RSWM LNJ Denim - Celebrated Diwali with Greetings
Deepawali, the festival of lights, symbolizes the victory of righteousness over evil and the lifting of spiritual darkness. These values of hope and unity deeply reflect the spirit of our plant, where dedication, teamwork, and mutual respect drive our collective success.
The celebrations commenced on October 18, 2025, when Shri Rajesh Singh (Business Head) conducted a plant-wide walkthrough alongside senior staff members. During the visit, he met with shop floor workers and staff to extend festive greetings and express his appreciation for the hard work and commitment that serve as the foundation of our operations.
Following this, on October 21, 2025, a traditional Laxmi Poojan and Hawan ceremony was organized at the LNJ Denim Admin Hall. Performed by Shri Pradeep Kumar Sharma and Shri Prateek Bansal, the ceremony was attended by the entire staff, further strengthening our professional and personal bonds. The event concluded with the distribution of sweets and a vibrant display of firecrackers. Such moments of celebration not only honor our traditions but also motivate us to move forward with renewed energy and confidence in our pursuit of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
RSWM LNJ Denim & Knit - Udghosh 2026: Welcoming the New Year
On December 31, 2025, the LNJ Denim & Knits staff club hosted a vibrant New Year’s Eve celebration, kicked off by a group dinner and a ceremonial lamp lighting by Business Head Shri Rajesh Singh. Under the inspiring theme of "Udghosh - 2026," the evening featured a diverse cultural program of dances and songs choreographed by Mr. Satyam Thapa, alongside the Children’s Meritorious Awards, a lucky draw, and the 2025 Long Service Awards. The event saw unprecedented participation from staff and their families, culminating in a midnight cake cutting with the HODs to welcome 2026 with a shared spirit of excellence and renewed energy.
RSWM Kharigram - Organized Blood Donation Camp
On October 17, 2025, on the occasion of the birthday of Syt LNJ Babu, a blood donation camp was organised at the Staff Club. Sh Manoj Sharma, CHRO, N K Bahedia, BH& CE-YB, and S K Tiwari, COO, inaugurated the Camp and welcomed the Doctors & Medical Team (Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital, Ajmer). All workers and staff members participated enthusiastically in this Camp and donated 167 units of blood.
RSWM Kharigram - Celebrated Vijaya Dashami
The RSWM Kharigram Pariwar celebrated Dussehra with a grand Mela featuring diverse food stalls, games, and festive treats. The evening commenced with the traditional Tilak, Puja, and Aarti of Shri Ram, Laxman, Sugreev, and Hanuman, followed by the ceremonial Ravan Dahan. This year’s 80-foot effigy was impressively crafted in-house by the Engineering Team and was set ablaze amidst a spectacular display of lights and crackers.
Following the ceremony, Shri N.K. Bahedia (BH & CE-YB), Sh. Vinod Mehta (Sr. VP-CCD) and Shri S.K. Tiwari (COO) extended their Vijayadashami greetings to the staff and their families. The celebration concluded on a high note with Tambola and a lucky draw, leaving everyone in high spirits.
RSWM Kharigram: New Year Celebration
The New Year 2025 celebration was thoroughly enjoyed with great zeal and fun in the presence of Sh. N K Bahedia, BH & CE, Sh S K Tiwari, COO, Sh Vinod Mehta, Sr. VP-CCD, and a large gathering of staff and their family members. Starting with the delicious range of foods, the gala celebration involving the Cultural Event began with Deep Prajwalan. Special performances, Skits & Funny Dances etc were performed by Staff, families & Kids and Orchestra Songs by Singers. Everyone enjoyed all the programs and greeted each other with a happy and prosperous New Year. Sh S K Tiwari, COO, conveyed best wishes to all staff and their family members, and a very bright and successful year ahead. This very fantastic program was concluded with prizes for participants. The Birthday of staff members on 1st Jan was also celebrated by Kharigram Pariwar during this function.
RSWM Kharigram - Deepawali Poojan
With an auspicious and festive feel on Deepawali, all offices and residential area was decked up with colourful lights, Rangoli & Diyas, and the whole premises got an awesome and dazzling view in the evening. The Laxmi Poojan was held on 20 th Oct, 2025 in Gyan Mandir, Admin Block, and the pooja was performed by Sh. N K Bahedia, BH & CE, Shri S. K. Tiwari, COO, along with HODs, staff members, and families.
RSWM Kharigram - Celebrated Chhath Puja
On October 28, 2025, RSWM Kharigram hosted Chhath Puja celebrations at the Staff Club swimming pool. This ancient festival, central to the heritage of Bihar, Jharkhand, and Eastern Uttar Pradesh, is dedicated to worshipping the Sun God and Chhati Maiyya. Celebrated six days after Deepavali, it remains a vital annual tradition for our staff and their families.
RSWM Kharigram - Deepawali Sneh Milan at Plant
On 25th October 2025, the Kharigram Unit organized Deepawali Sneh Milan, a gala get-together of all staff members along with their families, at the Staff Club Park, Kharigram. The event was graced by local dignitaries and government officials. The guests were warmly welcomed by Shri N. K. Bahedia, BH & CE; Shri S. K. Tiwari; COO, Shri Vinod Mehta, Senior Vice President (CCD); and other senior officers of the company. The cultural evening featured captivating performances of folk and melodious songs by talented singers, which truly spellbound the audience. The joyful celebration concluded with Khana-Khazana, a sumptuous dinner, marking a memorable and festive evening for all present.
TACC Ltd - Celebrated Three Years of Innovation and Growth
December 26, 2025, marked three years of TACC Limited, founded on the passion-driven vision of the LNJ Bhilwara Group to support India’s growth in battery materials and advanced carbon technologies. What began as a bold idea has been shaped over the years by relentless innovation, meticulous planning, and an unwavering commitment to execution. On the occasion of its third anniversary, TACC Limited unveiled its manufacturing site, which will house India’s first commercial-scale battery-grade anode material facility with a capacity of 20,000 MT, alongside a graphene and graphene-derivatives plant exceeding 4,000 MT and a state-of-the-art R&D center to drive continuous innovation.
To commemorate the milestone, anniversary celebrations were held across TACC’s locations in Bhopal and Dewas, bringing together employees from across teams. The celebrations included cake-cutting ceremonies, team interactions, and addresses by senior leadership, who shared words of encouragement and motivation. The gatherings reflected the collective spirit and shared purpose that continue to drive TACC forward in its journey towards a stronger, self-reliant clean energy future for India.
RSWM Lodha - Celebrated Diwali with Laxmi Poojan
On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, Laxmi Pooja was performed on October 20, 2025, at the ADM Block of RSWM Limited, Lodha, Banswara. The Poojan was conducted by a team of renowned pandits from Talwara, under the guidance of Pandit Shri Nikunj Mohan Pandya. The Yajman, Smt. & Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer), conveyed their heartfelt wishes to all employees and their families for a glorious and prosperous New Year. Special thanks are extended to Shri Mamtesh Jain and his team for making excellent arrangements for the ceremony.
RSWM Lodha - Diwali Sneh Milan
Diwali Sneh Milan is a unique and cherished tradition of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, bringing together staff members and their families to exchange Diwali greetings in a warm and festive atmosphere. The dinner was organized on November 1, 2025 at Mayur Nagar, Lodha, with enthusiastic participation from officers, staff, and their family members of the LNJ Bhilwara Pariwar. Shri Naresh Kumar Bahedia (Chief Executive & Business Head) and Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) inaugurated the function. A musical programme was added to the celebrations, and long-term service awards were presented to recognise dedicated employees.
The event concluded with a Housie game, in which lucky staff members were selected and rewarded, making the evening joyful and memorable for all participants.
RSWM Lodha - Organized Master Sneh Milan
Master’s Sneh Milan was organised on December 22, 2025, at the RSWM Lodha Unit as per tradition. The programme began with a welcome address by the Personnel Department, followed by the warm welcome of Union Leader Shri Mangal Singh and other masters by Shri Shambhu Kumar (Chief Operating Officer) and the core team.
Shri Shambhu Kumar shared the achievements of the Lodha Plant for 2025–26, while Shri Pritam Gurjar (GM - P & A) addressed manpower and attendance. The union representatives assured their support, and the programme concluded with a friendly get-together and dinner.
RSWM Lodha - Performed Kapaas Crop Poojan
A pooja was organised at the Kapaas Unit to mark the arrival of the first Kapaas crop of the season. Mr. Kamal Kishore Mittal (Chief Executive & BH (CYB & R Value) served as the Yajaman and performed the pooja under the guidance of Pandit Kamlesh Ji. The ceremony was held to seek blessings and formally commence production with the new Kapaas crop.
RSWM Rishabhdev - Celebrated Energy Conservation week
RSWM Rishabhdev celebrated World Energy Conservation Day as a one-week programme starting from December 8, 2025. The COO, Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, inaugurated the event. In his address to the audience, including officers, staff, and workmen, he mentioned the purpose of celebrating Energy conservation week to make people aware of the importance and value of Energy and how to reduce unnecessary or unwanted use of energy.
Posters and banners were displayed at various places on the campus. Through a documentary film, the importance of energy saving was explained by Shri Anil Dalawat, Sr. GM-Engineering, to the staff and workers who attended in various groups. The seven days programme ended on December 14, 2025 on World Energy Conservation Day. The Engineering team with the cooperation of all, made full effort to make the programme memorable. A drawing competition for children was also held on Energy Conservation, and prizes were distributed.
RSWM Rishabhdev - Celebrated Dussehra
The Dussehra Festival at Rishabhdev campus was organized by the Staff Club on 2nd October, 2025. The Ladies Club and Staff members set up food stalls and fun games for all to enjoy. A special Ram Ji ki Jhanki, featuring the Vanar Sena, followed by Ravandahan after the Pooja, was the main attraction with a spectacular display of fireworks lighting up the sky.
RSWM Rishabhdev - Celebrated Deepawali
On the eve of Deepawali on October 20, 2025, Laxmi Poojan was performed in the Accounts hall by the COO. On October 21, Annakoot Prasad was distributed at Ganeshji mandir in the morning. Deepawali Snehmilan was held on October 29 at the staff club ground, which was fully decorated with lights. Dignitaries from Rishabhdev town were also invited. Staff and family members attended and enjoyed these programmes.
RSWM Rishabhdev - Annual Day Celebration
Annual Day, an anticipated and enjoyable function of the RSWM Rishabhdev family every year, was also celebrated this year in a joyous and cheerful manner. The delicious food items on the 31st eve were enjoyed by all. Amidst the excitement and gaiety of the programme, at the dawn of the New Year, everybody greeted each other, and Shri Rajendra Kumar Pandey, COO, conveyed congratulations and best wishes to all for a Happy and prosperous New Year. The programme ended with the selection of key executives of the Staff Club for the year 2026-27.
RSWM Ringas - Celebration of of 97th Birthday of Founder – Syt. Babu
In honor of the 97th birthday of our revered Founder, Syt. Babu Laxmi Nivas Jhunjhunwala ji, a voluntary blood donation camp was held at our unit on October 17, 2025. This initiative serves as a tribute to his enduring legacy of compassion and social service. By participating, our team had the meaningful opportunity to save lives and extend hope to those in need, embodying the very values our Founder championed throughout his life.
RSWM Ringas - Organized Diwali Celebration
On the eve of Deepawali on October 20, 2025, Pooja of Goddess of Wealth (Lakshmi Ji) was held at Ringas unit ADM Block in presence of a large number of staff with their families and got the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi. The office was decked up with bright and colourful Lanterns, Diyas, and Rangoli to add to the festive mood. Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit – Sr.GM (HR&IR) & Shri Sunil Kumar Rao – General Manager (T) conveyed best wishes to the Staff Members & their family and expressed expectation from all to contribute their best for the growth of business and welfare of the society at large.
RSWM Ringas - Staff Birth Day Celebration Nov-2025
The Staff Birthday (Nov-2025) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Ringas.
The Sr.General Manager(HR&IR) Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit, The G.M. (T) Shri Sunil Kumar Rao have wished to the staff member whose birthday was on that particular day by giving the sweets and gift in the presence of all other Officers. The cake cutting ceremony by members whose birthday falls in a particular month was organized.
RSWM Ringas - Celebrated Energy conservation Week
RSWM Ringas celebrated Energy Conservation Week with the message “The true meaning of energy conservation is to avoid unnecessary use of energy and to use energy at least so that energy sources can be saved for future uses. To make energy conservation plans more effective, every person should include energy conservation in their behavior".
The program was inaugurated by Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit – Sr.General Manager (HR&IR), Shri Sunil Kumar Rao – General Manager (T), and all other HODs; the Engineering and Maintenance team also presented. Poster/Drawing/Slogan competition on Energy/Water Conservation was also conducted in the Girls' hostel & Worker Colony. At the closing ceremony on December 14, 2025. Prizes were distributed to the winning contestants.

The monthly staff birthday celebration (Dec 2025) was celebrated with much gusto and enthusiasm in Ringas.

RSWM RPSF - Observed Energy Conservation Week at Ringas
Under the leadership of Shri M.K. Yogi (Chief Executive & Business Head), the RPSF Unit of RSWM Limited observed Energy Conservation Week at Ringas. The week-long campaign framed energy efficiency as both a social and national priority essential for environmental sustainability. During the event, Shri Yogi highlighted the high cost of energy production, noting that roughly 1.6 units of energy are required to deliver a single unit of electricity - to underscore the urgency of responsible consumption.
Extending its impact to the community, the unit conducted awareness programs at local institutions like Shaheed Mahaveer Singh Government School. Smt. Jaya Yogi (President, Women’s Club) engaged with students on sustainable daily habits, while the team furthered its social responsibility by distributing 92 sweaters and caps to students in need.
RSWM RPSF - Organised Monthly Sundarkand Path with Devotion and Harmony
The RPSF Unit continues its tradition of spiritual engagement by organizing a monthly Sundarkand Path on the final Saturday of each month. HEG Ltd - Celebrated Diwali
HEG Limited marked this Diwali with a heartfelt celebration filled with gratitude, tradition, and festive cheer. The occasion began with the distribution of Diwali gifts by our Executive Director, Shri Manish Gulati Ji, extending appreciation and warm wishes to employees for their continuous dedication and contribution.
Following this, a traditional Pooja Ceremony was performed by our CFO, Shri Ravikant Tripathi Ji, invoking blessings for prosperity, safety, and success for the entire HEG family. The ritual added a divine and auspicious touch to the celebration, perfectly reflecting the spirit of the festival.

Maral Overseas - Mahalaxmi Pooja at Sarovar
On the occasion of Deepavali, Mahalaxmi pooja was conducted at Maral Sarovar on October 18, 2025, from 2 PM onwards. The pooja performed by the hands of Vice President (Comml) Sh. Sanjay Bolya. A large number of staff members were present in the pooja, worshipping goddess Mahalaxmi for the prosperity of the company. Prasadi was distributed after the pooja.
Maral Overseas - Celebrated New Year 2026
Maral Overseas Ltd ushered in 2026 with a grand New Year’s Eve celebration held at Children’s Park. The festivities commenced at 7:30 PM on December 31, 2025, with a gala dinner followed by a vibrant cultural program featuring karaoke and dance performances by employees and their families. Though unable to attend in person, Shri Mohit Maheshwari (President & Business Head – Yarn & Fabric) joined the event via Zoom. In his virtual address, he extended warm New Year greetings and inspired the team to collaborate toward achieving new organizational milestones in the coming year.
ADHPL - Celebrated Green Diwali
ADHPL embraced a green initiative for its Diwali celebration on October 20, 2025. Demonstrating a commitment to the environment, the Company organized a serene, cracker-free event. A traditional havan and puja were performed in the admin block, fostering a peaceful and pious atmosphere. The festivities concluded with the distribution of prasad sweets to all staff members.
ADHPL - Organized Annual Sports Meet
ADHPL organized an interdepartmental annual sports meet from September 26 to October 1, 2025. This year's competitions included volleyball, chess, and badminton championships, with teams comprising employees and their family members. All events proceeded successfully, demonstrating great commitment and sportsmanship. It was a motivating event for everyone involved. A cultural program was also organized on October 12, 2025, in which the winners of the sports events were honored with trophies.

MPCL - Organized Picnic for Women Employees
The women of the MPCL family enjoyed a delightful one-day picnic tour on November 5, 2025. The excursion was thoughtfully planned, with a visit to the iconic Naggar Castle in Kullu.
This magnificent 15th century castle, built in an exquisite blend of stone and wood, is renowned for its intricate carvings, graceful arched balconies, and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. MPCL - Children’s Day Celebration
