HO-Noida: Bhilwara Sur Sangam 2024

Bhilwara Sur Sangam 2024, a classical Indian music festival, orchestrated a mesmerizing harmony in New Delhi on March 30 and 31, 2024. Hosted by the esteemed LNJ Bhilwara Group, it was a celebration of cultural richness and artistic finesse in its 11th year. Renowned maestros graced the stage in Delhi's Kamani Auditorium, enthralling the audience with soul-stirring renditions. From classical ragas to folk melodies, every note resonated with profound emotions. The festival not only showcased musical prowess but also fostered a deep appreciation for India's diverse musical heritage. Bhilwara Sur Sangam 2024 epitomized the timeless beauty of Indian classical music, leaving an indelible mark on all who attended.

HO-Noida: Holi Celebration

Holi celebration in the HO-Noida was a riot of colors and joy. Colleagues came together to celebrate this vibrant festival, spreading happiness and goodwill. The office was beautifully adorned with Holi decorations and everyone dressed in bright attire. Laughter filled the air as people smeared each other with organic gulaal, forgetting work stress for a while. Delicious snacks were served alongside traditional sweets like gujiya and thandai, enhancing the festive spirit.

HO-Noida: Women's Day Celebration

The HO-Noida office buzzed with a celebration for Women's Day. It was a day to celebrate achievements and foster a strong, supported community.

RSWM-Kharigram: Republic Day Celebration

With the whole of the country, the Kharigram unit too celebrated the 75th Republic Day on January 26, 2024. Sh S. K. Tiwari, Dy. Chief Operating Officer hoisted the national flag followed by Parade by Security Staff. Sh B K Sharma, BH & CE, were also present there in this celebration. Addressing the staff and workers, Sh S.K. Tiwari, Dy. The COO gave a message for improving yarn quality and emphasized working in discipline and a sense of belongingness. The program was concluded with light refreshments and sweets.

RSWM-Kharigram: 53rd National Safety Week Celebration

The 53rd National Safety Week started on March 4, 2024, and it was celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm and involvement of all concerned which was continued till March 10, 2024. This activity made a valuable contribution to cultivating a safety culture among the workforce & integrating safety into their day-to-day activities. The Safety Oath was taken by all workmen and staff members.

The Safety badges were distributed to all employees. Exhibition of PPEs, Fire & Safety equipment, Safety training program, Safety based various competitions were conducted. Sh S. K. Tiwari (Dy. COO) summoned up all employees to keep the learnings to ensure “Zero Accident” and a “Safe workplace”.

RSWM-Kharigram: Mahashivratri Celebration

On March 8, 2024, the Mahashivratri Parv was celebrated by RSWM Kharigram Pariwar at Colony Temple. The Shiv Mandir was decorated with colorful flowers and the celebration started with Jai Abhishek of Lord Shiva. In the evening, bhajan-kirtan and chanting of Lord Shiva were performed by staff & family members with full worship and devout. The celebration ended with Maha Aarti and the distribution of Prasad.

RSWM-Kharigram: Holi Festival

The festival of Holi started with Holika Dahan in the evening on March 24, 2024, Holika Pooja was performed by Shri B K Sharma, BH-YB and Shri S K Tiwari, Dy. COO. The next day on Dhulandi, the Checkers’ Holi Milan was organized in the morning, thereafter all staff and family members played and enjoyed colorful Holi. In the evening, cultural events were organized and the program ended with a delicious dinner.

RSWM-Knits: Women's Day Celebration

Women's Day was celebrated on March 8, 2024, in Knits Admin Conference Hall under the supervision of Mr. Sukhdarshan Singh Sir (Dy. COO) and Mr. Arbind Mishra Sir (GM - HR/IR).

First of all, Honourable Mr. Sukhdarshan Singh Sir addressed the women and awarded them on how to accelerate gender equality through their economic empowerment.

Mr. Sukhdarshan Singh explained the importance of Women's Day and said that since this day, awareness about women's rights and progress in social, political, and economic fields has increased.

After that, Honourable Mr. Arvind Mishra Sir addressed the women and said that women should be given equal respect as men because women are as capable as men in the nation and society. Women are showing their skills in every field and are contributing to the development of the society. Highlighting the evils of society, he said that even today in society, women do not get equal respect and opportunities as men. Concluding his speech, he said that the main reason for this women were not properly aware of their rights.

At the end of the program, Honourable Mr. Sukhdarshan Singh sir and Honourable Mr. Arbind Mishra sir awarded all the women present in the Knits Admin Conference Hall and expressed gratitude.

"Empowered women empower the world" Protecting women's rights and fulfilling their responsibilities is the identity of women's power. Today's women are progressing in every field of development and are also showcasing their excellent education everywhere. Today women are showing themselves capable in all aspects of the world including home and family. Women's power has made even the most difficult tasks easy with their strong intentions in every field. Women in the plant can create their own identity with their work skills in both office and labor departments.

RSWM-RPSF: Celebration of Lohri festival

Lohri was celebrated in the Ringas Fiber Plant staff colony with great devotion and enthusiasm. Pooja was performed by COO Sh. MK Yogi & Smt. Jaya Yogi. Whole RPSF residents celebrated the festival with get pomp. Lohri traditional songs & dance were presented around the bonfire. The COO Sh. MK Yogi cheers to the warmth of the bonfire, the joy of celebrations, and the spirit of Lohri.

RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of Makar Sankranti festival

Makar Sankranti was celebrated in the RSWM Ringas Fiber Plant staff colony with great devotion and enthusiasm. All staff members gathered in the staff colony. COO Sh. MK Yogi wished everyone the auspicious festival. Everyone enjoyed the refreshment drinks, Khichadi-Pakoda, etc. All staff members and their families enthusiastically participated in flying kites and playing Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Satolia, and other traditional games.

RSWM-Ringas: Sundarkand Worship & Bhandara at Daak Bangla Balaji Temple

At Balaji Temple situated in Ringas locality, Sundar Kand had been performed on 20th Jan 2023. On this occasion the Sundarkand path was followed with Hanuman Chalisa and devotional bhajans were chanted followed by Poojan of God Hanuman Ji & Ram. All members prayed for Peace, happiness, and prosperity across the group. Sh MK Yogi (COO) addressed staff members and in his message, he requested everyone to take the oath of honesty, hard work, and dedication in their assigned work / Job roles, He added that everyone should learn a bit from the character of Lord Shri Hanuman ji and Shri Ram Ji. The occasion concluded with taking Prasadi in Bhadara arranged for 500 people. 

RSWM-RPSF: Ramayana Paath & Hawan on Ram Pran Prastishtha in Ram Temple

On the auspicious occasion of Ram Pran Prastishtha of Prabhu Shri Ram Ji in Ram Mandir Ayodhya, the Akhand Ramayana Paath and Hawan were performed at RSWM fiber plant Ringas. COO Sh. MK Yogi, Smt. Jaya Yogi along with all employees and their families participated in Pooja & Hawan program after that Prasadi Bhandara was also organized for the employees.

RSWM-RPSF: Republic Day Celebration

Republic Day celebration held in RPSF Fiber Unit. On this day, the Flag hoisting ceremony was performed by COO Sh. M.K. Yogi and the national anthem was sung by everyone. To pay tribute to the martyrs who have sacrificed their lives for the country, several patriotic programs were presented by RPSF team members.

COO Sh MK Yogi addressed staff and workers showed the merits and importance of the Indian Constitution and remembered the sacrifices of Freedom Fighters to pay homage. At the end of the program, Prizes were distributed to selected outstanding performers in the categories of security, production, attendance, etc. 

RSWM-RPSF: Celebration of MahaShivratri Puja
Maha Shivratri pooja was celebrated in the RSWM Ringas staff colony temple with great devotion and enthusiasm. Lord Shiva and Maa Gori were worshiped; Pooja and Rrudrabhishek were performed by COO Sh MK Yogi & Smt. Jaya Yogi. The Team prayed to Lord Shiva to shower his benign blessings on all and may Lord Shiva bless us all with health wealth and prosperity.
 
RSWM-Chhata: Holi Milan Samaroh

On the auspicious occasion of Holi, a Holi Milan Samaroh was celebrated on March 23, 2024, at the Chhata units. On the occasion, Shri Sukesh Sharma ji, Unit Head addressed the staff gathering and described the purpose behind the Holi festival. The Holi festival gives us an opportunity to forget and forgive minor differences and work together again with team spirit. Our staff members presented Holi songs and the celebration concluded with snacks and sweet distribution. To add more joy to the birthday celebration, the staff members' March-month birthdays were also celebrated along with Holi Milan Samaroh.

RSWM-RPSF: National Safety Week Celebration

The National Safety Week celebration was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by COO MK Yogi at the RPSF Unit. (Ringas) from 04 Mar-24 to 10 Mar-24. During the week, a safety pledge was taken by staff and workers, to bring safety awareness several programs were conducted Like Quiz, Speech, and Poster Competition in a renowned Government School in Ringas to spread awareness amongst students for safety awareness. This initiation was appreciated a lot by the residents. COO M.K. Yogi delivered a speech in which he emphasized safety aspects and to adopt safe work practices in day-to-day work life. Prizes were given to the winners of competitions.

RSWM-Ringas: Celebration of Holi festival & Holika Dahan

The festival of colors and brotherhood Holi was celebrated with great pomp and enthusiasm in Fiber Unit Ringas. On the day, the functions of Holika Dahan and Holi Milan were performed on campus. On this auspicious occasion, Sh. MK Yogi delivered a message that the Holi festival is the expression of the sheer joy of life and the overwhelming spirit of acceptance and togetherness and COO inspired all to live with love and harmony.

RSWM-Ringas: Lohri Celebration

Lohri parv was celebrated by Ringas pariwar on January 13, 2024. The Staff and their family members participated in this festival with full enthusiasm. The program started with Lohri pooja and bonfire. The Bhangra dance over the music and Lohari songs was enjoyed by all. The cheering from kids, ladies and staff alike made the festivity evening full of energy. At the end of the function, all the new couples and newborn babies were blessed & gifts were distributed to them by Shri Anurag Mathur, Chief Operating Officer, RSWM- Ringas. 

RSWM-Ringas: Makar Sakranti Celebration

Makar Sankranti festival was celebrated by Ringas pariwar on January 15, 2024, along with staff and their family members, and enjoyed the festivity of Flying Kites, Gulli Danda, Cricket, etc. The celebration ended with having a sweet dish Like - Gajak and delicious fast food, tea etc by all the members.

RSWM-Ringas: Pran Pratishtha Celebration

The Pran Pratishtha ceremony in Ayodhya is a grand event for Hindus all across the globe. January 22, the day with the ‘Mrigashira Nakshatra’ witnessed the Pran Pratishtha of the Ram Lalla idol in Ayodhya, Years of hearings in the courts and excavations on the site will culminate in the successful consecration of the idol in the ‘bhavya’ Ram Mandir. Several world leaders, politicians, cricketers, celebrities, great sages, and saints have been invited to witness the ceremony. On this big occasion we, RSWM Limited-Ringas Pariwar also celebrated this event with great devotion by lighting Deya in all houses, Pooja and Aarti were also performed in the Mill campus Temple. All staff members and their families were brought to the temple by Ram Sena in a colorful procession.

RSWM-Ringas: Republic Day Celebration

The RSWM-Ringas unit commemorated Republic Day with a spirit of patriotism. Festivities commenced with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by inspiring speeches that resonated with pride. Cultural performances by employees and their families showcased India's rich heritage. The day culminated in a spirit of unity and camaraderie, celebrating India's democratic values.

RSWM-Ringas: Staff Monthly Birthday Celebration in Jan 2024

The Staff Birthday ( January 2024) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Ringas.

The COO - Shri Anurag Mathur wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving the sweets and gifts in the presence of all other Officers. The cake-cutting ceremony by members whose birthday falls in a particular month was organized, and the Birthday members feel blessed with the presence of Sh. Anurag Mathur (COO) and all staff members. The cake cutting was followed by high tea for all.

International Women's Day 2024 was celebrated in the Ringas unit with great pride by inviting all female employees to a common platform and assured them all to extend every possible support for their career development which in turn shall unlock their true potential with a unique theme for this year is 'Inspire Inclusion'. Displaying our strong commitment to gender equality in the workplace & maintaining the tradition.

RSWM-Ringas: Mahashivrati Celebration

RSWM Ringas celebrated Maha Shivratri pooja at the staff colony temple with great devotion and enthusiasm. Lord Shiva and Maa Gori were worshiped, Pooja and Aarti were performed. The celebration started with Jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva. Staff and their family members participated in this festival with great enthusiasm. The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Maha Prasad. Everyone was delighted to be part of this Parv and enjoyed this occasion wholeheartedly

RSWM-Ringas: Khatu Mela Celebration

As usual, this year also, RSWM, Ringas Spinning Unit actively extended the services in the interest of the public during Khatu Shyamji Mela, held from March 17, 2024, to March 21, 2024. On this occasion, necessary medicines, Fruits, Biscuits, Drinking water, etc. were distributed to all the devotees.

RSWM-Ringas: Holi-Dhulandi Festival Celebration

RSWM Ringas celebrated the festival of Holi which started with Holika Dahan in the evening on March 24, 2023. Following this, Holika Pooja was performed by Shri Anurag Mathur, COO.

The next day on Dhulandi, the “Holi Milan” was organized in the morning, thereafter all staff and family members played and enjoyed colorful Holi. In the evening, cultural events were organized and the program ended with a delicious dinner.

HEG: Lord Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha

Embracing the Sacred Spirit a Grand Celebration at HEG Limited with a Vision for Ram Rajya!!

The community came together holistically and devotedly, participating in the path and engaging in a profound Sundarkand Path followed by Havan Pooja.

During this sacred ceremony, our Executive Director, Shri. Manish Gulati inspired us to follow the practices of Ram Rajya within our organization. He emphasized the virtues of optimism, self-belief, and a commitment to doing well to others.

He encouraged us to raise a strong voice if we witness anything wrong nearby fostering an environment rooted in righteousness and ethical conduct.

In the spirit of unity and reverence, we also shared the live telecast of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony from Ayodhya, allowing our employees to connect with this historic occasion.

The celebration reached its pinnacle with a heartfelt Bhandara Prasad.

Maral Sarovar: Republic Day Celebration

The Diamond Jubilee of the Indian Republic was celebrated on January 26, 2024, at Maral Sarovar.

The event commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by Sh. Tarun Baldua, President, followed by the singing of the National Anthem and lit up of “Amarjyoti” lamp to mark salutations to the martyrs of the nation.

Addressing the employees, Sh. Baldua paid tributes to the founders of the Constitution, stressing the importance of its ideals and constitutional morality with a call to strive for solidarity, harmony, and fraternity as rightful and dutiful citizens of the nation. He also requested everyone to keep themselves away from the use of tobacco products which not only adversely affect health, but also financial loss in the long run. Security Staff performed march-past on this occasion. Associates who have attained attendance of 300+ in the last year were felicitated with prizes and certificates. Winners of the Safety Quiz also received prizes during this function. Ku. Lakshmi Muvel, Sh. Kapil Yadav, and Sh. Mohd. Kherul performed patriotic songs on karaoke.

A vote of thanks was given by Sh. Manoj Thakker, Vice President (HR). Finally, the event culminated with the distribution of sweets to all employees.

Maral Sarovar: Celebration of Holi Utsav

The festival of colors, "Holi,” was celebrated at Maral Sarovar with a fun splash of colors. “Holika Dahan” took place on the evening of March 24, 2024. On March 25, on the day of playing Holi (Dhulendi), the staff members along with their family members assembled at the Staff Club lawns and played Holi by splashing colors at each other.

After playing Holi, a delicious lunch was served to the staff and their family members by the Staff Club.

RSWM-Mandapam: Republic Day Celebrations

The Republic Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in the Mandpam unit. The National Flag was hoisted by Shri Satish Kumar Mittal (COO), who also addressed an audience of staff and workers.

Later, sweets were distributed among all the staff and workers to celebrate the occasion.

The festival of Lohri marks the culmination of winter season and is celebrated on the 13th of January every year for fertility and spark of life.
All staff members & their families celebrated the occasion. All Members gathered around the bonfire and offered sweets.

The Makar Sankranti festival was celebrated at the Children's garden at Melange Staff Colony on January 15, 2024.
All the staff members and their family members participated in different types of games like cricket, sitoliya and others.

RSWM-Mandapam: Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha Celebrations

Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha Ceremony was conducted by Shri Satish Kumar Mittal, Chief Operating Officer on January 22, 2024, in the Melangeshwar Mahadev temple of Mandpam Unit.
All staff members attended the Puja ceremony along with their family members and sought the blessings of God Ram.

RSWM-Mandapam: Mahashivratri Celebrations

On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri a “Bhajan Sandhya” was organized at Melangeshwar Mahadev Temple on the night of March 8, 2024, which was enjoyed by staff members & their families. Prasad was also distributed among all staff and workers.

HEG: Vasant Panchami Pooja

Vasant Panchami means to honor Goddess Saraswati, the deity of knowledge, wisdom, arts, and learning. The festival holds cultural, religious, and social significance as it symbolizes the rejuvenation of nature and new beginnings. 

Vasant Panchami marks the beginning of preparations for the spring season. It also marks the start of preparation for Holika and Holi, which occurs forty days later. A good organization always remembers and follows the tradition & culture and we are doing the same.

The function was organized in the R&D department of HEG Ltd.

RSWM-Mandapam: Holi Celebrations

The festival of Holi was celebrated with much fervor and enthusiasm. A Puja was performed by Sh. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (CE) on March 24 at 11:15 P.M.
It was fun on the day of Dhulandi on March 25, 2024, with resident members throwing colours at each other.

RSWM-Mandpam: Safety Day Celebrations
RSWM Mandpam celebrated National Safety Week from March 4 to 10, 2024. On National Safety Day (04th March), Mr. Anil Kumar Bishnoi (Sr. Engineer – Fire & Safety) arranged the program & Mr. Satish Kumar Mittal (COO) inaugurated a safety equipment exhibition & narrated the values of safety.
This activity makes a valuable contribution to cultivating a safety culture among the workforce & to ensure safety in their day-to-day activity at the workplace.
HEG: Annual Sports Day Celebration
HEG Ltd. organized a super fun Sports day where everyone had a blast, including our employee’s kids and their wives who joined in on the action. Employees' families played various games and had a fantastic time together. It was awesome seeing families having fun and cheering each other.
Thanks to our Executive Director, Shri. Manish Gulati Ji, for making the day memorable with his presence.
HEG: Audition for Cultural Programme

To develop a sense of involvement, creativity, and liveliness among the employees of HEG Ltd, the company is about to organize its Cultural Programme on April 5, 2024. The event will incorporate various fun-related and engaging activities like dancing, singing, and others.

For the same, auditions for children of employees were organized on March 19, 2024, to select the most talented and dynamic participants for the exciting setting of the event.

The arrangements were made to create a vibrant atmosphere and a fresh start after the completion of FY23-24.

Their dedication, leadership, and resilience inspire us every day.

On this Special day, the HR Department organized a celebration for all the female employees of HEG as well as all the Teachers of the Graphite School. The celebration was full of activities and games which were initiated by cake cutting and followed by lunch thereafter.

The event was concluded with gift distribution by ED Shri Manish Gulati.

RSWM-RishabhDev: Lohri & Makar Sankranti Celebrations

Lohri, the harvest festival of Punjab was celebrated at Rishabhdev on January 13, 2024, by burning Lohri and performing pooja. Staff and family members enjoyed the celebration. Shri K B Khatod, COO felicitated the newly wedded couples and newborn babies on this occasion.

On Makar Sankranti - January 15, all have enjoyed the day by playing various traditional games like sitholia, Gulli Danda, kite flying, etc. The program ended with dinner.

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Sri Ram Pran Pratishta Celebration

On the occasion of celebrating the Pranpratishta ceremony of Lord Sri Ram at Ayodhya on January 22, 2024, we, at RSWM Rishabhdev also celebrated the day in a spiritual atmosphere with variety of functions. On January 21, Akhand Ramayan Path started at 11.00 AM and ended on January 22, with Aarti and Hanuman Chalisa. Gents, ladies, and children read the Path as per schedule given to them. The live program at Ayodhya was also shown on a big screen. Chhappan Bhog at Ganeshji mandir was arranged by the ladies and Annakut was the specialty of the day. The campus was decorated with lighting and in the evening Ram-Lakshman jhanki was held around the campus. At the end of the day, everybody enjoyed the Prasad (Daal-Bati).

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Sports Day & Republic Day Celebration

Staff Club, Rishabhdev organized a one-day sports event for staff and family on January 26, 2024, on Republic Day. Various events like 100-meter race, spoon race, shotput, Needle & Thread race, Tug of war, etc. were held for gents, ladies, and children separately. All staff members and their families enjoyed the day by participating in various events and the dinner thereafter.

RSWM Rishabhdev: Mandir Patotsav

Patotsav of Siddhi Vinayak Ganeshji was celebrated at RSWM Rishabhdev on 22nd February, 2024 in a spiritual atmosphere. Puja and Hawan were performed by a team of Pandit from Khadagda. All officers and staff along with their families performed the Hawankriya. Panditji and the Team wished all for their overall well-being. In the end, Prasad was distributed to all.

RSWM Rishabhdev: Safety Day Celebration

The National Safety Day was celebrated at RSWM Rishabhdev on March 4, 2024. The function was jointly inaugurated by GM (IR & HR) & GM (Engg.). While addressing the employees, they stressed the need to spread the message of `Safety First’ among all the workmen and to follow all safety precautions/measures strictly for avoiding any untoward incident. Safety & fire equipment were displayed and a mock drill was also conducted by security personnel.

RSWM Rishabhdev-Maha Shivratri

On March 8, 2024, Mahashivratri was celebrated at RSWM Rishabhdev Ganeshji Mandir. A well decorated Jhanki of Lord Shivji prepared by the Staff Club team was very attractive and got the attention of all. Staff members with their families attended the Bhajan Kirtan which lasted till mid night. At the end, prasad was distributed to the devotees. 

RSWM-Rishabhdev: Holi Celebration

Holi, the festival of colours, was celebrated at Rishabhdev with Holika Dahan on 24th March and the playing of Holi on 25th March. Staff with their families enjoyed the festival by playing with Gulal & colours, dancing and singing. In the evening a Holi Feast was arranged for all staff families. On this occasion, prizes were distributed to the winners of various activities held in the year.

ADHPL: Celebration of National Road Safety Month

Road Safety Month was celebrated at ADHPL from January 16 to February 15, 2024. The theme of Road Safety Month was “Be a Road Safety Hero”. During the month-long celebrations, different trainings on road safety, first aid, housekeeping, ENRP, use of PPEs and defensive driving, etc. were conducted with its primary focus on drivers, heavy mobile machinery operators, and ADHPL employees. Prizes for best safety practices to heavy machinery operators and drivers were also distributed during the Road Safety Month celebrations.

The key objective of the month-long celebrations was to increase road safety awareness among the employees and workers.

ADHPL: Celebration of National Safety Day/Week

53rd National Safety Day/week was celebrated from March 04 to 10, 2024 at ADHPL. The theme of National Safety Week was “Focus on Safety Leadership for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Excellence”.

The national safety flag was unfurled in front of the Admin block and a safety pledge was taken after the flag hoisting ceremony. The safety pledge was read by Mr. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M) followed by all participants. The message from the desk of Director-cum-C.E.O. was also read out by the VP O&M on the occasion. National Safety Week was also celebrated in Transmission Line Bhuntar and Sunder Nagar.

The employees & workers of ADHPL were felicitated on the occasion for adopting the best safe work practices.

ADHPL: Celebration of Ram Mandir Pran Prathistha

On the occasion of Ram Mandir Pran Prathistha at Ayothya, a Pooja and Havan were performed at the Power House. Prasada was distributed amongst the participants present on the occasion. Sweets were distributed among all employees to commemorate the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla. 

ADHPL: Chaholi Mela Jagatsukh Celebration

The Chaholi Mela was celebrated by Jagatsukh villagers on March 31, 2024, with fervour and gaiety. ADHPL provides financial support for celebrating the mela to organize sports and cultural activities during the mela. The winners of the sports and cultural events were facilitated with prizes. Sh. Arvind Sharma (DGM-Civil) attended the mela as chief guest on behalf of AD Hydro Power Ltd. At the end of the mela an impressive local nati was organized by the villagers in honor of the chief guest. 

ADHPL: Republic Day Celebrations

75th Republic Day was celebrated with high spirit and fervor on January 26, 2024, at ADHPL. After the welcome of the chief guest, Sh. Pankaj Kapoor (VP-O&M); the chief guest hoisted the tricolor in front of the Admin block. On the event, the Chief guest delivered a message to the employees and their families present on the occasion. The G4S security personnel presented an impressive parade while welcoming the chief guest.

ADHPL: Eco-friendly Holi Celebrated
Eco-friendly Holi was celebrated at ADHPL with great zeal and fervor on March 24, 2024. Only natural colors were used during the celebrations. The use of water cannons, sprays, and water-colours was also avoided by the ADHPL family to save water. Tea and snacks were served to the participants on the occasion. Holika Dahan was done in the evening by all residents of the colony.
 
RSWM-Lodha: Thakur Baba Pujan & Bhajan Sandhya

A Bhajan Sandhya was organized at Thakur Baba temple with a delightful event, especially with the auspicious start of the pooja by the Chief Operating Officer and the staff members and contractors. It's wonderful to hear that the staff members, masters, workers, and contract workers all enjoyed the program until the early morning hours. To conclude the event with Prashadi (lunch) was organized outside the temple on the next day which was a thoughtful touch, providing a sense of community and togetherness. Such events not only foster spiritual harmony but also strengthen bonds within the community.

RSWM-Lodha: Lohri Celebration

Lohri celebration at RSWM Staff Club Lodha on January 14, 2024, was a joyous occasion filled with cultural richness and community spirit. The traditional lighting and pooja of Lohri set the tone for the festivities. The highlights of the event must have been the vibrant performances of Bhangra and other dances by both children and staff, adding an energetic and celebratory atmosphere.

The inclusion of blessings and gift distribution for newly wedded couples and newly born babies adds a heartwarming touch, symbolizing the continuation of traditions and the embrace of new beginnings within the community. It's commendable that the club vice president, Shri Mamtesh Kumar Jain, delivered the vote of thanks, acknowledging everyone's contributions and bringing closure to the event on a grateful note. Such celebrations not only uphold cultural heritage but also strengthen bonds among community members.

RSWM-Lodha: Makar Sankranti Celebrations

On January 15, 2024, we celebrated the auspicious festival Makar Sankranti on that day we flew the kites and played so many games like Sitoliya, Gully Danda, rassa kassi and so on, the celebration was held for the enjoyment of Staff and their family members and ended with refreshments.

RSWM-Lodha: Ram Mandir Nirman Celebration

On January 22, 2024, a momentous occasion was celebrated as the inauguration of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir took place. The festivities commenced with a vibrant procession, known as the feri, which traversed from the Club to the Orchard Temple. Children adorned in attire representing Lord Rama, Lord Sita, Lord Lakshman, and Lord Hanuman added a charming touch to the procession.

At the Orchard Temple, Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia, (Chief Operating Officer), presided over the auspicious ceremonies. A Pooja was performed, invoking divine blessings, followed by the recitation of the Sundarkand Path, a revered scripture from the Ramayana.

Attendees had the opportunity to seek the blessings of Lord Rama amidst the tranquil surroundings of the temple premises. At the end of the celebration, all the staff and their family members took the Mahabhoj prasad. 

RSWM-Lodha: Republic Day Celebration

The celebration started with flag hoisting by Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia at 8.30 AM. The main attraction of the function was a parade organized by the security personnel and class trainees.

In the opening speech, Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia emphasized the need for higher education for the children of all employees. To adopt the latest technology, we need to develop our potential through continuous learning.

The best security guard, the best sanitation boy, and the masters with the lowest worker turnover were recognized. On this occasion, the workers having the highest attendance record in the calendar year 2023 were rewarded.

RSWM-Lodha: Staff Birthday Monthly Celebration

As per the HR policy to share happiness with the all a common birthday celebration was to be celebrated at the end of every month. In this program, we also introduced the newly joined staff members, shared good practices and experience from employees and a common cake-cutting ceremony was held with a high tea program.

RSWM-Lodha: National Safety Day Celebration

The celebration started with a safety oath in Morning Prayer and an exhibition of safety posters/equipment in the restroom. The A shift workers were asked to see the exhibition and thereafter they assembled for the Safety Day celebration. Safety committee president Shri G L Kabra presented his annual report. During the program prize distributed to workers who have given their best efforts during an emergency in 2023 -24. Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Chief Operating officer) addressed the staff and workmen on safety habits that are necessary at the workplace to avoid accidents. On this occasion, a safety oath was given to all the staff and workers by Shri Bhanwar Singh Bhati, Safety Officer. On this occasion also a poem and slogan competition was organized to create awareness about safety.

RSWM-Lodha: MahaShivratri Pujan

The celebration started with Jal–Abhishek of Lord Shiva at Orchard temple. Smt. & Shri. Naresh Kumar Bahedia ( Chief Operating Officer) performed the Pooja and all colony residents attended the Pooja with their family members and were blessed by Lord Shiva.

RSWM-Lodha: Holi Celebration

Holi is considered one of the most revered and celebrated in almost every part of the country. It is also sometimes called a festival of love. At RSWM Lodha, Holika Dahan Pooja was performed by Smt & Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia along with all staff & family members. On the next day, everyone celebrated Dulendi with Gulal in the staff club. Holi Sneh Milan was organized with a Tambola & a delicious Dinner.

LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP: Lohri Utsav

Lohri Parv was celebrated on January 13, 2024, by the LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP Staff Club at LNJ Nagar Staff Colony, Mordi. The Staff and their family members participated in this festival with full enthusiasm. The program started with Lohri pooja and bonfire. The Bhangra dance over the music and Lohari songs was enjoyed by all. The cheering from kids, ladies, and staff alike made the festivity evening full of energy. After the celebration Gajak. Peanuts and Popcorn were distributed.

LNJ Denim & Knits: Makar Sankranti (Uttarayan) Celebration

LNJ Denim, Knits & TPP staff members celebrated Uttarayan (The colourful kite-flying festival of Makar Sankranti ) on January 14, 2024, at LNJ Nagar Colony along with their family members. Makar Sankranti (Kite Flying Day) marks the end of a long winter with the return of the sun to the Northern Hemisphere.

Not only were the children thrilled at this occasion but also the elders enjoyed flying kites on rooftops. The serene blue sky with colorful kites looked splendid since the beginning of the day and maintained its beauty till the evening and witnessed vivid splashes of colors in different shapes & sizes.

LNJ Denim, Knits & TPP: Republic Day Celebrations
Republic Day in India is celebrated every year with great glory on January 26 to honor the Constitution of India as it came into force on the same day in the year 1950.  A country is said to be running well when it has a proper legislation system. This 26th January 1950 the day, a base of law, rules & regulations were laid. i.e. our constitution was made which has governed our country very properly to date.\
 
We celebrated the 75th Republic Day in our LNJ Denim unit, Mordi on January 26, 2024. The celebration started with the National Flag Hosting Ceremony by Shri Arvind Maurya – BH, Knits, followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. Security Staff performed march-past on this occasion.
 
On this special Occasion of our 75th Republic Day, Shri Arvind Maurya extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected individual contributions to the growth of the nation, He also emphasized national integrity, prosperity & the importance of Republic Day and the responsibilities of the young generation towards the development of society. Later sweets were distributed among all staff & workers.
LNJ Denim, Knits & TPP: Maha Shivratri Celebration

LNJ Denim & Knit Staffs along with their family members celebrated Maha Shivratri at Lord Shiva Temple, LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on March 8, 2024.

The celebration started with Jal-abhishek of Lord Shiva. Staff and their family members participated in this festival with great enthusiasm. Acharya Shri Manoj Pathak performed Poojan by reciting mantras and shlokas.

The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Maha Prasad. Everyone was delighted to be part of this Parv and enjoyed this occasion wholeheartedly.

LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP: National Safety Day Celebration

LNJ Denim celebrated its 53rd National Safety Day on March 4, 2024, It started with a safety oath in the morning followed by an exhibition on safety equipment. All staff & Workers took part in this celebration.

It was celebrated with great enthusiasm. It created awareness among the people about how to prevent industrial accidents by exhibiting widespread safety awareness programs in the company. While addressing the employees, Shri Suketu Shah emphasized the need for safety for all employees & asserted during bike riding, and handling of mobile phones, many accidents happened in recent times.

On this occasion, an exhibition on Personnel Protective Equipment was organized by the Safety Team, Where the use of Fire extinguishers and other PPEs was demonstrated.

LNJ Denim, Knit & TPP: Holi & Dhulendi Celebration

Holi is one of the major festivals of India and is the most vibrant of all. The joys of Holi know no bounds. The festival is celebrated across the four corners of India. It is played with different types of colors. Every color symbolizes something & conveys some message. In spite of being such a colorful festival, there are various aspects of Holi that make it so significant for our lives.

Holi gets us close to our religion and our mythology as it is essentially the celebration of various legends associated with the festival.

Holi celebration started with a Holika bonfire on March 14, night in LNJ Nagar Staff Colony. On the Next day a colorful Holi celebration started at LNJ Nagar Colony, Staffs members with their families enjoyed the Dhulendi program & played Holi with different colors. All staff members danced to folk music, during the program, all staff members enjoyed delicious fast food, followed by lunch.

LNJ Denim: Women's Day Celebration

International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8, every year. International Women’s Day is a worldwide event that celebrates women’s achievements. It celebrates womanhood and pays tribute to the indomitable spirit of women across the globe. We celebrated Women's Day at our plant, LNJ Denim with female staff members on March 8, 2024. Shri Arbind Mishra – Head of HR & IR expressed his views on the role played by women in making society successful. He stated a woman is an example to be followed. She puts in endless hours of labor for her family as well as herself. Although managing everything is somewhat challenging, she provides an example of multitasking. 

LNJ Denim: Staff Birthday Celebrations
LNJ Denim, as a part of HR employee engagement activities, we celebrate the birthdays of our employees at the end of every month. On this occasion, a common cake-cutting ceremony was held with high tea.
 
During this program, every employee expresses his & her view in the forms of poems, songs, mimicry, etc. It is made compulsory so that they can explore their ideas.
 
Sh Suketu Shah – BH & Shri Arbind Mishra – Head HR & IR wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by offering sweets and gifts in the presence of all other staff members.

On the auspicious day of January 22, 2024, Ayodhya, the legendary birthplace of Lord Rama, was engulfed in an atmosphere of divine jubilation as it hosted the grand Rampratishta Mahotsav. This magnificent event, steeped in the rich tapestry of Hindu mythology and culture, brought together devotees, scholars, and dignitaries from across the globe to celebrate the spiritual heritage of Ayodhya.
 
On the auspicious day Sundarkand Sandhya was organized at LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi, LNJ Denim, Knits & TPP staff members were part of the Sandhya. Shri Arbind Mishra Head HR & IR & team chanted the Sundarkand path, Puja & Aarti of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram, Laxman, Sita Maa & Hanuman were performed. Everyone was feeling delightful and enjoyed a lot in this gala and fun event.
MPCL: National Safety Week Celebration

MPCL celebrated National Safety Week between March 4 to 10, 2024, with the main objective of ensuring the safety and occupational health culture at the workplace and renewing the earlier commitments towards safety & occupational health.

HSE trainings also imparted to MPCL staff including outsourced workers during this period and safety awards were also given to nominated members. This year's theme was “Focus on Safety Leadership for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Excellence”.

MPCL: Road Safety Month Celebration

MPCL celebrated Road Safety Month from mid-January to mid-February 2024. During this period, a long celebration was organized emphasizing Road Safety viz Road Safety Behavior, Defensive Driving, and adequate preparation for the snow period.

MPCL: Republic Day Celebration
MPCL celebrated Republic Day of the Nation with great enthusiasm at the MPCL site on January 26, 2024. The celebration started with a National flag hoisting ceremony by the Chief Guest, Plant In-charge, MPCL followed by the National Anthem & “Guard of Honor”.
