HO: Diwali Celebration

Deepavali, the literal meaning of which in Sanskrit is 'a row of lamps'. Filling little clay lamps with oil & wick and lighting them in rows all over the house/workplace is a tradition that is popular in most regions of the country. Even today in this modern world it projects the rich and glorious past of our country and teaches us to uphold the true values of life. This year, we at HO celebrated Diwali virtually to avoid any sort of big gathering and very few people attended the Lakshmi pooja along with others. The poojan ceremony was performed as per the LNJ Bhilwara Group tradition by following all the rituals in presence of a learned Pandit for good fortune, health & success of all.

 

Ringas RPSF: Celebration of Navratri and Vijay Dashami

Navratri and Vijay Dashami was celebrated specially solo & couple dandiya dance programs after Navratri prize distribution on Vijay Dashami selected person by lucky draw system and all staff members given the consolation prize  in RPSF Plant. .

Ringas RPSF: Celebration of Deepawali

Deepawali was celebrated in Fiber plant with great pomp and enthusiasm. Lord Ganesha & Maa Laxmi was worshiped performing Pooja.

Sh MK Yogi , Chief perating Officer, extended many warm greetings to RPSF family.

Ringas RPSF: Celebration of Energy Conservation Week

The energy conservation program was organised from 8th December to 14th December, 21. The program was started by lighting the lamp by Chief Operating Officer. He spoke on energy conservation and informed us about ways to save energy in our daily life.

All HOD’s, staff, and workers participated in the program and the Prizes were also distributed on this occasion to the participants.

Ringas: Nav Durga Puja Mahotasav

Nav Durga Dandiya Mahotasav 2021 was organized on the auspicious occasion of Nine Days of Nav Ratra Parva at Ringas Unit. Durga Pooja, being the most acclaimed festival of Hindu religion that marks the triumph of good over evil, was celebrated with high spirits and sacredness.

For Ringas unit, the festival is a carnival that blends worship with gaiety. The nine days witnessed great devotion and zeal with pooja, aarti, bhajan, hawan, and garbha performed every day with due care for Covid-19. This year's highlight was a Rangoli prepared by a different group of ladies.

On the concluding day of the special celebrations and Pooja, Shri Anurag Mathur, COO (Spinning Division) and Shri M.K. Yogi COO (Fibre Division), warmly welcomed the Staff Members & their families and conveyed best wishes.

Ringas: Dusshera Festival

On 15th October 2021, a family get-together program was organised at the Ringas campus. Sh. Anurag Mathur & Sh. MK Yogi, COO-Spg & COO-RCPF, led the inaugurated the function. They wished all the family members & highlighted the need of developing good cultures amongst their growing children’s by the parents.

Lottery & Gifts added to the fun. All the staff members & families enjoyed the variety of dishes and enjoyed the “SELFIE-POINT”. The function was concluded with Dinner and a vote of thanks by Shri AVS Yadav, General Manager (P& IR) & Sh. DN Tripathi (RCPF Div).

Ringas: Deepawali Pooja

On the eve of Deepawali on 4th November 2021, Pooja of Goddess of Wealth (Lakshmi Ji) was held at Ringas unit in presence of a large number of staff with their families and got the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi. The office was decked up with bright and colorful Lanterns, Diyas, and Rangoli to add to the festive mood. Shri Anurag Mathur – Chief Operating Officer conveyed best wishes to the Staff Members & their family and expressed expectation from all to contribute their best for the growth of business and welfare of the society at large.

Ringas: New Year 2022

RSWM Spinning and the RPSF unit collectively organized a grand celebration on the eve of New Year 31st December 2021. The celebration began with the group dinner hosted by the Staff Club. The cultural program was inaugurated by Shri Anurag Mathur and Shri M.K Yogi with the lighting of the lamp before Lord Ganesha.

Ringas: Staff Birthday Celebrations

The Staff Birthdays were celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Ringas.

The COO, Shri Anurag Mathur & other team members wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving the sweets and gift in the presence of all other officers.

TPP: Diwali Pooja

On the day of Deepawali, Laxmi Pooja was performed on 04th November 2021 at TPP, Mordi, Banswara. The Pooja ceremony was performed by a team of renowned pandits under the able guidance of Sh. Nikunj Ji Pandya. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the limited gathering was allowed to safeguard our employees and workers. 

TPP: “BHAIRO BABA” Pooja

In Indian mythology, each place has a God which we call “Sthan Devta: The god of place”.

Thermal Power Plant also has a small pious place which we call “Bhairo Baba” temple. Every Saturday, all senior persons gather there to pay morning prey and Hanuman Chalisa path and Aarti in evening hours to the lord of place besides daily pooja. 

On 18th and 19th November 2021, two days Pooja was performed and it started on 18th morning which concluded at 1.00 pm on 19th November 2021 with “purnahuti”. All Staff Members, Associates, Workers benefited from spirituality these days.

Kanyakheri: Navratra Pooja

Navratra festival was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm for 10 days at Kanyakheri unit. On this occasion of Shardiya Navratra, pooja was organized from 07th to 14th October, 2021 at Officers’ Colony premises.

Kanyakheri: Energy Conservation Week

RSWM Kanyakheri unit celebrated Energy Conservation Week starting from 8th to 14th December, 2021. Shri Pritam Gurjar (D.G.M - HR & IR) narrated about the values of Energy efficiencies. Sh. PCS Naidu (A.G.M. - Engg.) organized the entire programme.

Banswara: Deepawali Laxmi Pooja

On the eve of Deepawali, Laxmi Pooja was performed on 04th November 2021 at ADM Block of RSWM Limited, Lodha, Banswara. The Poojan was performed by a team of renowned pandits of Talwara under the guidance of Pandit Nikunj Mohan Pandya. The yajman of the poojan Smt. & Shri. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari wished the employees and families a glorious and Prosperous New Year. Special thanks were given to Shri Mamtesh Jain and the team for their best arrangements.

Banswara: Laddu Chouth

The Sneh Bhoj was organised on 8th November 2021 for all workers and staff on Laddu Chouth. All workmen were invited for Lunch/Dinner. On this festival, the pooja of Lord Shiva is performed every Monday for four months starting from the 1st Monday of Shravan month. This festival is also known as “Mansa vrat”. This is one of the famous festivals of the tribal region Banswara / Dungarpur. Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit (GM- IR) & his team managed the program really well. Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating officer) conveyed his best wishes to all workers and took the part in Sneh Bhoj with all.

Banswara: Navratri Sapt Sati Path & Hawan

RSWM Staff Club celebrated Shardiya Navratra from 07th to 13th October 2021. During Navratri, Durga Sapt Sati Paath & Special Poojan was organized at RSWM Staff Club Ground. All the staff & their family members participated & enjoyed the colorful Garbha Dance for all 7 days. During the program, a special Garba dance was presented by the ladies and girls group. The best dancers & the best-dressed females, males & children in different age groups were rewarded with attractive prizes by Chief Operating Officer - Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari.

Banswara: Thakur Baba Mandir Pooja

As per the tradition on 27th November 2021, a Bhajan Sandhya was organised at Thakur Baba temple. It started with the pooja of Thakur baba by Chief Operating Officer - Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari. The Bhajan  Sandhya team was welcomed by Shri. Yogesh Dutt Tiwari, Shri  Rajesh Kumar Agarwal, Shri Balchand Gupta, Shri R K Dixit, Shri Aditya Kumar Sharma, Shri  Satyanaran contractor, and Sampat Contractor. The staff members / Masters / Workers and contract workers enjoyed the program till morning. The next day prashadi (Lunch) was organized outside the temple and it was attendant by all Sr. officers of LNJ Denim, Fabric, BMD, and TPP units. 

Banswara: Diwali Sneh Milan

Deepawali Sneh Milan is a great and unique activity of LNJ Bhilwara Group, where the staff and family meets together for dipawali greetings. This year Deepawali Sneh Milan followed by dinner was organized at Mayur Nagar, Lodha on 7th November 2021. All the officers and staff along with their family members of LNJ Bhilwara Pariwar participated with great enthusiasm. The function was inaugurated by Shri Yogesh Dutt Tiwari (Chief Operating officer). At the end of the program, lucky staff members were selected and they were rewarded. 

Mandpam: Navratra Festival

Navratra festival was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm for 10 days at RSWM, Mandpam Unit. On this occasion of Shardiya Navratra, Pooja and Garba were organized from 07th to 14th October 2021 at Mélange Officers’ Colony premises by Melange Staff Club. All the staff and their families enjoyed these 10 days of celebration with much fervor.

Mandpam: Diwali Festival

The Lakshmi Poojan Ceremony was conducted by Shri Ashwani Mittal, Dy. Business Head on 5th November 2021 in the Administrative block of Mandpam Unit. All staff members attended the Puja ceremony along with their family members and sought the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi on this auspicious day.

Mandpam: Diwali Sneh Milan

The Mélange Staff Club, Mandpam has organized “DIWALI SNEH MILAN” eve on 13th November 2021. All staff members with their families have attended & enjoyed the function on this magical eve which was followed by cultural programs & delicious dinner.

Mandpam: New Year 2022

New Year 2022 was thoroughly celebrated with great zeal & enthusiasm in the presence of Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH), melange staff & their family members. The event was organized by the Melange Staff club. The celebrations had begun with Deep Prajwlan by Smt & Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH), Smt. & Sh. Vinit Agarwal (COO - KKH) & Smt. & Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (Dy. COO) followed by dinner and cultural events.

Dances, Songs play, etc. were performed by children, men & women of different age groups. Everyone enjoyed and greeted each other happy & prosperous new year. Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) addressed the audience & wished them a successful year ahead.

Mandpam: Staff Birthday Celebration

On the last week of every month for October to December “The Staff Birthday” was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in the Melange Staff club. The cake cutting ceremony by members whose birthday falls in a particular month was organized, the Birthday members feel blessed with the presence of Sh. Ashwani Mittal (Dy. BH) & Sh. Satish Kumar Mittal (Dy. COO) and all staff members. The cake cutting was followed by high tea for all.

Mandpam: Energy Conservation Week

The Mandpam unit celebrated Energy Conservation Week starting from 8th to 14th December 2021. Mr. Satish Kumar Mittal (Dy. COO) expressed his views on the value of energy. Mr. Dhirendra Dube (Sr.G.M.- Engg.) & Mr. Sunil Kumar (Manager – Engg.) inaugurated the program.

This activity makes a valuable contribution in ensuring the saving of energy in day-to-day working at the workplace.

HEG: Diwali Pooja & Gift Distribution

The festival of Diwali was celebrated in the plant with beautiful Lights & Diyas decoration, and Lakshmi Poojan ceremony where all the presentees seek the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha Ji. On this auspicious day, Diwali gifts were also distributed to all the HEG employees and everyone was really happy on the occasion of the festival of lights.

HEG: Inauguration of New Shop (2-CBF)

The inauguration of the most awaited shop (2-CBF) was done by Executive Director, Mr. Manish Gulati along with HEG workers & staff members. Religious rituals were also performed on this day to create a positive environment that is a part of our culture.

Kharigram: One Day Picnic to Ajmer

RSWM Staff Club-Kharigram organized a one-day Picnic at Pushkar & Birla Water Park, Ajmer on 3rd October 2021. All the staff members along with their families put their worship at Brahma Temple, Pushkar, and thereafter enjoyed swimming & wave pool, slides & rain dance. The picnic ended with delicious lunch and cultural activities. Everyone was happy with this “Grand Frolic Tour”.

Kharigram: Tulsi Vivah

Tulshi Vivah is considered to be an auspicious festival, observed to celebrate the ceremonial marriage of Tulsi (Holy Basil) to Lord Vishnu.

On 14th November, Dev Uthani Ekadashi, the Kharigram family witnessed the holy marriage of Tulsi and Shaligram. In this grand “Utsav” all staff and family members heartily participated, with full worship and vigor, played their part as “Var Paksha” and “Vadhu Paksha”. All marriage rituals and predestinations were followed traditionally and the event concluded with Bhandara – Maha Prasad to all.

Kharigram: Dhwaj Yatra to Badi Mata Ji Temple

During the holy festival of Navratra, the Dhwaj Yatra of Maa Durga started from Mill Campus to Badi Mataji Temple with Bhajan and Kirtans at 11.00 AM on 09th October 2021. A grand pooja was performed by Shri N.K. Bahedia, COO along with Union President Mohd. Iliyas, other Union Representatives, Sr. Officers, and Workers.

Kharigram: Energy Conservation Week

Given creating awareness among people to Save Energy, the Energy Conservation Week was celebrated from 8th to 14th December 2021 at Kharigram. This celebration went off full of events and activities like Distribution of Energy Conservation Badges & Templates to all staff, LPG Saving & Safety templates to Staff Colony residents, Exhibition of Energy Conservation Posters, Webinar Presentation by different experts panelled in Beauro of Energy Efficiency, Various Internal Training Programmes for Workmen, Energy Saving Suggestion, Poster and Slogan Competition for Children of Staff Colony. 

The prize distribution ceremony was conducted at the end of this week and prizes were given to workmen staff and kids by Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO and encouraged all to save energy and conduct this kind of program periodically.

Kharigram: Deepawali Poojan, Sneh Milan & Long Service Award

With an auspicious and festive feel on Deepawali, all office buildings and residential areas were decked up with colorful lights, Rangoli & Diyas and the whole premises got an awesome and dazzling view in the evening. The Laxmi Poojan was held on 4th November 2021 in Gyan Mandir, Admin Block, and the pooja was performed by Sh Sukesh Sharma, Dy. BH, Sh N. K. Bahedia, COO along with HODs at Kharigram.

On 06th November 2021, Deepawali Sneh Milan, a Gala Get-Together of all the staff members and families was organized at Staff Club, Kharigram. On this occasion, Local dignitaries and Government Officers were also invited and they were welcomed by Shri B M Sharma, JMD, Sh Sukesh Sharma, Dy. BH, Sh NK Bahedia, COO, Sh Avinash Bhargava, CFO, and Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD and Senior Officers of the company. The tunes of melodious songs presented by Singers did spellbind the audience and thereafter everyone enjoyed the Dinner.

At the end of the program, the Long Service Award was also given to all eligible staff members who have completed their employment journey of 25 years & 10 years with us. Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO, Sh Avinash Bhargava, CFO, and Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD appreciated their contribution and dedication towards the company.

Kharigram: Navratra Parv

RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated the Navratra Mahotsav organized by Staff Club. The Navratra Mahotsav started with "Murti & Ghat Sthapana" on 7th Oct, 21 with full of worship and in the devout environment, Senior officers along with families participated in Durga Shaptshati Path & Aarti in morning & evening time. Hawan-Pujan was performed on Ashtami and a grand Pooja followed in presence of Sh NK Bahedia, COO, Sh Sukesh Sharma, Dy. BH,  Sh Manoj Sharma, CHRO, Sh Avinash Bhargava, CFO, and Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD.

All staff ladies and kids performed dandia full of worship and devout in the environment, followed by aarti, milk, and prasad distribution at the end of the evening program during Navratri Utsav.

Kharigram: New Year 2022

New Year 2022 celebration was thoroughly enjoyed with great zeal and fun in the presence of Sh N.K. Bahedia, COO, Sh Sukesh Sharma, Dy. BH, Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD, and a large gathering of staff and their family members. Starting with the delicious ranges of foods, the gala celebration involving Cultural Event began with Deep Prajwalan. Special performances, Skits & Funny Dances, etc were performed by Staff, families & Kids, and Orchestra Songs by Singers. Everyone enjoyed all the programs and greeted each other with a happy and prosperous New Year. Sh Sukesh Sharma, Dy. BH conveyed best wishes to all staff and their family members, a very bright and successful year ahead.

This very fantastic program was concluded with Lucky Draw and Prizes to the participants. The Birthday ceremony of staff members on 31st Dec. & 1st Jan. was also celebrated by Kharigram Pariwar during this function.

Kharigram: Vijay Dashmi

On 15th October 2021, RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated the Dussehra festival. This was a grand Dusshera Mela for RSWM pariwar in which, various food stalls, delicious snacks, desserts, and fun game stalls were there and all members enjoyed it a lot. Tilak, Puja & Aarti of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram, Laxman, Sugreev, Hanuman was performed and thereafter Ravan Dahan. The effigy of Ravan was made 81 feet, in-house by Engineering Team. All enjoyed the burning of the effigy of demon king Ravan amid the loud noise of crackers and lights.

After Ravan Dahan, Sh NK Bahedia, COO, Sh Sukesh Sharma, Dy. BH, Sh Avinash Bhargava, CFO, and Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD greeted all Staff & Family members on this auspicious occasion of Vijay Dashmi. At end of the program, Tambola and lucky Draw are organized for all. Everyone was fetching delightful and enjoyed a lot in this gala and fun-filled event.

Rishabhdev: Navratri Parv

In line with the tradition of RSWM Staff Club - Rishabhdev, Navratri was celebrated with much fervor and joy. Staff with their family participated in the daily Aarti at Maa Durga mandir and enjoyed the colorful Garba dance for all the days. Prizes were given to children for best dance and best dress.

Rishabhdev: Energy Conservation Week

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated World Energy Conservation Day as a one-week program starting from 8th December 2021. The COO and Chief Coordinator of GECC, Shri KB Khatod, in the inaugural session, attended by Officers and staff, made people aware of the importance and value of  Energy and how to reduce unnecessary or unwanted use of energy. The purpose of the celebration of Energy conservation week is to make people aware of the importance and value of Energy and how to reduce unnecessary or unwanted use of energy.

An appreciation message from the JMD has been read during the inaugural session. The highlight of the message is – “The ENERGY CONSERVATION WEEK provides us an opportunity to look back and get inspired with the results that we have achieved so far and prepare ourselves for the future by looking for fresh initiatives that we all can work on. We need to consolidate our gains and thin afresh for new avenues for energy conservation, which is so much needed today given sky-rocketing coal prices. We also need to educate people to stop wastage of energy and use it judiciously in their homes. I wish that the success story of GECC continues in the future too.”

Posters, banners, and slogans were displayed at various places inside the campus. Pamphlets were distributed to all employees, residential quarters, and students of VKV School, briefing importance of energy, energy-saving tips for domestic appliances like- Refrigerator, AC, Washing Machine, Microwave, use of natural Sunlights, etc. Through a documentary film, the importance of energy-saving was explained by Shri Anil Dalawat, GM-Engineering to the staff and workers who attended in various groups. The seven days program ended on 14th December 2021 on World Energy Conservation Day. The Engineering team with the cooperation of all made a full effort to make this program a memorable one.

Rishabhdev: Deepawali Festival

On the eve of Deepawali 4th November 2021, Laxmi Poojan was performed in the accounts hall by the COO. On 5th November, Annakoot Prasad was distributed to all at Ganesh Ji mandir in the morning and Deepawali Snehmilan was held in the evening. All staff and their family members attended and enjoyed these programs.    

Rishabhdev: Annual Day Celebration

RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated its Annual Day on 31st December 2021 joyously and cheerfully. The delicious dinner and the variety of programs like - group dance of ladies, children's games, and many other programs were presented by the family members of the unit made the eve marvelous. Amidst the excitement and gaiety of the new year program, everybody greeted each other. Shri K B Khatod, COO conveyed congratulations and best wishes to all for a happy and prosperous new year. The program ended with prize distribution to the meritorious students.

Maral Sarovar: “Akhand Ramayan Path”

“Akhand Ramayan Path” was organized at Shriram Mandir, Maral Sarovar in the auspicious month of “Shravan”. A special team including associates from Maral Overseas recited this “Path” continuously for 24 hours. Inaugural Pooja and Hawan were performed by Sh. S.N. Goyal, along with senior officers and their families. A large number of devotees attended Path, Poojan, and Hawan ceremonies.

Maral Sarovar: Vishwakarma Pooja

On the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, the pooja was organized at Engineering Workshop, Maral Sarovar on 17th September 2021. The workshop which was exquisitely decorated with flowers, pooja & hawan was performed by President Sh. S.N. Goyal and Sh. R.P. Gautam, Advisor Engg. Sh. Manoj Thakker, Asst. V.P. (HR) and other seniors were also present in the pooja. After pooja and hawan, prasad was distributed among all staff and workers.

Maral Sarovar: New Year 2022

Maral Parivar at Maral Sarovar welcomed New Year 2022 with full of joy and fervor. Celebrations started with a group dinner at Children’s Park at 7.30 PM on 31st December 2021. From 8.30 to 11 PM colorful cultural events were organized in which various kinds of dances were performed by children and ladies. Shri S.N. Goyal, President addressed the audience and wished them prosperity, peace, and happiness. Due to Covid protocols, the program winded up at 11 PM.

Maral Sarovar: Ganesh Utsav

Ganesh Utsav celebrated at Shriram Mandir, Maral Sarovar from 10th to 19th September 2021. Shree Ganesh Sthapana was done by Sh. & Smt. S.N. Goyal on 10th September in the temple premises. Everyday pooja was performed by colony residents by maintaining social distancing and following other Covid protocols.   

Maral Sarovar: Navratri Festival

The 9-days long “Nav Ratri” festival of Maa Durga is celebrated at Shriram Mandir, Maral Sarovar. During all these 9 days, residents of the Staff colony performed daily pooja of Maa Durga. Hawan & Kanya bhoj organized on 14th October 2021 by the hands of Shri & Smt. S.N. Goyal.

Maral Sarovar: Raas Garba Festival

On the occasion of Durgashtami, from 12th to 14th October 2021, Raas Garba was organized at Maral Sarovar for colony residents. All participants came dressed up in sparkling colors and danced to traditional Gujarati folk numbers and also to some hit Bollywood Garba tunes.

LNJ Denim: Navratri Celebration

Navratri is a nine-day-long Hindu festival celebrated with much fervor every year in the autumn. The Navratra Poojan was celebrated with high enthusiasm by placing the deity of Maa Durga by Denim & TPP Staff club, Mordi from 07th to 14th October 2021 at LNJ Nagar Gamdi Staff Colony throughout the nine divine days with all precautions of Covid 19. Garba Dance, Dandiya by all members were the main attraction of the program.   

During this period, couples of different departments used to sit to offer their prayer in the morning with chanting eternal mantras, and evenings were also made lively with all staff members and families. 

The Navratri was celebrated so well that not just the staff & their families residing in the colony enjoyed it, but people staying at Banswara also participated & enjoyed the festival with great enthusiasm. It was celebrated with high spirits. 

LNJ DENIM: "Navodaya 2022" New Year

LNJ Denim, Knit Division & TPP unit collectively organized a grand celebration on the eve of New Year on 31st December 2021. The celebration began with the group dinner hosted by the Staff Club. The Orchestra program was inaugurated by Shri Piyush Chandrana & Shri Sanjay Shah with the lighting of the lamp before Lord Ganesha. On this occasion, Shri Prakash Maheshwari, Shri Suketu Shah & Shri Arun Dudeja had extended their warmest greetings through video messages to all the employees & given a phenomenal & inspirational message on the topic of “Navodaya - 2022”.

 

A variety of cultural events were there like Rajasthani Folk Dance, Comedy, Solo Songs presented by Orchestra Team on this occasion. At 12:00 midnight, the cake was cut to welcome New Year 2022 by Shri Piyush Chandrana & Shri Sanjay Shah with firing crackers. All welcomed the New Year by wishing each other.

 

LNJ Denim: Diwali Laxmi Pooja

Deepawali is a festival of lights symbolizing the victory of righteousness and the lifting of spiritual darkness. Every year, markets are filled with all the festive delights like lights, diyas, candles, delicious. However, this year, the COVID-19 pandemic has somewhat changed this usual scenario and the way the festival is celebrated.

On this occasion, a traditional way of Laxmi pooja was organized on 04th November 2021 at our LNJ Denim Admin block which was performed by Shri Prateek Bansal & Shri Kundan Jha along with entire staff members of the Denim plant. All the staff members had attended the poojan & hawan ceremony. It was followed by the distribution of sweets to all.

LNJ Denim: Energy Conservation Week

Energy Conservation is Energy Generation, LNJ Denim Unit had celebrated the Energy Conservation week from 08th to 14th December 2021. Shri Suketu Shah had asserted that there are many ways to save energy in our daily routine life, not in the company but also at our home. During the celebration, our Engineering Head, Shri Krishna Kumar Pandey had explained very beautifully about our plant activities on energy conservation. During this week every staff member & worker were taught about energy conservation & how we can utilize it in the best manner. It is all about the best practices of Energy Saving.

ADHPL: Diwali Celebration

Diwali festival was celebrated at ADHPL on November 04, 2021. This year it was celebrated in an eco-friendly way and no crackers or fireworks were used on the holy occasion. The Pooja was organized at the Admin block of ADHPL, with limited gathering due to COVID-19 restrictions being in place. All COVID-related precautions were taken during the Lakshmi pooja.

BMD: Diwali Celebration

Diwali, the festival of spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance celebrated with great enthusiasm where special Diwali pooja was held, attended by employees and their family members. On this occasion, Colony & Plant premises were decorated with lights and rangolis.     

BMD: Navratri Pooja

Navratri is one of the most auspicious times of the year celebrated with great fervor not only in our facility but also at the colony, where special arrangements were made for 9 days of fun-filled Garba participated by women & kids, at facility 9 forms of Maa Durga were also worshipped where we all sought Feminine Divinity’s Blessings.

BMD: New Year 2022

On New Year’s Eve, we at BMD organized New Year Bash 2022 at our Staff Club. The party started with a delicious dinner, then a presentation on memories of 2021 & various cultural activities/performances. What made the event more graceful is that almost 80% of total performances were from employee families consisting of women & kids. We also held a Lucky Draw contest, a total of 95 prizes were distributed to the Performers/Lucky Draw winners.     

BMD: Sunderkand Path

Sunderkand, one of the most beautiful (Sunder) parts of the Ramayana, describes Lord Hanuman's journey to Lanka which elucidates us in various ways. It has been started in November 2021 and on every second Saturday Shree Sundarkand Path is being organized at Staff Club in the Colony premises.   

Maral, Noida: Diwali Celebration

On the occasion of Deepawali on 4th November 2021, Pooja of Goddess of Wealth (Lakshmi Ji) was held at all Noida Garment Division in presence of a large staff gathering and sought the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi. The office was decked up with bright and colorful Lanterns, Diyas, and Rangoli to add to the festive mood. Shri Sanjay Janghala –Business Head (Garments Division) conveyed best wishes to the Staff Members & their family and expressed expectations from all to contribute their best for the growth of business and welfare of the society at large.

Maral, Noida: AIDS Day Celebration

The occasion of World AIDS Day reminds us that we must treat people with aids, respect, and equality. We have celebrated and educated, provided training sessions, and displayed various awareness posters for our employees at our respective units on World AIDS Day on 02nd December 2021 at all Noida Garments divisions.

Maral, Noida: Christmas Celebration

On the occasion of Christmas eve, we have celebrated the Christmas festival with much enthusiasm at factory premises. After the cake cutting ceremony, chocolates have been distributed to all by Santa. On this occasion, Christmas trees were also been set up at C-126, Noida for a lively atmosphere.
