ADHPL - President’s Award conferred on Dr. Shruti More of Samphia Foundation, supported by ADHPL

Dr. Shruti More Bhardwaj, founder of the Samphia Foundation in Kullu, has been honored with the National Award 2025 by the President Droupadi Murmu for her work as the "Best Rehabilitation Professional working in the field of Disability". The award ceremony took place at Vigyan Bhawan on December 3, 2025, which is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. In her acknowledgment speech, Dr. More expressed gratitude to her parents and the parents of the children with special needs. She specifically acknowledged support from AD Hydro Power Limited for its contribution under CSR activities.

ADHPL - Healthcare – Dental Chair Donated at Community Health Center Patlikuhal

As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening local healthcare infrastructure, AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) donated a state-of-the-art dental chair with dental X-ray plant to the Govt. Community Health Center Patalikuhal on November 18, 2025. The initiative was executed under ADHPL’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, with a total investment of ₹0.32 million aimed at upgrading hospital facilities for the local community.

ADHPL - Healthcare – C-Arm Machine donated at Civil Hospital Manali

As part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening local healthcare infrastructure, AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) donated a high-end C-Arm machine to the orthopedic surgical unit at the Government Civil Hospital, Manali, on November 12, 2025. The donation, executed under the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, involved an investment of ₹2.15 million. This advanced medical equipment is expected to significantly upgrade the hospital's surgical capabilities. The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Kullu and the local Medical unit expressed their gratitude to ADHPL for this vital contribution to public health services.

ADHPL - Healthcare – Ultrasound Machine donated at Civil Hospital Manali

On December 29, 2025, AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) advanced its commitment to local healthcare by donating a high-end USG machine worth ₹2.20 million to the Government Civil Hospital, Manali. Facilitated through the company’s CSR initiative, this sophisticated equipment is set to enhance the hospital's medical and surgical diagnostic capabilities. The contribution was warmly received by the Chief Medical Officer of Kullu and local medical staff, who thanked ADHPL for this critical investment in public health infrastructure.

ADHPL - Infrastructure development at Vet Dispensary Prini

On December 30, 2025, the ADHPL-EHS&S team successfully provided essential furniture to the Government Veterinary Dispensary in Prini as part of their ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This contribution is aimed at enhancing the facility's infrastructure to better serve the community and support local veterinary services. By improving the dispensary’s operational environment, ADHPL continues to demonstrate its commitment to regional development and public welfare.

ADHPL - Atal Gyan Kendra set up

AD Hydro Power Ltd., as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, has established libraries for the children in different Gram Panchayat. Following requests from the Pradhans of Gram Panchayat Soil, Haripur, and Gram Panchayat Devgarh, the Company agreed to provide support for the development of these libraries. The company donated a variety of materials in kind, including computers, printers, tables, chairs, racks, almirahs, and library books for setting up of Gyan Kendra in these panchayats.

ADHPL - Kabaddi Mat donated

As part of its ongoing commitment to community development and youth empowerment, AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL), Prini, donated a professional-grade Kabaddi mat to the Government Middle School, Patlikuhal. This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aims to foster a vibrant sports culture among local children and provide them with the necessary equipment to excel in traditional athletic disciplines. By improving local sporting infrastructure, ADHPL seeks to encourage active participation and talent development within the region.

ADHPL - New Knitting Centre started

In November 2025, a new knitting center was successfully opened in the village of Bandrol as part of AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL)’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. This initiative is specifically designed to empower a target group of local women by providing them with the necessary vocational skills to earn a sustainable livelihood while remaining at home. To ensure high-quality learning, the vocational training is conducted by a trained female instructor, focusing on building capacity and financial independence within the community. By fostering these self-employment opportunities, ADHPL continues its commitment to enhancing the socio-economic status of families in the Kullu District.

ADHPL - Sewing Machines donated for running Sewing Centre

In November 2025, AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL) significantly enhanced its local women empowerment initiatives by providing four new sewing machines to the active sewing center at Village Bahanu, located within the Jagatsukh Gram Panchayat. This contribution, made under the Company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework, aims to build capacity and foster financial independence among local women by equipping them with the tools necessary for tailoring and garment-making. ADHPL continues its commitment to skill enhancement and ensuring that women in project-affected areas have sustainable self-employment opportunities.

ADHPL - Smart Interactive Panels donated

Government institutions often struggle with lack of basic amenities, particularly modern digital and innovative technologies. To address this gap and improve the education sector, ADHPL has been actively involved in the holistic development (at 360 degrees) of the infrastructure of local government educational institutions. As part of its "Education – Digitalization of Schools Program," the Company recently donated one smart interactive panel (smart board) to the Govt. ITI Patalikuhal in Manali. The students were reportedly very excited about the opportunity to work with the new digital technology, and the staff & students expressed their sincere gratitude to ADHPL for the valuable contribution.

ADHPL - Repair and Construction of Chanala footpath in village Jagatsukh

As part of its ongoing commitment to community welfare, the company integrated the repair of public utility assets into its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. A key initiative under this strategy was the construction of the Chanala footpath, an infrastructure project executed under the Rural Development head of the CSR portfolio. With a total expenditure of Rs. 3.96 million, this project was designed to improve local connectivity and provide safer pedestrian access for local residents, further aligning the company’s developmental goals with the practical needs of the rural community.

ADHPL - Construction of Chalet parpets in village Prini

As part of its ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, the Company prioritized the development of essential public utility assets to support local infrastructure. Specifically, the construction of parapets along Chalet road were executed under the Rural Development head of the Company’s CSR program. This project, which required a total investment of Rs. 0.48 million, reflects the organization’s commitment to improving safety and community facilities in rural areas.

ADHPL - Railing installed around Aleo ground

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for rural development, the company funded the fabrication of railings at the Aleo ground in Aleo village, incurring a total expenditure of ₹0.23 million. The railings will improve the safety of sports persons and the public in general including the esthetic view of play ground.

ADHPL - Repair & Maintenance of High School Prini

Under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Education initiatives, the company invested ₹1.07 million in the infrastructural development of the Government High School Prini. The project primarily focused on replacing dilapidated flooring with modern anti-skid tiles to enhance student safety, reduce health hazard and improve the learning environment.

ADHPL - Repair & Maintenance of Primary School Prini

Under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) education initiatives, the Company invested ₹0.88 million in the structural revitalization of Govt. Primary School Prini. By addressing the building's dilapidated state through comprehensive repair and maintenance, the program has established a safer, more conducive learning environment for young students.

ADHPL - Repair and maintenance of Shamshan Ghat Prini (Crematorium)

Under its Rural Development CSR initiative, the company invested ₹1.50 million to renovate the village crematorium in Prini following a formal request from the Gram Panchayat Pradhan. The project involved laying of concrete pavers on the access path and repairing damaged structures including retaining walls and cremation area, earning formal appreciation from the local community and village leadership for the company's contribution.

RSWM Lodha - Conducted Energy Conservation Campaign

An Energy Conservation Campaign was conducted at the Lodha Unit from December 8 to 14, 2025. Awareness programs and training sessions were held for staff and workmen to promote energy saving and avoid unnecessary use of resources.

Children participated in drawing and slogan-writing competitions, and activities like No Vehicle Day and a Cycle Rally were organised. A quiz competition, organised with the support of the IT Department, was also conducted, and the top 10 participants were rewarded. The campaign was inaugurated by Shri Shambhu Kumar, Chief Operating Officer, and concluded on December 14, 2025 with prize distribution and a vote of thanks by Shri Devendra Taank (DGM – Engineering) and the Engineering Team.

RSWM Lodha - Distributed Blanket at Ladies' Club

As an initiative by the Ladies Club, blankets were distributed to workers to provide comfort during the colder months. Mrs. Nishi Sharma personally distributed the blankets and delivered an inspiring speech encouraging the workers to continue their effective and efficient efforts.

The blankets were purchased using the savings contributed by the Ladies Club members. Mrs. Abhlasha Taank, Mrs. Seema Suthar, Mrs. Madhu Sharma, Mrs. Aaradhan Srivastava, Mrs. Vinita Shah, Mrs. Indra Bhandari, Mrs. Rajshree Gurjar, Mrs. Yogita Choudhary, and Mrs. Priti Sisodia attended the event.

RSWM Lodha - Industrial Visit By Local Government School

A group of students from Government Senior Secondary School, Banswara, along with their teachers, visited the RSWM industrial plant in Lodha, Banswara, on December 15, 2025, as part of an industrial exposure and educational visit. The visit was organised under corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives by RSWM to provide students with practical insight into manufacturing processes.

RSWM RPSF - Organized Blood Donation Camp on 97th Birth Anniversary of Syt. L. N. J. Babu

On the occasion of the 97th Birth Anniversary of Shri L.N.Jhunjhunwala, a Blood Donation Camp was organized on October 17, 2025, reflecting the spirit of compassion, service, and social responsibility that he stood for.

Employees of the RPSF Unit participated in the camp with great enthusiasm and commitment, voluntarily donating 62 units of blood. Their active involvement demonstrated strong humanitarian values and a shared sense of responsibility towards society.

The initiative highlighted the organization’s dedication to community welfare, empathy, and selfless service, while respectfully honoring the legacy of Syt. L. N. J. Babu. The event further reinforced RPSF’s belief in giving back to the community and fostering a culture of care, solidarity, and responsible citizenship among its employees.

MPCL - Conducted Free General Health Check-up Camp in Kullu

A Free General Health Check-up Camp was organized by MPCL on November 30, 2025, at Jalugraon Village, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. Medicine Specialists, Pediatrics, Orthopedics & ENT were invited from Sri Harihar Hospital, Dhalpur, Kullu, for this camp. The initiative witnessed an encouraging response, with a total of 115 patients from nearby areas availing themselves of the health check-up facilities.

During the camp, qualified medical professionals conducted comprehensive health examinations and provided necessary consultations. Medicines prescribed by the doctors were also distributed free of cost by MPCL. The initiative reflected the organization’s continued commitment to community welfare and the promotion of accessible healthcare services in the region.

MPCL - Enhanced Village Safely by Installing Solar Street Lights

MPCL installed 9 solar street lights in nearby villages to enhance safety and convenience for residents. The locations were carefully identified by the MPCL team, focusing on areas where inadequate lighting was causing difficulty for the local community. The solar street lights were installed in the villages of Jari, Mateura, and Chowki in District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. This initiative aims to improve visibility, promote safety during evening hours, and support sustainable energy solutions in the region.

MPCL - Donated 800 CGI sheets to Damaged Houses at Village Baghan, Kullu

District Kullu in Himachal Pradesh has repeatedly faced the impact of natural calamities in recent years. The 2025 monsoon caused extensive damage across the region, leaving many families grappling with severe losses to their homes and livelihoods.

In Village Baghan, Lag Valley, District Kullu, nearly 40 houses were damaged during the calamity. To provide immediate support to the affected community, MPCL donated 800 CGI sheets on 15th October 2025 to help families repair and rebuild their homes.
