Abhivyakti award ceremony
We at RSWM, encourage each idea that can reduce waste or improve the operation/ work system. For the same reason, an exclusive program to promote individuals for their ideas related to the Kaizen (small incremental changes) and Kaika-ku (breakthrough changes) platform, named 'Abhivyakti'.
Every month we receive approximately 500 suggestions from all units. Employees receive a consolation award for every suggestion they make. Suggestions, which can be applied in other units, are shared among all units for horizontal application. Participation of all departments from maintenance, and engineering to commercial departments makes this program more valuable.
Various other activities are also included as part of this program, so we can encourage and create a competitive atmosphere. Every year three best suggestions among all units are selected and awarded a special prize by JMD Sir.
