Exhibition - RSWM Participated in Fast Textile 2025, Poland

RSWM made a strong presence at Fast Textile 2025, Poland, engaging with global buyers and innovators while showcasing advanced mélange yarns, denim innovations, and premium knitted fabrics. Our booth remained a vibrant hub for insights, interactions, and new business opportunities.

RSWM LNJ Denim - Staff Birthday Celebrations

LNJ Denim, as a part of HR employee engagement activities, we celebrate the birthdays of our employee in the end of every month. On this occasion, a common cake-cutting ceremony was held with high tea.

During this programme, every employee express his & her view, maybe in a poem, song, mimicry, etc. it is made compulsory so that they can explore their ideas.

Sh. Rajesh Singh (Business Head) & Shri Arbind Mishra – Head HR & IR wished the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving sweets and gifts in the presence of all other staff members.

RSWM LNJ Denim & Knit - Plant Visit by Hon’ble JMD Shri Rajeev Gupta

The Hon’ble JMD Shri Rajeev Gupta visited the LNJ Denim plant on November 28, 2025. He was received by Shri Rajesh Singh (BH & Chief Executive) along with senior officials and department heads. The visit commenced with a brief welcome and an overview of the plant’s current operational status, production performance, safety statistics, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

During the visit, Shri Rajeev Gupta inspected key sections of the plant, including the production area, control room, utilities, quality lab, etc. Detailed explanations were provided regarding the process flow, major equipment, capacity utilization, maintenance practices, and safety systems in place.

JMD Shri Rajeev Gupta interacted with plant officials and employees, appreciating their efforts and encouraging them to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. He also reviewed ongoing projects, challenges faced by the plant, and future expansion or improvement plans. Valuable suggestions and guidance were given by the JMD for further improvement in operational efficiency and cost optimization.

The visit concluded with a brief meeting where key observations were discussed, and directions were issued for the timely implementation of suggested measures. Overall, the visit was highly motivating and provided valuable guidance for the plant team.

In the evening, a get-together cum musical night was also held at the Guest House in honour of Shri JMD. All officers with their families attended the programme.

RSWM LNJ Denim - Industrial Visit by Students of Govt. Sr. Secondary School

Children from four different schools from Banswara & Dungarpur district visited Denim Unit on 15th & 17th November, 2025 for an educational and industrial exposure program.

During the visit, the students were briefed on the plant operations, safety practices, and environmental management systems. The visit was conducted smoothly while following all safety rules and guidelines.

The students gained valuable practical knowledge about the plant operations, safety practices, and environmental measures. The guidance and cooperation extended by our HR & IR Team made the visit both educational and memorable for everyone.

Students & teachers were highly impressed to see the plant and campus environment. Shri Arbind Mishra – Head - HR & IR Department welcomed the students and introduced them to the entire unit with key team functions & the concept of LNJ Denim products & services.

The students showed keen interest and actively interacted with plant officials by asking questions, which were addressed by the concerned department personnel. All safety norms were strictly adhered to throughout the visit, and the movement of students was closely supervised by plant staff and accompanying teachers.

Shri Arbind Mishra had also shared some tips for career opportunities in the future. Students enjoyed the visit & ended with high tea & refreshment.

RSWM LNJ Denim - Session on PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana -EPFO

LNJ Denim organised an awareness session on PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana in collaboration with the Employee’s Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), Regional Office Udipaur on 08th November, 2025. The program was attended by Mr. S.K. Sinha, PF Commissioner, who was welcomed by Shri Rajesh Singh, Business Head. The event focused on the PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PMVBRY) & to provide detailed information about the scheme, its benefits, and its role in generating employment across the country.

Representatives from the EPFO Regional Office, Udaipur, Shri P. N. Nagdaji, addressed the gathering and explained the objectives of the initiative, highlighting how the scheme helps both employers and employees in contributing to a stronger and more inclusive workforce. The session also covered the eligibility criteria, application process, and practical aspects of implementation, ensuring that participants gained a clear understanding of how to avail themselves of the scheme’s benefits.

This interactive program saw active participation from the Team of EPFO, Udaipur, and officers from various local companies in the surrounding area, who engaged in discussions and had their questions answered.

Shri Arbind Mishra – Head HR & IR expressed their gratitude for the valuable guidance and support provided in raising awareness during the program.

RSWM Kharigram - Celebrated Energy Conservation Week

In view of creating awareness among people to Save Energy, the Energy Conservation Week was celebrated from December 8 to 14, 2025, at Kharigram. This celebration went off full of events and activities like Distribution of Energy Conservation Badges & Templates to all staff, LPG Saving & Safety templates to Staff Colony residents, Exhibition of Energy Conservation Posters, Webinar Presentation by different experts panelled in Beauro of Energy Efficiency, Various Internal training Programmes for Workmen, Energy Saving Suggestion, Poster and Slogan Competition for Children of Staff Colony. The price distribution ceremony was conducted at the end of this week, and prizes were given to the workmen, staff, and kids.

RSWM Kharigram - Visit of Students of Sr. Secondary Govt. School, Bandanwara

As part of our CSR initiatives, we recently hosted 55 students from the Senior Secondary Government School at our Kharigram Unit. After a warm welcome from the HR team, Training In-Charge Mr. Ratibhan Patil guided the group through the facility. The students gained hands-on insight into yarn manufacturing at the Sj-11 unit and expressed great enthusiasm for the experience.

The visit concluded with light refreshments and a vote of thanks from the school principal, who expressed gratitude to the management for this valuable learning opportunity.

RSWM Lodha - Organized Blood Donation Camp

In honor of the birth anniversary of Syt. LNJ Babu, a successful blood donation camp was conducted at Lodha, Banswara. Organized in collaboration with the M.G. Hospital team, the initiative saw a significant turnout, with staff, workers, and contractors contributing a total of 166 units of blood.

The event was graced by Shri Shambhu Kumar (COO) and other senior officials who lauded the donors for their selfless contributions. The program was seamlessly coordinated by Shri Abhimanyu (Manager-HR).

RSWM Lodha - Conducted Diwali Bonus Meeting

As per tradition, RSWM Lodha conducted a Diwali Bonus Meeting with the masters to decide the bonus amount for workers. During the meeting, the management and union held detailed discussions and mutually agreed upon a standard bonus amount. Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Chief Executive & Business Head) and Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) congratulated the union leaders and members on the consensus. The meeting concluded with the distribution of sweets, fostering goodwill and festive spirit.

RSWM Lodha - Plant Visit by JMD Shri Rajeev Gupta

Mr Rajeev Gupta, Joint Managing Director, visited the RSWM Lodha Unit, where he was warmly welcomed with a bouquet by Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer). During his visit, he visited the Kapaas units and shared valuable insights and experiences with the team, providing guidance and motivation to the team.

RSWM Lodha - Customer Visit of M/s Songwol Vina, South Korea

The Korean customer M/s. Songwol Vina, South Korea, visited our Lodha plant on December 4, 2025, with Mr G.D. Choi (Director, S.E. Global Co. Ltd.), Mr Purshottam Das Patodia, Mr. Harsh Patodia, and Shri Navdeep Gautam. Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer), with the team, greeted them and visited the Kapaas unit and NPD, and they appreciated the team effort.

RSWM Rishabhdev - Organized Blood Donation Camp

On October 17, on the birth day of Chairman Emeritus, a Blood Donation camp was organized at Rishabhdev. A team from Saral Blood Bank, Udaipur, conducted the camp. A total of 47 units of blood were collected during the camp. The COO, along with senior officers were present in the camp and motivated the donors. Certificates were also distributed to the donors.

RSWM Rishabhdev - Plant Visit by JMD

Joint Managing Director Shri Rajeev Gupta ji & his wife visited the Rishabhdev unit on December 1 & 2, 2025. He took a round of the plant along with the COO and senior officers. Thereafter, he met all HODs and discussed in detail the working of the Rishabhdev Unit.  In the evening, a small get-together was also held at the Guest House in honour of JMD.     

RSWM Rishabhdev - Organized a Volley Ball Touranament for Staff

On December 9, 2025, the RSWM Rishabhdev Staff Club hosted a volleyball tournament featuring three staff teams: Team A, B, and C. Following a series of competitive matches supported by enthusiastic colleagues, Team B emerged as the tournament champions. The final match was attended by COO Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey and other senior officers, who lauded the players for their performance. To conclude the event, the COO presented the winning team with the prestigious rolling trophy.

RSWM Ringas - Launched RSWM Reward & Recognition (R&R) Policy

This R&R policy is an internal human resources initiative aimed at acknowledging employee contributions, boosting morale, and motivating performance. The policy likely aims to align employee efforts with company values and business goals, as well as attract and retain talent.
A meeting was held on October 14, 2025, for a presentation on “RSWM Reward & Recognition (R&R) Policy - Prerna – Inspired to Excel.”
All HODs were present at this meeting.

RSWM Ringas - Long Term Service Award Ceremony

As per the RSWM Limited HR Policy, long-term service rewards (also known as "years-of-service" awards) were given to the eligible employees in the HRD Center on October 29, 2025.

The objective of the Reward and Recognition policy is to acknowledge the efforts put in by an employee and reward him appropriately to keep him motivated at work. Efforts can be in terms of extraordinary performance and achievements.

RSWM RPSF - Organizes One-Week Family Tour to South India in Three Phases

A one-week-long family tour to South India was organized during the month of November by the RPSF Unit in three phases, offering employees and their families a memorable opportunity for spiritual enrichment, relaxation, and togetherness. The thoughtfully planned tour aimed to promote work-life balance, cultural exposure, and stronger bonding among employees and their families.

During the journey, the participants visited several renowned spiritual and cultural landmarks, including the sacred Meenakshi Amman Temple, Rameshwaram, and Tirupati Balaji, along with many other temples. The tour also included visits to scenic beaches and popular sightseeing destinations, allowing families to experience the rich heritage, natural beauty, and diverse culture of South India.

The initiative reflected RPSF’s continued commitment to employee welfare, family engagement, and holistic well-being, reinforcing the values of unity, cultural appreciation, and shared experiences beyond the workplace.

RSWM Ringas - Educational Visit by Students to RPSF, RSWM Unit, Reengus

Senior students from schools in Gudha and Bhopatpura visited the RPSF, RSWM Unit in Ringas on November 3 and 4, 2025. This industrial visit offered them practical exposure to large-scale operations and essential workplace safety practices.

RSWM Ringas: Plant Visit by Shri Munish Kumar Garg, Chairman (SEIAA)

Shri Munish Kumar Garg, Chairman, State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB), undertook a pollution control inspection visit to the RSWM Ringas unit. During the visit, he reviewed the unit’s waste treatment and environmental management systems.

Shri Garg expressed his satisfaction with the efficient waste treatment management practices in place and appreciated the unit’s strict adherence to the guidelines prescribed by the Pollution Control Board. He particularly commended the systematic approach adopted by the RSWM Unit, Ringas, towards environmental compliance and sustainable industrial operations.

RSWM RPSF - Participated in State-Level Employment Fair

A Team from RPSF, RSWM, participated in the State-Level Employment Fair (राज्य स्तरीय रोजगार मेला) held on December 25, 2025, at University Commerce College, J.L.N. Marg, Jaipur (Rajasthan).

The event served as an important platform for interaction with job aspirants and stakeholders, aimed at promoting employment opportunities and strengthening industry–academia engagement. The participation reflected the organization’s commitment to skill development and youth empowerment.

HEG Ltd - Hosted Distinguished Delegation from Philips 66 (P66)

HEG Limited was honored to host a distinguished delegation from Phillips 66 (P66) at our Mandideep facility, marking a significant occasion for our organization. The group—which included Miles Wythe, Ian Gray, Ivan McConkey, Charlotte Holden-Jackson, Scott Brombosz, Jonathan Courney, Amruth Eeshwar, and Ian Blackwell—received a warm reception from our Honorable Executive Director, Shri Manish Gulati Ji. During an extensive tour of our manufacturing units, the visitors observed the cutting-edge technology, rigorous quality standards, and sustainable practices that define HEG’s industrial leadership.

The visit fostered an atmosphere of inspiration and collaboration, serving as a platform for high-level discussions on innovation and future strategic opportunities. The P66 delegation expressed high regard for HEG’s technical expertise and robust infrastructure, reinforcing the deep-seated trust that anchors our professional relationship. Ultimately, this visit was more than a business engagement; it was a celebration of our shared values and a milestone that strengthens the foundation for long-lasting mutual growth.

ADHPL - Safety Audit conducted by DMI Bhopal

Auditors from the Disaster Management Institute (DMI), Bhopal, conducted a third-party safety audit at Allain Duhangan Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) from December 22 to 24, 2025. This audit is mandated by CEA regulations, 2011. The audit included site visits to the power house and other components, along with discussions with section in-charges and individuals on site.

ADHPL - Intensive Pulse Polio Immunization Campaign

A nationwide Pulse Polio immunization campaign was successfully conducted at the AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) Health Center on December 21, 2025.

The primary drive was followed by a two-day door-to-door campaign on December 22 and 23 to ensure total coverage. Key highlights of the Campaign:

  • Oral polio vaccine (OPV) drops were administered to all children under 5 years of age.
  • The campaign reached out to surrounding remote villages through mobile teams to ensure no child was left behind.
  • Target population of children across the area, specifically for the ADHPL Health Centre were covered in the three-day mop-up rounds, and a total of 108 children were given OPV.
  • This campaign is part of the Government of India’s ongoing efforts to maintain its polio-free status. 
ADHPL - 1st Surveillance audit of IMS 2025 Conducted

M/S TÜV SÜD successfully completed the first surveillance audit of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for AD Hydro Power Ltd. from October 13 to 15, 2025. The audit assessed compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards. Following rigorous documentation reviews and site inspections across all departments, the auditors officially recommended the Company for continued certification maintenance.

ADHPL - Visit by CHRO & corporate HR team

ADHPL - 1st Surveillance audit of IMS 2025 Conducted The CHRO team comprising of Mr. Rajender Kumar (General Manager, HR), Ms. Rashi (Head of Talent Acquisition & Business HR) and Ms. Anchal Tandon (Manager, Talent Acquisition & Business HR) visited AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) Manali on 6th November, 2025. The corporate HR leadership team conducted a specialized training session on the company's proposed appraisal system. The session focused on the implementation of Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs), aiming to align individual performance with the strategic goals of the 192 MW hydroelectric project. By introducing this framework on-site, the team facilitated direct engagement with the plant's operational staff, ensuring a transparent and objective approach to performance management.

ADHPL - NRPC Conducted Communication Audit

The Northern Regional Power Committee (NRPC) conducted a comprehensive communication audit of the 220 kV switchyard systems from December 11 to 12, 2025. The audit team, comprised of representatives Ms. Priyanka Patel, NRPC, Mr. Sumit Kumar, NRLDC, Mr. Sher Singh (POWERGRID) and Mr. Abhishek Puri (HPPTCL) with support from the ADHPL team members Mr. Rajiv Kumar Katyal and Mr. Sameer Sobti, evaluated critical infrastructure including PLCC, RTU, OPGW, and associated networking systems. Following the inspection, all communication systems were verified as fully operational and functioning satisfactorily.

TACC Ltd - Strengthens India’s Battery Supply Chain with 1,230 Crore SBI Credit Facility

Under the leadership of Managing Director and CEO Ankur Khaitan, TACC Limited has secured a landmark credit facility of ₹1,230 crore from State Bank of India.

The funding will enable the company to set up India’s first large-scale lithium-ion battery–grade graphite anode manufacturing facility in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, marking a significant milestone in the country’s clean energy and electric mobility journey

The Dewas plant will have an annual capacity of 20,000 metric tonnes of high-performance graphite anodes used in electric vehicles and energy storage systems. Designed with advanced manufacturing technologies and sustainable practices, the facility will meet global quality and environmental standards. SBI’s support reflects strong institutional confidence in TACC’s vision and the growth of India’s clean energy supply chain, while the project is expected to significantly reduce the nation’s dependence on imported critical EV battery materials and strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities.

TACC Ltd - Organized Team Connect 2025

TACC hosted a two-day team get-together in October, bringing together colleagues from across departments, including project and site teams, under one roof. The event featured lively discussions around the company’s innovation drive and detailed project updates, followed by engaging team activities where employees connected over conversations, food, games, and a memorable musical evening.

The get-together reinforced a strong sense of teamwork and shared purpose, as the organization moves forward to execute its collective vision.

TACC Ltd - Lays Foundation Stone for School Infrastructure

TACC Limited laid the foundation stone for the construction of a boundary wall and toilet facilities at the Government Primary School in the nearby village of Magariya on December 25, 2025. The ceremony was attended by the Managing Director of TACC Limited, Mr. Ramesh Kumar Khaitan, along with representatives of the local gram panchayat, including Sarpanch representative Mahesh Badwaya. The construction work for the boundary wall and toilet facilities is being undertaken by TACC Limited as part of its development initiative, marking the beginning of infrastructure improvement at the school.

MPCL - Sponsored a Consultation Meeting on Environmental, Social, and Gender aspects

MPCL sponsored a Consultation Meeting organized by the Directorate of Energy, Government of Himachal Pradesh, focusing on environmental, social, and gender aspects of World Bank-funded projects in the state. The consultation was held in the context of Disaster Recovery and Resilience measures necessitated by recurrent natural calamities, including cloudbursts and excessive flooding in the region.

The meeting brought together key stakeholders, including representatives from the World Bank, Directorate of Energy, Government of Himachal Pradesh, HEP Projects/ Himurja, District Administration, Panchayats and local women representatives.

MPCL - Safety Audit by Disaster Management Institute, Bhopal

The Surveillance Audit of MPCL was completed from December 25 to 27, 2025. The audit was undertaken to assess the implementation status of CEA guidelines across the organization. As part of the audit process, the auditors thoroughly reviewed relevant documentation pertaining to plant safety, operational procedures, and statutory compliance. They also carried out detailed site visits covering all major components of the power plant.
