RSWM Kanyakheri: World Environment Day

World Environment Day is celebrated on 5th June in the unit in which plantation is done in the workers' Bachelor Hostel. COO Sh. Vinit Agrawal, HOD, and other Staff Members participated in the event.

RSWM Kanyakheri: Independence Day Celebration

On 15th August in Kanyakheri the program started with the hoisting of the National Flag by Sh. Vinit Agrawal followed by a march past by the security guards. Superannuation Gift Momento to Sh. Shaitan Singh security guard is also given on the day.

RSWM Kanyakheri: Hariyali Teej Celebration

On 19th August the Ladies Club members of Kanyakheri Staff celebrated the Hariyali Teej festival by Singing Teej Songs and group dance performances.

RSWM Kanyakheri: Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebration

On Vishwakarma Jayanti, Puja was organized at Engineering Workshop, RSWM Kanyakheri. All the employees prayed for the smooth functioning of the plant and various machines. Staff members came together to be part of the Puja; respective tools were also worshiped in Vishwakarma's name, and blessings were sought for a better future.

RSWM Kanyakheri: Sunderkand Path

Sunderkand Path was organized in the Staff Colony of the Kanyakheri plant on the 23rd of September in which all the staff members participated along with their families from Bhilwara. COO Mandpam & HODs from Mandpam were also invited to attend the Function. The program started with a delicious dinner followed by Sunderkand Path and Prasad Vitran at the end.

Hanuman Jayanti Celebration at RPSF Fiber Plant

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated in the Fiber plant with great enthusiasm. On this occasion, the Lord Hanuman Ji was worshipped and all members prayed for the spread of Peace, happiness, and prosperity across the RSWM Group Pooja was performed followed by Prasad distribution. COO  Sh MK Yogi addressed the staff members and delivered a message to take the oath of honesty and hard work and dedication towards assigned work or Job roles, learning a bit from the character of Lord Hanuman ji.

World environment day Celebration at RPSF staff colony & Fiber plant

Celebrated World Environment Day at RPSF staff colony & Fiber plant by COO Sh MK Yogi Smt Jaya Yogi and senior staff members accompanied by families. On this special occasion, more than 50 Nos saplings were planted in the staff colony and plant premises. Further, looking in to the peak summer weather conditions, 50 Nos water pots were implanted on branches of trees, facilitating birds to feed water with ease. This event had been appreciated by local authorities and residents and it had been in the limelight of newspapers.

Sundarkand Worship at RPSF Fiber Plant

At the Fiber plant, Sundar Kand is performed on the last Saturday of every month with great devotion and enthusiasm. On this occasion, the complete sundar kand followed by Hanuman Chalisa is chanted, and Lord Hanuman Ji and Ram Ji are worshiped; all members pray for peace, happiness, and prosperity across the group. Sh MK Yogi (COO) addresses staff members and delivers a message for taking an oath of honesty, hard work, and dedication to assigned works or job roles, learning a bit from the character of Lord Hanuman ji.

Celebration of Hariyali Teej at RPSF Staff club

Hariyali Teej festival was celebrated in RPSF Staff Club. All families including women and children participated in this event with great exultation. Even was organized by lady club president Smt Jaya Yogi.Prayed to god for the good health and prosperity of all RSWM families.

Celebration of Independence Day at RPSF Fiber Plant

Independence Day was celebrated in RPSF Plant with patriotic spirit and by conducting various cultural programs. Shri. M.K. Yogi, COO, hoisted the flag and everyone sang the National anthem. He addressed the staff and workers in his speech regarding the importance of the Indian Constitution and recalled the sacrifices of Freedom Fighters; he inspired the team giving a message that all should deliver their utmost contribution in their highest capacity. Prizes were distributed to the best performers and achievers.

Shree Krishna Janmashtami Celebration at RPSF Fiber Colony

Birth occasion of Lord Krishna – The Krishna Janmashtami, a major annual Holi festival, was celebrated at the RSWM premises with great enthusiasm. To make this event memorable, a devotional concert was organized. The worship was completed followed by Aarti Poojan after witnessing the birth event of Bal Krishana at 12:00 AM. Prasad was taken considering the utmost blessing of Lord Krishna.

Ganesh Chaturthi Celebration at RPSF Fiber Plant

Ganapati Bappa was duly worshipped in the Fiber plant on Ganesh Chaturthi and received his blessing for the happiness, peace, and prosperity of all RSWM families. Pooja was performed followed by Prasad distribution. Together, in the RPSF staff club Ganesh sthapana followed with Pooja was conducted, taking the lead by Ladies club president Smt. Jaya Yogi.

Vishwakarma Pooja Celebration at RPSF Fiber plant

Vishwakarma Jayanti was celebrated in the Fiber plant with great pomp and enthusiasm. Lord Vishwakarma was worshiped by performing Pooja and Hawan. COO Sh MK Yogi extended many warm greetings to team members.

Ringas: Hanuman Janmostav

Lord Hanuman is the symbol of strength and energy and to commemorate the birth of the Lord, the Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated every year by Ringas Pariwar. On 06th April 2023, Hanuman Janmostav was celebrated with full zeal and devotion in Staff Colony Temple. There was a special Bhajan Kirtan, performed by ladies and family members. The program was concluded with Maha Arti and Prasad distribution to everyone.

Ringas : Birth Day Celebration of staff members

The Staff Birthday ( April to Sept 2023) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Ringas.

The COO - Shri Anurag Mathur wished to the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving sweets and gifts in the presence of all other Officers.

Ringas: “World Environment Day”

RSWM Limited, Ringas Pariwar celebrated “World Environment Day” with great zeal & enthusiasm on 5th June’23.

Sh Ashok Kumar Sengar- Sr.GM (T), Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit – GM HR&IR) planted tree saplings in mill premises along with all HOD’s and staff members. To build awareness about the significance of nature and to take the pledge to protect it every time, over 25 no. of various species of trees were planted inside plant premises at various locations by all HODs and staff members and also organized awareness programs and various activities related to the environment and planted trees at our gardens with the pledge “Let us strive together to make our earth more beautiful and pollution free”.

Further, a drawing competition among the children was also organized and a prize was given for the best art.

RINGAS: International Yoga Day celebration

This year, the theme for International Yoga Day 2023 is 'Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,' effectively encapsulating our collective aspiration for 'One Earth, One Family, and One Future.' Today, people worldwide are observing the 9th International Yoga Day with live celebrations.

International Yoga Day was celebrated at RSWM Limited, Ringas on June 21st, 2023. Staff and their family members participated in the event. Shri Sampat Kumar Sharma was the Yoga instructor for the event. Shri Anurag Mathur, The COO, addressed the staff members regarding the importance of Yoga in day-to-day life.

Ringas : Hariyali Amavasya Celebration

RSWM-Ringas Staff Club celebrated the “Haryali Amavasya”, full of enthusiasm. This day is celebrated as plantation day as well. As per LNJ Group Policy, we are dedicated to maintaining our campus environment-friendly. Therefore, on this day more than 10 trees were planted in our mill campus. The plantation program was graced by Shri Anurag Mathurji,  Shri A.K.Sengar, Shri R.K. Dixit, and all the Sr. Officers. During the program, all staff members, their family members, and children participated in the tree plantation drive. On this occasion, our team visited Seth Surajmal Satbhai Govt. UPS School Reengus and distributed books and other study materials to the needy children.

Ringas: Independence Day celebration

The 77th Anniversary of the Independence of India ‘’Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’’ was celebrated at Ringas with patriotic fervor. The program started with the hoisting of the National Flag by Shri Anurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer. The National Anthem sung by all staff members, workers, and Union delegates presented in the programme and followed by the Guard of Honour a group of security personnel. In his speech, he emphasized on national integrity and prosperity.

On this occasion, Shri Anurag Mathur - COO distributed awards to workers for best performance on their duties. The event concluded with the distribution of sweets to all staff, workers and union delegates.

Ringas: Krishna Janmashtami Celebration

RSWM -Ringas pariwar celebrated "Shri Krishna Janmashtami” on 07th Sept’23 in the colony temple. A "Bhajan Sandhya" was performed by a professional coterie and all Staff and their family members chanted Bhajan-Kirtan and were engrossed in devoutness of "Shri Krishna”. Small children came dressed up as Shee Krishna which attracted the attention of all. Staff members along with family members were present to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna.

On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, Vishwakarma pooja was organized at Engineering Workshop, RSWM Ltd- Ringas on 17th September 2023. The workshop and pandal were decorated with flowers. The main pooja and hawan were performed by Shri Anurag Mathur - Chief Operating Officer, Shri Ashok Kumar Singh Sengar –Sr. General Manager, and Shri Rajendra Kumar Arya - DGM (Engineering). After the pooja and hawan, prasad was distributed among all the staff and workers who attended the pooja.

HEG: Independence Day celebration

In celebration of the Amrit Mahotsav event, as designated by the government, we took the opportunity to commend select employees for their exceptional contributions to the organization. Recognizing that employees are the cornerstone of any operational endeavor, and essential for business continuity, these awards serve to inspire them for their outstanding efforts beyond their regular duties.

This event was meticulously arranged at the Gurukul, and our esteemed Executive Director, Shri Manish Gulati Ji personally extended his appreciation to all the deserving awardees.

HEG: Vishwakarma Pooja ceremony held with devotion

Vishwakarma Pooja is a hallowed ceremony conducted to invoke the blessings of Lord Vishwakarma, the esteemed architect of the Universe and the celestial craftsman of creation. Professionals spanning from engineers, architects, and craftsmen, to factory workers, and individuals of diverse vocations partake in this homage to Lord Vishwakarma, seeking his divine favor for a prosperous and harmonious career.

At HEG LTD, we observe this auspicious occasion every year with exuberance and joy. Elaborate arrangements are made across various locations in the plant where people come together to celebrate and extend warm greetings.

World Environment day celebrated at AD Hydro Power Ltd.

The World Environment Day was celebrated at ADHPL on 5th June, 2023. This year's theme of World Environment Day was “Beat Plastic Pollution”

On this occasion following activities were carried out on project premises: -

1. A cleanliness drive was organized from the Switchyard to the New School building.

2. Involvement of students of Govt. High School, Prini in plantation activity near new barrier Power House.

3. Increasing awareness and motivation of students for environmental activities through lectures and slogans.

4. ADHPL employees and students of GHS Prini took the pledge on “Life Mission” at AD Hydro Power Ltd. premises. A cultural program was also presented by the students of the GHS Prini. The performing students were felicitated by ADHPL.

5. In the second half, a plantation drive was carried out by ADHPL employees at Potato Farm Hamta in which 300 saplings of plants were planted.

The refreshments/snacks were distributed among school students and employees present on the occasion. All the school students and employees participated in these activities with great enthusiasm. Such activities provide a unique opportunity for raising awareness of the environment amongst the employees and children.

ADHPL: Fire Services Week Celebrated

Fire Services Week was celebrated at ADHPL from April 14 to 20, 2023. This year’s theme of the fire services week was “AWARENESS IN FIRE SAFETY FOR GROWTH OF NATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE (AGNI)”.

The objective of  Fire Services Week was to make people aware of fire hazards and techniques to douse the fire. During the week-long celebrations, training on fire-fighting and rescue operations was imparted by trained firefighters of ADHPL.

On the occasion of the Civil Fire Fighting Department, Manali demonstrated how to control LPG fire with different techniques i.e. by wet cloth, empty plastic bucket, and by cutting oxygen supply to the cylinder. They also demonstrated the use of CO2 fire extinguishers on flammable liquid.

At the end of the occasion, VP-O&M addressed the participants about fire hazards and thanked the Civil Fire Fighting Department, Manali.

MPCL: World Environment Day celebration

Plantation drive was carried out by Malana Power Company Limited on June 05, 2023, at Kasol near Smoul Nala (Kullu, H.P.). 1200 plants of Cedrus deodara were planted at Kasol (1000 plants) & Dhanali village (200 plants) with the help of villagers, school staff & students of Govt Middle School Kasol, along with panchayat and forest department. The theme of World Environment Day this year was “Beat Plastic Pollution".

LNJ Denim - Celebration of International YOGA DAY

International Yoga Day is celebrated every year on June 21. It serves as a global platform to raise awareness about the various benefits of practicing yoga. This year the theme of Yoga Day is- 'Yoga For Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' i.e. yoga for the welfare of all in the form of 'One World-One Family'.

On the occasion, Shri Ghanshyam Joshi from TPP Division was the Yoga instructor for the event.  He provided awareness on fitness & health to our employees, Staff members participated in the event. Shri Arbind Mishra also addressed the staff members on the importance of Yoga in day-to-day life.

MPCL: National Electrical Safety Week

National Electrical Safety Week is commenced every year from 26th June to 2nd July and we also celebrated in MPCL. We have conducted training on electrical hazards & control measures. Training imparted by Head Electrical Operation and Maintenance and HoD-EHS. Theme of the Electrical Safety Week, 2023 was Don’t Compromise, Be Wise”.

As a token of appreciation, prizes were also distributed among workers for adopting best safety practice.  

MPCL: Fire Service Week celebrated

Fire Service Week is celebrated every year in India from the 14th April to the 20th April. We have also celebrated at MPCL and conducted training on fire hazards and firefighting techniques. Training imparted by Himachal Fire Service Department – Chowki (Kullu, HP) along with our qualified firefighting trainer. Demonstration on emergency preparedness was also given by the MPCL rescue team to combat fire emergencies.

The theme of the Fire Service Week, 2023 was “Awareness in Fire Safety for growth of national infrastructure (Agni)”.

MPCL: Malana Day Celebration

22nd Anniversary of Malana Power Company Limited was celebrated on 5th July 2023 with great zeal.

On 5th July a “Hawan” was organized in power house followed by Sweets distribution to all employees as well as to the children. “HIMACHALI DHAM” (Lunch) was organized in which all employees & their families were invited. 

MPCL: Independence Day Celebration

Malana Power Company Limited celebrated the country’s 77th Independence Day with Great Spirit at the Malana Hydro plant site on 15th August, 2023. The event started with the flag-hosting ceremony by the Chief Guest Sh. T. K. Trehan (Vice President – O & M).

The Company performed Pooja on Vishwakarma day on September 17th, 2023 with great fervor. The Prasad was distributed among the staff and their family members. All the MPCL employees prayed for yearlong blessings on the MPCL family from lord Vishwakarma.

LNJ Denim, Knits & TPP - Independence Celebration

India’s Independence Day is a day of great significance for the people of India. It evokes the feeling of patriotism in the heart of every Indian. It is the day when we have got our own identity. The celebration started on 15th August 2023 with a flag-hosting ceremony by our Business Head Shri Suketu Shah & followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. The tricolor national flag was flying in the air proudly.

On this special occasion, Shri Suketu Shah extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected a greater individual contribution to the growth of the nation. He asserted the current market scenario & emphasized national integrity & prosperity and also the need for more cohesive working to meet the challenges ahead, also he motivated the staff & workers to do their best with Loyalty and sincerity. 

On this occasion, we distributed the Children's Talent award to Denim & Knits Employees’ Children who had scored 60 % above marks. The function was also addressed by the other senior dignitaries of our plant. It was concluded with the distribution of sweets to all staff & workers.

LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP - Ganesha Chaturthi Celebration

Ganesha Chaturthi, a traditional Hindu festival celebrated in honor of the lord Ganesha, The festival, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi, Ganpati festival was celebrated in LNJ Nagar Staff colony with full joy & enthusiasm for Six days by Denim, Knit & TPP Staff Member. People bring idols of Lord Ganesh to their homes and worship it.

 It was celebrated in LNJ Nagar Staff colony with full joy & enthusiasm for six days. On the First Day i.e. on 18th September 2023 Staff & family members of Denim, Knit & TPP welcomed lord Ganpati and worshiped for better health, wealth & prosperity for their families as well as their workplace. On 02nd Day, Ganesh Stapana was done with Pooja & Aarti.

 During this period, couples of Departments used to sit to offer their prayer in the morning while chanting eternal mantras, and evenings were also made lively with all staff members and families. 

After this everyone with full enthusiasm got involved in the Ganesh Visarjan. Everyone was dancing with the dhols & shouting “Ganpati Bappa Moraya” all the way to the colony, even on the bus. The Visarjanwas done at Chanduji ka Gardha village.  The function was concluded with lunch for all staff of the Denim, Knit & TPP division.  It has received a tremendous response.  

LNJ Denim - Vishwakarma Jayanti Celebration

On 17th September 2023, Vishwakarma Pooja was held in the LNJ Denim unit.  On this occasion, all employees of Denim prayed for the smooth functioning of the plant & various machines. Vishwakarma Pooja is a festival dedicated to Lord Vishwakarma, who according to Hindu mythology is the Lord of Creation and the Principal Universal Architect who designed the divine architecture of the entire universe -the heaven and the earth.

Many staff members come together to be a part of the Pooja. All were gathered together under the pandal (Process Maintenance workshop) to perform the Pooja and thereafter Prasad was distributed among all.

Apart from this, each professional's respective tools were also worshipped in Vishwakarma's name, and blessings were sought for a better future, a safe working environment, and success in their respective fields.

ADHPL: Independence day celebrated

Independence Day on August 15, 2023, was celebrated with great spirit and fervor at ADHPL. The event started with the welcome of the chief guest Sh. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M) followed by a flag hoisting ceremony and public address by the chief guest. Sweets were distributed and tea was served to all the employees and their family members present during the event.

ADHPL: 13th Anniversary of ADHPL celebrated

The 13th Anniversary of ADHPL was celebrated on July 17, 2023 with great zeal. On this occasion, pooja was performed at Power House and Havan was performed at the switchyard. Prasada was distributed amongst the participants present on the occasion. Sweets were distributed among all employees.

RSWM Rishabhdev: Environment Day celebration

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated World Environmental Day on 5th June, 2023 in the Mills campus.  Shri K B Khatod, COO inaugurated the program by planting a  sapling in front of the bachelor hostel.    

While addressing the gathering, he emphasized the importance of planting trees on the campus and keeping the environment neat and clean.  Our Unit is extremely conscious about the environment in and around the industry. Every year hundreds of trees are planted on  Haryali Amavasya and  Environmental Day. 

RSWM Rishabhdev: Mills Foundation Day celebrated

The foundation day of the Rishabhdev unit was celebrated on 12th July 2023 by hoisting the Group Flag by the COO  on the 12th morning.  He addressed the employees and union members and congratulated them for their contribution to the growth of the unit. Special puja was also held in the Ganeshji mandir.

RSWM Rishabhdev: Hariyali Amavasya celebrated

On the auspicious occasion of Hariyali Amavasya on 17th July, 23,  the RSWM Rishabhdev Staff Club organized a plantation program on the campus.  On this occasion, a variety of more than 150  saplings were planted on the mill campus.   Staff & their families in large numbers took part in the plantation which ended with heavy snacks and tea.                

Independence Day

Independence Day was celebrated on 15th August, 2023  by unfurling the National Flag by the COO, Shri K B Khatod in the presence of a large number of employees including staff and workers. He conveyed Independence Day wishes and congratulations to all.

On this occasion, employees were felicitated with ten years’ meritorious service Certificate.     Prizes were also awarded to the wards of employees (non-staff), who stood first in their respective classes.

Rishabhev: Shree Krishna Janmashtami celebration

Sree Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated in a joyful and spiritual atmosphere  with great joy and spirituality at  Rishabhev.  The main attractions were the colourful Jhanki  and the Bhajan Sandhya  which lasted till midnight.  Small children came dressed up as Radha & Krishna  attracted the attention of all.   Staff members along with family were present  to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna.

RSWM Rishabhdev: Ganesh Chaturthi celebration

On 19th September, 23 RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with special Puja and Hawan in the  Ganesh temple.  Shri K B Khatod, COO, and all staff with their families participated in the Hawan and Purnahuti.  In the end, the COO in his address wished that Lord Ganeshji’s blessings may be showered on the Unit for its prosperity and the well-being of its employees.  Prasad was also distributed to all.

RSWM Rishabhdev: Teej celebration by Ladies' Club

RSWM Rishabhdev Ladies Club celebrated Shravan Teej on 19th August, 23 in a colourful manner.  All the ladies of the campus were invited and they enjoyed the festival by singing, dancing, and photo shooting.  The program ended with snacks and tea.

Viswakarma Pooja & Hawan performed in Powerhouse of Mill No.2

On the occasion of Viswakarma Jayanti on  17th September 2023, pooja and hawan were held at the Powerhouse of Mill No.2.  Staff and workers of the Engineering & Maintenance departments along with other staff performed the puja and prayed for Lord Viswakarma’s blessings for a safe and peaceful working environment and prosperity of the Unit.  Tools and equipment were also kept for puja.  The program ended with Prasad distribution.   

Janmashthami Celebration organized at Staff Club, Lodha

On the eve of ‘Janmashtami’ RSWM Staff Club, Lodha organized a Bhajan Sandhya at the Staff Club, Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, Chief Operating Officer performed Pooja on the occasion. All the staff & and their family members enjoyed the Bhajans.  The best dressed-up children Radha & Shri Krishna were rewarded AND prizes were distributed to all the children who participated in the program. The program ended with the Aarti & Distribution of Prasad.

Ganesh Utsav celebration at Vishkarma colony

The festival of Ganesh Utsav was celebrated at Vishwakarma colony, RSWM Limited, Lodha, Banswara with Various cultural activities during all the 10 days of the festival. Most of the staff members participated in the celebrations and Sr. Fitters and Foremen, who organized the program expressed their gratitude to the management for providing all support. On the last day of the festival, the procession of the Ganpati started from Vishkarma colony to Lodha Pond. After the pooja and worship the Ganpati Visarjan was performed in Sundanpur river.

On 17th September 2023, RSWM Mayur Nagar Pariwar celebrated Viswakarma Jaynti with full devotion, fondness, and enthusiasm at Mayur Nagar, Lodha. All the staff members and workmen were present at the celebration.

The pooja & hawan were performed by a team of four pandits/ gurujan. Hundreds of staff members and workmen offered ‘Aahuty’ for the prosperity of the group and prayed to Lord Viswakarma for continuous improvement and accomplishment. The puja concluded with Prasad distribution.

HARIYALI AMAVASYA” Celebration

RSWM Staff Club celebrated the “Hariyali Amavasya” with full of enthusiasm. As per our Group Policy, we need to maintain our campus environment friendly. Trees and plants are essentials for our life.  Trees were planted on the mill campus. LNJ group has always given top priority and attention to conserving the environment by more and more plantations. The plantation program was graced by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating Officer) and all Sr. Officers. During the program, all the staff, their family members, and children planted the trees. On this occasion slogan competition was also organized and the best slogan was awarded. The President of Staff Club Sh. Mamtesh Kumar Jain thanked everyone for their participation.

Potluck

On 16th September RSWM Ltd. Lodha Ladies Club organised a potluck in the staff club. In this event, all the ladies club members team-wise (Monaco, Oreo, JimJam, Hide & Seek, Krackjack, Parle G, Nice Time), prepared delicious food and decorated it beautifully. Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, (Chief Operating Officer) along with Shri Narendra Bhandari, Shri A V S Yadav, Shri Satykam Shrivastava, Shri Mamtesh Kumar Jain were the jury members to check the deliciousness and decoration of food. At the end of this party, Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari said that it was - prepared delectable meal with a great presentation and an interesting flavour he never experienced before and gave his best wishes to all the ladies' club for their special arrangement.

Hanuman Janmotsav 2023

Hanuman Janmotsav was celebrated on 6th April 2023, full of devotion, fondness, and enthusiasm at Hanuman Temple in Orchard.   All the staff members along with their families participated in the celebration.    

The Pooja & Yagna was performed by a team of renowned pandits from Khadagda Govardhan Vidhya Vihar Sanskrit Mahavidhyalay. Hundreds of staff members offered ‘Aahuty’ for the prosperity of the group and prayed to Lord Hanuman for the betterment of the plant and livelihood. The program was followed by ‘Maha Prasad’ after ‘Poornahuti’. All the Sr. officers of Denim, Fabric, and TPP participated in the program. Chief Operating Officer Shri.  Yogesh Dutt Tiwari was the main Yagman for poojan.

Sundar Kand at Staff Club

After the renovation work was completed at the staff club building, the staff club committee organized a Sundarkand path on 1st July 2023 and all the staff & officers with their families were present and took blessings from the lord. 

Independence Day Celebration

The Independence Day celebration started with flag hoisting by Shri Manoj Sharma (CHRO), Ms. Indu Mehta (President), and Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating Officer) at 8.30 A.M.   In his blessing speech, Shri Manoj Sharma (CHRO) emphasized on national integrity and prosperity. He also motivated the staff & workers to do their best through new and good practices.

The wards of the workmen who secured more than 60% marks in class V & above were rewarded with cash prizes. Also, those staff members who completed 10 years of service during the last financial year were also rewarded.

Kharigram: World Environment celebrated with zeal

On 5th June’23, Kharigram Pariwar celebrated “World Environment Day” with great zeal & enthusiasm. Sh. Manoj Sharma, CHRO, Sh. Avinash Bhargava, CFO & Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO planted tree saplings in mill premises along with all HOD’s and staff members. To make the awareness about the significance of nature and to take the pledge to protect it every time, various species of trees were planted inside plant premises. All members were educated to protect environment through tree plantation and make the environment green and clean.

Hanuman Jayanti Celebration (Kharigram)

Lord Hanuman is the symbol of strength and energy and to commemorate the birth of the Lord, Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated every year by Kharigram Pariwar. 

On 06th April 2023, Hanuman Janmostav was celebrated with vigour and devotion in Staff Colony Temple. There was a special Bhajan Kirtan, performed by ladies' families & members and the program was concluded with Maha Arti and Prasad distribution

Kharigram: Vishwakarma Jayanti celebrated

The special Pooja of first ever Engineer/ Technocrat, Lord Vishwakarma was organised on the day of Vishwakarma Jayanti, 17th Sept,2023. Sh. Balkrishan Sharma, BH&CE,  Sh NK Bahedia, COO, Seniors, Staff members and workers also participated in the Havan and Aarti. This program was ended with distribution of Prasad.

Krishna Janmashtmi (Kharigram)

RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated "Shri Krishna Janmashtami” on 07th September 2023 in the colony temple. A "Bhajan Sandhya" was performed by a professional coterie and all Staff and their family members chanted Bhajan-Kirtan and were engrossed in devoutness of "Shri Krishna”. Children dressed up and came in the characters of Radha & Krishan. The Abhishek of Bal Gopal Puja performed amidst a large gathering followed by the “Dahi- Handi” competition, Sh N.K.Bahedia, the COO, and other seniors distributed gifts to all dressed up Radha & Krishan, and program ended with the Aarti and distribution of Prasad. The whole environment of Temple was observed enraptured on this occasion.

Ganesh Chaturthi (Kharigram)

Ganesha Chaturthi, the great Ganesha festival, also known as 'Vinayak Chaturthi' or 'Vinayaka Chavithi' celebrated by the RSWM Kharigram family on 19th September 2023 at RSWM Colony temple in a spiritual atmosphere.  Staff and their family members chanted Bhajans. The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Prasad. Everyone was enjoyed with a feeling of religious & full of happiness on this occasion.

Independence Day celebration: Kharigram

Kharigram unit with a feel of patriotism, celebrated 76th Independence Day on 15th August 2023. Shri N.K. Bahedia, COO unfurled the national flag in the gracious presence of Sh Avinash Bhargava, CFO, Sh Vinod Mehta(Sr. VP-CCD). Parade from Security Staff and patriotic songs and dances were performed by female workers which was appreciated by all. Prizes were also distributed to the best performers in the categories of security, production, attendance, etc. Shri Dinesh Bhojak GM-P & IR motivated all workers for their performance.

WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

On 5th of June 2023, Mandpam Unit had celebrated World Environment Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. Shri Satish Kumar Mittal COO, along with the HODs and staff members has planted trees in the mill premises. All the employees were reminded to protect the environment by planting more and more tress and to minimize the usage of plastic bags. The programme was organized by Safety Officer, Mr. Anil Kumar Bishnoi.

International Yoga day celebrated at Mandapam unit.

International Yoga Day was celebrated at RSWM Limited, Mandapam, on 21st June 2023.  Staff members along with their families participated in the event. Shri V.K.     Yadav was the Yoga instructor for the event. Shri Pankaj Khandelwal, has addressed the staff members on the importance of Yoga in day-to-day life.

Later, sweets were distributed among all the staff and workers.

Lord Vishwakarma is widely regarded as the God of all architecture and engineering. He is the official builder of all the gods’ palaces, and the designer of all celestial vehicles and weapons.

The members of RSWM Mandpam unit paid their obeisance to Lord Vishwakarma by organizing Puja on the shop floor on 17th September, 2023. Later “Prasad” was distributed among all the members of the plant.

After that gift vouchers were distributed by all seniors to them.  All staff members took High tea & Cake.

On the auspicious occasion of the 20th Anniversary of “Melangeshwar Mahadev” (21st July 2023), a special puja was performed in Melangeshwar temple, and “Sunder Kand” was conducted. The Programme was organized by the Melange staff Club under the guidance of Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal and Sh. Pankaj Khandelwal other members of Melange Staff Club.

Celebration of Independence Day at Maral Sarovar

Nation’s 77th Independence Day was celebrated at Maral Sarovar amidst patriotic fervor.  The program started with the hoisting of the national flag by President Shri S.N. Goyal.  March-past by the security guards was a major attraction.  As a tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives fighting for freedom “Amar Jyoti Amar Jawan” lamp lit by Shri S.N. Goyal. On this occasion, children of associates who exhibited excellence in the board/university examination results were honored with cash awards and certificates. A good gathering of staff members and workers attended the function.

Vishwakarma Pooja organized at Maral Sarovar

On Vishwakarma Jayanti, Vishwakarma Pooja was organized at Engineering Workshop, Maral Sarovar on 17th September 2023.  The Engineering workshop and pooja pandal were decorated with flowers and garlands.  The pooja and hawan were performed by Shri S.N. Goyal, President, and Shri Vinay Singhal, VP (Engg.) After the pooja and hawan, Prasad was distributed among the staff and associates who attended the pooja.

Bhilwara Sur Sangam celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2023

Bhilwara Sur Sangam celebrated its tenth anniversary, concluding the event on April 17, 2023, at the Kamani Auditorium in New Delhi. The music festival, organized by the LNJ Bhilwara Group, showcased outstanding performances by renowned maestros of Indian classical music, such as Padma Shri Smt. Aruna Sairam, Shri Vinayak Chittar, and Pt. Mukul Shivputra. The festival, dedicated to preserving India's musical heritage, attracted classical music enthusiasts from across the nation. Notable tributes, including one by Pt. Mukul Shivputra honoring his late father Pt. Kumar Gandharva on his birth centenary, added to the grandeur of the event.
