ADHPL - Basic Level Training and Certification Program on Cyber Security

A one-week offline Basic Level Training and Certification Program on Cyber Security was conducted from November 10 to 14, 2025 at the National Power Training Institute, Faridabad. Seven employees from ADHPL participated in the training. The training focused on enhancing the competencies of operation engineers to secure Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems by providing critical insights into cyber security threat identification, early warning mechanisms, vulnerability management, and effective incident response practices.

ADHPL – Training Program on Sector Specific Cyber Security Training

A six-day NCIIPC-funded customized cybersecurity training program for power sector professionals was conducted from November 17 to 22, 2025, at Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Four employees from ADHPL participated in the program.

The training focused on strengthening cyber security preparedness in the power sector by enhancing knowledge and practical skills for securing Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems, including threat identification, risk mitigation, incident response, digital forensics, and hands-on training on the usage of cyber security tools.

ADHPL - Swachhta Abhyaan Awareness Training

Mr. Jai Parkash, representing AD Hydro Power Limited (ADHPL), conducted an educational session on solid waste management at Government High School (GHS), Prini. The lecture aimed to sensitize the community on effective waste handling and environmental conservation. The program saw a high level of community participation, attended by Students, teaching staff, and School Management Committee (SMC) members of GHS-Prini, Pradhan and other representatives from the Gram Panchayat Prini.

Prini village has previously been recognized for its cleanliness efforts, receiving the Prime Minister’s Swacchta Award (Valmiki Puraskar).

ADHPL - Organized Legal Awareness Camp for Company workers

In observance of Human Rights Day on December 10, 2025, a comprehensive Legal Awareness Camp for Company workers was held at 10:30 AM. This initiative aligns with the 2025 global theme, "Human Rights, Our Everyday Essentials," which emphasizes that fundamental rights like safety, dignity, and fair treatment are vital necessities in daily life and the workplace. The aim was to empower employees by educating them on their essential labor and constitutional rights, including fair compensation, non-discrimination, and the right to a safe working environment. By simplifying complex legal concepts and offering direct access to legal experts, the legal awareness session was held by the Chairman, Sub-divisional Legal Services Committee, Manali.

ADHPL - Emergency Escape Breathing Device (EEBD) Training

Training on the use of the specialized Emergency Escape Breathing Device (EEBD) was conducted by external agency M/s Etalika, Gaziabad, on December 1 and 2, 2025, at the underground Power House of AD Hydro Power Ltd. The sessions provided 63 employees and outsourced workers with critical, eye-opening insights into emergency safety protocols.

RSWM LNJ Denim - Training Program "Passion for Excellence"

Training Programme on Passion for Excellence was successfully conducted at LNJ Denim, Mordi from December 9 to 11, 2025 as part of our ongoing learning and development initiatives. The program was inaugurated by Shri Rajesh Singh (Business Head) with lighting a lamp. The programme was facilitated by an external professional trainer Shri B P Guptaji, who shared valuable insights and practical approaches drawn from industry best practices. The session focused on building a mindset of excellence, emphasizing quality, discipline, teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement in day-to-day operations.

The training provided participants with a deeper understanding of how individual contribution plays a crucial role in achieving organizational goals and strengthening a culture of safety and excellence. The interactive discussions and real-life examples shared during the programme were well received by the participants.

In the end of this session Shri Rajesh Singh – Business Head & Shri Arbind Mishra – Head HR & IR appreciated the active participation and cooperation of all attendees, which contributed to the overall success of the programme.

Such initiatives will continue to support our commitment to employee development and operational excellence.

RSWM LNJ Denim - Training Program on 'Reward & Recognition (R&R) Policy'

Reward & Recognition (R&R) Policy was successfully launched at LNJ Denim, Mordi. As part of our initiative to strengthen employee motivation, engagement, and a culture of excellence.

Following the launch, a training programme was conducted for employees to create awareness and ensure clear understanding of the policy framework. The session covered the objectives of the R&R policy, eligibility criteria, reward categories, nomination and evaluation processes, and the role of employees and management in its effective implementation.

The training programme witnessed active participation from employees, with interactive discussions and clarifications that helped align expectations and promote transparency. By having Training programme we received the following out put like Employees gained clear understanding of the Reward & Recognition policy and its benefits, Improved awareness of performance-linked recognition and fair evaluation practices, Enhanced motivation and positive outlook towards individual and team performance, Reinforcement of organizational values such as excellence, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The launch and training programme mark an important step towards recognizing and rewarding consistent performance and contributions across the plant. 

RSWM LNJ Denim - Organized Training on Saflata Ki Sheedhi

Training Programme on Saflata Ki ABCD was successfully conducted at LNJ Denim on November 24 to 26, 2025 as part of our continuous employee development initiatives. External Trainer Shri S P Shah had imparted this training in a very good gesture.

We all got to know about the ABCD of success in our life, It was a good programme to find out the inner potential of an employee. It was elaborated that how a man get capable in four aspect of health, knowledge, money & characteristic. The main objective of of 'Saflata Ki CD was to get awareness among employee of success. He told us about A for aim of our life, company, B for Behaviour, C for Communication and D for discipline.

The programme focused on building a success-oriented mindset among employees, emphasizing key aspects such as goal setting, personal responsibility, positive attitude, teamwork, effective communication, and continuous improvement. The session encouraged participants to align personal success with organizational objectives and workplace excellence.

The training was interactive and practical, enabling employees to reflect on their roles and identify ways to improve performance, productivity, and collaboration. Participants actively engaged in discussions and shared experiences, making the programme both insightful and motivating.We appreciate the enthusiastic participation of all employees, which contributed to the success of the programme.

It was a great learning for employee. All the participants were observed highly appreciative of the programme and they learned so many good things which can change and improve their life. 

RSWM Rishabhdev - Conducted Passion for Excellence Training Programme

On November 10, 2025 a Training programme for staff on “Passion for Excellence” was organized at Rishabhdev.  Shri B P Gupta  was the faculty of this programme.  Asstt.Manager and below level officers attended the programme.  The session focused on the importance of mental and physical well – being, equipping participants with techniques to manage stress and maintain a balanced lifestyle. The programme received a good response from the participants and appreciated by one and all. 

RSWM Kharigram - Training on Safety Practices at Workplace

A safety awareness programme was conducted on November 10, 2025, which was presented by Sh Dileep Chourasia, Safety Sr. Manager. Engineering, Maintenance, Security, Commercial and Production departments were covered in this programme. The topics covered - Fire Fighting, Evacuation Plan, Emergency Exit, Assemble method etc. He educated to all personnel to follow safety rules and how to respond upon different emergency situations.

RSWM Kharigram - Conducted Training Program on Fire Fighting

On November 5, 2025, the Kharigram unit held its monthly fire safety training and emergency drill. Led by Plant Safety Manager Sh. Dileep Kumar Chourasia, the session educated 30 staff members on fire prevention and the practical use of onsite equipment through a live demonstration. This recurring program is vital for hazard identification, mastering fire control mechanisms, and ensuring all personnel are prepared for emergency evacuations.

RSWM Kharigram - Plant Visit by M/s Brrotank, Surat

On November 29, 2025, representatives from M/s Brrotank, Surat, visited the Kharigram Unit. They were warmly received by COO Shri. S.K. Tiwari. The visit included a comprehensive tour of our NPD setup and the dyed and grey units, concluding at the SJ-11 facility. The guests expressed high satisfaction with both the hospitality and the advanced technology on display.

RSWM RPSF - Conducted Fire Drill Training

A Fire Drill Training was successfully conducted on December 25, 2025, at RPSF and Reengus units of RSWM to enhance safety awareness and emergency preparedness among employees.

The training session was conducted by Shri Deepak Verma, who provided practical guidance on fire safety measures, emergency response procedures, and the correct use of fire-fighting equipment. The drill included evacuation procedures and demonstrated the importance of quick, coordinated action during emergencies.

Employees actively participated in the drill, gaining hands-on experience and valuable knowledge on handling fire-related emergencies effectively. The training reinforced RPSF’s commitment to maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Such safety initiatives play a vital role in strengthening preparedness and ensuring the well-being of all employees at RPSF & Reengus.

RSWM Kharigram - Safety Fire Drill Training For New Staff

To check awareness and response of emergency response team, a Fire Drill was conducted on November 15, 2025 in worker hostel area. Firefighting awareness session was also done to aware Staff and workmen about use of fire extinguisher and Emergency equipments. Sh Dileep Chourasia, Sr. Manager-Safety conducted this drill. He explained about the process of safety in emergency situations.

RSWM Lodha - Conducted Session on Passion for Excellence

As part of the LNJ Group’s training initiative across all units, a training programme on “Passion for Excellence” was conducted at RSWM Lodha on 11th, 12th & 13th November 2025.

The programme was led by Dr B. P. Gupta, who actively engaged employees through various interactive activities, boosting their morale and energy while encouraging a positive shift in mindset towards improved working methods, and everyone appreciated the content of the training program.

TACC Ltd - Conducted HIV/AIDS Awareness Session

December 1, 2025: An awareness programme on HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis (TB) was organised at the TACC site in Dewas as part of the World AIDS Day observance. During the programme, all staff working at the site provided detailed information on HIV/AIDS, including its causes, modes of prevention, symptoms, and treatment options. The session was conducted under the guidance of District TB and HIV/AIDS Nodal Officer Dr. Amreen Sheikh, who explained the importance of early detection and continuous treatment.

The programme was organised at the Sirsoda construction site with the presence of senior company officials, including Mr. Ramesh Khaitan and Dr. Satish Saini. Their presence reinforced the company’s commitment to health awareness and worker welfare.

On this occasion, Dr. Amreen Sheikh also shared that the company regularly provides monthly food baskets to TB patients across the district, helping ensure adequate nutrition along with medical treatment, thereby supporting faster recovery.

RSWM Lodha - Organized Fire and Safety training

A compulsory training program on Emergency Preparedness, Health and Safety, and Fire Drill was conducted at the Lodha Unit. The session was led by Safety Officer Shri Kalpesh Pandey, with the objective of strengthening the safety culture and ensuring that all employees are well-prepared to respond effectively in case of emergencies.

During the program, Shri Pandey successfully covered all workmen in the unit. The hands-on fire drill and interactive safety demonstrations helped reinforce practical skills alongside theoretical knowledge. This training is part of the unit’s ongoing commitment to creating a safe, secure, and compliant workplace for all employees.

HEG - Industrial Visits by Students of Lakshmi Narain College of Technology

To give the industrial exposure to the students from reputed colleges and universities like Oriental Institute of Science and Technology on October 11, 2025, Sagar Institute of Research and Technology on November 3, 2025, Lakshmi Narain College of Technology on November 20, 2025 and Corporate Institute of Science and Technology on December 15, 2025.

HEG gave a chance to the students to visit our organization and gain the learning’s regarding the overall general process of the Electrode Manufacturing. This gives a platform for the students to groom themselves and can fill them with the core knowledge about the manufacturing process.

HEG always encourages the learning and development for the students as well, so that in future the talent could find its way to meet a desired destination.

MPCL - Organized Fire Rescue Mock Drill

MPCL conducted a Tier–I Mock Drill on December 4, 2025, involving all major project components to evaluate the effectiveness of its Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP). The mock drill scenario was finalized by the EHS Department in consultation and with the consent of the Plant In-charge, MPCL.

MPCL - Conducted Drowning Rescue Mock Drill

MPCL conducted a Tier–I Mock Drill on December 27, 2025, at the barrage site. The objective of the exercise was to evaluate the effectiveness of the Emergency Preparedness Plan, assess the response time and coordination of the rescue team, and review the adequacy of the existing training systems.

The drill was carried out in a systematic manner, with all concerned departments actively participating. The response of the rescue team was prompt and well-coordinated, and all components were found vigilant and responsive. 

MPCL - First IMS Internal Audit

The first Internal Audit of Integrated Management System (IMS) for the current certification year was conducted on December 27-282025. The audit covered the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System).

The audit was carried out by MPCL’s trained internal auditors to assess compliance with applicable standards, organizational procedures, and statutory requirements. Prior to commencing the audit, the Lead Auditors held a detailed discussion with the Management Representative regarding working documents, audit criteria, scope, and checklists to ensure a systematic and result-oriented approach.

MPCL - Conducted Trainings on First Aid

MPCL organized a series of First Aid Training sessions and health awareness talks during the last week of October 2025. The primary objective of these sessions was to enhance emergency response capabilities, focusing on rescue techniques, safe lifting and handling of injured persons, first aid administration, and the assessment of immediate treatment during accidents.

The training programs were conducted at both the Power House area and the Barrage Site, ensuring comprehensive participation of all staff members and workers.
