Ringas: Visit of CMD
Shri Riju Jhunjhunuwala, Chiarman & Managing Director, RSWM Ltd., visited the Ringas plant on 3rd & 4th December 2021. CMD met the HODs and had an interaction with the team. It was a great motivation for all the team members. Local Dignitaries, Chairman Municipality and Office bearers of INTUC welcomed & facilitated the CMD and expressed their gratitude for providing direct and indirect employment in the area and for the contribution of RSWM Ltd. in local trade & economy.
Ringas: Visit of JMD
Shri Anurag Mathur, COO, and Shri A.V.S. Yadav, General Manager (P&IR) welcomed Shri B.M. Sharma, JMD, RSWM Ltd. He visited Spinning Units to check the overall progress & developments and met with local Union Office bearers. A meeting was also organized with senior team members of Ringas and he motivated all of them to put in combined efforts, determination, passion, and sincerity in their work so that RSWM Ltd. will become an industry leader in the market concerning the future scenario.
HO: Bankers' Consortium Meeting
The Bankers' Consortium meeting took place on 16th December 2021 at Corporate Office to review Company's performance for Q2 (2021-2022) and other developments took place post H-1 (2021-2022). The event chaired jointly by Sh. S.V. Zode, General Manager - SBI and Shri B.M. Sharma, JMD RSWM Limited in the presence of senior officers from other consortium member banks like - Punjab National Bank, Union Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank and HDFC Bank.
Shri Avinash Bhargava, CFO, RSWM Limited appraised the members about performance of the Company and other developments in Textile Business space. The consortium led by SBI appreciated company's performance and sought information about various aspects like domestic and overseas market scenario, outlook for coming quarters and other external development which were answered by Shri Avinash Bhargava.
Shri B.M. Sharma discussed about Company's future plans and outlook of the Company/Business. Bankers wished Company management for a continued good performance in ensuing quarters and years.
Kharigram: Installed Roof Top Solar Power Plant (M-9)
RSWM Kharigram unit installed rooftop solar power plant at Mill No-9 & same was inaugurated by Chief Operating Officer, Sh. N.K. Bahadia, COO, along with Sr. G.M Engineering, Mr. B.K. Singhal and other senior officers. The capacity of this new plant is 1.34 MW. After this milestone, now Kharigram's total solar power plants capacity is 9.21 MW. This will help to reduce carbon footprint & save our environment.
Kharigram: Visit of Textile Secretary, Govt. of India.
On 2nd October 2021, the secretary of textiles, Govt. of India, Mr. U.P. Singh visited SJ-11, Kharigram along with his wife. He appreciated the technology, housekeeping, and styling of the plant and its ambiance. Having visited SJ-11, he carried a good impression about textile industries, also given good remarks- Perhaps, the most modern spinning mill in the country. I am impressed, keep up the good work. He appreciated the same day evening in a gathering of prominent people/industrialists of the Bhilwara district.
Ringas: Visit of Provident Fund Organisation's Officers
The PF team with Shri Surinder Kumar, Asstt. PF Commissioner, Jhunjhunu had visited our plant on 30th November 2021. The team was welcomed by Shri Anurag Mathur - COO and senior officials of the unit.
The Employees' Provident Fund Organization has started a program coordinated by 'Prayas' - a program for employees who have attained the age of superannuation under tatkal Service Best Service, under which PPO is provided to the employees on the day of attainment of superannuation age.
In this sequence, a copy of the PPO was presented to Mr. Jivraj Singh Shekhawat, an employee who retired from RSWM Ltd. Ringas on the same day, by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Mr. Surendra Kumar.
Ringas: Vaccination Drive
The Govt. hospital carried out an on-site Coivd-19 vaccination camp for the locals and nearby public. In this drive, approx. 250 workers from the Ringas unit got their vaccination and protected themselves from the current Covid pandemic wave.
Ringas RPSF: Waste PET Bottle Crusher Machine Inauguration
Shri Riju Jhunjhunwala, CMD RSWM Ltd. & Shri M.K. Yogi, COO RPSF Ringas division inaugurated a waste PET bottle crusher machine recently installed at Ringas railway station under sustainable practices followed at RSWM Ltd.
ADHPL: COIVD 19 Vaccination Drive
The vaccination of all employees including outsourced workers for the prevention of COVID-19 was completed successfully at ADHPL and TL on December 17, 2021. The campaign at ADHPL had kicked off with the vaccination of medical staff of the dispensary on February 09, 2021. The employees and workers were tracked and sent for both doses of vaccination timely by the ADHPL dispensary through regular follow-ups telephonically and personally. Total 714 vaccine doses were given to ADHPL employees including outsourced workers.
Banswara: Swabhiman Bhoj Community Kitchen Inauguration
Jawahar Foundation has been constantly and aggressively working to aid food security in Rajasthan through Swabhiman Bhoj campaign, this Campaign is a chain of community kitchens serving nutritious meals at a nominal Rs 1 to everyone, Swabhiman Bhoj, Banswara was inaugurated by MLA Shri Arjun Singh Bamaniya. Mahendra Jeet Singh Malviya, I.V. Trivedi (Kulpati Janjati Vishvidhyalay), Janendra Trivedi (Chairman Banswara), Ankit Kumar Singh (District Collector), Kavendra Singh (SP Banswara), Ram Swaroop ji Maharaj, Banswara.
The event attracted 400 locals who were addressed by the regional leaders, Banswara dignitary and Mr Bamaniya. The Manoj Shah is the main coordinator from Banswara location and the program was concluded by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief operating Officer) Banswara by giving thanks to all the guests.
Mandpam: Customer Visit
Sr. Persons from M/S Pioneer Knitwear Md. Jiaur Rahman & Asraful Hoque Khan has visited both plants at Mandpam & Kanyakheri on 09th October 2021 companied by Mr. Arun Sharma (Export Mktg), Sh. S.P. Yadav & Sh. O.P. Samdani. They were very much delighted to see the plant set up and also appreciated our products.
Mandpam: Launch of New Shade Card in Marketing Meeting
The meeting of Melange Yarn Business was held on 18th October 2021 after a long two years with the affiliation of Shri Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) & Shri Arvind Gupta (CMO). All marketing heads & plants' teams participated in the meeting. The meeting had begun with the inauguration of the Yarn Dyed shade card & the Handy shade card. It has also been shared that the development of a handy shade card with all fancy quality is a tool for all marketing teams.
Kanyakheri & Mandpam team discussed on root cause & action plan taken against customer feedback &had illustrated various steps to improve quality for customer satisfaction in the meeting. In the recent future, our Melange yarn production capacity will be increased by installing 30000 spindles at the Kharigram unit.
Mandpam: “ABHIVYAKTI” Best Suggestions Award Ceremony
“ABHIVYAKTI” Best Suggestions Award ceremony was conducted on dated 29th November 2021 at Melange Staff Club. The Best Suggestions award was distributed to Staff & Workers by Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) & Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (Dy. COO) for giving valuable suggestions & they also motivated them to continue giving their effective contributions in their respective field.
HEG: Sports Inauguration Program
In HEG, sports activities are an important part of our culture to create a healthy environment. The sports activities were on hold due to covid for last two years. We initiated the sports activities and games like Carom, Chess, Badminton and Table Tennis and these were organized with all safety precautions. It feels great when you see employees of all levels playing with each other which creates a positive working environment.
HEG: Campus Drive and Induction
In HEG, as we are undergoing a major expansion, we need competent human resources especially engineers, diploma holders, ITI, etc. In line with this, HEG conducted a successful Campus drive in renowned institutions and selected the best candidates. Post selection, welcoming and proper training were also given to all the new joiners.
Rishabhdev: Performance Review Meeting
A monthly meeting for reviewing the performance was held in November & December'21 respectively in two days chaired by the COO. The staff of each department, as per schedule attended the meeting, and performance data was shared among all and discussed. The Chief Operating Officer while appreciating the performance improvement, advised for consistently meeting the goals and to avoid any loss in Plant operation.
LNJ Denim: Mehandi Drawing Competition
During the Navratri celebration, Competition programs were organized by LNJ Denim & TPP Unit at LNJ Nagar colony, Mordi on 10th October 2021. In the competition, staff & their family members participated with full of energy & given their best. The main attraction were Drawings which were made by children & liked by everybody. It was a great event where all our staff enjoyed it.
LNJ Denim: Inauguration of New Inspection & Packing Machine
On 28th October 2021, pooja was done for our new Inspection & Packing machine at LNJ Denim, Mordi. On this occasion, pooja was performed by Shri Vinod Pathak. All the staff members were invited on this occasion. Everybody was excited & happy about having a new Inspection & Packing machine in Denim Plant. With this machine, our Packing capacity would be increased.
LNJ Denim: Foundation of New Spinning Phase–3 Machine
On 28th October 2021, a pooja ceremony was done for the Erection & Commissioning of our new Spinning Phase-3 machine at LNJ Denim, Mordi. On this occasion, pooja was performed by Shri Mahadev Sapkal & Team. All the staff members were invited on this monumental day. Everybody was excited & happy for having a new erection & spinning machine in Denim Plant.
LNJ Denim: Participation in “GARTEX 2021, New Delhi
Gartex is a comprehensive tradeshow for the garment & textile manufacturing value chain. LNJ Denim participated in the Denim Zone of “GARTEX 2021 at New Delhi from 3rd to 5th December 2021. We showcased our Latest AW-22/23 Collection to the Customers.
100+ potential Brands / Customers visited our booth and witnessed the Collection. The customer response was superb. It is a platform where a majority of the prominent Indian denim industry players come together and attract the attention of the global denim community.
LNJ Denim: Bhoomi Poojan of Temple
On 13th December 2021, Bhoomi Poojan was done for our Temple at LNJ Denim, Mordi premises. On this occasion, pooja was performed by Shri Manoj Pathak & his team. All staff members were invited to this pooja ceremony. Everybody was excited & happy for having a temple in Denim Plant. It was dream come true for all employees of the Mordi plant. The poojan was followed by the distribution of sweets & prasad.
LNJ Denim: Industrial Visit of Students from Sr. Secondary School
A group of hundred students from Govt. Sr. Secondary School, Bhiluda, Dungarpur had visited the Denim Unit on 25th December 2021. Students & teachers were highly impressed to see the plant and campus environment. Shri Arbind Mishra – Head (HR & IR) department welcomed and introduced them to the entire unit with key team functions & the concept of LNJ Denim products & services. Shri Suketu shah along with Sr. Staff member had also met with students & asked about their visit & wished them a better future. Students enjoyed this entire visit & high tea arrangements were also there for them.
LNJ Denim: Induction of New Joinees
On dated 25th December 2021, a meeting was conducted at Denim Admin Conference Hall with all-new Staff members of LNJ Denim and it was chaired by Shri Suketu Shah. This was an interactive session & induction cum refresher meeting with Business Head. All new staff members had expressed their views on learning in the LNJ Denim & working environment of RSWM Group.
Shri Suketu Shah had greeted all new joiners & appreciated their new learning in Denim & gave his blessings for a long bright future with LNJ Group.
BMD: Cricket Match
What can be the best way to inaugurate a newly constructed Cricket ground than the friendly cricket match between BMD & District Administration, the teams were captained by Mr.Sanjay Sharma (COO, BMD) and Mr. Ankit Singh (District Collector, Banswara).
The match was full of thrill and excitement and it was won by District Administration Team by 8 wickets.
Maral Noida: New Garment Factory Setup at Faridabad
On 24th November 2021, a new factory has been introduced at Maral Overseas Ltd. (12/4, Main Mathura Road, Sector-37, Faridabad, Haryana – 121003), Garment Division]. With this new factory, our production capacity will be increased by way of introducing new renowned customers.
Maral Noida: Free Eye Check-up Camp
To provide a Healthy Work Environment and check our employee’s eyes related problems, a free eye check-up camp was conducted on 2nd December 2021 at A-11, Noida.
