LNJ Denim: Independence Day

India’s Independence Day is a day of great significance for the people of India. It evokes the feeling of patriotism in the heart of every Indian. It is the day when we have got our own identity. With all precautions of Covid 19 Here the celebration started on 15th August, 2021 with Flag Hosting Ceremony by our HR & IR Head Shri Arbind Mishra & followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. The tricolor national flag was flying in the air proudly.

On this special Occasion, Shri Arbind Mishra had extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected for a greater individual contribution in growth of nation. He asserted the current market scenario & he emphasized on national integrity & prosperity and also the need for more cohesive working to meet the challenges ahead, also he motivated the staff & workers to do best with Loyalty & Sincerity. The function was also addressed by the other senior dignitaries of our plant. 

On this day, Shri Arbind Mishra had distributed the best Safety & security awards to employee. It was concluded with distribution of sweets to all staff & workers.

LNJ Denim: Ganesha Chaturthi

Ganesha Chaturthi, a traditional Hindu festival is celebrated in honour of the lord Ganesha, The festival, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi, It  was celebrated in LNJ Nagar Staff colony with full joy & enthusiasm for four days by Denim & Fabric Staff Member with all precautions of Covid 19.

On the first day i.e. on 09th September, 2021 Ganesh Sthapana was done with Pooja & Aarti. Staff & family members of Denim & Fabric welcomed Lord Ganpati and worshiped for better health, wealth & prosperity for their families as well as work place.

After this everyone with full enthusiasm got involved in Ganesh Visarjan. Everyone was praying & shouting “Ganpati bappa Moraya” The Visarjanwas done at Chanduji ka Gardha village. The function was concluded with distribution of Sweets among all staff members of Denim & Fabric. It has received a tremendous response.

LNJ Denim: Vishwakarma Jayanti

On 17th September, 2021 Vishwakarma Pooja was held in LNJ Denim unit. On this occasion, all employees of denim prayed for the smooth functioning of plant & various machines. Vishwakarma Pooja is a festival dedicated to Lord Vishwakarma, who according to the Hindu mythology is the Lord of Creation and the Principal Universal Architect who designed the divine architecture of the entire universe-the heaven and the earth.

Many staff members come together to be a part of the Pooja. All were gathered together under the pandal (Process Maintenance workshop) to perform the Pooja and thereafter sweets were distributed among all.

Apart from this, each professional's respective tools were also worshipped in Vishwakarma's name and blessings were sought for a better future, safe working environment, and success in their respective fields.

Ringas: Staff Birthday Celebration

The Staff Birthday (July to Sept) month was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm at Ringas unit. The COO, Shri Anurag Mathur wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving them sweets and gift in the presence of all other staff members.

 

Ringas: Ganesh Utsav Celebration

On 10th September, 2021 RSWM Ringas celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with special pooja and hawan in ADM Block. Shri Anurag Mathur, COO along with all staff with their families participated in the Hawan and Purnahuti. At the end of the programme, the COO in his address wished that Lord Ganeshji’s blessings may showered on the Unit for its prosperity and the wellbeing of its employees. Later on prasad was also distributed to all.

Ringas: Krishna Janmashtami

Janmashtami, the commemoration of the birth of lord Krishna was celebrated with full of joy and fervor at Ringas. On this occasion, Shri Anurag Mathur - COO carried out the pooja amidst presence of all staff and their family members. The Programme ended with the Aarti and distribution of prasad. The Janmashtami program was conducted by the club committee of Ringas.

Ringas: Hariyali Amavasaya

The month of Shravan is popularly known as the month of Sawan. The entire period is considered as the best for worshiping Lord Shiva. This festival is dedicated to the importance of the environment and is considered as an auspicious month. This month tells us the importance of agriculture by worshipping agricultural implements. In the month of Shravan Amavasya, the date is also known as Hariyali Amavasya and Shravani Amavasya.

On this auspicious occasion we, RSWM Limited-Ringas Staff Club has organized a function on 08.08.201 at Bawadi Wala Balaji Mandir, Ringas. All Staff Club Members with their familes participated and celebrated this event. Tree plantation was done by COO for environmental protection. Also the Children and all Staff & family members were actively participated in various competitions and games organized by ladies club. The function has concluded with Prasad distribution.  

Ringas: 74th Independence Day Celebration

Ringas: Vishwa Karma Jayanti

On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, Vishwakarma pooja was organized at Engineering Workshop, RSWM Ringas on 17th September, 2021. The workshop and pandal were decorated with flowers. The main pooja and hawan was performed by Shri Sukesh Sharma - Dy. Business Head, Shri Anurag Mathur - Chief Operating Officer and Shri Santosh Kumar Garg - DGM (Engineering). After the pooja and hawan, prasad was distributed among all the staff and workers who attended the pooja.

Ringas RPSF: Independence Day

75th Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic sprit and various cultural programs in RPSF Plant. Special care was taken to follow social distancing and COVID-19 guidelines.

Shri M.K. Yogi - COO hoisted the flag and everyone sung National anthem. COO addressed to staff and workers regarding importance of Indian Constitutions and remembered the sacrifices of Freedom Fighters and he inspired the team that every person should deliver his fullest contribution in the highest afflux of the group.

The prizes were distributed to best performers and achievers during this celebration. 

Ringas RPSF: Ganesha Chaturthi

Ganpati Bappa was duly worshipped in Fiber plant on Ganesh Chaturthi for taking his blessings for happiness, peace and prosperity. The puja was performed followed with prasad distribution to everyone present on this auspicious occasion.

Ringas RPSF: Vishwakarma Jayanti

Vishwkarma Jayanti was celebrated in Fiber plant with great pomp and enthusiasm. Lord Vishwkarma was worshiped while performing pooja and hawan. The COO Shri M.K. Yogi extended warm greetings to the team members on the occasion.

Mandpam: Vishwakarma Puja

Lord Vishwakarma is widely regarded as the God of all architecture and engineering. He is the official builder of all the gods’ palaces, and the designer of all celestial vehicles and weapons.

The members of RSWM Mandpam unit paid their obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma by organizing Puja on the shop floor on 17th September, 2021. Later “Prasad” was distributed among all the staff members of the plant.

The 75th Independence Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Mandpam unit. The flag was hoisted by Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) and members were addressed by him. The members were exhorted to contribute towards the progress of the company, society and the country and highlighted the sacrifices of our freedom-fighters. Later, sweets were distributed among all the staff and workers.

Mandpam: Melangeshwar Mahadev Anniversary

On the auspicious occasion of 18th Anniversary of “Melangeshwar Mahadev” (21st July, 2021), special puja was performed in Melangeshwar temple and “Sunder Kand” path were conducted. The Programme was organized by Melange staff Club under the guidance Sh. Ashwani  Mittal, Sh. S.P. Yadav, Sh. Sulabh Shinghal and Sh. Pankaj Khandelwal other members of Melange Staff Club.

Mandpam: Staff Birthday

The Staff Birthday (July to September Month) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Melange Staff club on every last week of the month. The cake cutting ceremony was done by staff whose birthday came in that particular month, in presence of Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) and all staff members. Everyone took High tea & Cake on this ocassion.

Kanyakheri: Vishwakarma Puja

The members of RSWM Kanya Kheri unit paid their obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma by organizing Puja on the shop floor on 17th September, 2021. Later “Prasad” was distributed among all the members of the plant.

The 75th Independence Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Kanya Kheri unit. The flag was hoisted by Shri Vinit Agrawal, COO and members were addressed by him. The members were exhorted to contribute towards the progress of the company, society and the country and highlighted the sacrifices of our freedom-fighters. Later, sweets were distributed among all the staff and workers.

HEG: Vishwakarma Jayanti

On this day, Vishwakarma pooja was organised in all the departments. Shri Manish Gulati and all other HODs participated in this pooja.

According to hindu culture, Vishwakarma Pooja is celebrated on the birth anniversary of Lord Vishwakarma, who is considered the divine architect. This day plays a significant role in the lives of mechanics, construction workers, and tools/machineries.

HEG: Teacher’s Day

All the teachers from Graphite school were Invited by Mr. Manish Gulati, ED for celebrating teacher’s day. They together had a very interactive session and celebrated the day with much gaiety.

HEG: Independence Day

Freedom in the mind, Strength in the words, Pureness in our blood, Pride in our souls, Zeal in our hearts, A thousand salutes to the great nation of ours. The Independence day celebration was done at Both TAWA & HEG plants. At Tawa, Guest of honor was Mr. Manish Gulati, ED and Mr. Jasvinder Singh Khosla (AVP) at HEG.

Lodha: Independence Day

The Independence Day celebration started with flag hoisting by Shri Y D Tiwari – (Chief Operating officer) at 8.30 A.M. In his speech, he emphasized on national integrity, prosperity and how to protect ourselves from COVID -19. He also motivated staff members & workmen to wear mask and use hand sanitizer properly and also maintain social distancing at workplace, as well as in the society.

Lodha: Vishwakarma Jayanti

On 17th September 2021, RSWM Mayur Nagar, Lodha pariwar celebrated Viswakarma Jayanti with full devotion, fondness & enthusiasm. All the staff members and workmen were present in the celebration. The Pooja & Hawan were performed by a team of four Pandits / Gurujan under the leadership of Sh. Nikunj Mohan ji pandya mata Tripra sundari pandit . Hundreds of staff members and workmen offered ‘Aahuty’ for the prosperity of the group & prayed to Lord Viswakarma for continuous growth and accomplishment. The pooja concluded with Prasad distribution.

Lodha: Ganesh Utsav

The festival of Ganesh Utsav was celebrated at Vishwakarma colony, Lodha. The Celebration started with Ganpati Stahapna and poojan of lord Ganesh. All the staff members with their families participated in it. During all the 10 days, various cultural activities were performed by colony boys & girls. On the last day of festival, the procession of the Ganpati started from Vishwakarma colony to Lodha pond. After the pooja and worship the Ganpati Visarjan was performed in the Lodha pond.

Lodha: Haryali Amavasya Celebration

RSWM Staff Club celebrated the “Haryali Amavasya” with full of enthusiasm. This day is celebrated as plantation day also. As per LNJ Group policy, we are dedicated to maintain our campus environment friendly. Trees & Plants are essentials for our life, on this day more than 100 trees were planted in our mill campus. The plantation program was graced by the Shri Sukesh Sharma, Dy. BH(O), Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO). 

During the program all staff members and their families participated in the tree plantation drive. On this occasion, slogan competition was also organized and best slogan was awarded by Smt. & Shri Sukesh Sharma.

Lodha: Shree Krishna Janmashtami

Shree Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with great joy and spirituality at RSWM Lodha. The main attractions of the celebration were the colourful Jhanki and the Bhajan Sandhya which lasted until midnight. Staff members along with their families were present to celebrate the birth of "Lord Krishna". At 12.00 midnight, Janmotsav celebrated with special pooja and maha arti, in which Sh. & Smt. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari and a mass of devotees took part. After the pooja, prasad distributed to the devotees. 

BMD: Independence Day

The 75th Independence Day was celebrated with great patriotism at BMD unit on August 15, 2021. The national flag was hoisted by Shri Sanjay Sharma, COO at 9.00 AM with national anthem and ‘Guard of Honour” by security guards. All workmen and staff presented on this occasion.

BMD: Naagpanchami Pujan

On the occasion of “Naagpanchami” a puja and hawan was organised at Naag Devta Temple in BMD. All the staff members attended the function and prayed for prosperity & happiness in both personal and professional life of BMD family.

BMD: Annual Sports Day

An annual sports day was celebrated at BMD unit on 15th August 2021 with active participation of all the staff members & their families. Various sports activities like Matka Fod, Lemon Race, Tug of war, Race for 50+ were conducted on the occasion.

BMD: Vishwakarma Jayanti

On September 17, 2021 Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated in the presence of all workers and staff members. Lord Vishwakarma is regarded as God of architecture & engineering; builder of all Gods’ palaces and designer of all celestial vehicles & weapons. Members of BMD unit paid their obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma by organizing puja and hawan in maintenance department for prosperity of the Company and prayed for continuous improvement and accomplishment. At the end, Prasad was distributed to all the employees.

TPP: Ganesh Utsav

Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated at Thermal Power Plant Colony with full devotion & enthusiasm. The programme commenced with sthapana of lord Ganesh idol and Ganesh Vandana on Sept. 3rd 2021 with all VIDHI-VIDHAN. COO, TPP Shri Sanjay Shah did the Pooja sthapana under the guidance of Pandit ji. All the colony members were present on the occasion. The family members conducted Pooja & Bhog in morning and evening for three days with all rituals voluntarily. No other programs were performed due to current pandemic.

TPP: Hariyali Amawasya Celebration

Hariyali Amawasya was celebrated at TPP, Mordi, Banswara on Aug 09th 2021. On this occasion both staff members with their families and sub-staff planted saplings at TPP staff colony area. In the post lunch session, our scheduled program was held. Shri Rakesh gairola (Sr. Manager) Mech. TPP was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Shri Gairola addressed all the employees explaining the importance of healthy environment and urged the employees to undertake more plantations. The highlight of the celebration was plantation of saplings by children of TPP families.

TPP: Independence Day

The 75th Independence Day is celebrated every year on Aug,15th to honour the Freedom and Democracy of India as it came after many of our legends lost their lives in fight for freedom against British rulers. After struggle of about 200 years, we got Freedom in the year 1947 on 15th August.

The celebration started with flag hosting ceremony by Shri Sanjay Kumar – COO (TPP) at 09:30 am followed by the “Guard of Honour” by group of Security Staff. On this special occasion, Shri Sanjay Kumar extended his warm greetings to all the employees. The function was also addressed by Shri O.P. Gautam (Head C&I) and Shri Yogesh Gothlkar (Head Elect.). On this occasion, the workers were awarded for their good performance. At the end, Shri Sanjay Kumar addressed the gathering and spoke about the importance of Independence and responsibilities of young generation towards the development of the society and Nation.

TPP: Janmashtami Celebration

Janmashtami, the Commemoration of the birth of lord Krishna was celebrated with full of joy and fervor at TPP, Mordi, Banswara. On this Occasion, Shri Sanjay Shah COO (TPP) carried out the pooja amidst presence of all staff and their family members. The Programme ended with the aarti and distribution of prasad. The programme conducted by the Club Committee.   

TPP: Vishwakarma Jayanti

Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated on 17th September, 2021 with full devotion & enthusiasm at workshop area. All the staff members and workers participated in the celebration with maintaining COVID-19 protocols. Pooja and Havan were performed by Sh. Sanjay Kumar, COO (TPP) under the guidance of pandit Ghanshyam ji.

All the employees offered ‘Poorna-Aahuty’ for the prosperity of our group and prayed to lord Vishwakarmaji for continuous accomplishment.

Rishabhdev: Mills Foundation Day

The foundation day of Rishabhdev unit was celebrated on 12th July, 2021 by hoisting the Group Flag by the COO, Shri K.B. Khatod in the morning. He addressed the employees and union members and congratulated them for their contribution for the growth of the unit.

Rishabhdev: Hariyali Amavasya

On the auspicious occasion of Hariyali Amavasya on 8th August, 2021, RSWM Rishabhdev staff club organized plantation programme in the campus. On this occasion, variety of saplings were  planted in mill campus. Staff & their families in large numbers took part in the plantation drive which ended with high tea.                

Rishabhdev: Independence Day

On the occasion of Independence Day, 15th August 2021, flag hoisting was done by Shri K.B. Khatod, COO in front of ADM block. He conveyed Independence Day wishes and congratulated all the staff members & workers. Employees who completed ten years of service with the unit were felicitated with a certificate.

Rishabhdev: Shree Krishna Janmashtami

Sree Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated at Rishabhdev in a spiritual atmosphere. A colourful Jhanki was prepared and the Bhajan Kirtan by staff families lasted till midnight. Small children came dressed up as Radha & Krishna attracted the attention of all. The staff members along with family were present to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna and enjoyed at their fullest.

Rishabhdev: Ganesh Chaturthi

On 10th September, 2021 RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with special Puja and Hawan in the Ganesh temple. Shri K.B. Khatod, COO and all staff with their families participated in the Hawan and Purnahuti. At the end, prasad was also distributed to all.

Kharigram: Independence Day

Kharigram unit with a feel of patriotism, celebrated 75th Independence Day on 15th August, 2021. Shri N.K. Bahedia, COO unfurled the national flag in gracious presence of Sh Sukesh Sharma (Dy. BH), Sh Avinash Bhargava (CFO), Sh Vinod Mehta (VP-CCD) and Ms Indu Mehta-President, CMD Office. The parade from security staff, patriotic songs and dances were performed by female workers which was appreciated by all. 

Prizes were also distributed to best performers in the category of security, production, attendance, etc. Shri Dinesh Bhojak, GM (P&IR) motivated all the workers for their performance. Addressing to the staff and workers, Shri N.K. Bahedia emphasized on survival in this pandemic situation.

Kharigram: Vishwakarma Pooja

The special pooja of first ever Engineer/Technocrat, Lord Vishwakarma was organised on the day of Vishwakarma Jayanti, 17th Sept' 2021. Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO, Seniors, Staff members and workers also participated in the Havan and Aarti. This program was ended with distribution of Prasad.

Kharigram: Rakhi Celebration

To make a feel of home atmosphere and family environment, at our women hostel, the Rakshabhandan festival was celebrated on 22th August, 2021. Ms. Rani Jhala, Officer-Personel & IR facilitated all the girls to celebrate this festival. All the resident female workers celebrated this festival in a very enthusiastic manner with Dance, Singing Song and delecious Food and enjoyed the day with much fervor.

Kharigram: Janmashtami Celebration

RSWM Kharigram pariwar celebrated "Shri Krishna Janmashtmi” on 30th August, 2019 in the colony temple. A "Bhajan Sandhya" was performed by professional coterie and all staff with their family members chanted Bhajan-Kirtan and engrossed in devoutness of "Shri Krishna”. Children dressed up and came in the character of as Radha & Krishan. The Abhishek of Bal Gopal & Puja performed amidst presence of large gathering followed by “Dahi- Handi” competition.

Sh N.K.Bahedia, COO and Sh Ashish Kumar Pandey, club president along with other seniors distributed gifts to all dressed up Radha & Krishan and programme ended with the Aarti and distribution of prasad. The whole environment of Temple was observed enraptured on this occasion.

Kharigram: Ganesh Chaturthi

Ganesha Chaturthi, the great Ganesha festival, also known as 'Vinayak Chaturthi' celebrated by RSWM Kharigram family on 10th Sept' 2021 at RSWM colony temple in a spiritual atmosphere. Staff and their family members chanted Bhajans. The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Prasad. Everyone was enjoyed with a feeling of religious & full of happiness on this occasion.

Kharigram: Haryali Amavasya

RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated Haryali Amavasya on 8th August, 2021. This festival is dedicated to the importance of the environment and is considered as an auspicious day for importance of agriculture by worshipping agricultural implements. In the month of Shravan Amavasya, the date is also known as Hariyali Amavasya and Shravani Amavasya. A drawing competition was organised for children and plantation done by Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO and all staff members and ladies. The high tea was arranged for all staff members and their families at the end of the programme.

MPCL: Independence Day

The 75th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at MPCL on August 15, 2021. The celebration started with National flag hoisting ceremony by Chief Guest, Plant In-charge MPCL followed by National Anthem & “Guard of Honor” by the security staff (G4S). Security staff also performed march-past on this occasion.

MPCL: Malana Day Celebration

A great and grandeur celebration was held on the auspicious occasion of 20th anniversary of successful completion of the day when Malana Power Company Limited has started its generation. On 5th july a “Hawan” was organized in power house followed by Sweets distribution to all employees with adherence to COVID- 19 guidelines.

MPCL: Vishwakarma Pooja

The Vishwakarma pooja was conducted at MPCL on 17th September, 2021. A Hawan was solemnized followed by Prasad Distribution with adherence to COVID- 19 safety guidelines.

ADHPL: Independence Day

75th Independence Day was celebrated with great spirit and fervour at ADHPL on 15th Aug., 2021. The event started with welcome of the Chief Guest Shri Pankaj Kapoor (Project In-charge) followed by flag hoisting ceremony. This year also, the Independence Day was celebrated with social distancing and safety guidelines to prevent spread of COVID-19. Sweets were distributed and tea was served to all the employees, their family members and children present during the event.

ADHPL: Vishwakarma Jayanti

The day of ''Vishwakarma'', the God of construction and engineering, was observed at ADHPL on September 17th, 2021 with high spirit and gaiety. On this occasion, pooja was performed at Power House and havan was performed in the 220 KV Switchyard premises. The presence of minimum numbers of employees was ensured during the event in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and all the precautions such as maintaining physical distance, wearing of facemasks and hand sanitization were observed by all the attendees. Sweets and Prasad was distributed to all the employees on this occasion.
