HO: Women's Day Celebration

We believe that “The strength of a woman is not measured by the impact that all her hardships in life have had on her; but the strength of a woman is measured by the extent of her refusal to allow those hardships to dictate her and who she becomes…."

Displaying our strong commitment towards gender equality in workplace, we at HO celebrated International Women’s Day like every year with much enthusiasm & excitement on 8th March, 2021. All our female employees were invited to a common platform to celebrate this much awaited day with plenty of fun related activities and high tea. Towards the end, a beautiful coffee mug was gifted to all the ladies for a memorable Women’s Day celebration.

HO: Holi Celebration

People celebrate the Holi festival by binging on some lip-smacking sweets, thandai and splash colored powder and water balloons while chanting "Holi Hai". The evening before Holi is known as Holika Dahan during which people light a bonfire to signify the burning of a demon Holika.

At HO, the festival of colors – ‘Holi’ was celebrated with much zeal and gusto this year by maintaining proper hygiene and social distancing due to COVID-19 pandemic. All employees wished each other a colorful Holi with happiness and good health. The sweets’ packets were also distributed to all the employees on this occasion.

Kanyakheri: Dinner-cum-Celebration Programme

A Dinner programme was organized at staff colony to celebrate the positive vibes on the occasion of Valentines Day. The Celebration cum Dinner programme was on 16th February, 2021 at Kanyakheri unit for employees and their families. 

Kanyakheri: Holika Dahan Celebration

The Holika Dahan ceremony and poojan was done by honorable COO, Shri Vinit Agarwal and Mrs Agarwal, a day before the Dhulendi festival. The ceremony was followed by the songs and dance performances by colony staff members at staff colony. All other workers and their family members were also present on this holy occasion. The evening was full of fervor and everyone enjoyed the programme by following the COVID-19 precautionary measures to check the surge inside the colony premises.

Kanyakheri: Republic Day Celebration

The 72nd Republic Day of India was celebrated with a flag hosting ceremony by Mr. Sulabh Shinghal & GM Tech. team at Kanyakheri unit. It was great to see that employees took part in this program with full passion and saluted the Indian flag with integrity.

TPP: 50th National Safety Day Celebration

The 50th National Safety Day was celebrated on March 4th, 2021 at TPP RSWM LTD Mordi.

The programme was organized to create safety awareness among the employees of Power division. On this occasion competitions on “Safety Slogan”, “Safety Poster” & “Safety Essay” were organized among the plant employees. Event commenced with Lighting of lamp & oath taking ceremony conducted by DY. COO. Shri Sanjay Kr Shah.  After the declaration of winners, prizes were distributed by DY. COO, TPP Shri Sanjay Kr Shah, Head Commercial DGM, Shri Mamtesh Jain. The programme was coordinated by our Head of safety, Shri B.S. Bhati. All the senior officers of plant and staff members were also present during the entire event.

TPP: Holi Celebration

The staff club of TPP-Mordi organized Holika Dahan at LNJ Nagar TPP Staff Colony in which all the staffs along with their family members participated with much enthusiasm and followed all COVID-19 protocols.

On the Eve of Holi, the Holika Dahan ceremony was performed by our head of Commercial, Shri Mamtesh Jain with puja archana. Everyone wished each other a colorful and safe Holi this year. 

Ringas-RPSF: Lohri Festival Celebration

The festival of Lohri was celebrated at RPSF Staff Colony, Ringas with full joy and enthusiasm while following all precautions of COVID-19. By taking utmost care of our employees, only Fibre staff colony members were present to celebrate this holly festival.

Ringas-RPSF: Makar Sankranti Celebration

After COVID-19 pandemic conditions, Celebrating Uttrayan Festival at the workplace has emerged as one of the biggest employee engagement initiatives. The celebration of Uttrayan was celebrated with great enthusiasm in RPSF Family.

Shri and Smt. M.K. Yogi distributed kites and sweets to children and they enjoyed a lot during this celebration. All the ladies and gents participated in the games like Kabbaddi, Sitolia etc. which was fun to watch.

Ringas-RPSF: Republic Day Celebration

 

 

The 72nd Republic Day was celebrated with lots of fun and with various cultural programs at RPSF Div. while maintaining social distancing and following the COVID-19 guidelines.

Shri M.K. Yogi, COO hoisted the flag and everyone sung National anthem. COO addressed the staff and workers regarding merits of Indian Constitutions and remembered the sacrifices of our freedom fighters.

At the end of program, prizes were distributed to the best performers in the category of security, production, best attendance etc. and also to all the participants who performed on this occasion.

Ringas-RPSF: National Safety Week Celebration

The National Safety Week wascelebrated from 04 to 10 March, 2021 at RPSF Div. (Ringas). During this week, all Staff and Workers gathered at main gate and took safety pledge to bring awareness on Safety among Workers, Organized Quizes, Speech and Poster Competitions.

At the end of week's celebration, COO-RPSF Div. Shri M.K. Yogi highlighted the importance of safety and safe work practices in daily life and also awarded the winners of above competitions.

Ringas-RPSF: Holika Dahan Festival

Due to COVID-19 epidemic conditions, the festival of “HOLI” celebrated with great simplicity in Fibre Divison. Shri M.K. Yogi (COO-RPSF Div.) organized small function of Holika Dehan in the RPSF campus.

On this auspicious occasion, COO told that Holi is the expression of the sheer joy of life and the overwhelming spirit of acceptance & togetherness which inspires all the humas to live with love and harmony.

Ringas: Lohri & Makar Sakranti Celebration

On 13th January 2021, RSWM Ladies Club, Ringas has celebrated Lohri by burning Lohri and performing Pooja. The staff along with family members gathered around it and throwed puffed rice, popcorn & other munchies into the fire and sung popular pop songs with dance around the fire. The bonhomie during the Lohri celebrations in the Ringas unit symbolized the spirit of brotherhood and unity amongst the members of the unit.

Staff and their family members of RSWM Spinning Staff Club, Ringas celebrated Makar Sakranti on 14th January 2021 with fervour and zeal. On this occasion, they enjoyed various traditional games like Gulli Danda, Sitolia and Kite flying among others. This harvest festival was celebrated with many cultural programs with devotion and cheerfulness by staff members and their families of RSWM Staff Club, (Spinning), Ringas.

Ringas: Sundar Kand Paath

Sundara Kaada or Sundar Kand, is the fifth book in the Hindu epic, the Ramayana. The original Sundara Kanda is in Sanskrit and was composed by Valmiki, who was the first to scripturally record the Ramayana. This lesson is recited by religious Hindus, preferably on Tuesday or Saturdays. Sunder Kand is the only chapter of the Ramayana in which the hero is not Rama, but rather Hanuman. The work depicts the adventures of Hanuman and his selflessness, strength, and devotion to Rama are emphasized in the text.

We, RSWM Limited Ringas has organized ‘Sundar Kand Paath’ at our Staff Colony as well as Workers Colony on 12/01/201 and 16/01/2021. All the staff members, workmen and their family members attended the function.

Ringas: Republic Day Celebration

The 72nd Republic Day of the nation was celebrated at RSWM Ltd., Ringas unit with flag hoisting ceremony followed by National Anthem with patriotic fervour by Shri Anurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer, Shri AVS Yadav GM (P&IR), Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar DGM (Technical), staff members, workers and union dignitaries. The Guard of honour was extended by Chief Security Officer with his team. Besides this, national song was also performed.

After hoisting the National Flag, Shri Anurag Mathur and Shri AVS Yadav conveyed best wishes to all employees and also emphasized on the need of consistent quality and productivity for the growth of the organization as well as the nation.

HEG: Republic Day Celebration

Freedom in the mind, strength in the words, pureness in our blood, pride in our souls, zeal in our hearts, a thousand salutes to the great nation of ours. The 72nd Republic Day event was well organised on at HEG plant on 26 January, 2021. The Guest of Honour was Mr. Sunil Kataria (veteran) and HOD (Admin).

HEG: Basant Panchami Celebration

During the Basant Panchami festival, we celebrate the goddess of knowledge, music and art known as 'Saraswati' Mata. Basant Panchami marks the end of the winter season and arrival of spring. A good organization always remembers and follows the tradition & culture and we are doing the same thing.

HEG: National Safety Day Celebration

The 50th National Safety day was celebrated on 4 March, 2021 at HEG unit. The Safety slogans along with health pledge were taken to prepare for safer future. Some sessions were taken by seniors to share the knowledge and experiences followed by Prize distribution ceremony.

HEG: Women’s Day Celebration

Every day is a women's day, this particular day is marked to honor all the women and their achievements. The contribution of women in every sphere of life is massive. We at HEG Ltd. also celebrated International Women’s Day on 8 March, 2021 as a recognition for their valuable contribution towards the organisation and society.

HEG: Maha Shivratri Pooja

Maha Shivratri or the "great night of Shiva" comes once in a year, just before the arrival of Spring. One of the most significant Hindu festivals and is celebrated by his devotees across the globe. The auspicious day is of special significance because it marks his martial union with Goddess Parvati, who is also referred to as Shakti. At HEG, we had a “Pooja” in our temple on 11 March, 2021 and offered prayer to Lord Shiva for his blessings.

Kharigram: 50th National Safety Week Celebration

The 50th National Safety week started on 4th March, 2021 was celebrated with lot of enthusiasm and involvement of all concerned which was continued till 10th March, 2021.This activity made valuable contribution to cultivate safety culture among the work force & to integrate safety in their day to day activity. The Safety Oath was taken by all workmen and staff members.

The Safety badges distributed to all employees. Exhibition of PPE’s, Fire & Safety equipments, Safety training programme for contract workers, drivers and Safety based various competitions were conducted. Sh N. K. Bahedia, COO summoned up to all employees to keep the learnings to ensure “Zero Accident”.

Kharigram: Republic Day Celebration

With the whole of the country, Kharigram unit too celebrated 72nd Republic Day on 26th January, 2021. Sh N. K. Bahedia, Chief Operating Officer hoisted the national flag followed by Parade from Security Staff. Sh Avinash Bhargava,CFO, Sh Vinod Mehta, VP-CCD were also present there in this celebration. Folk dances and nation devout songs were performed by female & male workers which was appreciated by all. Shri Dinesh Bhojak GM-P & A motivated all workers to give their best performance. 

Addressing to the staff and workers, Sh N.K. Bahedia,Chief Operating Officer gave message for improving the quality of yarn and emphasized on working in strict discipline and a sense of belongingness in the critical period of the company. Prizes given to best performers in the category of security, production, attendance, safety etc. The programme was concluded by light refreshment and distribution of sweets.

Kharigram: Lohri Parv

Lohri parv was celebrated by Kharigram pariwar on 13th January, 2021. Staff and their family members participated in this festival with full of enthusiasm. Bhangra dance over the music around fire. Kids, ladies and staff alike made the festivity evening full of joyace by pooja and singing of Lohari songs with cheers. At the end of the function, all the newly couples and new born babies were blessed & gifts were distributed to them by Sh N.K.Bahedia, COO and Sh Avinash Bhargava,CFO.

Kharigram: Makar Sakranti Celebration

Makar Sakranti festival was celebrated by Kharigram pariwar on 15th January 2021 along with staff and their family members and enjoyed the festivity of Flying Kites, Sitoliya, Gulli Danda, Cricket, Ring Throw, Ball throw etc. The celebration ended with having sweet dish like Gajak and delicious fast food, tea etc by all members. It was a buzz of Fun & Masti there and everybody enjoyed on this occasion.

Kharigram: Holi Festival

The festival of Holi started with Holika Dahan in the evening of 28th March 2021, the Holika Pooja was performed by Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO by following all Covid protocols for safety of our employees & their families. Next day, Dhulandi was celebrated in a symbolic way and everyone enjoyed a lot on this day.

Kharigram: Mahashivratri Celebration

On 11th March, 2021, The Mahashivratri Parv was celebrated by RSWM Kharigram Pariwar at Colony Temple. The Shiv Mandir was decorated with colourful flowers and celebration started with Jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva. The celebration ended with Maha Aarti and distribution of Prasad, following all the necessary Covid protocols.

Mandpam: New Year Celebration

Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH-MYB) with all department heads & other staff members met all departments workers & wished for a prosperous new year. In the evening, a staff get together was organized by Melange Staff club for everyone. All attended the function with much enthusiasm and took high tea & cake.

Mandpam: Lohri Celebration

The festival of Lohri marks the culmination of winter season and is celebrated on the 13th of January every year for fertility and spark of life. All the staff members & their families celebrated the occasion with much gusto. Complete Melange Pariwar gathered around the bonfire and offered sweets to each other.

Mandpam: Republic Day Celebration

The Republic Day (26th January, 2021) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Mandpam unit. The National Flag was hoisted by Shri S.K. Mittal, who also addressed an audience of staff and workers.

Later, sweets were also distributed among all the staff and workers to celebrate this patriotic occasion.      

Mandpam: Mahashivratri Celebration

On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri a “Bhajan Sandhya” was organized at Melangeshwar Mahadev Temple on the night of 11th March, 2021 which was enjoyed by all staff members & their families. The Prasad was also distributed among all staff and workers after the poojan ceremony.

Mandpam: Holi Celebration

The festival of colors, Holi was celebrated with much fervor and enthusiasm at Mandpam unit. A Puja was performed by Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) on the evening of 28th March at 8:00 pm to celebrate Holika Dahan. 

It was fun all the way on the day of Dhulandi on 29th March 2021, but due to Covid guidelines no celebrations with color was allowed for the safety of everyone.

Mandpam: Staff Birthday Celebration

The Staff Birthday (January to March Month) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Melange Staff club on every last week of month. The Cake cutting ceremony was done by Staff whose birthday was in that particular month, in presence of Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) and other staff members. All employees took took High tea & Cake.

Mandpam: National Safety Week Celebration

RSWM Melange celebrated National Safety Week from 04th to 10th March, 2021. On National Safety Day, Mr. Pritam Gurjar (D.G.M.- HR & IR) arranged the programme & Mr. Anil Kumar Bishnoi (Executive – Fire & Safety) narrated about the values of safety.

This activity makes valuable contribution to cultivate safety culture among the workforce & to ensure safety in their day to day activity at workplace.

Rishabhdev: Republic Day Celebration

RSWM, Rishabhdev celebrated 72nd Republic Day on 26th January, 2021. Shri K B Khatod, COO hoisted the National Flag at 7.15 AM in front of Administration Block. He also addressed the gathering and conveyed the best wishes on this occasion to everyone. 

Rishabhdev: National Safety Day

On 4th March, 2021, National Safety Day was celebrated at Rishabhdev. Shri K B Khatod, COO and Sr. Officers addressed the employees and made them aware about the importance of safety & need for safety precautions at workplace, at home and everywhere. A demo session was given by the Security team as to what should be done in case a fire occurs. At the end, Safety oath was taken by all.

Holika Dahan programme was held at Rishabhdev unit on 28th March, 2021 evening with much fervor. The COO performed pooja of the bonfire (Holika) and lit the fire which was attended by few staff members amidst COVID second wave.

LNJ Denim & Fabric: Lohri Utsav

Lohri parv was celebrated on 13th January, 2021 by LNJ Denim & Mayur Staff club’s at LNJ Nagar Staff Colony, Mordi. The staff and their family members participated in this festival with full enthusiasm. The programme started with Lohri pooja and wood fire. The Bhangra dance over the music and Lohri songs was enjoyed by all. The cheering from kids, ladies and staff alike made the festivity evening full of energy. After celebration Gajak, Peanuts and Popcorn were distributed to all.

LNJ Denim: Republic Day Celebration

Republic day in India is celebrated every year with great honour on 26th of January to honour the Constitution of India as it came into force on the same day in the year 1950. A country is said to be running good when it has a proper legislation system.

We celebrated 72nd Republic Day in our LNJ Denim unit, Mordi on 26th January, 2021. The celebration started with National Flag Hosting ceremony by Shri Aditya Sharma, followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. The Security Staffs also performed march-past on this occasion.

On this special occasion, Shri Aditya Sharma had extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected for individual contribution in growth of nation, He had also emphasized on national integrity, prosperity & the importance of Republic day and responsibilities of young generation towards the development of society. Later sweets were distributed among all staffs & workers.

LNJ Denim & Fabric: Laghu Rudra Pujan and Nav Chandi Path

Two days (11th & 12th February, 2021) Laghu Rudra Pujan and Nav Chandi Path was done by LNJ Denim & Mayur Staff club’s at Shiv Temple, LNJ Nagar Staff Colony, Mordi.

The Pooja & Ahuti was performed by a team of renowned eleven pandits from Khodan under the leadership of Shri Manoj Pathak which made the environment very devotional owing to chanting Mantra. Staff members offered ‘Aahuty’ for the prosperity of the group & prayed lord Shiv for the betterment of plant and livelihood. All the senior officers of Denim & Fabric participated in the program and was followed by distribution of sweets & prasad.

LNJ Denim & Fabric: Basant Panchami Celebration

On the occasion of “Basant Panchami” LNJ Denim & Mayur Staff club’s members organized Saraswati Pujan with full devotion & enthusiasm at LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on 16th February, 2021. All Staffs with their family members had worshiped Maa Saraswati and wished for Good health, wealth & prosperity in personnel & professional life.

LNJ Denim: National Safety Day Celebration

LNJ Denim celebrated 49th National Safety Day on 04th March, 2021. It was started with safety oath in the morning followed by exhibition on safety equipments. All staff & workers took part in this celebration with great spirit.

It created awareness among the people about how to get prevented from the industrial accidents by exhibiting widespread safety awareness programs in the company. While addressing to employees, Shri Devanand Shah Officer - Safety emphasized on the need for safety for all employee & asserted during bike riding, handling of mobile phone, many accidents happened in recent period.

On this occasion, an exhibition on Personnel Protective Equipment was organized by the Safety Team, Where use of Fire extinguishers and other PPE’s was demonstrated.

LNJ Denim & Fabric: Maha Shivratri Celebration

LNJ Denim & Mayur Staff along with their family members celebrated Maha Shivratri at Lord Shiva Temple, LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on 11th March, 2021. The celebration started with Jal abhishek of Lord Shiva. Staff and their family members participated in this festival with great enthusiasm and Acharya Shri Manoj Pathak performed the Poojan with reciting mantras and shlokas.

It was ended with the Aarti and distribution of Maha Prasad. Everyone was delighted to be part of this parv and enjoyed this occasion whole-heartedly.

LNJ Denim & Fabric: Holi & Dhulendi Celebration

India is a country of festivals & one of the big festival of India is Holi. It is celebrated with great enthusiasm and gaiety on the full moon day in the month of Phalgun which is the month of March as per the Gregorian calendar. In spite of being such a colourful festival, there are various aspects of Holi which makes it so significant for our lives. Holi gets us close to our religion and our mythology as it is essentially the celebration of various legends associated with the festival.

This year the growing scare over Coronavirus has taken the colour off Holi in India. The programme started with Holika bonfire on 28th March’s night in LNJ Nagar Staff Colony with full enthusiasm. On 29th March, 2021 all staff members celebrated holi in a formal way with all the precaution of Covid-19.

Lodha: 50th National Safety Day Celebration

RSWM Ltd. Lodha celebrated 50th Safety day at Workers Rest Room. Exhibition of safety equipment was organized by Shri Sham Lal, Security Head and safety posters/equipment were displayed on this occasion. All the workers assembled to witness Safety Day and celebrated with due COVID -19 protocol. Shri G L Kabra (GM- Spinning) nominated as Safety President for the year 2021-22 by Shri Sukesh Sharma, Chief Operating Officer. Committee President addressed the staff and workmen on safety habits which are necessary at the work place to avoid the accidents.

On this occasion, safety oath given to all the staff and workers by Shri Satyendra Singh Solanki, Safety Officer. This program was successfully conducted by Shri Dilip Singh. During the program, Shri Rajesh Kumar Agrawal, Shri Ajay Prakash Jain, Shri Manoj Shah and union representative were present.

Lodha: Republic Day Celebration

The Republic Day celebration started with flag hoisting by Shri Sukesh Sharma – (Chief Operating officer) at 8.30 A.M. Shri Sukesh Sharma addressed to all the staff, workers & union representatives and emphasized on national integrity and prosperity. He further motivated the staff & workmen to use mask, sanitizer and maintain social distancing at our workplace as well as in society. He also advised to follow the guideline of CHRO & Government to protect from COVID -19.

Lodha: Mahashivratri Celebration

The celebration started with Jal – Abhishek of Lord Shiva at Orchard temple. All the colony residents along with their families attended this programme. Smt & Shri Sukesh Sharma performed the pooja and all colony residents attended the it with their family members. All Covid protocol was maintained during this Mahashivratri celebration.

Lodha: Holi Celebration

Holi is considered as one of the most revered and celebrated in almost every part of the country. It is also sometimes called festivals of love. At RSWM Lodha, Holika Dahan Pooja was performed by Shri Sukesh Sharma (COO) and maintained the social distancing during Holika Dahan ceremony. Everyone greeted each other from away and over phone as well.  

BMD: Holika Dahan

The Holika Dahan festival was celebrated with full devotion & enthusiasm in BMD, Mordi colony by maintaining COVID-19 protocols. 

BMD: Republic Day Celebration

The Nation’s 72nd Republic Day was celebrated at BMD, Mordi with great patriotism. The national flag was hoisted by Shri Pankaj Gupta, GM (Commercial) at 9.15 AM along with staff and senior officials of the plant.

BMD: Maa Tripura Sundari Celebration

BMD, Mordi has organized a get-together programme for their staff and family members at Tripura Sundari on 1st March 2021. Shri Sanjay Sharma (COO) of BMD offered prayers to Maa Tripura Sundari and other Devtas through Karmakandi Brahmins. 

After the Devi Pujan program, Bhajan, Kirtan, Cultural and Sports activities were conducted. All staff, ladies & children actively participated in all the programs and make it a grant success. The programme was ended with distribution of Maha Prasad to everyone.

BSL: 50th National Safety Day

The 50th National Safety Day on 4th March, 2021 distinguished in BSL Limited (Bhilwara), The Company organized various type of training programmes at Mandpam Plant to create safety awareness among the their working peoples.

It is celebrated with great enthusiasm to make aware the people about how to get prevented from the industrial accidents by widespread safety awareness programs because number of persons loses their lives every year in our country in industrial accidents, causing loss of human lives and property and trauma to the family of the deceased or loses/damaged of body parts.

As a part of awareness campaign on safety “National Safety Week” is observed throughout India under the guidance of the Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India, in order to highlight and emphasize the need for safe in industry /Work place by taking up activities to promote the concept. In this regard, BSL Limited organized safety awareness training programmes to educate all working peoples and contractual workmen who are involved directly or indirectly in our business.

On this occasion, we have briefed most effective safety measures during the every training to our workforce and our target is zero harm not only in our work place/premises even out site but also in every body’s day-to-day life. Observing such a week-long event really puts the work in our mind that “safety is everything”.

The event has successfully organized/conducted with the support of various departments’ heads/personnel and following point was covered during safety Training programme:

  • Raise awareness about the societal/national impact by industrial injuries.
  • Highlighting the risks during working with machineries and others routine jobs.
  • Focused on safety of Man, Machine and Materials.
  • Construction and Electrical safety awareness. Also covered road safety awareness.
  • Promote action around key factors which have a major impact on preventing industrial incidents :
  • Industrial Health & Safety Management, Lifting Tools & Tackles, Requirement of Fire etc.

The President Shri Praveen Jain was cheif guest of such awareness programme and they have also delivered their valuable suggestions and steps to all for implementing at our own work site because safety is every one responsibility. The president is also appealed to all following for all necessary safety norms to make a strong Safety Culture at BSL Limited.

Shri Paramjeet Singh Phogat (Vice President-Spinning), Shri HP Mathur (Associate Vice President-HR & IR) AND Shri PS Brar also delivered their all for incorporating to necessary safety measures in our day today lifestyle even work place also.

Shri Ram Milan Singh (Manager-Safety) also briefed to all about of National Safety Day Celebration history and its objectives & importance. And also briefed and given attention in Workplace safety covering some importance inspections such as Machine Safety Inspection, Electrical inspection, housekeeping and safety skills of workmen.

BSL: Republic Day Celebration

BSL Limited has celebrated 72nd “Republic Day” on 26th January, 2021 with great fervor & patriotism. On this occasion of national festival, The Chief Guest, Shri Praveen Jain (President) hoisted the National Flag in the presence of all staff and workers. All HODs and lot of staffs and workers took their active participation in this national festival celebration. Based on the performance recondition for the year, HR Department presented /given Best Workers Award to selected approx 48 workers in their various division/units.

The Chief Guest (Shri Preeveen Jain-President) in his address highlighted the significance of the day, and made the all aware that the future of their country lies in their hands. Hence they need to work well now and inculcate good values in life and your work, which will help them to be good citizens of the country.

Shri HP Mathur (Associate Vice President-HR & IR) and Shri Ram Dayal Jat (Sr. Manager-HR & Admin) also remembered/missed country devotees and martyrs and wishes to all the 72nd Happy Republic Day proudly.

ADHPL: Republic Day Celebration

ADHPL celebrated 72nd Republic Day with high spirit and fervour on January 26, 2021. The Chief Guest, Sh. R.K. Khaitan, AVP (Commercial & HR) hoisted the tricolour to begin the event which was followed by the message on this patriotic occasion.

ADHPL: National Road Safety Month Celebration

The 32nd National Road Safety Month was celebrated from January 18th to Feb. 17th, 2021. The theme of the National Road safety month was “Sadak Suraksha – Jeevan Raksha”. During the month long celebration, safety walk was organised from Admin block to Zero RD and different HSE awareness trainings were imparted to drivers, heavy machinery operators, other staff/workers of ADHPL and transmission line.

The objective of celebrating road safety month was to make people aware about the safe driving practices and general safety awareness. In view of COVID-19 pandemic, all preventive measures taken to avoid the spread of virus.

ADHPL: National Safety Week Celebration

The 50th National Safety Week was celebrated from March 4th to 10th, 2021. The theme of National Safety week was “Learn from disaster and prepare for a safer future”. National safety flag was unfurled in front of Admin block on March 4, 2021. The Safety pledge was read by Mr. Pankaj Kapoor, AVP (O&M) followed by all participants. Safety tips were given by Mr. Pankaj Kapoor and Mr. R.K. Khaitan, AVP (F&A) on the occasion. It was also celebrated in Transmission Line at Bhuntar and Sunder Nagar. The CEO’s message was read out during the closing ceremony and the awards were given to workers and employees who performed best safety practices in different activities.

MPCL: Republic Day Celebration

The 72nd Republic day was celebrated on January 26, 2021 at MPCL. The Chief Guest Sh. T.K. Trehan hoisted the flag ceremony followed by guard of honor and March pass imparted by the security personnel with much patriotism. 

MPCL: National Safety Week Celebration

National safety week was celebrated from 4th to 10th March, 2021 in the premises of Malana Power Company Limited. On 5th March, message from Shri O. P. Ajmera, Executive Director & CEO was read out by Plant In-charge and the Safety Pledge was taken by all the participants. The emphasis was laid on “Learn from Disaster and prepare for safer future”. For safe working behavior during this period, the workers were awarded with prizes. 

Maral: Lohri Celebration

Lohri festival was celebrated at Maral, Noida on 13th January, 2021 with full of zeal and enthusiam. The overall mood in Unit was upbeat and staff was totally abosrbed in the festive sprit of Lohri. It was great to see that employees are enjoying the festivity with high spirit. 

Maral: Birthday Celebration

Maral celebrated the birthday of Mr. Navjoot Walia (V.P Marketing) and Mr. S.K.Shukla (AGM HR & Admin) in the month of January 2021 with much enthusiasm. Everyone enjoyed the celebration with a cake cutting ceremony and high tea. 

Maral: Holi Celebration

Maral Noida celebrated the Holi festival while following all necessary Covid-19 protocols. The Business Head, Mr. Sanjay Janghala wishes a prosperous and colorful Holi to everyone.
