Kharigram: Visit of CMD & JMD to New Melange Project

Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala, CMD,  RSWM Ltd. visited New Melange Project on 16th August  and Shri B.M. Sharma, (JMD) visited the new Project on 25th September '21 to observe the ongoing civil works accompanied by Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) & discussed regarding the project.

Lodha: Visit of CMD

Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala, CMD, RSWM Ltd. visited Lodha unit along with Shri Prakash Maheshwari, Shri B.M. Sharma (JMD), Ms. Indu Mehta on 28^th September, 2021. Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO) welcomed them. During his visit he inaugurated the carding machine which was installed at unit no 4-5. He also visited unit no. 8 & given his maximum precious time to NPD section and guided for so many things. Mr. R K Gagrani elaborated about the functioning of NPD at Lodha unit. He was appreciating the way development is being done at Lodha unit.  

A meeting was also organised with core team members of RSWM Lodha unit & Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala CMD interacted with team to motivate them to put in combined efforts, determination, passion and sincerity in their work so that RSWM Ltd will become an industry leader in the market as always the growth must be sustainable. This visit of CMD to Lodha unit was highly motivating.  

Lodha: Team Meet on new HR Policy

On 20^th July 2021 our CHRO, Shri Manoj Sharma visited RSWM Lodha unit. Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO) welcomed him and a meeting was organised with core team members of RSWM Lodha. During this meeting, he interacted with team & held a discussion on new HR policy and also discussed several topics one to one.

Mandpam: Customer visit of M/s MAS, Srilanka

M/S MAS from Shri Lanka, visited our both plants at Mandpam & Kanyakheri on 22/09/2021 companied by Mr. Kul Bhushan (Export - Mktg. Head). He was very much delighted to see the plant set up and also appreciated our products.

Mandpam: Customer visit of M/s Arvind Mills

Sr. Persons from M/S Arvind Mills visited our both plants at Mandpam & Kanyakheri on 06/07/2021 companied by Marketing Team. He was very much delighted to see the plant set up and also appreciated our products. He is a consistent buyer of our organic yarn and shown much confidence towards our product.

Mandpam: One Day Picnic for Female Hostel Workers

A one day picnic organised for the female workers residing at the female workers hostel to Sanwariya Ji, Shani Mandir & Jhatla Mata Mandir on 20th September, 2021. All the female workers enjoyed themselves during this beautiful trip. A delicious breakfast and lunch was organized for all of them.

Everyone was really happy and feeling refreshed with their loved ones during this outing. The trip was helpful to rejuvenate the spirit of togetherness and team cooperation.

Kharigram: New Speed Frame Machine

Puja of new Speed Frame Machine in Mill N0. 1 was done by Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH ) on dated 28/07/2021. All staff members were present in the Puja

Mandpam: Vaccination Camp

A Vaccination Camp organised at Melange staff club on dated 02/08/2021. On occasion Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH.)Inaugurated the camp by lighting the lamp. On this occasion, 300 employees who came from the organization and other industry got the first and second dose of Covaxin. All staff members were present in the camp.

Kharigram: Visit of ED, Bank of Baroda

Shri SL Jain Executive Director and Shri Rajesh Malhotra Chief General Manager of Bank of Baroda visited at Kharigram plant on 18^th August along with Team. Sh Avinash Bhargava, CFO welcomed the delegates.They discussed about Company’s business and new expansion plans of RSWM and expressed their willingness as business partners in RSWM Limited. He was very much impressed with comments “Delighted to see the plant capacity of International Level and Cleanliness.

Kharigram: Visit of GM, Union Bank of India

Shri Yogendra Singh ,General Manager, Union Bank of India visited Kharigram plant along with his team for upcoming projects of RSWM Limited.Sh Avinash Bhargava, CFO welcomed him. He visited SJ-11 Unit and very much delighted and impressed to see the plant infrastructure, system & process.

Kharigram: Surveillance Audit IMS

The Surveillance cum Migration audit was carried out from 20^th to 28^th July, 2021 at Kharigram. A team of three members of BSI headed by Mr. Rajneesh Bansal audited online all the aspects of QMS, EMS & Migration of ISO 45001:2018 at group level. Kharigram, being main unit wrt coordination and implementation of IMS in other group units, the auditors shared their views and satisfied. They declared successful implementation of ISO 45001:2018 certification for all units.

Kharigram: Vaccination Camp

To prevent from Covid-19 outbreak and the Management, concern of employees health & wellbeing to our employees, five vaccination camps were organised in the month of Jul-21 to Sep-21 at Kharigram Unit in presence of  Mr. NK Bahedia, COO and motivated all members for vaccination. Total 1450 staff and workmen and their families vaccinated in the camp.

Ringas: Bankers’ Consortium Meet

The Bankers’ Consortium Meet was held on 27^th September 2021 at RSWM Ringas Unit. The senior officers’ of all leading banks including SBI, PNB, BOB, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, UBI, and Yes Bank attended the congregation. CFO Shri Avinash Bhargava, Shri Anurag Mathur (COO),Shri AVS Yadav (GM P&IR),  Shri G.K.Mundra (AGM-Finance) attended the meet.

Shri Avinash Bhargava welcomed all and briefed about the Unit. They discussed various financial issues related to the Company and they took the round of Spinning & RCPF plants both. The meeting ended with vote of thanks with proper understanding between RSWM members and Bank Consortium Members. This meeting between the representatives of both sides will go a long way to support the RSWM’s financial requirements.

Ringas RPSF: Picnic Tour to Balaji Temple

After coming out of a long and tuf period of Covid -19 pandemic, one day picnic and outing Program was organized for all staff families at Balaji temple in near proximity.

After coming out of a long and tough period of Covid -19 pandemic, a one day picnic and outing program was organized for all the staff families at Balaji temple.

During the day, a tree plantation drive was also done by COO Shri M.K. Yogi for environmental protection. The COO and ladies club president, Smt Jaya Yogi organized various cultural activities viz tambola game, children dances, couple dances and group dances. Everyone enjoyed the day at their fullest.

Lodha: One Day Picnic at Ranchor and Baneshwar Dham

The staff club, Mayur Nagar Lodha organized a one-day picnic at Ranchor Ji and Baneshwar Dham in two batches in September 2021.

All the staff members with their families enjoyed both the locations. The delicious breakfast & lunch was organized at the picnic spot itself. They were mesmerised by the natural beauty of both the places. This was a much needed break from the daily hustle-bustle.

Everyone was rejuvenating and trips like these helps our employees and their families to have a good time with each other.

Lodha: Formation of Staff club

A meeting organised at RSWM Lodha for formation of new staff club committee 2021-22 where the new executive committee of the club was formed. Shri R.K. Gupta has been elected as Vice President, Shri Aditya Kumar Sharma as Secretary, Shri Narendra Kumar Bhandari as Treasurer of the staff club and Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (COO) as the President of club committee. 

TPP : Annual Medical Health Check-up Camp

TPP Organized Annual Medical Health Checkup Camp” at plant premises from 18^th Sep. to 20^th Sept. 2021 for Staff and workmen.  TPP conducted health checks being Red Category Industry health check of all employees is also mandatory as per statutory guidelines also. Homeopathy Chikitsa sewa Samiti President (Dr. Sanjay Gupta) arranged the Medical Unit of 10 Medical and paramedical staff. Medical check-up according Industry Health Hazard (PME)  Including BMI, GIT, Lungs test, Urine Test, Pathology Test, Blood allergy, Spiro metric Test, Audiometric Test and X-Ray etc.

Kharigram: Surveillance Audit

The Surveillance Audit of SA 8000 was carried out from 22^nd to 24^th Sep 2021 at Kharigram. This audit was to assess all processes & implementation of SA 8000:2014 system. Mr. Pardeep Chuttani along with Mr Mukesh Kumar conducted the audit and finally recommended for continuation of the certification. In the closing meeting, Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO conveyed thanks to auditor and greeted to all members for this achievement

Kharigram: Inauguration of New Main Gate

On 17^th July, 2021 RSWM Ltd, Kharigram unit inaugurated it’s new main gate for providing the better convenience to all entrants. Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO alongwith Sh Sukesh Sharma (Dy. Business Head), Sh Manoj Sharma (CHRO), Sh Avinash Bhargava (CFO) performed the Pooja for the inauguration. This new gate has state of art design and having a heritage look equipped with latest system at gate.

Kharigram: GRS Audit

On 18^th August, the GRS audit was conducted at Kharigram unit. A team of two persons was conducted the audit lead by Mr. Ishan Mujtaba & Mr. Aniket Patil. They took the round of the plant and checked various documents for the same. During audit they verified the GRS process being followed at shop floor level and got satisfied to see the implementation status.

Kharigram: Career Guidance at Vedanta PG Girls College

On 20^th September, 2021 an orientation programme was conducted at Vedanta PG Girls College, Ringas. Mr Avinash Bhargava, CFO, Mr Sukesh Sharma, Dy. Business Head and Mr Manoj Sharma, CHRO addressed them about the women empowerment, study planning and various career options. Dr. Prashant Madan, Principal of the college gave vote of thanks to all the dignitaries on this ocassion.

LNJ Denim: New Spinning Plant Phase-3 Bhoomi Poojan

As we are on the path of development & having continuous expansion of LNJ Denim business, On 12^th July, 2021 Muhurat pooja was done for our New upcoming Spinning plant Phase-3 at LNJ Denim, Mordi.

Before starting the construction work, the Bhoomi Poojan was conducted. On this occasion, pooja was performed by Shri Manoj Pathak & Team. All staff members were invited for pooja ceremony. Everybody was excited & happy for new upcoming spinning plant in Denim. With this spinning phase 3 our production capacity would be increased.

LNJ Denim: Visit of Shri Amararam Gurjar, IFS Officer

On 22^nd July 2021, Shri Amararam Gurjar – IFS Officer – Ministry of External Affairs & his family members had visited our unit. Shri Suketu Shah - Business Head welcomed them and were taken through the Denim facility to get them understand the entire denim process.

They appreciated the facility and products of Denim and were highly impressed by seeing various new products and development. They also appreciatied the working environment of the unit.

LNJ Denim: Medical Health Check-up Camp

Health is very important for everyone in our life “Health is wealth” any other wealth we own. A strong mind and healthy body makes a complete person. Every Task is important in our life but we forget to maintain our health in our day to day activities. To keep fit and more energetic workforce and driving force two Days Health check up camp was organized on 11^th August,2021 at LNJ Denim, Mordi in collaboration with Homeopathy Seva Samiti, Banswara. About 300 employee were examined & got benefited from this camp. They have covered Routine Health Check-up, & different Body check-up.

LNJ Denim: GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS Audit

LNJ Denim Unit went through GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS audit  on 19^th August, 2021. Checklist Verification done by Control Union Auditor Mr. Isdhan Mujtaba & Mr. Aniket Patil, they had audited the systems and processes of the entire unit for one days and certification continues after successful completion of the audit. It was supported by HODs and their respective teams for successful conduct of the audit. 

LNJ Denim: Levis Social and Environmental Audit

LNJ Denim unit went through Levis Social & Environmental audit from 31^st to 02^nd September, 2021. Levi's CR 360 2016 Data Checklist Verification done by BV auditor Shri Anil Chaudhari & had audited the systems and processes of the entire unit for three days and certification continues after successful completion of the audit. It was supported by HODs and their respective teams for successful conduct of the audit. 

HEG: Inauguration of New Plant

Most awaited RH-5 Plat was inaugurated on 21st July,2021.

During inauguration Pooja was organized in the presence of Shri Ravi Jhunjhunnwala, CMD and Mr. Manish Gulati, ED with respective staff of our plant.

HEG: Vaccination Drive

The Second phase vaccination drive was organized in HEG to make sure each one of us get fully vaccinated and can fight the battle against the corona virus. Record figure of 760 people participated in this event. Now all HEG employees (Including Contractual) are fully vaccinated.

HEG: Sunderkand Path

The Sunderkand path was organized after a long time in the department so that positivity may come to our plant and in all manpower. The members from Concern Department, HR head, IT Head participated in this pooja with much devotion.

Maral Noida: Eye Check-up Camp

To provide a Healthy Work Environment inside the premises through regular health check-ups, C-126 unit conducted a free eye check up camp on 7^th July 2021 for its employees. Everyone attended the camp and benefited from this noble initiative.

Maral-Noida: GSV (Global Security Verification) Audit

First GSV (Global Security Verification) Audit has been done successfully at Unit C-126 conducted by INTERTEK in Aug., 2021.
