Maral: Won National Safety Award
Maral Overseas Ltd, Maral Sarovar won the prestigious National Safety Award for performance year 2017 in two categories (i) Minimum Average accident frequency rate (Winner) and (ii) Accident free year(Runner-up). Mr Rajkumar Gite, Sr. Genaral Manager (HR & Admin.) received these awards on behalf of the Company in a function organized at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi from the hands of Shri Santosh Gangwar, Hon’ble Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Government of India. National Safety Awards are being awarded by Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India every year. Maral Overseas Ltd received this award for three consecutive years in a row.
Kharigram: Gold Award at National Level-Quality Circle
The Quality Circle team of Kharigram Unit" Uday" participated in National Convention on Quality Concept (NCQC- 2019), held at Varanasi by QCFI India. Team presented their case on “Hard waste reduction in post spinning" and won PAR EXCELLENCE. The team members were - Vinod Purohit (CTS Cell), Ambuj Saxena (Training) Shakti Singh and Rampal Mewara (Post Spinning). The Management congratulates to entire team towards efforts and consistency in terms of operational excellence.
Kharigram: Best Employer Award
It’s a matter of pride that RSWM Ltd Kharigram unit won “Outstanding Performance in Labour Welfare Initiative Award-2018” at Best Employer-2018 Award Function on 15th November 2019 at Brij Convention Center, Hotel Clarks Amer, Jaipur. This Award was given in the Large Scale industries category from The Employer’s Association of Rajasthan. The award was given by Union Cabinet & Heavy Industry Minister Mr Parsadi Lal Meena. Shri Manoj Sharma, CHRO received this award on behalf of RSWM Limited.
Kharigram: Engineering Project Showcase 2019
Shri Manoj Sharma, CHRO was invited by The Bennett University, The times of india group at Greater Noida on 11th November, 2019 as a judge to evaluate the projects made by the Students.
It was a great time to interact with the young students, have an opportunity to understand their imagination and dream which they created in the shape of projects. Thanks to all the students who participated as Innovative team members and their mentor to motivate, support and guide them. On this occasion, the Management of Bennett University presented a memento to CHRO and expressed sincere thanks.
