Kharigram: Hanuman Jayanti Celebration

Hanuman is the symbol of strength & energy and to commemorate the birth of the lord, the Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated every year by Kharigram Pariwar with much fervour.

On 29^th April, 022, Hanuman Janmostav was celebrated with full of vigour and devotion in Staff Colony Temple. There was a special Bhajan Kirtan program, performed by ladies' families. The program was concluded with Maha Arti and Prasad distribution to all.

Kharigram: Fire Service Day

Fire Service Day was celebrated by the Kharigram unit on 14^th April 2022. To make aware of fire & safety equipment an exhibition on Fire Safety was organised in Manav Vikas Kendra under the facilitation of Mr Dileep Chourasia, Safety Officer and Mr Ratibhan Patil, Training In-charge. Shri N.K. Bahedia, the COO gave a loud message to ensure safety norms at each step of working activities and emphasized the importance of fire and safety equipment during work and emergencies. All staff members voiced their commitment to following the fire safety rules at the workplace.

Kharigram: Yoga Divas Celebration

Staff Club, Kharigram organised a “Yoga-Shivir" on 21^st June’22 and celebrated “International Yoga Day". All seniors, Staff members and their families participated and enjoyed this Yoga Shivir. During this Shivir, various yoga patterns correct methods, and different Pranayam Mudras were practised by members. At the end of the program, “Emblica & Aloe Vera" juices were distributed to all and concluded with a vote of thanks.

Kharigram: Hindu Nav Varsh

RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated "Hindu Nav Varsh” on 2^nd April 2022 in the colony campus. This event was organized by the Staff Club. Staff and their family members participated in Prabhat Pheri in the early morning and chanted to the almighty God. Shri Sukesh Sharma – BH (YB&MYB), Shri N.K. Bahedia, COO and all members greeted each other and gave best wishes for health and prosperity in Nav Varsh at the end of the program. The Maha arti was performed in the colony temple and thereafter Prasad was distributed to all.

Kharigram: Sundarkand Path

On the eve of Hindu Nav Samvatsar, the Staff Club-Kharigram organized "Sundarkand Path" on 1^st April 2022 inside the premises. A team of psalmists performed Sundarkand Path and made the environment full of worship and vigour.

Sh. N.K. Bahedia, COO, all HODs, Staff and family members were present and got rejoiced in a such devoid environment. In the end, Panchmeva Prasad and Milk were distributed to all members.

Ringas: Sunderkand Path

RSWM Ringas Parivar organized a Sunderkand Path in Staff Colony Temple on 10^th April 2022 on the eve of the 'Rama Navami’ festival that celebrates the birthday of lord Rama. These holy events of 4 hours followed by Bhajan were attended by a large number of employees and their families with great devotion and zeal.

To induce intense and passionate feelings and also look to large participation in such holy performances, Ringas Parivar has planned to continue with such performances in future also at Staff Colony.

Ringas: Hanuman Janmotsav

Hanuman Jayanti is celebrated every year by Ringas Pariwar to commemorate the birth of Lord Hanuman as he is the symbol of strength and energy. On 16^th April 2022, Hanuman Janmostav was celebrated with full zeal and devotion in Factory premises. Pooja and Bhajan Kirtan were performed by all staff, workers and families together, to get the blessings of Lord Hanuman Ji. The program concluded with Maha Arti and Prasad distribution to everyone.

Ringas: World Environment Day

RSWM Limited, Ringas Pariwar celebrated “World Environment Day” with great zeal & enthusiasm on 5^th June’22. Sh Anurag Mathur, COO planted tree saplings in the mill premises along with all HODs and staff members.

To make awareness about the significance of nature and to take the pledge to protect it every time, over 30 no. of various species of trees were planted inside plant premises at various locations by all HODs and staff members and also organised awareness programmes and various activities related to environment and planted trees at our gardens with the pledge “Let us strive together to make our earth more beautiful and pollution free”. Further, a drawing competition among the children was also organized and priced for the best art.

Ringas: Staff Birthday Celebrations

The Staff Birthday (Apr to June’22 month) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Ringas. The COO, Shri Anurag Mathur & all other staff members wished the colleagues, having a birthday on that particular day, by giving them sweets and gifts and reading out the wishes on behalf of Ringus-Pariwar.

HEG: Earth Day

Earth is a planet of diversity. The only planet where a living being can survive. To prevent environmental issues and invest in our planet for sustainable living, earth day is celebrated. It is the responsibility of all human beings to conserve and protect the Earth from pollutants, for the social cause as well as for maintaining a healthy environment.

Earth day was celebrated on 22^nd April for an environmental cause. every year, In HEG, we create awareness amongst the people about the earth and environmental protection. Likewise, this year too, Safety Department conducted an event for Earth Day in the training centre, Gurukul. The event was highly appreciated and people pledged to save our mother-like planet.

HEG: Prize Distribution Ceremony

Every year we organise a sports competition in HEG Campus. It was the internal sport summit in which the participants were invited from the different departments and different prizes were distributed to the winning candidates by Shri Manish Gulati, Executive Director. This year we kept it simple due to Covid protocols.

The motive was to create awareness among employees about their health and encourage them to keep themselves fit and fine. The event was very successful and the involvement of each participant was there during the Prize distribution ceremony.

HEG: World Environment Day

Led by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and held annually on the 5^th of June since 1973, World Environment Day is the largest global platform for environmental public outreach and is celebrated by millions of people across the world.

The recent pandemic has shown us that the environment was as clean as it was ever before. So the conclusion is that eventually, humans are the only being who is polluting and destroying the environment in every way for the sake of their desire as well as undesirable ambitions. We do not have another alternate planet which is as same as Earth. So it is our responsibility to save and conserve nature for sustainable living and help nature to heal.

On this occasion, the HEG conducted a program of plantation in which the executive management did the plantation of plants inside and outside the campus to spread awareness amongst all the employees as well as Society.

Maral Noida: World Health Day Celebration

On the occasion of World Health Day 2022, we celebrated the Day at our Unit C-126 and conducted an awareness training session for our employees through an external MBBS Doctor. Everyone appreciated this training session and expressed their views related to health or medical problems.

Maral Noida: Celebration of World Health Day

On the occasion of World Health Day 2022, we celebrated World Health Day at our unit D-347 and conducted an awareness training session for our employees through an external MBBS Doctor. The event was well received by the employees.

Maral Noida: Celebration of International HR DAY

On the occasion of the International HR day celebration, we have arranged a get-together party and gameplay activities for all Garments division HR staff at unit D-347 on 20^th May 2022. 

Maral Noida: World No Tobacco Day

On the occasion of the "World No Tobacco Day 2022" celebration, we have celebrated, displayed awareness posters and provided awareness sessions to employees at all Noida units.

Maral Noida: World Environment Day

On the occasion of World Environment Day 2022, we celebrated the day by planting trees and providing awareness training sessions on how to protect our environment at our all Garments Division. 

Maral Noida: World Music Day

On the occasion of World Music Day 2022, we celebrated the day at our unit D-347 on 21^st June 2022 with much enthusiasm and conducted a singing program for our employees and distributed gifts to the winners.

Maral Noida: Yoga Day Celebration

On World Yoga Day 2022, we celebrated the day at our all Garments Division on 21^st June 2022 and arranged yoga and exercise sessions for our employees at all units. It was a wonderful session and everyone enjoyed it to the fullest.

Maral Sarovar: World Environment Day

World Environment Day on 5^th June is celebrated at Maral Overseas Limited with an educational rally, motivational activities and a large number of plantations.  

The theme of the celebration was “Only One Earth” and while addressing the employees Shri S.N. Goyal, President emphasized the need to prevent pollution and the importance of plantations to save nature. Shri Manoj Thakker, AVP (HR) and Sh. RP Gautam (Advisor-Engg) explained the major environmental effects of plastic pollution and requested all to refrain from using plastic. They have also emphasized global environmental problems and their solutions. Mr Amarnath Bajpai, Safety Officer anchored the function.
With a pledge to plant more trees and make the surroundings green, an environmental march from ADM Block to Khel Parisar was held on this day.

Maral Sarovar: Ram Navmi

“Ram Navmi” the grand festival commemorating the birth of Lord Shri Ram celebrated with great joy and devotional fervor on 10^th April 2022 at Shri Ram Mandir, Maral Sarovar. On this occasion, a “Hawan” was performed by Shri & Smt. S.N. Goyal, which was attended by a large number of devotees including senior officials, staff members, Associates, and their families. Special pooja was held at mid-day followed by the distribution of Maha Prasad and "Kanyabhoj". During the evening Aarti, the distribution of  " Chhappan Bhog"  prasad also took place.

Ringas RPSF: Hanuman Jayanti Celebration

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated in the Fibre plant with great enthusiasm. On this occasion, the Lord Hanuman Ji was worshipped and all members prayed for peace, happiness and prosperity across the RSWM Group. The pooja was performed with all rituals followed by Prasad distribution to all.

On this auspicious day, Sh M.K. Yogi, COO addressed the staff members and delivered a message to take oaths of honesty, hardworking and dedication in assigned work/job roles, learning a bit from the character of Lord Hanuman Ji. 

Ringas RPSF: World Environment Day

World Environment Day was celebrated at the RPSF staff colony & Fibre plant by COO Sh M.K. Yogi, Smt Jaya Yogi and senior staff members accompanied by families. On this special occasion, more than 25 Nos saplings were planted in the staff colony and plant premises.

Further, looking into the peak summer weather condition, 50 Nos water pots were implanted on branches of trees, facilitating birds to feed water with ease. This event had been appreciated by local authorities along with residents and it had been in the limelight of newspapers.

Rishabhdev: Nav Varsh Celebration

RSWM Staff Club celebrated Nav Varsh - `Vikram Samvat – 2079’ jointly with VKV School on 2^nd April 2022. The Prabhat Bheri started from the school and went around the Mill campus in which students, teachers and RSWM staff participated. When the procession reached the RSWM ADM Block, Shri K B Khatod, COO addressed the gathering and greeted new year wishes to all.

Rishabhdev: Hanuman Jayanti Celebration

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated on 16^th April 2022 at Rishabhdev unit by conducting a Sunderkant Path at nearby Hanuman Mandir. Staff in large numbers with family participated in this Path which ended with Aarti and Prasad distribution to all.  

Rishabhdev: Environment Day Celebration

Rishabhdev unit is extremely conscious about the environment in and around the industry. Every year hundreds of trees are planted on the occasion of Haryali Amavasya and World Environment Day. This year also Environment Day was celebrated with the planting of trees. The COO along with senior officers and staff participated in the programme with full enthusiasm.

Kanyakheri: World Environment Day

On the 5^th of June 2022, the Kanyakheri unit celebrated World Environment Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. Shri Vinit Agrawal, COO and Shri Pritam Gurjar G.M (HR & IR), along with the HODs & staff members planted trees in the mill premises. All the employees were reminded to protect the environment by planting more and more trees and minimising the usage of plastic bags. The programme was organized by Safety Officer, Mr Tapas Rana.

Mandpam: World Environment Day

Mandpam unit celebrated World Environment Day on June 5^th, 2022, with a lot of fervour and excitement. The mill premises have been planted with trees by Shri Satish Kumar Mittal, COO, the HODs, and employees. The use of plastic bags should be reduced, and all staff were reminded to conserve the environment by planting more trees. The programme was organized by Safety Officer, Mr Anil Kumar Bishnoi.

Mandpam: International Yoga Day

On June 21, 2022, RSWM Limited in Mandpam observed International Yoga Day. Participating in the occasion were the staff members and their families. The value of yoga in daily life was discussed in a speech by Shri S P Yadav to the employees and he emphasised adapting Yoga in your daily life. The yoga instructor for the occasion was Shri V.K. Yadav. 

Mandpam: Staff Birthday Celebration

Every last week of the month, the Melange Staff Club would enthusiastically celebrate the staff's birthday (which fell between April and June). In front of Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (COO) and other staff members, employees who had birthdays that month participated in the cake-cutting ceremony. High tea and cake were served to every employee present on the occasion.

Mandpam: International Yoga Day

The RSWM Limited in Mandpam celebrated International Yoga Day on June 21, 2022. Staff members and their families took part in the activity with much fervour and excitement. The event's yoga instructor was Shri V.K. Yadav. Speaking to the staff about the value of yoga in their daily life was Shri S.P. Yadav.

MPCL: National Electrical Safety Day/Week Celebration

National Electrical Safety Day/Week from June 26, 2022, was celebrated in MPCL and conducted training sessions on electrical hazards & control measures. The theme of the Electrical Safety Week, 2022 was “Avoid loose wires-Prevent electrical fires”.

LNJ Denim: World Environment Day Celebration

World Environment Day is a day for everyone around the world to take ownership of their environment and actively engage in the protection of our earth. This day aims to inspire more people than ever before to take action to prevent the growing nature.

On 5^th June 2022, World Environment Day is celebrated at LNJ Denim Mordi. On this occasion, Head HR & IR Shri Arbind Mishra along with all senior staff members planted the trees inside the plant. On this occasion, Shri Arbind Mishra explained the importance of environment day and plantation to the staff members & their families and asked them for more plantations. The function was concluded with refreshments for all staff of the Denim division.

LNJ Denim: International YOGA DAY

On the occasion of International YOGA DAY, Shri Dharmendra K Changeriya from the Art of Living, Information Center, Banswara was the Yoga instructor for the event. He provided awareness on fitness & health to our employees on 21^st June 2022. The staff members participated in the event with full enthusiasm. Shri Suketu Shah also addressed the staff members on the importance of Yoga in day-to-day life.

BSL: 50th World Environment Day

On 05^th June 2022, the 50^th World Environment Day was celebrated with full enthusiasm in BSL Limited, under which more than 100 saplings were planted in the factory premises.

The plantation program was started by the Director Shri  Praveen Jain by planting saplings and in this tree plantation program the officers of the company Shri Paramjeet Singh Phogat (VP-Spinning), Shri Om Prakash Jangir (VP-Processing), Shri MS Khiria (VP-Marketing), Shri P.S.Brar(GM-Weaving), Shri Lokesh Sethia & Shri RC Bahedia (GM-Processing), Shri  Sanjay Tripathi (GM-IR&HR), Shri D.R. Yadav, Shri Alik Sinha, Shri Ghanshyam Pandey, Shri Naval Jain, Shri Anand Singh Bhati, Shri Khan Muhammad etc. also made this World Environment Day a success through BSL Limited by planting saplings.

Shri Ram Dayal Jat (Asstt. General Manager-HR & IR) said that on this World Environment Day, BSL management has set a target of planting 600 different types of saplings in this current year.

Shri Ram Milan Singh (Manager-Safety) and Shri Anil Kunar Singh, Shankar Singh etc. contributed significantly to celebrating the 50^th World Environment Day in BSL Limited as they have taken the active initiative to organise this plantation/awareness programme at the site.

ADHPL: Fire Services Week

Fire Services week was celebrated at ADHPL from April 14 to 20, 2022. This year the theme of fire services week was “LEARN FIRE SAFETY INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY”. The main objective was to make people aware of fire hazards and techniques to douse the fire. During the week-long celebrations, training on fire-fighting and rescue operations of injured personnel was imparted by certified firefighters of ADHPL in their respective departments. At the closing ceremony a training session and practical demonstration of fire extinguishers, lifting techniques and rescue operations for injured persons were given by the civil fire-fighting team, Manali.

ADHPL: World Environment Day

World Environment Day was celebrated at ADHPL on June 04-06, 2022. The theme of the day was “Only One Earth” and the focus of this year’s celebration was “Living Sustainably in Harmony with Nature”. On June 04, 2022, ADHPL employees carried out a cleanliness drive around the Plant. ADHPL employees on June 06, 2022, planted more than 200 saplings of Deodar and horse chestnut near the potato farm. All the employees participated in these programmes with great enthusiasm. Such activities provide a unique opportunity for raising awareness of the environment amongst the employees.

ADHPL: National Electrical Safety Week

The National Electrical Safety Week (NESW) was celebrated from 27^th June to 2^nd July 2022 at ADHPL. The objective of the NESW was to raise awareness among the employees and workers on electrical safety and to promote a participative approach towards the safe use of electricity. The theme of National Electrical Safety Week was “Avoid Lose Wires - Prevent Electrical Fires”.

An online workshop on general electrical safety was organized by CEA in which 20 employees participated. Mr R.K. Khaitan, VP- Accounts & HR awarded the electricians of ADHPL and the transmission line on this occasion to promote electrical safety.
