized from 17^th October to 24^th October, 2020 at Mélange Officers’ Colony premises by Melange Staff Club.

Mandpam: Diwali Poojan

The Lakshmi Poojan ceremony was conducted by Shri Ashwani Mittal, Dy. Business Head on 14^th November, 2020 in the Administrative block of Mandpam Unit. All staff members attended the Poojan ceremony along with their family members and sought the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi.

Mandpam: Diwali Sneh Milan

Mélange Staff Club has organized “DIWALI SNEH MILAN” eve on 21st November 2020. All staff Members attends & enjoy the function on this eve which was followed by cultural programme & dinner.

Mandpam: New Year Celebration

New Year 2021 celebrations were thoroughly enjoyed with great zeal & enthusiasm in the presence of Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH - MYB), Melange Staff & their family members. The event was organized by the Melange Staff club. Everyone enjoyed and greeted each other a happy & prosperous new year. Sh. Ashwani Mittal addressed the audience & wished them a successful year ahead.

Mandpam: Staff Birthday Celebration

The Staff Birthday (October to December) month was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Melange Staff club on every last week of the month. The cake cutting ceremony started by staff members whose birthday was in that particular month, in the presence of Shri Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) and all staff members. Everyone enjoyed the delicious cake with high tea.

Rishabhdev: Deepawali Laxmi Poojan

On the eve of Deepawali 14^th November 2020, Laxmi Poojan was performed at accounts hall by our COO in which GM (Commercial), Manager (Accounts) and few members of accounting staff participated by keeping COVID-19 protocols i.e. maintaining physical distance and using face mask cover. All members prayed for the prosperity and well being of people during this pandemic situation across the globe.

LNJ Denim: Navratri Celebration

Navratri is a nine-day long Hindu festival celebrated with much fervor every year in the autumn. The Navratra Poojan was celebrated with high enthusiasm by placing the deity of Maa Durga by Mayur & Denim Staff club, Mordi from 17^th to 24^th October, 2020 at LNJ Nagar Gamdi Staff Colony. 

During this period, couples used to sit to offer their prayer in the morning with chanting eternal mantras and evenings also made lively with all staff members and families. However, ever since the coronavirus has hit the world, festivals have become a low-key affair. Unlike other years, this year dance workshops, danidya and garba were missed by all the staff members.

LNJ Denim & Fabric: Laxmi Pooja Celebration

Deepawali is a festival of lights symbolising the victory of righteousness and the lifting of spiritual darkness. Every year, markets are filled with all the festive delights like - lights, diyas, candles, etc. However, this year, the COVID-19 pandemic has somewhat changed this usual scenario and the way this festival is celebrated.

On this occasion, a traditional way of Laxmi poojan was organized on 14^th November, 2020 at our LNJ Denim admin block which was performed by Shri Pradeep Kumar Sharma & Shri Prateek Bansal along with entire staff members of Denim & Fabric plant. All the members had attended the poojan & hawan ceremony which was followed by distribution of sweets.

ADHPL: Diwali Celebration

Diwali was celebrated at ADHPL on October 14^th Nov, 2020. This year Diwali was celebrated in eco-friendly way and no crackers / fireworks were used on this holy occasion. The Pujan was organized in Admin block of ADHPL, which was restricted to a limited gathering, in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.

BMD: Dussehra & Diwali Celebration

Dussehra & Diwali festivals were celebrated in BMD with great zeal and enthusiasm taking all Covid-19 precautions. Puja, aarti and hawan were performed on this holy occasion. Prayers were offered to Durga Maa & blessings invoked for prosperity and happiness in both personal and professional life.

BMD: World Quality Month

The whole world celebrates November month as “World Quality Month”. This month provides a platform for acknowledging the efforts and accomplishments of quality and all who work to make it happen. In BMD also Quality month was celebrated during 1^st to 30^th November with full enthusiasm. As part of celebration, competitions were conducted on Poster / Slogan / Kaizen / Suggestion and prizes were distributed to the winners.

Shri Sanjay Sharma, COO given an inspirational speech on the inaugural meeting held in orchard with staff & workers. Mr. J.K. Verma & Shri Navdeep Kumar administered Quality oath to all employees during the meeting.

TPP: “BHAIRO BABA” Poojan

In Indian mythology each places have a God which we call “Sthan Devta: The God of Place”.

Thermal Power Plant also have a small pious place which we call “Bhairon Baba” temple. Every saturday, all senior persons gather there to pay morning prey to the lord of place besides daily Pooja.

On 10^th & 11^th December 2020, two days Pooja was performed which started with Pooja on 10^th noon and was concluded at 1.00 pm of 11^th  Dec. 2020 with “purnahuti”. All staff members, associates, workers benefited of spirituality.

TPP: Lakshmi Poojan

On the day of Deepawali, Laxmi Pooja was performed on 14^th November 2020 at TPP, Mordi, Banswara. The Pooja was performed by a team of renowned Pandit under the guidance of Shri Nikunj ji Pandya. Everyone celebrated this holy occasion and had prasad after the poojan.

Maral-Noida: Diwali Celebration

As Diwali is one of the biggest and the most auspicious festivals in India. It was celebrated in Maral Overseas Noida on 13^th November with beautiful lights decoration on Factory building. The Lakshmi poojan took place in the factory premises and Diwali gifts & sweets were given to all the employees. Staff members and workers participated in the celebration with maintaining COVID-19 protocols. The Poojan and Havan were performed by Shri Sanjay Janghala (Vice-President) under the guidance of learned pandits.

Maral-Noida: Christmas Celebration

Christmas is that wonderful time of the year when people get together with their loved ones and celebrate with pomp and gaiety. It is the perfect opportunity to get closer to your employees and start afresh with new goals for the New Year. Maral Overseas Ltd Noida celebrated the Christmas eve on 25^th December’20 in both the Garment Plant. They played festive music and decorated the venue with candy canes, Santa hats, Secret Santa and much more. Everyone enjoyed with full passion and took the pictures with Santa.
