LNJ Denim -Republic Day Celebrations

 

We celebrated 69th Republic Day in our LNJ Denim unit, Mordi on 26th January, 2018. The celebration started with National Flag Hoisting Ceremony by Shri Prabir Bandyopadhyay – CEO, followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. Security Staff  performed march-past on this occasion.

On this special Occasion of our 69th Republic Day, Shri Prabir Bandyopadhyay – CEO had extended his warmest greetings to all employees and expected for individual contribution in growth of nation, he had also emphasized on national integrity, prosperity & the importance of Republic day and responsibilities of young generation towards the development of society.

The function was also addressed by Shri Vinod Trivedi - AGM (HR & IR). Later sweets were distributed among all staff & Workers on this eve.

Denim & Fabrics : Safety Day Celebrations

47th National Safety Day was celebrated at LNJ Denim and Mayur Fabrics on March 5, 2018.

Banners and posters were displayed in a large number at various locations in the premises to encourage the employees to actively participate in the event. Along with the different competitions, Safety Day badges were also distributed amongst the employees.

The programme commenced with flag hoisting ceremony by Business Head, Shri Prabir Bandyopadhyay. He addressed the staff members and workers on this occasion & told that accidents happen during bike rides and while using mobile phones at work place, and gave some pieces of advice on following the safety rules. Shri Bikash Ghosh, COO, Fabric Division, Shri Pradeep Bhatt, Head (P&A) - Fabric and Shri Vinod Trivedi, Head (HR)– Denim,  were also present on this special occasion. All the employees were asked to take an oath on National Safety Day which was given by Shri Trilok Vyas. Safety equipment like fire extinguishers was also exhibited and people were briefed about its use during the Equipment Safety Exhibition.

Ringas: Lohri Celebrations

On 13th January 2018, RSWM Ladies Club, Ringas unit has celebrated Lohri by burning Lohri and performing pooja. Staff along with family members gathered and thrown puffed rice, popcorn, and other munchies into the fire and sung popular Pop songs with a dance around the fire. On this occasion, all the newly wedded couples and newly born babies were blessed. The bonhomie during the Lohri celebrations in the Ringas unit symbolized the spirit of brotherhood and unity amongst the members of the unit. After celebration Til, Gajak, Jaggery, Peanuts, and Popcorn were distributed.

Ringas: Makar Sankranti Celebrations

Ringas Staff and their family members of RSWM Staff Club celebrated Makar Sankranti on 14th January 2018 with fervor and zeal. On the occasion, they enjoyed various traditional games like Gulli Danda, Sitolia and Kite flying among others. This harvest festival was celebrated by staff members and their families of Spinning & RPSF Division with many cultural programmes with devotion & cheerfulness.

Ringas: Republic Day Celebrations

69th Republic Day was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in RSWM, Ringas. The National Flag was hoisted followed by National Anthem with patriotic fervor by Shri Avinash Bhargava, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Shri Anurag Tiwari, Senior Vice President (Technical - RPSF), staff members, workers and Union dignities. The Guard of honor was extended by Chief Security Officer with his team.

After hoisting the National Flag, Shri Avinash Bhargava conveyed best wishes to all employees and also emphasized on the need of consistent quality and productivity for the growth of the organization as well as the nation. He also reminded the struggle of our freedom fighters of Shekhawati belt & nation, who sacrificed their lives for the nation.  He also briefed about the contribution of Shekhawati towards education and economy of the State & Nation. The national songs are sung by boys and girls workers.

On this occasion, Shri Chaturthi Lal Nitharwal, President of INTUC Trade Union had appreciated to the top management for modernization of spinning division & expansion of fiber division is expected more opportunities to new candidates in nearby areas in the days to come.

The event was concluded with the prize distribution to the employees for their full potential, followed by light refreshment and distribution of sweets.

Rishabhdev: National Safety Day

On 4th March, 2018 National Safety Day was celebrated at Rishabhdev. The COO addressed the employees and spoke about the importance of safety and need for safety precautions at workplace, at home and everywhere. A demo was given by the Security team to what should be done in case a fire occurs. 

Ringas: Khatu Shyam Mela

 

RSWM, Ringas unit actively extended the services in the interest of the public, during Khatu Shyamji Mela held during 21.02.2018 to 26.02.2018. On the occasion, Members of Staff Club, Ringas Unit served Prasad of Orange & Butter-milk to all the pilgrims.

Ringas: Celebration of Holi Utsav

 

The festival of colors was celebrated at RSWM, Ringas unit with full joy and fervor. “Holika Dahan” took place a day prior to Holi, which was followed by a cultural programme organized by Staff Club of Ringas unit.

On the day of Holi, the staff along with their family members assembled at the Staff Club and played Holi with colors and extending the greetings of the festival. Shri Avinash Bhargava, Deputy Chief Operating Officer conveyed the Holi wishes to all participants followed by refreshment. The programme was ended with vote of thanks by Shri Anil Bhandari, Club President.

Ringas: National Safety Week

National Safety Day/Week is a whole week safety campaign which used to celebrate in the nation from 4th to 10th of March in every year.

On the occasion, on 5th March 2018, as usual, our all staff members assembled in front of the Administrative Office for prayer. After prayer, all staff members took an oath for safety in every proper security against many different kinds of situations occurring in our life, which was read by Shri Ekrar Mohammed, Safety Officer of Ringas unit.

TPP: National Safety Day

47th National Safety Day was celebrated on  4th March, 2018 at TPP RSWM Ltd, Mordi.  The programme was organized to create safety awareness among the employees of Power division. On this occasion, competitions on “Safety Slogan”, “Safety Poster”, “Safety Essay”, & “Safety Poem” were organized among the plant employees. The event commenced with Lighting of lamp followed by the oath taking ceremony conducted by COO, Shri N.K.Bahedia. After the declaration of winners, prizes were distributed by COO (TPP) Shri N.K.Bahedia, Dy. COO Shri Sanjay Shah, (Head Commercial), Shri Mamtesh Jain (AGM). The programme was coordinated by (Head safety) Shri B.S.Bhati. All the senior officers of plant and staff members were also present during the entire event.

TPP: Makar Sankranti Celebrations

TPP staff members celebrated Uttarayan on 14th January 2018, at LNJ Nagar TPP staff colony along with their family members. Makar Sankranti marks the end of a long winter with the return of the sun to the Northern Hemisphere.

On this day, TPP staff club organized various traditional games like Sitolia, Gulli Danda, with a set of Cricket match for gents, ladies and children separately. All staff members with their families enjoyed the whole day by participating in various games followed by snacks and tea.

TPP: Republic Day Celebrations

Republic Day is celebrated every year on Jan,26th to honor the Constitution of India as it came into force on this day in the year 1950. 26th January marks the day when a vase of law, rules & regulations were laid which led to the formation of our Constitution.

The celebration started with flag hoisting ceremony by Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia – COO (TPP) at 09:30 am. followed by the “Guard of Honour” by a group of Security Staff. On this special Occasion, Shri N.K.Bahedia extended his warm greetings to all employees & The function was also addressed by Shri. O.P.Gautam Head (C&I) and Shri. Sanjay Shah – Dy. COO. On this occasion, the workers were awarded for their good performance in the calendar year 2017. Total 21 workers were awarded by Sh. N.K. Bahedia. At the end, Shri N.K. Bahedia addressed the gathering, he spoke about the importance of Republic Day and responsibilities of young generation towards the development of the society and Nation. The function was concluded with sweet distribution.

TPP: Holi Celebrations

Holi is one of the major Festival of India and is the most vibrant of all. The joys of Holi knows no bound. This festival is celebrated across four corners of the country. We play Holi with different types of colors that symbolize something or the other. This colorful festival has a lot of significance in our lives.

Staff club of TPP organized a two days Holi function at LNJ Nagar, TPP Staff colony, Started with Holika Dahan on 1st March, 2018 at 07:30 pm. Pooja Archana was performed by Shri N.K.Bahedia – COO, Shri Sanjay Shah – Dy.COO and Shri Mamtesh Jain – AGM(Commercial). Dhulandi Sneh Milan was organized in the morning on 2nd March 2018, Staff members along with their families assembled at the Central Park of the colony and played Holi by smearing each other face with colors. Songs and dances were performed by the staff members and great arrangements were made for breakfast. In the evening, a Holi feast was arranged for all Staff & their families with games “Housie” and songs performed by children and staff members.

Fabric: New Year Sneh Milan 2018

On 1st January 2018,  “New Year Welcome program “was organized at Mayur Nagar campus. All the local dignitaries, District Administration, Trade Associates, Politicians and prominent citizens of Banswara town attended the program. The Function started at 8 ‘O’ Clock with a grand entry of Shri. Rajeev Kumar Jain- Business Head-Operations (Y.B.). Rangoli (designed with flower) was the main attraction of this function. The musical team headed by Shri. Ghanshyam Joshi entertained the audience. The dignitaries were welcomed by Shri. S.N Goyal, President (BMD), Shri. Prabir Bandyopadhyay, BH (Denim & Fabric), Shri. Sukesh Sharma, COO (Lodha), Shri. N K Bahedia, COO (TPP). All the senior officers of LNJ Bhilwara group with their families attended this New Year program.

Banswara: Republic Day celebrations

The celebration started with flag hoisting ceremony by Shri Sukesh Sharma (COO) at 8.30 A.M.  The main attraction of the function was groomed parade organized by Security Personnel and Class Trainees. As a Chief Guest of the program, Shri Sukesh Sharma (COO) delivered a memorable speech. He started his speech with the remembrance of national leaders who contributed in making the constitution of India.  

The workers having highest attendance record in the calendar year 2017 were rewarded. Total 06 employees (Staff & Workers) who completed 25 years with RSWM were felicitated with shawl and certificates.

Banswara: Mahashiv Ratri Programme

The celebration started with Jal – Abhishek of Lord Shiva at Orchard temple. All the colony residents along with their families attended this programme. Yagman of Poojan Shri Sukesh Sharma ( COO) with the team of RSWM, Shri. Anurag Mathur, Shri Mukesh Jain, Shri Ashok Sodani, Shri R K Gupta, Shri Aditya Sharma, Shri. Devendra Taank performed the Pooja with their families. In the end, Prasad was distributed to all staff members and families.

Banswara: Holi celebrations

The festival of Holi started with Holika Dahan in the evening of 01st March 2018. At about 7.30PM, Pooja was performed by Sh. Sukesh Sharma  –COO. Next day a colourful Holi celebration started at 9.30 AM.  All the staff members and families assembled at staff club and played Holi with different colors. All the staff members had various dances on folk music. During the program, all staff members have enjoyed the delicious fast food.

Banswara: Hanuman Jayanti

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated on 31st March 2018, with full of devotion, fondness & enthusiasm at Hanuman Temple in Orchard.   All the staff members along with their family participated in the celebration.

The Pooja & Yagna was performed by a team of renowned pandits from Khadagda under the leadership of Shri Shiv Narayan Dixit, Head of Govardhan Vidhya Vihar Sanskrit Mahavidhyalay.  Hundreds of staff members offered ‘Aahuty’ for the prosperity of the group & prayed lord hanuman for the betterment of plant and livelihood. The programme was followed by ‘Maha Prasad’ after ‘Poornahuti’. All the Sr.officers of Denim, Fabric, and TPP participated in the program. Shri. R P Mundra, VP (Commercial) was the main Yagman for pooja.

Banswara: Bhartiya Nav varsh Vikram samvat 2075

The Bhartiya Nav Varsh Vikram Samaroh 2075 started on Chaitra Shukla Oakham ( Varsh Pratipada) on 18th March, 2018 was celebrated with full of devotion and enthusiasm. Different Activities were organized such as Lighting at both the gates and workers’ hostel, the Welcome banner at Colony Gate, Main Gate and prominent places in Banswara town, We had 'Prabhat Bheri' at 5.30 A.M. and terminated at Temple in Orchard. All the staff and workers were welcomed with Tilak and Prasad of Misery, Leaf of Neem and coriander in all the shifts. An Indian classical dance at Kushal Madandan was also organized which was sponsored by LNJ Bhilwara Group.

Banswara: Lohri & Makar Sankranti Celebrations

On 13th Jan'18, RSWM Staff Club, Lodha celebrated the function of Lohri by lighting & pooja of Lohri. Beautiful Bhangra & other dance performances were presented by Children and staff. The program was conducted by Shri Abhimanyu Singh.  At the end of the function, all the newly wedded couples & newly born babies were blessed & gifts were distributed to them by Shri  R K Agarwal & Shri Ashok Sodani. 

Mandpam: Lohri Celebrations

The festival of Lohri marks the culmination of the winter season and is celebrated on the 13th of January every year for fertility and spark of life.

All staff members & their families of Mandpam and Kanyakheri units jointly celebrated the occasion. Complete Melange Pariwar gathered around the bonfire and offered sweets. The bonhomie during the Lohri celebrations in Mandpam Unit symbolized the spirit of brotherhood and unity amongst all members of both the units.

Mandpam: Republic Day

The Republic Day (26th January 2018) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Mandpam unit. The National Flag was hoisted by Shri H.M Vashisth, COO, who also addressed an audience of staff and workers. Later, sweets were also distributed among all the staff and workers to celebrate the occasion.  

Mandpam: Shiv Ratri

On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, a “Bhajan Sandhya” was organized at Melangeshwar Mahadev Temple on the night of 13th February 2018 which was enjoyed by staff members of both the units Mandpam and Kanyakheri. Prasad was also distributed among all staff and workers.

Mandpam: Holi Celebrations

The festival of Holi was celebrated jointly by Mandpam and KanyaKheri staff with much fervor and enthusiasm. A Puja was performed on 1st March at 8:00 p.m in the evening. Gulal packets were also distributed to the colony residents. It was fun all the way on the day of Dhulandi on 2nd March 2018, with resident members throwing colors at each other. The fun-filled event of playing colors was followed by lunch in the lawns of the guest house for all.

Mandpam: National Safety Week

RSWM Melange celebrated National Safety Week from 04th March 2018 to 10th March 2018. On National Safety Day, Mr. Sudhir Tiwari, Head (HR & IR) inaugurated the programme & Mr. Anil Kumar Bishnoi, Executive – (Fire & Safety) narrated about the values of safety

This activity makes valuable contribution to cultivate safety culture among the workforce & to ensure safety in their day to day activities in the workplace.

LNJ Denim -Basant Panchami celebrations

On the occasion of “Basant Panchami, LNJ Denim & Mayur Staff club members Organized Saraswati Pujan with full devotion & enthusiasm at LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on 22nd January, 2018. All Staff with their family had worshiped Maa Saraswati and wished for Good health, wealth & prosperity in personnel & professional life. On this occasion to make more memorable this day, an Art gallery exhibition was organized, in which different types of innovation had been exhibited by all participants. The exhibition was inaugurated by Shri Prabir Bandyopadhyay –CEO. Other programmes like Quiz Competition, Antakshari were also organized at Bachelor Hostel, Mordi. With lot’s of happiness & delicious lunch, we end up this program.    

LNJ Denim - Maha Shivratri celebrations

LNJ Denim & Mayur Staff along with their family celebrated Maha Shivratri at Lord Shiva Temple, LNJ Nagar Colony, Mordi on 13th February, 2018.

The celebration started with Jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva. All the Staff and their family members participated in this festival with great enthusiasm. Acharya Shri Manoj Pathak performed Poojan with reciting mantras and shlokas. In the evening, we organized Bhajan Kirtan programme, a team from Mr. Ketan Parashar, Banswara performed very well. Everybody has enjoyed the programme & absorbed in the devotion of Bhakti. The celebration ended with the Aarti and distribution of Maha Prasad. Everyone was delighted to be part of this parv and enjoyed this occasion whole-heartedly.

Holi is one of the major festivals of India and is the most vibrant of all. The joys of Holi knows no bound. The festival is celebrated across the four corners of India & it is played with different colors. Every color conveys a message.  Staff members with their families celebrated colourful Holi and enjoyed  the folk music followed by delicious lunch.

LNJ Denim: National Safety Day

LNJ Denim celebrated 47th National Safety Day which started with safety oath in the morning followed by an exhibition on safety equipment with all staff & Workers It was celebrated with great enthusiasm. Which created awareness among the people about how to get prevented from the industrial accidents by exhibiting widespread safety awareness programs in the company. While addressing to employees, Shri Prabir Bandyopadhyay – CEO, emphasized the need for safety for all workers & asserted during bike riding & handling of mobile phone many accidents happened in the recent period.

On this Occasion, an exhibition on Personal Protective Equipment was organized by the Safety Team, where the use of Fire extinguishers and other PPE’s was demonstrated.

Banswara: Women’s day celebration

The International Women’s day was celebrated on 8th March at RSWM Ltd Lodha Campus. Our all the female workmen and staff members were welcomed by Tilak & bouquet and Prasad by Ms. Shayam Kunwar &  Mrs. Neeru ( Lady Welfare Officers). Shri Aditya Sharma – AGM( HR) addressed all the female workmen & staff in this program. 

Banswara: Safety Day Celebration

RSWM Ltd. Lodha celebrated 47th Safety day started with safety oath in Morning Prayer and exhibition on safety posters/equipment in the restroom. The A shift workers were asked to see the exhibition and thereafter they assembled for safety day celebration. Safety committee President Shri Ajay Prakash Jain presented his annual report. Shri Sukesh Sharma -COO, Shri R K Agarwal, Shri B C Gupta, Shri Aditya Sharma, Shri B K Singh have attended the program. Shri. R K Dixit , GM (P & A)  addressed the staff and workmen on safety habits which are necessary at the workplace to avoid the accidents the program was conducted by Shri Dilip Singh.

Bagalur: Lohri fesitval

 

Makar Sankranti is generally celebrated a day after the Lohri festival on the 14th day of January every year. Bagalur unit celebrated this year’s Sankranti with a day out on a picnic to a nearby Park from their regular & routine schedule. It was fun filled outing as many games and activities were organized and the employees were able to showcase their talents. Some of the main events were Antakshari, Rope pulling games which were most exciting and thrilling among the games played.

Bagalur: Safety Week

Bagalur unit celebrated National Safety Day on 4th March 2018. The celebration started with unfurling the safety flag and safety oath. Shri C Narayanan, General Manager (Production) inaugurated the programme and Assistant Manager (EHS) Shri. Tamil Selvam expressed the values of Safety. This type of activity makes valuable contribution to cultivate safety culture among the workforce and to ensure safety in their day to day activities. Lots of safety promotional activities like safety posters painting, Safety slogans, Safety Quiz were conducted. All the HOD’s, Senior & Junior Staff and workmen were present in the celebration and shared their experience towards the growth of safety. Winners of the different activities and best safety performers were awarded in the ceremony.

Bagalur: Holi Celebrations

Holi, the festival of colors was celebrated at Bagalur unit with much fervor and enthusiasm. A pooja was performed on 2nd March, 2018. After the pooja, Holika Dahan took place. All staff members and their family members participated in the programme and enjoyed with Gulal. Families cheerfully enjoyed the festival by throwing colors at each other. It was a beautiful evening for all the staff and their families to share their happiness and blessings with each other. Sh. Vinod Mehta (COO) of the unit conveyed his wishes to staff and their families.

Rishabhdev: Lohri celebration

Lohri the famous harvest festival of Punjab was celebrated  by burning Lohri and performing pooja.  Staff in large numbers with their family attended the function and they took `parikrama’ of the Lohri fire and prayed for a happy and peaceful life. The COO along with his wife felicitated the newly wedded couples and new born babies on this occasion.

Rishabhdev: Makar Sankranti Celebrations

Makar Sankranti was celebrated by staff and their family members on 14th January 2018, they enjoyed the day by playing various traditional games like Scholia, Gulli Danda, Kite flying, etc. Ladies Club distributed steel containers to the poor & the programme ended with delicious snacks and tea.

Rishabhdev: Republic Day

RSWM, Rishabhdev celebrated Republic Day on 26th January 2018. Shri K B Khatod, COO hoisted the National Flag at 7.15  A.M. in front of Administration Block. Union office bearers and the staff were present on this occasion. The COO addressed the gathering and conveyed Best Wishes on the auspicious occasion of Republic Day. 

Rishabhdev: Sports Day

Staff club, RSWM Rishabhdev organized a One-Day Sports Event for staff and family on 26th January 2018, on Republic Day. Interesting events like 100 meter. Race, spoon race, long jump, high jump, shotput,  Needle & Thread race, etc. were held & all the staff members with their families enjoyed the day by participating in various events. The programme ended with dinner.

Rishabhdev: Ganesh Mandir Patotsav

Patotsav of Siddhi Vinayak Ganeshji was celebrated at RSWM Rishabhdev on  29th January 2018.  The puja ceremonies started in the morning. Shri K B Khatod and Smt.Usha Khatod performed the puja and havan which ended with Purnahuti. Pandit team from Khadagda performed the  Maha Ganpati Pujan,  Kund Pujan, and Saptsati Path.   All staff along with family performed the Hawankriya. The Puja ended with Purnahuti and prasad distribution. 

 
Rishabhdev: Mahashivratri

On 13th February 2018, Mahashivratri was celebrated at RSWM Rishabhdev Ganeshji Mandir. A well decorated Jhanki of Lord Shivji prepared by the Staff Club team was very attractive and got the attention of all.  Staff along with their families attended the Bhajan Kirtan which lasted till midnight.  In the end, Prasad was distributed to the devotees. 

Rishabhdev: Holi & Dhulandi

Staff and families of RSWM Rishabhdev enjoyed the Holi festival in a joyous and colorful manner.  All have attended the `Holika Dahan’ programme held on 1st  March and the next day was a colorful day. Ladies, gents, and children enjoyed in their own way by singing, dancing, spraying Gulal and greeting each other. In the evening a delicious Holi Feast was arranged for all. On this occasion, prizes were awarded to the winners of various activities held during the year.   

 
Rishabhdev: Hanuman Jayanti celebration

Hanuman Jayanti was celebrated on 31st  March 2017 at Rishabhdev by conducting a Sunderkand Path at  Hanuman Mandir.  Staff with family participated in the Path which ended with Aarti and Prasad distribution.  

 
ADHPL: National Safety Week

47th National Safety Week was celebrated from 4th to 10th March,2018. This year the theme of National Safety Week 2018, was “Reinforce positive behavior at the workplace” with an aim to achieve safety and health Goals which indicates the importance of one’s behavior and attitude to attain the same. National safety flag was unfurled in front of Admin Block on 4th Mar,2018 followed by the Safety pledge in presence of Mr. S.K. Chehal. The CEO’s message on National Safety Week was also read by VP (O&M). During week-long program training on safe working culture was imparted to all employees & safety pledge was also taken by workers at project sites. On the closing ceremony, awards were given to best two workers from each department who follow the safety practices the best.

ADHPL: Road Safety Week

Road Safety Week was celebrated from 8th to 14th  Jan. 2018. During the week, different HSE training was imparted to drivers, heavy machinery operators, and other ADHPL staff/workers. The aim of celebrating road safety week was to make aware people about safe driving.

In the closing ceremony of road safety week, a short movie titled “Safety film” on defensive and safe driving for 2 & 4 wheeler drivers was played in ground floor-conference hall. A quiz competition about dos and don’ts of safe driving was also organized for drivers. In this competition, all the drivers participated with great enthusiasm. Later on, prizes were distributed among the winners by Sh. S.K .Chehal, VP - (O & M) and Sh. R.K. Khaitan, AVP ( F & A).

 

ADHPL: Eco friendly Holi Celebrations

Eco-friendly Holi was celebrated with great zeal and fervor at ADHPL on 2nd March, 2018. During the celebrations, organic colors were used & Use of water sprays and watercolors were avoided by all the ADHPL family to save water. Tea and snacks were served and  children enjoyed the dance program arranged on the occasion.

ADHPL: Republic Day Celebrations

Republic day was celebrated with high spirit at ADHPL on January 26, 2018. The event started with the hoisting of National Flag by Chief Guest, Sh. M P. Joshi . After flag hoisting sweets and tea were distributed among the staff members present on the occasion.

BIL: Ugadi Celebrations

On this auspicious Occasion, Staff came in traditional ethnic wear. The office was decorated with bright-colored flowers, twigs of mango leaves & rangolis. An intrinsic part of the celebrations was the preparation of Bevu Bella (jaggery, neem buds, tamarind juice and raw mango) at the Office. Staff enjoyed the Ugadi celebrations and ceremony concluded with Puja & Prasad distribution.  

BIL: Holi Celebration

The festival of colors was celebrated at BIL-Bengaluru with full of fervor and excitement. The Billions Club had arranged the Holi function and it was power pack entertainment involving Games, Dancing, Singing, Music, Spraying Colours and greeting each other. The event ended beautifully and everyone had a great time to bond with each other.

Bagalur: Republic Day

The 69th Republic Day was celebrated at Bagalur unit on 26th January with flag hoisting ceremony followed by National Anthem and guard of Honor to the National flag. Shri V.V. Raju, Vice-President  (O) unfurled the national flag in the morning in front of Admin Block. Officers, Staff, in the presence of workers and staff members. Sh. V.V. Raju Vice President- (O) had emphasized on national integrity, prosperity & also addressed the meeting. To Mark the importance of Republic Day, a parade was also held in front of HR office by our Security team.

Besides this, national song was performed by workers & staff members followed by award distribution for good performance of staff & security personnel. The function was concluded with sweet distribution.

HEG: Vasant Panchami Celebration

 

The HEG R&D Center celebrated Saraswati Pooja on 22nd January 2018. On this occasion, Scientists of the R&D center, staff, and executives of the graphite plant and power plant assembled performed pooja and offered Hawan to the Goddess of knowledge and wisdom.

HEG: Women’s Day Celebration

Displaying our strong commitment to gender equality in workplace & maintaining the tradition, HEG celebrated International Women’s Day on 8th Mar-18, with great pride by inviting all female employees to a common platform which was chaired by our COO, Shri Raju Rustogi in presence of their respective HODs and Shri Sanjay Singh, Sr. GM – (HR&Admn.). COO assured them all to extend every possible support for their career development which in turn shall unlock their true potential. Also, Shri Rustogi asked HR & Admn. Head to look into the possibilities of adding more female staff.

Kharigram: National Safety Week

The 47th National Safety week started on 4th March 2018, was celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm and involvement of all concerned which was continued till 10th March-18. This activity made valuable contribution to cultivate safety culture among the workforce & to integrate safety in their day to day activity. The Safety Oath was taken by all workmen and staff members.

The Safety badges distributed to all employees followed by exhibition of PPE’s, Fire & Safety equipment, Safety training programme for contract workers, drivers Safety based various, competitions were conducted. Sh V.R.Joshi-COO summoned up to all employees to keep the learnings to ensure “Zero Accident” 

Kharigram: Women’s Day Celebration

World Women’s Day was celebrated with a commitment to boost the women empowerment ahead. Staff members and all female workers celebrated this day. Ladies Staff Club members in the leadership of Smt. Seema Jain was also present in this celebration. Shri V.R.Joshi-COO enlightened about women leadership in different sectors and appreciated active participation, good performance with a higher attendance rate of lady workers of Kharigram Unit. Smt. Seema Jain emphasized a Gender equality and motivated them to increase earning hands in their family. During the celebration Folk Dances, Skit, Speech & Poem were presented by female workers and Ladies Staff Club members.

Kharigram: Republic Day celebration

Kharigram unit celebrated 69th Republic Day on 26th January 2018. Sh Rajeev Jain, Business Head-Operations (YB) hosted the national flag followed by Parade from Security Staff.A folk dance was performed by female workers which were appreciated by all. Shri Brijesh Joshi, GM-(P & A) motivated all workers to give their best performance. Addressing to the staff and workers, Sh V.R. Joshi, Chief Operating Officer gave a message for improving the quality of yarn and Sh Rajeev Jain, Business Head (Operations) emphasized on working in strict discipline and a sense of belongingness to the company in his address. Prizes were also given to best performers in the category of security, production, attendance, safety etc. The programme was concluded by light refreshment and distribution of sweets.

Kharigram: Lohri Parv

Lohri & Makar Sankranti parv was celebrated by RSWM Kharigram Family on 13-01-2018. Staff and their family members participated in this festival with enthusiasm. Bhangra dance over the music around the wood fire with pooja and singing of Lohri songs with cheers from kids, ladies and staff alike made the festivity evening full of joyous by all present.  At the end of the function, all new couples and new born babies were blessed & gift were distributed to them by Shri Rajeev Jain, Business Head (Operations).

Kharigram: Mahashivratri

On 13th February 2018, Mahashivratri Parv was celebrated by RSWM, Kharigram family at Colony Temple. The celebration started with Jal Abhishek of Lord Shiva. Staff and their family members participated with full of enthusiasm and devotion. The celebration ended with Maha Aarti and distribution of Prasad.

Kharigram: Hindu Nav Varsh Abhinandan

RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated "Hindu Nav Varsh"  on 18-03-2018 in colony campus. This event was organized by RSWM Staff Club-Kharigram. All the Staff and their family members energetically participated in Prabhat Pheri in the early morning and enjoyed celebration of  "Hindu Nav Varsh". All participants were welcomed by Tilak.

Kharigram: Hanuman Jayanti

Hanuman Jayanti Parv celebrated by RSWM Kharigram Pariwar on 31st March 2018 at Colony Temple in a spiritual atmosphere. Staff and their family members chanted the Bhajans and performed Aarti. The program ended with the distribution of Prasad and everyone was happy on this occasion.

Kharigram: Holi Festival

The festival of Holi started with Holika Dahan in the evening on 01 March 2018, Holika Pooja was performed by Shri Rajeev Jain, Business Head (Operation). Next day a colorful Holi celebration started & all staff and their family members enjoyed and delighted by colouring each other. Songs, jokes, and dances were performed by staff members. During the program, all staff members enjoyed delicious fast food and Thandai.

ADHPL: Road Safety Week

29th Road Safety Week was celebrated from 8th to 14th January 2018. During the week, different HSE training were imparted to drivers,  ADHPL staff/workers and heavy machinery operators.The aim is to celebrate road safety week to make aware people about safe driving.

In the closing ceremony of road safety week, a short movie title “Safety film” on defensive and safe driving for 2 & 4 wheeler drivers was played in ground floor-conference hall. A quiz competition about Dos and Don’ts of safe driving was also organized for drivers.In this competition all the drivers participated with great enthusiasm. Later on prizes were distributed among the winners by Sh. SK Chehal (VP - O & M) and Sh. RK Khaitan (AVP - F & A).

ADHPL: National Safety Week

47th National Safety Week was celebrated from 4th to 10th Mar, 2018. This year the theme was “Reinforce positive behavior at the work place”. To achieve safety and health Goals, indicates the importance of one’s behavior and attitude to attain the same. National safety flag was unfurled in front of Admin Block on 4th Mar. 2018 followed by the Safety pledge in presence of Mr.SK Chehal. The CEO’s message on National Safety Week was also read by VP O&M. During a week long program training,on safe working culture were imparted to all employees & safety pledge was also taken by workers at project sites. On the closing ceremony, awards were given to best two workers from each department who follow the safety practices the best.

Maral Sarovar: Celebration of National Safety Week

On the Occasion of 47th National Safety Day (The Foundation Day of National Safety Council), Safety awareness Campaign organized at Maral Overseas Ltd, Maral Sarovar from 4th March to 10th March 2018. Different types of safety related activities organized to create awareness among the employees. At the closing ceremony on 10th March, safety oath was taken by all the employees. Sh. Suresh Maheshwari, President addressed the employees and appealed to everyone to follow safety norms and avoid smoking, chewing tobacco and drink alcohol. Workshops on Safety, mock drills, training programs and different types of other motivational activities like safety quiz, safety slogan, and safety painting were part of the campaign. The winners of various competitions were awarded in the closing ceremony.  

 
Maral Sarovar: Republic Day celebrations

The 69th Republic Day celebrated at Maral Sarovar on 26th January 2018. Sh. Suresh Maheshwari, President hoisted the National Flag at 7.20 a.m. and also lit up “Amarjyoti” lamp to mark our salutations to the martyrs of the independence. Security Staff performed march-past on this occasion. Due to the demise of AGM (Medical) Dr. Pradeep Jain on 25th January 2018 night, the other cultural programs were canceled. 

 
Maral Sarovar: Mahashivratri celebrations

Mahashivratri was celebrated at Sree Ram Temple by Maral Sarovar on 13th February 2018. Devotees chanted prayers to Lord Shiva and worshipped Shivling at the temple throughout the day. Sh. Suresh Maheshwari, President MOL along with family offered “Abhishek”. & the Shivling at the temple was beautifully decorated with flowers and leaves of Bel tree.  Maha Aarti and distribution of prasad took place at the Mandir in the evening.

 
Maral Sarovar: ‘Kanyabhoj’ at Shri Ram Mandir

On the occasion of “Ram Navmi” the girl kids in the colony and surrounding villages were given a feast as “Kanyabhoj’.Sh. Suresh Maheshwari, Smt. Nirmala Maheshwari and other senior staff took part in serving the dishes to the girl kids. 

 
Maral, Noida-Unit 3: Women's Day Celebration

Human Resources initiated World Women’s Day Celebrated on 8th March-18, Mr. Saveen Kumar Dixit Asstt. Mgr-(HR), a get together session along with ICC chairperson (Ms. Nidhi Nanda). Where all the female employees were appreciated for their contribution towards the organization progress and the female employees shared their work experience and journey in the organization. It was organized by Shri Ashok Kumar (Welfare Officer) and further coordinated by  Kumar (HR).

Maral, Noida-Unit3: Republic Day Celebrations

Republic day was celebrated with great honor at the factory on 26th January and flag was hoisted by Mr. Saveen Kumar Dixit, Asst Mgr-(HR), in his speech, he spoke about the importance of republic day and responsibilities of young generation towards the development of the society. 

BMD: Holi Celebrations

The festival of Holi was celebrated with much fervor and enthusiasm at BMD, Mordi, Banswara. “Holika Poojan” was done amidst chanting of holy mantras.  Next day a colorful Dhulandi was celebrated by staff members and their families who assembled at staff club and played waterless holi with gulal. The fun filled event was followed by lunch in colony central lawns.

HO: Holi Celebrations

Marking the beginning of Spring, Holi Festival is played by a lot of joy throughout the country, it is a significant festival which shows love, brotherhood, and unity among people. Holi Festival was celebrated at Head office, Noida in the lawns experiencing a true explosion of organic colors. Staff members enthusiasm reached its peak while spraying Colours on each other followed by the delicious snacks.

HO: Womens Day Celebrations

Worldwide, women continue to contribute to social, economic, cultural and political achievements and on the occasion of the International Women’s Day on 8th March 2018 Head Office was honored to celebrate and appreciate the efforts of their women staff members who constantly put their best foot forward throughout the time. The event has started with a speech on how to maintain a positive attitude which was followed by an interactive session on sharing Poetries, Speech and views on today’s Society and how much women have grown in which every member participated with great enthusiasm. The entire event was filled with inspirational people which ended with a delicious lunch

HO: Lohri Celebrations

Staff Members celebrated the harvest festival of Lohri to mark the end of the winter season by gathering around the burning fire and threw puffed rice, popcorn, and other munchies into the fire. Everyone enjoyed the popular song with traditional Punjabi attires around the bonfire. After celebration Til, Gajak, Jaggery, Peanuts, and popcorn were distributed. 

Kanyakheri: Makar Sankranti celebrations

The Makar Sankranti was celebrated at Kanhyakheri Staff Colony premises first time on 14th January, 2018 and the C.E.Shri S C Garg  and COO Shri Vinit Agrawal inaugurated the event and the entire Kanyakheri Melange Pariwar were present during this occasion.

Kanyakheri: Women's Day Celebrations

Melange Pariwar Kanyakheri has initiated first time to celebrate the women's day with the female workers  and  women's residing in Kanyakheri Staff Colony and also honored with praise letters and Gifts.

Kanyakheri: Fire & Safety Week

Kanyakheri celebrated Fire & Safety week  and during the celebrations the HR HEAD Shri Sulabh Shinghal, Production Head , Shri Randhir Rana and Safety Officer, Shri Ravinder Kumar Singh were present and they had educated the staff members and workers about the importance of the safety in their personal life as well as in the Industry.

Fabric & Denim: Safety Day Celebrations

The 47th National Safety day was celebrated at LNJ Denim & Mayur Fabrics  in a grand manner on 5th March 2018.

Safety day banners, Safety Posters in a large numbers were displayed at various locations at factory to encourage the participation of employees. Safety day badges were distributed to each employees. On 05/03/2018, various safety competitions were organized.

Program started with Safety flag hoisting by Business Head Shri Prabir Bandyopadhyay. He addressed the staff & workers on the occasion of National Safety Day. He told that during bike riding & while using mobile phones at work place, accidents were happening every day and also advised to all  to follow the safety rules.   He also addressed about home safety. On this occasion, Mr. Bikash Ghosh, COO of Fabric Division, Mr. Pradeep Bhatt (Head P&A - Fabric) & Mr. Vinod Trivedi (HR Head – Denim)   were attended.    National Safety Day oath was given by Mr. Trilok Vyas Safety Officer to all employees. During Safety exhibition, many Safety equipments, Fire extinguishers etc. were exhibited and briefed about its usage.
